Abstract

Indah Sergang Beach tourist attraction is one of the attractions in Lingga Regency, which is located in the village of Tanjung Harapan, Singkep District, Lingga Regency. Indah Sergang Beach is a tourist attraction that originally came from the self-supporting community of Tanjung Harapan Village and began to be built in 2008 by the Lingga district tourism office. The attractions of Indah Sergang Beach include beaches with sloping white sand, clean sea water, and a beach position that faces directly to the sunrise. Indah Sergang Beach has the potential to be developed, proper management will add value to sales and become a source of income for the community and local government. The formulation of the problem from this research is How is the management of Indah Sergang Beach tourism object in Tanjung Harapan Village, Singkep District, Lingga Regency, 2016?            This study aims to determine the management of Indah Sergang Beach attractions in Tanjung Harapan Village, Singkep District, Lingga Regency, 2016 and constraints in the management of  Indah Sergang Beach tourism object. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out interactively and continuously until complete, so the data is saturated.             The results showed that the tourist attraction of Indah Sergang Beach was managed by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports, Lingga Regency and the community was assigned directly as cleaning staff at Indah Sergang Beach. The management of Indah  Sergang Beach tourism object has not been managed optimally, this can be seen from the process of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Constraints that make this region not yet managed optimally include the lack of a budget which has an impact on the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure at tourist sites, there is no institution that manages tourism objects, there are no regulations governing the implementation of activities in tourist attractions in detail, retribution management is not implemented anymore in the management of Indah Sergang Beach because the method of collecting previous retributions is not in accordance with regulations and training activities for tourism conscious people in Tanjung Harapan Village community are still lackingKeywords: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling.

Abstract

The research conducted at RM. Pondok Gurih Pekanbaru where located in Jl. Sudirman No. 22. The problem in this study is number of buyers has decreasing, percentage of target achievement has decreased, complaints from consumer and  the failure of the company’s sales target has not been achieved, this study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing and product quality on consumer satisfaction at RM. Pondok Gurih Pekanbaru.. In this study use quantitive descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this is are consumers at  RM. Pondok Gurih Pekanbaru. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that experiential marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at RM. Pondok Gurih Kota Pekanbaru. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2)experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction the value of R square is 0,543 or 54,3% and product quality on consumer satisfaction the value of R square is 0,500 or 50% and coefficient of determination (R2) experiential marketing and quality product on consumer satisfaction the value of R square is 0,723 or 72,3%. This show that the experiential marketing and quality product gives an effect of  72,3% on consumer satisfaction at RM. Pondok Gurih Kota Pekanbaru, while remaining 27,7% is effected by other variables that are not examined in this study. Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Quality Product, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational culture and career development and its influence on organizational commitment of the PT. Suka Fajar Subs. Pekanbaru. Organizational Culture as a variable (X1), Career Development as a variable (X2), and Organizational Commitment as a variable (Y). The method in this research is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS 21, where in the sample used are employees of 68 is done, by purposive sampling method and technique of data collection through questionnaires.The results of the analysis using validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. it can be concluded that organizational culture have a significant effect on organizational commitment of the PT. Suka Fajar Subs. Pekanbaru, career development have a significant effect on organizational commitment of the PT. Suka Fajar Subs. Abstract

Writing a thesis entitled "How to Life Survive of Building Worker Family (A Case Study in PasirPengaraian Urban Village)”. In Pasir Pengaraian Urban Village we can meet many building worker, a few building up in PasirPengaraianurban village and the entering of building workers from outside PasirPengaraian urban village make the high competition among thebuilding workers then difficult to get a job, the difficulty of getting a job make the unstable economy of building workers' families. The formulation of the problem (1) How to survive by the family of building workers in the face of economic pressure (2) What factors cause the building worker stay afloat in this work.This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the research obtained, that the way survival of the building workers family in PasirPengaraianurban village to fulfil the necessities of their family by active way, passive way and the network way.The active way isby doing other work such as working on rubber, harvesting palm oil, fishing, making wreaths and being a driver, another way that the family of building workers is involved or the work other family membersto fulfil the necessities of their families. The passive way that building workers do by saving to buy clothing and other saving such as in the sick the building workerchoose to buy drugs in small store. While the network way is by borrowing the money to another building workers, relatives, neighbors, cooperatives when need urgent money and owed to a stall to fulfil the necessities of their family.Factors of building workers still survive work as a construction or building worker is the absence of ability or skill, income factor, the factor of work experience, and then the comfortable factor.Keywords: Survive, Worker

Abstract

This research was conducted in Siak Subdistrict, Siak District. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of guidance of prisoners in Rutan Siak. The focus of this research is to know the implementation of guidance of prisoners and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of guidance of prisoners in the Second Class State Detention Unit B Siak, so that prisoners can live as normal human beings or re-socialization. The subject of this research is the detainee service officer as responsible for the implementation of guidance of the prisoner, that is 5 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method. Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of coaching goes well, despite the lack of awareness of self-inmates to make changes and lack of infrastructure in the implementation of coaching.Keywords: Re-Socialization, Coaching, Prisoners, Siak.

