Abstract

The target of government policy is to improve the lives of the people, who are oriented towards increasing the income of the community, especially those who have economic limitations. Based on the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 25 of 2016 concerning Business Facility Development Assistance through Electronic Warong Gotong Royong Joint Business Group the Hope Family Program states that the establishment of PKH KUBE e-Warong aims to improve the welfare of beneficiary families. The problems in this research are: First, how is the implementation of PKH's Warong KUBE Electronic Program in Pekanbaru's Rumbai Pesisir District in 2017. Second, what are the factors that hinder the implementation of PKH's Warong KUBE Electronic Program in Pekanbaru's Rumbai Pesisir District in 2017. As for the purpose of this paper, namely: First, To find out the implementation of the PKH Electronic Warong KUBE program in Pekanbaru City Rumbai Pesisir District in 2017. Secondly, To find out the factors that hinder the implementation of PKH Warong KUBE Electronic program in Pekanbaru Rumbai Pesisir District in 2017. This research is qualitative research. This research was conducted in the District of Rumbai Pesisir. The techniques used to collect data in this study are (1) Observation, (2) Interview, and (3) Documentation. The conclusions of this study indicate that the electronic implementation of PKH Warong KUBE at the Pekanbaru City Social Service has not been optimal, which is evidenced by the lack of human resources in the escort section, and there is a lack of funds in the implementation team that descends on the field. Based on the results of the research that the researchers have done, the authors make suggestions that the Prosperous Indonesian Community Cooperatives (KMIS) can be formed so that the input of food in e-Warong can be easily controlled, regaining the poor in each region, the community is wiser in utilizing assistance given so that the benefits of the program can be felt in the long term. Abstract

Punk is a culture that was born in the country of England. Assessment of Punk in looking at a problem can be seen through the lyrics of the song that tells about the problems of political, environmental, economic, ideological, social and even religious problem. The Punk community in Pasir Pangaraian is a group of people who run the activities of life with their togetherness based on the principle of voluntary cooperation with the cultural lifestyle of Western countries with their fashion show. This research aims to find out what factors aspects influenced the Punk community into a teenager and to analyze patterns of community life in the city's Punk Pasir Pangaraian. This research collected through observation and interview method documentation. The analysis by using a descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this research it can be concluded that the factor behind their teens become the Punk community are, among others: (1) the family of the problems of lack of attention and affection of a family especially the elderly. (2) the height of the Punk community members such as solidarity, a sense of community, a sense of the importance of unity, a sense of sympathy, concern for friends and mutual help to each other. (3) the influence of friends became one of the factors that cause a person to become a member of the Punk community, choose call buddy who overall has affected the mindset of the individual. (4) the economic Problem also affects individual families to find new life as lived a life as members of the Punk community. Furthermore the Punk community life patterns in the Pasir Pangaraian can be seen from the variety of activities they do in the morning, afternoon, and evening.Keywords: Punk community, Patterns of life

Abstract

The plight of the Rohingya, an ethnic group in Myanmar who has been suffering an institutionalised persecution and discrimination since the administration of military Junta. The Rohingya is facing a serious threat of genocide, ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity, while the government of Myanmar has failed in its primary duty to protect them as citizen.The sources of this research are obtained through literature review, other books, website, etc. The sources analysis is qualitative methode. This research uses a level analysis of international system, a perspective of constructivism that describes a solution due to the impact of human’s thought construction and a concept of constructive engagement as a solution of humanity crisis.Due to such failure, the responsibility to protect them falls on the international community included Indonesian to prevent the occurence of mass atrocities under the Constructive Engagemnet. The objective of this mini thesis are to provide an understanding of the plight of the Rohingya and to analyse the Constructive Engagement as a solution of crisis.Key Words: Constructive Engagement, Rohingya, Indonesia’s Policy.

