Abstract

Research on the public response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program conducted by the author has the aim to find out how the public response to the research program about the public response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program held by PT. Pertamina RU II Dumai and to find out what factors influence the response of the community. The location of the study was in Tanjung Palas and Jaya Mukti Sub-Districts where the people who received the Research program about the community response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program were spread in two villages. The method used in the study was quantitative with descriptive analysis, the data collection technique used the survey method because the number of respondents was only 20 people and data collection was obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research in the field were discovered that the recipient community of the research program on the public response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program as many as 17 people had known the program and the majority of the community had participated actively. The factors that influence people's response are knowledge, education, experience, and off-target factors. Communities that have education and experience tend to actively participate. The community also has grievances in areas that are less suitable for cultivating white oyster mushrooms and the lack of new members to continue the convection business. Community response to the research program on community response to the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program has been good, this is evidenced by people's knowledge and community participation in participating in the programs held. Abstract

This study is about “Manganggap Tradition on Batak Community at Bengkong Indah Batam City (Study of Social Change)”. Which was this research aimed to explained how manganggap tradition changes in batak community at Bengkok Indah Atas. In this research, writer used qualitative method which gain some descriptive data in form of written words and explained data through logical reasons, to got logical conclusions about analysis data, so it can describe systematically situation using interview, observation, and documentation. Based on result of research tradition changes where indicate some elements in the tradition understanding that is not like the indigenous one, and also the gambling behavior that Batak community at Bengkong Indah Atas itself. Beside the elements that indicated tradition changes, there are some supplementary factors that caused why manganggap culture shifted on Batak community at that Bangkok Indah Atas itself. The reasons are the modern era where caused ethnic cultures already abandoned. Then economically which caused elements and functions of that tradition shifted. And the last, the gambling habits of that community, where they take advantages of tradition implementation venue to distributed their gambling habits.Keyword: Culture, Batak Community, Gambling

Abstract

This thesis describes a study of the Pineapple Chips Business Development Program in Tambang District. The Pineapple Chips Business Development Program is an activity carried out to try to make things better and solve the problems found in the MSE of pineapple chips in the Tambang District. This study uses a theoretical concept quoting from Adi in Basri (2007: 87), explaining that there are 6 community empowerment processes carried out in the form of programs namely Preparation Phase, Assessment Phase, Alternative planning stage, Action plan formulation stage, Implementation phase and Termination stage. The author uses qualitative research methods by analyzing data descriptively. In collecting research data using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the Pineapple Chips Business Development Program created by the Cooperative and UMK Trade Office has not been maximally achieved. There are still work programs that have been planned but not yet implemented.Keywords: Development, Pineapple Chips Business

Abstract

Various programs are presented by television stations. They are competing to be able to present interesting and interesting programs for many people. One of is The program of Stand Up Comedy Indonesia Season 7 in Kompas TV tells us that competition comedy is in different style from the others. This comedy program also has the tagline "let 's make club". The theory in this research is Theory of S-R (Stimulus – Response). The purpose of this research is to find out how strong the influence of stand up comedy indonesian season 7 on kompas tv toward the perception of comic stand up indo pku. The method used in this research was quantitative with used sensus sampling technique and total of sample as many as 58 respondents. Technique of data accumulation in this research did by way of spread a questionnaire directly to respondents. To know an influence between X variable and Y variable, researcher used analysis of simple regression linear and to process the data result of questionnaire, researcher used SPSS Program for Windows version 23. Results of this research shows that the influence of stand up comedy indonesian season 7 on kompas tv toward the perception of comic stand up indo pku weak catogory This can be seen from the Model Summary Table which shown determination coefficient (R2) is 0,367 and determination coefficient (Rsquare) is 0,135 as the result from squaring correlation coefficient 0,367 x 0,367. These numbers shows that the influence of stand up comedy indonesian season 7 on kompas tv toward the perception of comic stand up indo pku is 13.5%.Key Words: Stand Up Comedy, Perception, Stand Up INDO PKU

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Riau Province. With the aim of measuring the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Riau Province. Where the population is all employees of the Riau Provincial Development Planning Agency, which amounts to 160 people. The sample used in this study was 62 people taken using the Slovin formula and processing data using the product moment correlation method with the SPSS program. Based on the test results if the data using product correlation moment can be taken some conclusions, namely the organizational culture of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Riau Province is classified as good which is judged by respondents' responses about indicators of organizational culture, namely: mission, consistency, adaptability, and involvement with values average score of 200 which is in the range of the scale of 188-229 good category. Organizational performance in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Riau Province is classified as good, judging from the responses of respondents about organizational performance indicators, namely: quality, quantity, use of time and collaboration with a score of 208 which is in the range of 188-229 in the good category. Organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational performance in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Riau Province with the closeness of the relationship in the very strong category. Where the results of the correlation test obtained a probability number of 0,000, where 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0,05), then Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational performance. The correlation coefficient produced is equal to 0.832 which is in the range of 00.80-1,000 with a very strong category. The hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and (Ho) rejected.Keywords : Organizational Culture and Organizational Performance