Abstract

Survival strategy is a method / strategy undertaken by smallholders in meeting their household needs by utilizing what is in his family. This study aims to mendeskriptifkan profit-sharing system applied owning farmers and sharecroppers and survival strategies sharecroppers in meeting their household needs in Jorong Sarilamak, which sharecropper of the groups working on the fields owned by others because they do not pick the wetland itself so that the results harvest obtained from processing paddy fields belonging to other people will be in for for smallholders and land owners. The data obtained in this study will be used descriptive quantitative method. The technique used in determining the research sample is purposive sampling while the data collection process by using the method of observation and guided interviews. The results obtained from the study, the researchers can say that although peasants not voting fields own land, they are still able to survive and meet the household needs by looking for additional work such as livestock, farm labor, trade, and a handyman. Another way by sharecropper is to involve family members in meeting the needs of their families, and to borrow money from relatives and neighbors when they need urgently needed.Keywords: Farmers Cultivators, Survival Strategies, Sharing System

Abstract

This research is aimed to explain the the impact of PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana to sponsorship cooperation with Manchester United football club 2013-2016. PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana is an Indonesian tire manufacturer that produces Achilles tires for cars and Corsa for motorcycles. Manchester United is a football club United Kingdom who plays in the highest league of England and is a big club that has big names and many achievements. To increase tire exports to European markets PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana initiative to cooperate with Manchester United Football Club through branding of Achilles and Corsa brand which will become better known after the cooperation also to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This study was prepared using the perspective of Neoliberalism and the theory of International Cooperation. This research also uses descriptive analysis with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are literature studies (library research). The results of this study indicate that sponsorship cooperation is not proven to increase the tire export capacity to the European market. Manchester United's big name is not able to increase the number of tire sales to Europe. But other things have a positive impact is the implementation of United Training as Corporate CSR Porgram that affects a number of children elected in Indonesia to gain knowledge of the activities undertaken by PT. Abstract

Illegal racing is a race among motorcycle and also cars in a public road. This research aims to discover the factors and the impact which causes illegal racing by teenagers. The research using the theory of deviant behavior, juvenile delinquency and social control support by the books with a common discuss. The research method is qualitative descriptive with observed, interviews and documentation technique to take the result. This research subjects selected by accidental sampling which is based on coincidence or anyone around study site. As the final result of this research, the conclusion is teenagers do illegal racing with deviation patterns forming a juvenile delinquency.Keywords : Ilegal Racing, Juvenile, Juvenile Delinquency

Abstract

In this times, high mobility is needed to move from one area to another in a short time. Therefore, an effective and efficient transportation is needed like aircraft. Implementation handling delay management at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport Pekanbaru based on the Republic of Indonesia's Minister of Transportation Regulation No.89 of 2015 still not running optimally, because passengers who get delay’s flight still haven’t received specific information regarding the reasons for the delay and haven’t received compensation according to what has been determined, and not all boarding gate officers able to provide information of delay to passenger. The goals of this study are to find out and analyze the implementation and factors that inhibit handling delay management at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport in Pekanbaru. This study uses the Ripley and Franklin theory concepts (Tahir, 2015) where there are three things that can measure the success of implementing a policy, that are the loyalty of bureaucracy level (compliance), have a smooth routine and there is no problems, and performance. This research method is descriptive qualitative using purposive sampling with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, interviews, and literature. The results of this study indicate that implementation handling delay management has been running but has not been optimally implemented. It can be proof with the delay filghts that dont provide an information reasons for delays, dont provide compensation according to the established policies and passengers also dont really know and understand about the policy. Keywords : Implementation, Minister Regulation, Flight Delay.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee involvement in the implementation of management by olimpic system and employee performance partially. This study uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 99 respondents at PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, Tbk, Perawang employees. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 22.0 by validating, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing by t test (partial).The results showed that the hypothesis testing of employee involvement in the implementation of management by oklimpic system on employee performance is t count (6,342)> t table (1,984), meaning that the involvement of employees in the implementation of management by Olympic system (MBOS) has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Management By Olympic System (MBOS), Employee Performance
