Abstract

The satisfaction is compatibility of product accepted and expectation of product. The research was conducted to determine the satisfaction of visitors to the quality of food lendot in The Tourist Area Of The City Park Coastal Area Karimun Regency. The research method used is quantitative approach. The sample technique used is accidental sampling. Samples taken as many as 40 respondents who consume a lendot in the Kawasan Wisata Taman Kota Coastal Area Kabupaten Karimun, where taken into the research respondents are visitors who have never consume lendot with the intention to know expectations and performence after consume lendot. The data were collected using questionnaire, interview and observation. Analysis of data use is done by comparing expectations and performance of the responses of respondents. The results of the research indicate the performance is higher than the expectation level so that overall visitors are satisfied with the quality of food lendot in The Tourist Area Of The City Park Coastal Area Karimun Regency.Keywords: Satisfaction, Food Quality, Coastal Area

Abstract

The aimed of this study to seeing how management of government Offices ofManpower in the operation of workforce in 2014. As for what is meant bymanagement of government is the process of government activity which is generallyassociated with effort to exercise the power of government by implementingmanagement functions consisting of planning, organizing, directing, coordinatingand controlling. This study used qualitative research methods with a descriptiveresearch can be interpreted as troubleshooters which described by describingsituation the subject of research with the facts visible and then connected using theexisting theories.The results of research showed that management of government Offices ofManpower in the operation of labor in 2014 is already well underway. Of theplanning process, Offices of Manpower prepare and make a program based on theneeds of the Pekanbaru’s workforce. In terms of organizing, every employee Officesof Manpower has been working in accordance with his duties. In the directing,Offices of Manpower implementing the program has been run in accordance withterm of reference. In term of coordination, Offices of Manpower in collaboration withPrivate Employment Training Institute and have good mutual relations. And the lastis controlling, Offices of Manpower go direcly monitor the extent of success of theprogram.In this research, budget constraints, limited education job seekers, limitedfacilities and infrastructure and than less participation job seekers becoming aproblem of Offices of Manpower in reducing unemployment.Keywords : Management of Government, Offices of Manpower, Manpower, Unemployment

Abstract

Behavior phenomenon housewife littering is now increasingly pay attention and seemed to have become a habit among housewives who want any old young teenagers also participate and perform littering unusual because the old members an example to the younger ones. This study aims to determine why housewives littering and the causes of littering as has happened at this time. Research using qualitative methods with accidental sampling approach. Wenti was collected using questionnaires open the den and formal structured interviews, while the data analysis done by qualitative descriptive analysis. Results revealed Behavior littering the average is married women. Littering behavior is in doing them littering the roadside housewives actually feel concerned on seeing a lot of garbage piled on the roadside but they still hold a sense of habit or laziness do not want discard waste in place. whereas we all might have been equally mengatahui that impact with littering mainly. They or any housewife knows that the garbage that is dirty objects and the kinds of trash that is made up of organic waste and nonargonik. Trash arganik that such rice is rotten, rotten eggs and rotten meat. Impact of waste bins for health is the result of research that respiratory disorders, dengue fever, and skin diseases and so forth, a habit of throwing garbage do housewives so is menggagu activities of others karan with the amount of garbage that piled, iforman has long did throw the behavior of the garbage sembrangan they do bermaca-wide there in the afternoon and some mornings when doing these activities most housewives educated middle and upper schools.Keywords: Behavior, Garbage, Carelessly.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the organizational commitment and job involvement and influence on the performance of employees at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. Organizational Commitment as a variable (X1), Work Involvement as a variable (X2), and employee performance as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 21, wherein the samples used are 63 employees who conducted the census and data collection through questionnaires. The results of the analysis using the validity, reliability, determination test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression test, t test and F. It can be concluded that organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of employees at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru, work engagement significantly influence performance of employees at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru, and commitment, and job involvement oganisasi significant effect on the performance of employees at Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

Supervision is all efforts and activities to identify and assess the actual reality on the implementation of tasks or activities are in accordance with rules or not. Supervision towards tourist attraction of Danau Raja is done directly by government, youth section, sports section and tourism section. In addition, supervisor coordinated with the Organization of Pancasila Youth through the MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding). However, until now there are some extortions in tourist areas by use government name. The purpose of this study is to de determine the extent of supervision in Danau Raja and to identify the obstacle factor towards overseeing Danau Raja tourism in Rengat, Indragiri Hulu, Riau Province.Based on the theory of Manullang, supervisory process of every objects are consists of phases, setting standards, conducting assessment and conduct corrective action the method of this study is descriptive qualitative with snowball sampling technique. The informants of this study are the Head of Tourism, Head of Development Section in tourist attraction and Head of tourist attraction charm, Pancasila Youth section, merchants and visitors.The result of the data analysis by descriptive qualitative, supervisory standards of Danau Raja carried out by the department based on the main objectives and functions that has been set, the action assessment made officially through the two officers who works to maintain the cleanliness of the tourism are of Danau Raja and it coordinates with the Organization of Pancasila Youth by used MOU authority to manages the entire facility of tourist attraction of Danau Raja along fee collection agency, then the government and The Organization of Pancasila Youth held a corrective action by conducting socialization and appeal to visitors or merchants in Danau Raja to maintain the environtment. There are several factors inhibiting the supervision of Danau Raja that are government regulations about tourism until now has not implemented, the lack of funds allocated for insfrastructure improvements, the lack of human resources professionals especially in the field of supervision as well as people who are less concerned to maintain the environment of danau Raja.Keywords: Supervision, Tourism, Danau Raja

