Abstract

The title of this research is a typology Residents Housing Development Zone Suburbs Pekanbaru (Phenomenon Pekansikawan) .Penelitian aims to determine (1) How Occupants Characteristics Housing Development Zone Suburbs Pekanbaru. (2) What factors are affecting the occupants preferences in choosing Housing Housing Development Zone Suburbs Pekanbaru. The subjects were all residents in the Griya Sakti Km-9 subdistricts Tapung Kampar regency. The population in this research were 604 houses, the number of samples taken 61 people. Samples were taken with strafied proportionate random sampling technique. This research was conducted in a suburban area of Pekanbaru Precisely at Griya Sakti-9 Km Desa Indah Karya Tapung District of Kampar regency. The reasons to vote for a residential housing is the furthest to the facilities is still low, but many devotees. This research method is quantitative descriptive and quantitative associative. To collect data the researchers used questionnaires and documentation.The chi square test results showed that the behavioral variables influence consumer preference (priority) occupants with indicators that influence the personal factors (economy) and psychological factors (motivation pekansikawan, live better perception). X2 made natural factors affect the occupant preferences are personal factors (personal place and breeding ground for children and investments) and offers developers (credit prices stable and dp (money first) costKeywords: consumer behavior, natural and artificial factors, preferences

Abstract

Political participation is the activity of a person or group of people to participate actively in political life is to choose the leader of the State, and, directly or indirectly, influence government policy. Therefore the aim of this study to determine the factors - factors that affect the low involvement (participation) University students on Election Kingdom Riau Riau University in 2015. The theory is considered relevant in this matter is the Theory of Participation and Organization Theory. This research is a kind of quantitative methods of research, then for descriptive analysis of the data presented in the form of numbers by SPSS. The research conducted at the University of Riau and take samples of the data in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. This study uses the techniques of sampling of the population is involved directly or indirectly in the Electoral Kingdom University of Riau in 2015.PEMIRA University of Riau (UR) was first performed in 2002 in accordance with the results of the Riau University Student Congress IX in 2002 (one of the recommendations of Congress as well as change of Riau Puok Section IV, Article 2 of the President and Vice President of the Student directly). Later in 2015 The results of this study indicate the factors causing low levels of student participation which, seen from the socialization, the team's performance a success, popularity aspiring actor, and the involvement of students in the institution, but the results of the elections highway in 2015 when it carried out the socialization at the University of Riau particular Faculty of Social and Political Sciences students tend to participate less in terms of process pemlihan highway University of Riau, supposedly with this participation activities performed by students of Faculty of Social and Political Sciences can be more enthusiastic in terms of the electoral process highways University of Riau in 2015.Keywords: Participation, Election Kingdom, University of Riau

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising and brand trust on costumer purchase interest ( A case on Texas Chicken Pekanbaru . The advertising as a variable ( X1 ) trust the brand as a variable ( X2 ) and customer purchase interest as ( Y ) .The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20 , where the sample used is the consumer Texas Chicken Pekanbaru with about 100 respondent . The formula used to determine the sample slovin , as well as a sampling technique by accidental sampling . Data collection through questionnaires .Results of analysis using multiple linear regression , t test and f test so it can be known that the advertising variable positive effect on customer purchase interest , brand trust significant effect on consumer purchase interest , and significant effect between brand advertising and brand trust on customerprchase interest .Keywords : Advertising, Brand Trust an Customer Purchase Interest

Abstract

The phenomenon of early marriage is a case that is more prevalent in rural than in urban areas. This study aims to determine what factors cause of premature marriages, to find out how the society view against of early marriage in the village Suhada. This study focused on the age of marriage with the educational background, knowledge, the economic system of family and religious background. Early marriage is referred to in the study is a marriage that occurs in women under 18 years. This research is descriptive qualitative, selection of informants in this study was done by using purposive sampling, the retrieval of data from informants based on certain criteria by conducting in-depth interviews to six women who married under the age of eighteen years, two parents of informants, and three community leaders in the village Suhada. The research found that the factors causing teenagers to early marriage in the village Suhada mostly from the low economic family, and low parental education and children so easily marry or approve children to get married at an early age without thinking about the negative impact that would occur if perform early marriage, so easily parents arranged child marriages though it was still early age. Parents greatly influence the formation of adolescent self-concept were married at an early age, because the child is viewed from one family were doing early marriage, there are even some informants who said that his brother also did early marriage. Community social environment and family environment has a great influence on the formation of an adolescent's self-concept. Society's view that in the neighborhood have a lot to do early marriage, so familiar when I hear the word married at an early age this happens because of the low economic factors, family, and education. The community's views are different there are pros and there are cons it depends by each individual.Keyword : Early Marriage, View Society

Abstract

The Youth Partnership Project (YPP) is an ECPAT-based Program that is grounded to combat commercial sexual exploitation of children. And to empower children and youth to voice their own right to be protected and become leaders in combating commercial sexual exploitation of children.This study use a constructivist perspective. The essence of this theory is international politics consists in an intellectual effort to develop a theory of the international system as a "social construction". ECPAT is a non-state actor, so the author use international organizations theory for this research. This study also includes the concept of human trafficking as the point of view of the theme of this studyThe result of this research is YPP impact on social change child victims of child trafficking and the increasing public awareness of the dangers of child trafficking by working with governments and NGOs in CambodiaKeywords: YPP, Cambodia, CSEC (Commercial Sexual Exploitations of Children), Child Trafficking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on profitability in food and beverage industries listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2010-2014 study period. Working capital used as independent variables namely aks turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover. While the dependent variable is used as a variable is return on equity in the food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The method used to observe the effect of working capital on profitability is by using multiple linear regression.The data used in this research is secondary data, financial reports (annual report). As for the food and beverage industry data listed on the Stock Exchange over the five years 2010-2014. Sampling was done by sampling purposive sample used is 6 food and beverage industry companies. Classic assumption test in this study include normality test, multicollinearity, heterokedasitas test, autocorrelation test. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21.The results showed that the variable cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover partially (t test) no significant effect on return on equity in the food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), while the variable inventory turnover is partially significant effect on return on equity the food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on return on equity in the food and beverage industry are listed on the Stock Exchange Industry (BEI).Keywords: Working capital, profitability, turnover Cash, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Return on Equity

