Abstract

This research aims to determine how the implementation of the management of elephant Things Taman Hutan Raya Sultan Syarif Hasyim Siak District of Minas. This research used descriptive qualitative method to examine problems in the lift. In this study, researchers used three (3) key informant, key informant or infoman key is people who know the ins and outs of the phenomenon under study. then In the study the researchers also used an additional informant that there are four (4) additional informant that is used by researchers to supplement the information carefully.While data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation, and documentation.Based on the research that has been done, the response of speakers that in Elephant Training Center Minas has a human resources / trainers, paramedics, biological resources / fauna, Stake holder, Travelers / consumer, Region / area, boundaries area, Animal protection , Wildlife animals. but it is still effective and the maximum is still due to land disputes and no permission from the Ministry of forestry Riau Province. Abstract

This research will explain about Indonesian government policy in making a visa-free agreement towards El Salvador. Indonesia and El Salvador began to establish diplomatic relations in 2011. Relations between Indonesia and El Salvador more closely in caused both countries are equally members of the Forum of East Asia - Latin America coorporatin ( FEALAC ) . In 2013 Indonesia and El Salvador agreed to the opening of the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries. Furthermore, both countries have visa-free agreement in 2015.Sources were obtained through literature review from journals, books, mini thesis, reports, and internet to explain why Indonesian government imposed a visa-free policy. the author uses the realist perspective to explain the Indonesian government policy and using the theory of foreign policy.This research indicates the reason of Indonesian government imposed a visa-free policy toward El Salvador is to open up a new market for Indonesian exports . Because Indonesia's exports slow compared with the previous year because Indonesian exports in the five countries which are the main export destinations of Indonesia and the European are in crisis.Keywords: visa-free agreement, Indonesia’s foreign policy, Bilateral cooperation

Abstract

This study was conducted to test the Brand Awareness Level Measurement (Brand Awareness) At Honda Motor (Case study of social, Faculty of Science and Political Science, University of Riau). Brand awareness measurement can be done by characterizing the four elements, namely, top of mind, brand recall, brand recognition, unaware of the brand. The sampling method used is convenience sampling that samples can be found easily, as many as 100 respondents.Analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which can be interpreted as the troubleshooting procedures that are surrounded by depict or describe the circumstances, the subject or object of research at the present time based on the facts that appear or as it is. Data are presented in tabular form with the numbers percentage delengkapi with descriptions.From the calculation of the analysis we found that the motorcycle brand Honda took first place by 58% of respondents, brand recall brand motorcycle Honda finished second at 25%, the brand recognition of 80% indicating so familiar brands of motorcycles honda among consumers, the analysis unaware of brand honda motorcycle brands are not categorized within unaware of the brand for the majority of respondents know the brands of motorbikes honda.Keywords: Brand Awareness

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine disease control Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever conducted by the Department of Health in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan and to mengetaui factor of any factor that inhibits disease control Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever by Public Health Service, the concepts used in the theory proposed Lubis (2000 : 105), which expresses the control is a function that regulates and directs how the implementation of a planned program and other administrative activities, either in the form of management of the arrangements, procedures and through action to intervene to allow the optimization of the implementation of a program plan. The results of this study indicate that the development of mass media and outreach to the community about the disease Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the District of PangkalanKerinci is still not good it is in because of less intensive DHO Palalawan in propagating his program, Investigations Epidemiology conducted by PHC Berseri District of Pangkalan Kerinci is good, Mobilization society through Pemberantasan mosquito nest (PSN) in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci somewhat less than effective this is due to lack of participation, Abatesasi performed by PHC Berseri District of Pangkalan Kerinci still not effective, this is due to lack of education about the use of abate to the public, Fogging is carried out by the District Health Office Palalawan still less than optimal because it is a new Pelalawan District Health Office will conduct fogging after reports an epidemiological survey conducted by Radiant Health Center District of Pangkalan Kerinci.Keywords: Control, of Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF)

Abstract

This research describes the policy of Indonesia government in anticipation illegal migration case destinate to Australia in 2012-2015. Australia especially Christmast Island are one of most the dstination route for illegal migration from Afganistan, Pakistan, Suriah, Srilanka and Turkey. When imigrant came to Australia they will transit in Indonesia and this can make the threat for Indonesia security stability.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Indonesia government in anticipation illegal migration case destinate to Australia. The theories applied in this research are realism with the transnational concept by Barry Buzan.The conclusion of this research about the policy of Indonesia government in anticipation illegal migration case destinate to Australia are have done with some steps, likes Indonesia Government increase a controlling in border area by Indonesia Police, Imigration and Forein Ministry, Indonesia government has cooperation between Australia to anticipate the illegal imigration with dealling about Bali Process, Indonesia Government has cooperation with UNHCR dan IOM to anticipate the illegal imigration that transit in Indonesia.Key words: policy, anticipation, illegal and imigration

