Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of early training work motivation on employee performance in PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Regional Office Pekanbaru. The research data in the form of primary data and secondary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument.Analysis of the data used by using SPSS.Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t-test, and the test of determination (R2), and the F-test. The results showed that the training and work motivation simultam significant influence on employee performance. It can be seen from the F-count = 52.867> F-table = 3.18. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Square) of 0.670 or 67%. This shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables (training and motivation) on the dependent variable (performance of employees) by 67% and strong relationships with major award is 0.67. While the remaining percentage of 33% (100% - 67%) is influenced by other variables not included in this study variables.Keywords: Training, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

One of the role of Social and Funeral Department of Pekanbaru City is children prosperity founding. Children are investment and future hope and also being next generation for the country. Children at least could grow and develope into physicaly and spiritualy healthy, smart, happy, high morality and honorable, because in the future they are asset that could determine the quality of nation’s civilization therefore they should get protection and education. That is the foundation for Social and Funeral Department of Pekanbaru City create special program for this case. Epecially Sosial Service and Empowerment Field strive for neglected children could empowered, build and protected is identify the amount of neglected children, founding and formulating technical guidance and controlling social service program in founding children prosperity field, and coordinated with other instance.organization that has duty for founding neglected children in Pekanbaru City.The purpose of this research in to knowing performance and knowing what factors that could be the obstacle for Social and Funeral Department of Pekanbaru City in founding The Owner of Social Prosperity Problem in Pekanbaru City. The theory that use are analysis tools in this research are role theory and organization theory. And the method that use for this research is descriptive qualitative methhod, that is reasearch means for getting systematic picture about the interest phenomoneon.Accoding to this reasearch result, the role of Social and Funeral Department of Pekanbaru City especially in the field of The Owner of Social Prosperity Problem in handling neglected children still not good. Efforts that The Owner of Social Prosperity Problem in handling neglected children like physicaly building such as sport and discipline training, sosial build such as ethics, leadership and citizenhip,spiritual build uch as pray together and reading Qur’an, mental build such as psychology that we invite from outside and for the last that is skill, skill in here is automotive 2 wheels transportation, and weld for the males, while for the females are skill for sewing and salon. However, in getting negleted children Social and Funeral Department of Pekanbaru City not yet reach their expected target. The obstacles that they have is limited human resource and also limited fund. The process for accompaniment neglected children that already builded should be until the children being independent. Abstract

This research was motivated by there are problems associated with the green line. One of them is the trees are planted on the pedestrian and the path of the median along the corridor of Sudirman Street serve as a place for the installation of board interest in the green belt, banners, pamphlets by way of nailing, tied with ropes and wires to meet of particular interest. Though it is set in Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2002 on Public Order article 5 explained that banned drying, attach, attach or hang objects on the road, the green line parks and public places, except the places that have been allowed by the mayor or the appointed official.Society must rely heavily on the performance of the Department of Cleanliness and Landscaping in Pekanbaru city because it is a government agency responsible for managing the green line are required to have maintenance management and performance optimized so that the green line in the city of Pekanbaru especially in the Sudirman Street maintained and its functions keep running.The purpose of this research is to know how the green line maintenance management Sudirman Street by the Department of Cleanliness And Landscaping In Pekanbaru City and determine the factors that influence the management of the maintenance. The theory used in this research is the Management Theory of G.R. Terry. As G.R. Terry explained that there are four aspects that must be taken to ensure that the management runs smoothly and achieved satisfactory results which consists of planning, organizing, implementation and monitoring.The method used to analyze is a descriptive qualitative data collection technique is by observation and interviews.Based on the research found that green line maintenance management is not working effectively, the planning process that takes time and the stage long enough for most of the plan ends with a discourse just like the manufacturing vertical garden for the pedestrian, making the park under the flyover and the process of carrying out the maintenance of the green line relating with others stillmisunderstanding, especially in solving the problem banners. Maintenance management green line of Sudirman street still hampered by two factors: not maximal innovations made by the Department of Cleanliness and Landscaping in creating a system or form of the green line that is new and the lack of participation of the society so that the planning done by the Department of Cleanliness and Landscaping has not reached the maximum results or unsatisfactory.Keywords: Management, Department of Cleanliness and Landscaping, the Green Line

Abstract

The reseacrh aims to find out how the service quality of the tour leader in the PT.Rezki Jasty Tour & Travel Pekanbaru.This study used a descriptive quantitative method to examine problems in the lift. The samples in this study were 75 respondents, who were taken by using simpel random sampling. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, questioner, and literature. By using a Likert scale as a measure to determine the length of the short interval.From the results of research that’s been done, it looks that service quality of the tour leader in the PT.Rezki Jasty Tour & Travel Pekanbaru is good.Keywords : Service Quality, Tour Leader, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, and Tangible.