Abstract

In encouraging economic development, the government has rolled out policies that support economic development in all lines, including in the field of immigration. One of the policies is free visa approval. Visits to state people, state-specific regional governments, and certain entities with hopes of this policy can increase the number of foreign tourist visits in particular. This research was conducted to study the method of visa issuance and the quality of visa visit services at the Pekanbaru City Immigration Office by using quantitative descriptive methods to examine the contradictions carried out by analyzing tourist recommendations regarding Visa Visit services at the Pekanbaru City Immigration Office. The questionnaires distributed amounted to 100 people. While the data collection techniques in this study used observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. JNE Cabang Samosir, as for the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing public relation and brand image to costumer loyalty ( study at PT. JNE Cabang Samosir). marketing public relation and brand image as the independent variable (X1X2) while the costumer loyalty as the dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is the sale of room service of PT. JNE Cabang Samosir experinced fluctuated every year, does not even reach the sales target. Seen from the presentation realization of sale in the company in the last 5 years. The research sample was taken of 100 respondents of the population was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data was getting from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS. From the results which shows that marketing public relation and brand image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty (study at PT. Abstract

Inclusive education is education that combines special needs students with normal students in a regular school to provide opportunities for all students who have physical, emotional, mental and social abnormalities in obtaining quality education in accordance with their needs and abilities. This is stated in the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 70 of 2009 concerning Inclusive Education for Students Who Have Abnormalities and Special Intelligence and / or Talent Potential. The researchers want to see the Role of Pekanbaru Education Office in the Implementation of 2017 Inclusive Education. This study aims (1) to find out the Role of Pekanbaru City Education Office in Implementing Inclusive Education 2017 (2) to find out the barriers to the role of Pekanbaru City Education Agency in Organizing Inclusive Education in 2017. The main research locations were conducted at the Pekanbaru City Education Agency. With the implementation of inclusive education researchers took two inclusive schools as appointed by the government, namely Pekanbaru 71 Elementary School and Bintang Cendekia Integrated Islamic Primary School Pekanbaru. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique is done by qualitative descriptive analysis. Research Results The Role of Pekanbaru City Education Office in Implementing Inclusive Education in 2017 that the role of the Pekanbaru City Education Office in implementing inclusive education has not run optimally, which can be seen from planning inclusive education policies and programs, financial management for inclusive education, and training and development of personnel for inclusive education. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of inclusive education in the city of Pekanbaru include internal factors, namely the lack of a budget for inclusive education, lack of human resources and lack of facilities and infrastructure while external factors, namely public perceptions of inclusive education, lack of training related to inclusive education and lack of data collection inclusive school children with special needs. Abstract

Fires in 2015 and 2018 in the village of Lukun burned a total of about 310 hectares have serious consequences for nature and the local social environment. In addition to making some people lose their livelihoods, fires have also caused fauna migration and plant death. Furthermore, Peatland in Lukun Village has become critical and has even drought. By using the snowball technique, the author found 7 informants they are 3 sago farmers, 2 rubber farmers, 1 areca nut farmer, 1 vegetable farmer and banana. The type of research used was qualitative descriptive with 2 months of research duration. The findings of the study in terms of land preparation methods used are clear-cutting and cutting down the hallway. After a few days later, they start to burn the remaining wood or leaves. The Land cultivation and the seeds procurement are carried out with a system of "replacements" between the fellow farmers. How to care for the plant is still in the traditional way which uses human hair as a pest barrier pig, does fumigation to eliminate the pest beetles, and cutting the bush to avoid wild animals. The activities of farmers still use simple technology and equipment such as machetes, hoes, axes, carts and others. Ways of farming are still in the form of traditional. It is done to preserve peat as well as cultural heritages of the past and disseminated through two forms of the fieldwork and discussions. In addition to taking local wisdom of farming, farmer awareness on the preservation of peat indicated by the start of an environmentally friendly plant such as fruits or timber and joined a group of MPA in the region of Lukun.Keywords: Local Wisdom, Farmers, Peat Sustainability