Abstract

This research describes the strategy of Pertamina Company in take controll of fuel and oil exploration rights from Total Exploration and Production Company in Mahakam Bloc in 2015. Mahakam Bloc are one of most oil exploration in Indonesia especially in South Kalimantan. Since 1967 Indonesia Government gave the exploration right of Mahakam Bloc to Total Exploration & Production Company. Unit 2017 the exploration right was limitted and Pertamina Company as a state corporate want to be a company that have a exploration right in Mahakam Bloc. The writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the strategy of Pertamina Company in take controll of fuel and oil exploration rights from Total Exploration and Production Company in Mahakam Bloc. The theories applied in this research are neoliberalisme perspective with the international cooperation theory. The conclution of this research are the strategy of Pertamina Company in take controll of fuel and oil exploration rights from Total Exploration and Production Company in Mahakam Bloc are done by Pertamina Company have done meeting with Indonesia Government in lobby of Mahakam Bloc exploration, Pertamina Company prepare a facility in take controlling exploration oil from Mahakam Bloc, Pertamina Company cooperation with Total E&P Company as a contractor oil Mahakam Bloc, Pertamina Company used IRRS in support Pertamina to oil exploration. Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand extradition treaty between Indonesia and Papua New Guinea in handling transnational crime, factors affecting Indonesia’s policy in ratifying extradition treaty with Papua New Guinea, and also the impact of this agreement on Indonesia’s objectives regarding to transnational crime. One of the factors that influence the Indonesia’s foreign policy in ratifying extradition treaty with Papua New Guinea is the consideration of domestic political situation in the form of national security and economic interests. Therefore, it can be concluded that Indonesia’s policy in ratifying extradition treaty with Papua New Guinea that resulted in regulation No. 6 of 2015 concerning extradition is a form of security and economic interest for Indonesia. By ratifying the extradition treaty with Papua New Guinea, Indonesia is able to repatriate fugitive who fled to Papua New Guinea and resolve the transnational crime problem which involve two countries.Keywords: Extradition, Transnational Crime, National Interest

Abstract

Road is one of the most frequently used infrastructure by the society therefore its condition needs to meet the society’s expectation. The existence of good roads will facilitate the society to transport. Therefore the road should receive maintenance because the condition is often damaged in accordance to the Public Works Ministry Regulations No. 13 / KTR / 2011.Seeing how is the coordination in the maintenance of national roads. The purpose of this study to find out how coordination in the maintenance of national roads in the Center for the Implementation of the National Road II, Department of Highways Riau, and the Department of Highways and Water Resources Pekanbaru.In explaining the coordination of road maintenance in the Center for the Implementation of the National Road II, Department of Highways Riau, and the Department of Highways and Water Resources Pekanbaru, researcher used Malay Hasibuan’s theory which include : cooperation, communication, division of work and discipline.The results of this study showed that the coordination between the Center for the Implementation of the National Road II, Department of Highways Riau, and the Department of Highways and Water Resources Pekanbaru has been running well in terms of cooperation, communications, division of work and discipline, however due to some factors like estimate, truck overloading, and drainage the closed and clogged up that affect the sustainability of road maintenance that makes the work does not look as good as it seems and there are many roads that damaged after maintenance.Keyword : Coordination, Roads, Maintenance

Abstract

The phenomenon of homosexuality is a social phenomenon that can’t be denied the existence constituted as a reality in society and mixed reactions that vary in the surrounding environment. In general, people refer to homosexuals as a group of people who have an interest in feeling, both predominantly or exclusively to people of the same sex, with or without physical connections. Though admittedly or not, homosexuals have a social reality. This study aims to determine how a gay front stage and backstage in Pekanbaru.This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach dramaturgy. The informants are a gay man in the city of Pekanbaru. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique based on the cycles Huberman and Miles in the form of data collection, data reduction, organizing data, and conclusions.The results showed that the informant's life as a society on the stage is the results of impression management are designed so that for the sake of the demands of life with life turned informant actually had a sexual deviant behavior. In the reality of life, to get a good assessment of other people about themselves while interacting, many preparations to be associated with the image itself, in terms of both physical and non-physical. Front Stage or the next stage is to see the full setting-an. It is an ideal concept that you want displayed by a person in accordance with the expectations of social communities through performances and existing styles. As "a gay" status as a society, the role and status of DW as a member of society is a front stage he must keep and manage in such a way, be it in the office, community, even in the family, so in line with expectations and values prevailing in society. Some components are managed in the front stage DW can be seen in terms of appearance, attitude, and behavior and style the communication. Speaking of the back stage or back stage is not as difficult to talk about the next stage or front stage as a "gay", because on the stage behind the trend figures show the original informant himself as same-sex enthusiasts or "gay". He will honestly who he is and shows the attitude or behavior is a reflection of the true self, regardless of what the background or the reason he was "a gay". DW is a gay man who does not want to show the original figure himself, DW prefer the original cover themselves from the unknown by others. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and development of employees on work productivity of employees at PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sidikalang partially and simultaneously. Dimensions are used in performance assessment consists of a standard-setting work, performance assessment and provision of feedback. Dimensions variable employee development consists of materials, instructors and facilities. And dimensions for the independent variables (productivity of employees) consists of ability, morale, efficiency, improvement of work, quality, and self-development.The method used is descriptive analysis method, and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, F test, and test of the determinant (R²). Processing data using programe SPSS 20.The results showed that the partial performance appraisals significant effect on employee productivity PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sidikalang, partial variable employee development does not significantly influence employee productivity PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sidikalang, as shown by the significant value greater than 0, 05. And simultaneous assessment of performance and development of employees a significant effect on employee productivity. Based on research obtained the degree of correlation of 0.718 which indicates that the level of relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable has a strong relationship and R² values obtained at 0.516 or 51.6%. This means that employee productivity PT Bank Sumut Cabang Sidikalang influenced by the performance appraisal and development of employees amounted to 51.6%.Keywords: Perfprmance Apraisal, Development Employee, Employee Productivity