Abstract

The background of this research was because of so many students of university that overdue in study accomplishment, that means more that eight semesters (five years). The formulation of this research was the factors that effected the overdue in study accomplishment to students and how much the percentage of the factors effects of overdue in study accomplishment to students of social science and politics faculty. While, the purpose of the research was wanted to know the factors that effected the overdue in study accomplishment to students and to know how much the percentage of factors effects to students of social science and politics faculty. This research have been done in social science and politics faculty, university of riau, Pekanbaru. The population in this research was all of students who the time of study more than eight semesters (five years), lecturer, student’s parent and society personage. While, the technique in taking sample the writer used proportional random sampling technique. The technique in collecting data, the writer used questionaire, interviewe and documentation. In analysing the data, the writer used descriptive quantitative method.Based on the result of this research, the writer can concluded that to know what are the factors that effected and how much the percentage of factors effects to students in study accomplishment, the writer analyze the data with formula: . So, we can concluded that the factors that effected the overdue in study accomplishment to students was: 1. Internal factors (physic, psychology, and tiring). 2. External factors (family, university and society). The factors percentage were: internal factors was 73,55% and external factors was 67,27% the category was enough.Key words: factor, effect, the time of study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cultural attractions in the tourist village of leatherback island Kuok District of Kampar regency of Riau province and identifies cultural tourist attraction in the tourist village of leatherback island Kuok District of Kampar regency in Riau province.This study used descriptive qualitative method to analyze the problem. The sampling technique used was purposive sample. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing.The results of this study is there are 2 sub variables into a cultural tourist attraction in the tourist village of the island leatherback District of Kuok Kampar regency Riau province that cultural relics have an indicator objects, heritage buildings, museums and the living culture who have an indicator ceremony / ritual, customs, art shows and events.

Abstract

Financial level assessment of a company can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements . to determine whether the company's financial condition in the condition that baikdapat performed with various analyzes , one of which is a ratio analysis.purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the bank bumn the period 2010-2014 in the review of the profitability ratio analysis . the method used is descriptive analysis using a measurement of profitability ratios of return on assets , return on equity , net interest margin and operating expenses . Data and information were obtained from branches pekanbaru Indonesia stock exchange located on the street generals sudirman no, 73.From the results of data analysis using ratio analysis profitability can be concluded that the ratio of Return on Assets , Return on Equity and Net interst margin on state-owned bank has fluctuated and as a whole can be categorized as good , while operational costs in state-owned banks has fluctuated for each bank and in the category of bad .Keywords : analysis , profitability ratios , financial performance

Abstract

This research explain about Rutgers (World Population Foundation) WPF on HIV/AIDS problem in Pekanbaru, Riau. Rutgers World Population Foundation has a program the program is Dance4life this program discuss about sexual reproduction healthy and HIV/AIDS is one of it. Based on the issue, there is question: “ How is implementation of Dance4life program by Rutgers World Population Foundation on HIV/AIDS problem in Riau society”. Rutgers World Population Foundation asked all authorities to participant and talking action to handle case situation of HIV/AIDS.This research use field research method within direct interview, by e_mail, journals, books and website on key informant as a primer data. This research use perspective constructive, the role of international organizations theory and international Non goverment organization analysis level.This research show that implementation of Dance4life program in Pekanbaru, Riau still do not effective enough it can be seen from the socialisation that is given to the teenagers still can not able to decrease the level of HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru, Riau. Abstract

Traditional drug registration is the registration procedure and evaluation of the drug to obtain marketing authorization. Circulation is any activity or series of activities distribution or delivery of drugs, both in the context of trade, not trade, or alienation. The purpose of drug registration is to protect the public from the drug that did not meet the requirements of efficacy, safety, quality and public health.BBPOM Pekanbaru found some illegal drug products sold in the market and are not registered that contain hazardous materials. After checking it turns out a lot of medicinal products sold without a marketing authorization and already violates the rules because it could not demonstrate that the requirements of the drug product is manufactured properly and meets applicable standards. Illegal traditional medicinal products do not have a marketing authorization and many do not have a business license the industry, in terms of the price of traditional medicine was the existence of illegal troubling because it will cause unhealthy competencies with legal herbs assured quality From the description above, the writer interested to examine this issue under the title " Traditional Medicines Registration Procedure by the Center for Food and Drug Administration (BBPOM) In the city of Pekanbaru".Keywords: Procedures, Registration, Traditional Medicine

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developings country that make cooperation with others country. Economic cooperation in form of foreign investment is one of the cooperation.This research is aim to explain about economic cooperation between Garudafood and Suntory Bevarage and Food in snacks and drinks industry in Indonesia.This research is using qualitative methods and has theoretically built by using International Cooperation Theory as the main theory and Foreign Direct Investment Theory as the second theory. Researcher has gather the datas from book, mass media, encyclopedia, and website to analyse the international economic cooperation between the two industry.Researcher has formulated the hypothesis wich revealed the fact that the economic cooperation between Indonesia's Garudafood and Japan's Suntory bevarage and food is in the form of joint venture by built joint venture company, Suntory Garuda.Key words : Joint venture, investment, Suntory beverage and food, garuda food, economic coorporation