Abstract

PT Pembangkit Jawa Bali CSR Program Operation & Mainstreaming Services Unit of the PLTU Tenayan is a tangible manifestation of the company in carrying out the mandate of the Law and helping to answer community problems in the operational area, especially Bencah Lesung Village, Pekanbaru City. One of the leading CSR programs in the field of empowerment is the Usaha Tenayan Budidaya Ternak Lele. This study aims to determine the stages of implementing the Usaha Tenayan Budidaya Ternak Lele CSR program and to find out the company's motivation for the Usaha Tenayan Mandiri Budidaya Ternak Lele. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis according to Huberman and Miles. For the technique of checking the validity of the data using an extension of participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate the CSR Team by the Sub Dit & Sekretariat PT PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan carried out four stages of implementation in implementing the Usaha Tenayan Mandiri Budidaya Ternak Lele program including: First location selection, which included observation in the target area, collecting social problems, problem planning. Both socialization, which includes the delivery of the results of problem formulation to the target community, counseling about the program to be implemented, and procedures to the community if they want to join the CSR program that will be facilitated by PT PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan. Third is community-based development by completing development needs, the development process by clearing land and making ponds and inaugurations attended by relevant stakeholders. Fourth is the independence of society by monitoring CSR programs by companies and increasing income to develop businesses from programs managed by business groups. To see the motivation received by the company by the implementation of theUsaha Tenayan Mandiri Budidaya Ternak Lele program, the company seeks to realize this CSR program to be a piloting project for new groups that will develop the same business, namely in the field of catfish farming in Bencah Lesung. Furthermore, the company will seek the Catfish Livestock CSR program by PT PJB UBJOM PLTU Tenayan as an icon of the Bencah Lesung sub-district so that the people of Pekanbaru city are specifically motivated to develop the business sector in order to improve the economy, by continuing to develop CSR programs through increasing income for community groups managing Usaha Tenayan Mandiri Budidaya Ternak Lele.

Abstract

 This research aims to determine about Greenpeace’ effort to handle of Environmental Damage After Forest and Land Fires in Indonesia.  During 2015, Indonesia experiences El Nino season that causes dryness. It is created  hotspots around the forest and land flammable. It’s getting worse because there were large opening of oil palm plantations in peatland and forest areas by cutting-burning to save the costs. Land clearing also experienced problem within the management due to overlapping permissions issued by the government. This incident led Greenpeace as an NGO to save the environment and take part in deal with environmental demage following forest and land fires with several forest-related programs.  This research uses the Perspective of Contructivism, Group Organization the level analysis, Theory of International Organizations  and the concept of Environmental Security. This research data is obtained from books, journals, offical documents and website that support the hypothesis. The research method used is descriptive with literature studies.The result of this research is the efforrt that conducted by Greenpeace to handle environmental demage after forest and land fires in Indonesia“Forest Without Fire Campaign”; launched a program named Interactive Map Kepo Hutan, Tiger Challenge, Create Fire Prevention Team, launched toolkit of High Stock Carbon (HSC) Approach, and the partnership Greenpeace with government. Abstract

Control in principle is components in the management process that have an important role in the process of achieving the stated objectives and correcting existing irregularities. Control provides answers to irregularities, problems were found, namely the circulation of used clothing in Indragiri Hilir. The purpose of  study is knowing how to control and inhibit the distribution of used clothing in Indragiri Hilir. The theoretical concept used is control measures by Siswanto which consist of: set standards, measure performance, compare performance in accordance with standards, and take corrective action. . The research method used is a type of qualitative by expressing fonomenology, the selection of informants using the purposive sampling adn snawball sampling technique. The techniques of collecting data are through observation, interviews, library studies, and documentation. The results of this study the Department of Trade and Industry as the executor of the policy showed that control was never carried out in controlling the circulation of used clothing in Indragiri Hilir.   Keywords: Control, Circulation, Used Clothing