Abstract

In a work of song there are elements that are important in addition to musical arrangements. One of the most important things in a music is the existence of the lyrics of the song even just short song. Trough song lyrics written by listeners songwriters are invited to interpret through the brain that stores experience and knowledge an process it as a basic foundation in disgeting beauty of the song lyrics. This study aims to express the meaning of denotation, connotation, an the myth of Bhineka Tunggal Ika messages contained in the lyrics of Indomie advertisement edition one taste.Research metodh used is semiotic analysis of Roland Barthes, research uses a qualitative, the subject of this reseach the lyrics of Indomie advertisement edition one taste. The object of the research is the meaning of denotation, connotation,and myth in the lyrics of Indomie advertisement edition one taste. In data collecting researcher using documentation technique an literature study.The result of research, in denotation : that we are all unique and though different Indonesian nation like Indomie. Abstract

The development of rattan craft is growing rapidly in Pekanbaru City with the result of the works in the form of various forms of interesting creations so much to the outside of Pekanbaru, even already exported to neighboring countries namely Malaysia and Singapore, but according to the Office of Industry and Trade Pekanbaru City since 2009 until 2015 Rattan Craft Industry in Pekanbaru City only amounted to 11 industries. The data explains that Formal Rattan Industry has not improved since 2009. The purpose of this research is to know the function of local government in empowering rattan handicraft industry in Pekanbaru City year 2012-2015 and to know the factors that hamper the function of local government in empowering rattan craft industry in Pekanbaru City in 2012-2015.The research method used is survey research. The location of this research is in Pekanbaru City which is the capital of Riau Province. Pekanbaru City currently has a rapid development in the field of rattan crafts with the work of various forms of creation that attracted so much to the outside of Pekanbaru.The results of research on the function of local government in empowering rattan handicraft industry in Pekanbaru City in 2012-2015, on enabling indicators of Riau Provincial Government has built central rattan and continue to promote rattan craft industry in Pekanbaru city in various activities such as at certain events. There is no investor interest in Rattan Craft Industry in Pekanbaru City. In empowering indicators of Riau Provincial Government to strengthen the provision of misplaced facilities KUR (People's Business Credit) but hindered on loan guarantees. In Protecting indicators Local Government of Riau Province has not been able to overcome the problem of rattan raw material scarcity for rattan craft industry in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Functions of Government, Empowerment, Department of Industry and Trade Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Based on the background of the phenomenon that occurred in the field is still a lack of development that occurred in the Village District Tanjung Koto Kampar such as the construction of post ronda which until now not ready to build, and semenisasi unfinished roads, public services provided by the village government is still not satisfied According to society and society still not prosperous because society still feel difficult emndapatkan service from government which exist in Desa Tanjung Subdistrict Koto Kampar. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in the Village of Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu Sub-district of Kampar District and the factors that influence the Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in the Village of Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar regency. The type used in this research is qualitative with descriptive survey technique. The location of this research was conducted in Desa Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu sub-district, Kampar regency. The informant is the Head of Tanjung Village, the Secretary of Tanjung Village Head, and the community. The results of the implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) management in the physical development of the Tanjung Village can be seen from the results of the research interviews, that the management carried out is in accordance with the planning discussed, but the problem is the lack of supervision by the village government to the people who commit the fraud so that Hampering the management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the physical development of Desa Tanjung. And the factors affecting the management of Tanjung's village funding allocations are that the lack of finances owned by Tanjung villages is exacerbated by the sluggish assistance from local governments in providing village allocation funds, the lack of village community participation in village development that is part of village financial management makes it even more difficult for successful financial management, Supporting factors and constraints to village financial management are on the internal and external side of the village organization. These factors greatly affect the performance of Tanjung village's financial management while the inhibiting factor of village financial management is the limited availability of funds so that managers the difficulty of determining which programs should be precedence.Keywords: Management, Allocation of Village Funds

Abstract

This research aimed to describe why Indonesia agreed corporate with Turkey in producing Medium Tank. This corporation was held because Indonesia need to increase and modernize its army defense. The cooperation consist of three steps, Design, Prototyping, and Producing. The signed of MoU, has been done between the two countries since June 2010.In this research, Researcher analyzed this case using qualitative methods to find data and facts through some literature. The literature collected from books, journals, mass media and websites. Researcher use realism perspective which believe all policies issued by the state is an attempt to achieve or defend the national interest. The level analysis of the research is nation-state and also use national interest theory by Donald Edwin Nuctherlain.From this research it can be seen, Indonesia choose Turkey as a partner in producing Medium Tank because of Indonesia’s needs to increase the Indonesia’s military industry. Military industry cooperation made a major impact on changes in military technology by the armed forces of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

Social change and modernization today have entered into the basic and smallest institutions within the community, namely the family. The inclusion of these two factors makes the need in the family more and more, it demands for active wife and come to fight for the fulfillment of needs in his family. Most wives have more skills than husbands, so the wife has a great opportunity to work and earn on the husband. This phenomenon will cause inferioritas or keminderan symptoms in the husband. This study uses qualitative methods, namely data collection obtained based on the reality of field data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informant consisted of 4 pairs of husband and wife, but the subject of research only focused on husband. To strengthen the writing, researchers collect data from reports and documents, books, online media and publications. The theoretical framework used in this research is the theory of social change and gender relations. The results showed that of the four infromants that researchers carefully, then obtained the results that there are symptoms of inferiority in the husband who has a wife of higher income.