Abstract

Earch was conducted on teenagers in Pulau Rumput Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the perceptions of teenagers in Pulau Rumput Village on premarital sexual behaviour in Pulau Rumput Village. The population was 68 teenagers from Pulau Rumput. The population was chosen by using Slovin formula so that the sample of 68 people was obtained. To analyzed the data, SPSS version 23 was utilized. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the perceptions of teenagers in Pulau Rumput Village are negative for premarital sex, which means that they already know and understand that premarital sex is deviant behaviour. The suggestions given by the author based on the results of the data analysis carried out are as follows: teenagers are suggested to be able to further improve their knowledge about things related to premarital sex, learning and obedience to religion, find friends who support more positive activities in order to avoid sexual behaviour premarital. Besides, they also suggested to not do prohibited things while dating.The higher incidence of pregnancy outside marriage, the better teenagers maintain themselves in the association. To parents, it is suggested to provide more guidance and good supervision for their children, so that teens do not fall into bad relationships.Keywords: Perception And Premarital Sexual

Abstract

Violence against children is one of the biggest problems that occurs in the city of pekanbaru. Therefore the Department of women’s empowerment and child protection in collaboration with P2TP2A in pekanbaru which serves to facilitate the provision of various physical and non-physical devices to women and children victims of violence. In an effort to protect women and children there are several agencies that are involved and coordinate with each other. Coordination is an important role in one organization to achieve the same goals and wants to be achieved. This study aims to get an overview of coordination between P2TP2A city of Pekanbaru with relevant agencies and identify the factors that in fluency the coordination of violence services for children in Pekanbaru. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. This uses the coordination, communication of division of labour and discipline. From the results of the study, it was found that the coordination between P2TP2A and the related agencies was not optimal, seen through several coordination indicators, one of which is a form of direct communication in the form of a coordination meeting which is only carried out according to the needs of the case, and at meetings where leaders are often represented so as to cause ineffective coordination meetings that are produced because decisions in meetings must wait for leadership approval, and disciplinary indicators on coordination established by P2TP2A often cannot fulfill calls from the police as a psychological companion to the victim, due to the constraints, limited competent human resources and limited facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, coordination can be carried out with optimal support from the government in the form of an adequate budget for fulfillment of cases and the need for facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

The development of the fashion world continues to increase, starting from technology and media so that various modes and styles as well as clothing are also social symbols so as to provide a cultural identity to someone. Regarding the aim of the study to find out which developments in fashion hijab in Indonesia, find out IFC (Indonesian Fashion Chamber) in realizing Indonesia as the "The Fashion Muslim Center Of The World 2025", and explain how to explore surly Muslim communities export hijab and to learn and explain done by Indonesian Hijab designers in penetrating foreign markets. The research conducted is qualitative research, with the research method used is descriptive research method that is the research method that addresses the objectives in the field then proceed with interpretation of data in order to explain or analyze the problem being sought. Methods this study aimed to describe or explain the events and occurrences that exist at the present time. This method is a method which seeks to collect, collate, interpret the data that was submitted by analyzing these data or analyzes of the phenomenon as well as a method of examining an object, a condition, a system of thought or a class of events in the present. In realizing Indonesia as a fashion hijab center in the world, IFC joined the government in carrying out various kinds of efforts, both internal and external. Abstract

Understanding the emancipation of women that exist in the thought of Kartini and misunderstandings do not occur in interpreting the meaning of female emancipation. The discourse of female emancipation in Indonesia could not be separated from the figure of Ajeng Raden Kartini. Since the 19th century, she was remembered as a fighter for women's emancipation in Indonesia. Through a letter addressed on his friends in the Netherlands, She reveals his thoughts about the struggles of women and female emancipation. Kartini's letters are collected in a book published by Mr. j. h. Abendanon Door Duisternis tot under the title Licht in 1911. This research uses qualitative research methods with the study of the analysis of the discourse of Sarah Mills. Sara Mills convey that understanding is divided into two parts, namely the position of the subject – object and the reader or audience. The authors collected data done by processing the documentation, study library and browse the online data. While for the data analysis, the author does categorization and the reduction of data, data and cereal drawdown summary. The results of the research in this is an understanding of female emancipation in the thought of R. A. Kartini's in the movie, She has two wishes. For Kartini his desire as women is to be free and independent. More details are first, as a woman She would like to be given the opportunity of pursuing an education at the school. Kartini's desire that latter is refused the existence of polygamous marriages. Kartini wrote to fight for emancipation of women.The thinking and actions of Kartini as this can not be separated from the background is the son of concubine and comes from the aristocracy. The conclusion of this paper is to struggle for the non educated for women and denial over the marriage of polygamy. In his fight, She uses literature as a tool to achieve this. The experience and background of Kartini as a son of concubine became a compelling reason in the fight for emancipation of women. Not only that, the traditional Javanese too withheld any women participated and motivated Kartini to fight escaping on behalf of women.

Abstract

The market is one of the factors supporting the economy of the people in Pekanbaru. The market presence in the city of Pekanbaru is quite a lot. Market managers are also not only from the government, but also private and third parties. The procedure for obtaining community market management permits is still a difficult thing to do with regard to the large number of people's markets in Pekanbaru City that do not have a formal and clear management permit. Most of the markets that have not yet beeb licensed have been established before the regulation was made. This is due to the procedure for obtaining long permits and taking a long time. Regarding this licensing has been regulation in Perda Number 9 of 2014 The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the procedure for granting community market management licenses in the city of Pekanbaru and to find out the inhibiting factors for the procedure for granting such permits. The theory used in this study is the theory of George Edwards III which has 4 factors that support the success of implementation, namely communication, resources (resources), disposition and bureaucratic structure (SOP). The method used is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is an inhibiting factor in obtaining permits according to the procedure, namely the length of the procedure for obtaining permits in the Disperindag and the lack of socialization from DPMPTSP and the Disperindag in informing this procedure.