Abstract

This research discusses about “Indonesia’s Interest In Cocoa Exportsto United States”. The purpose is this research is to find out why Indonesia cooperates with the United Stetes in Cocoa Exports. Cocoa is a leading commodity where Indonesia is a producer country thirdly after Ivory Coast and Ghana. Indonesia have the potential to become the world’s major Cocoa producers if the main problems in Cocoa such as low product and product quality can be overcome and Cocoa agribusiness is well developed and managed. Indonesia still has a potential land of millions of hectares that has not been utilized optimally.This is qualitative research which used descriptive explanative methods, and collecting datas from books, journals, articles, mass media, official ublications and relevant websites. This paper used the liberalism perspective written by Adam Smith, analysis unit nation-state and the theory is International Corporation written by K.J.Holsti.The result of the research is Indonesia export Cocoa to America because America is the world’s biggest Cocoa consumers. America is the destination country for Indonesian Cocoa exports after Malaysia. Abstract

Online mass media nowadays being a solution for problems to information seeker and more reliable because of the fast information update. The existence of Yufid.TV as youtube Dakwah Channel wich consist of Islam Knowledge studies such as how to worship, doing kindness, social worship, and many others. Theory used in this research is Stimulus - Response Theory. The purpose of this research is to find out how strong the impact of the dakwah message on Yufid.TV Youtube Channel towards motivation of learning Islam knowledge. This research is using Quantitative Research Method, with Online Google Drive or Google Docs given to Yufid.TV Channel subscriber as Data gathering method and 100 total sample which decided by Random Sampling method. Results of this research shows that the impact of dakwah message from youtube channel Yufid.TV towards motivation of learning islam knowledge is moderate or strong enough. This can be seen from the Model Summary Table which shown determination coefficient (R 2 ) is 0,669 and determination coefficient (Rsquare) is 0,447 as the result from squaring correlation coefficient 0,699 x 0,699. These numbers shows that the impact of dakwah message from youtube channel Yufid.TV towards motivation of learning islam knowledge is 44,7%

Abstract

Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Pekanbaru is one of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam’s branch with is located in Pekanbaru. Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Pekanbaru has a developing process in implementation of its funchtion. The development program in HMI held in suistainable training with started in Basic Training (First Member Training). This research was intended to learn about instructional communication process, instructional communication method, instructional communication tool, and communication issue in membering process in HMI Pekanbaru.This research is using qualitative research method with the informant’s selection used purposive technique, with selecting eight chosen informants that is a chairman, two administrators, and five instructors HMI Pekanbaru. The object of research is the activities of instruction communication HMI Pekanbaru to build the regeneration’s personality. The sampling method used observation, interview, and documentation. In tne order to gain the valid data in this research, researcher participate, take part in extension way and triangulation.The result of this research shows personality forming that begin with Basic Training process (LK I). Instruction communication process consist of three phases that is pre-training phase, training, post-training. The most intense communication happens in training phase. The using methode consist of lecture, debarating discussion, brain storming, focus group discussion, demonstration, stimulation, projection or line of duty. The lecture method is the likely method used by instructor. Instructional method is used visual media, audio media, and audiovisual media. The most used media is visual media. The issue of instructional communication consist of psychology issue and technical issue.Keyword : instructional communication, regeneration, HMI

Abstract

The ground is supporting the welfare and prosperity of the whole society of indonesia, because the ground has a major role both in the industrial sector and agricultural sector. Because almost all of human utility comes from ground, then human race the race to have the ground. Things related to the ground included in the constitution of the republic of Indonesia year 1945. See the importance of ground as a human life support, so the research is based on human needs for the ground and the importance of having a ground certificate for the whole society including the economically weak to medium. PRONA Policy is a public policy made by Indonesia government as one of the efforts in achieving orderly ground administration in the entire territory of indonesia. The implementation of the PRONA Policy is also implemented in the Pekanbaru see there are still many ground that is not owner. To realize the orderly administration of the ground throughout the territory of Pekanbaru the government is implementing a PRONA Policy is in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. The PRONA Policy aims to provide ground registration services the first time with a simple process, easy, quick and cheap in order to accelerate the ground registration throughout the territory of Indonesia.This research uses the qualitative research method which obtains data through observation, interviews and documentation. In this research the writer uses Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn theory with the analysis of descriptive data qualitative that reveals the genesis or the fact, situation, phenomenon, variable and circumstances that occur during the research by presenting what actually happened. This research interprets and describes the data concerned with the situation that is happening, attitudes and views that occur in a society, a conflict between two states or more, relationship between variable that arise, difference between the facts and its influence on a condition and so on.After the writer conducted the research in the ground office national ground agency of pekanbaru city (BPN) the writer can take conclusion that during the last five years of the implementation of the PRONA Policy in the Pekanbaru has been running pretty optimal. Although still found some obstacles in implementation, such as communication that are less good and lack of society participation because the lack of information derived by the public from BPN Pekanbaru city about PRONA Policy.Keywords: Policy, Public Policy, Ground affairs, The orderly administration
