Abstract

The tattoo community is a place to interact with tattoo users or tattoo lovers who have a sense of art and love of tattoos. The tattoo community in this case is a social phenomenon that is present in the midst of modern society. In this case the social group must have the role of capital for sustainability and to achieve goals in the community. Where the role of capital must be owned by every member of the social group, namely the tattoo community. This study analyzes the activities and role of capital in the Riau Tattoo Association (ART) tattoo community in Pekanbaru. Where the roles to be discussed are Social Capital, Symbolic Capital and Cultural Capital, then to find out what tattoos mean for members of the Association Riau Tattoo(ART). The theory used in this study is Capital (Social, Symbolic and Culture) Habitus and Arena. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques namely direct observation, interviews and documentation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Where the number of informants amounted to 6 people then divided into two parts, namely 3 founders of the tattoo community, then 3 were members of the Associaion Riau Tattoo (ART) tattoo community. From the results of these studies the Riau Tattoo Association (ART) community has positive activities / activities not only for them but also for the surrounding community. The Riau Tattoo Association (ART) tattoo community has also demonstrated the role of capital in which the Social, Symbolic and Cultural Capital possessed by each member or community itself.Keywords: Tattoos, Communities, Capital

Abstract

Cerita Baru Centre (CBC) and Riau Creative Centre (RCC) is a program created by the Riau Province Tourism Office with the aim of promoting leading tourism potential which has been the main attraction of Riau tourism in the hope of increasing the number of domestic and foreign tourists visiting. The purpose of this study was to find out how the promotion of tourism sector innovation in Riau Province as well as what were the inhibiting factors of the promotion of innovation through the CBC program and the RCC program. The theoretical concept used in this study is the promotion of innovation by Kotler and Keller which consists of: advertising, sales promotion, events, publicity, and media. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the promotion of innovation in tourism in Riau Province through the CBC program and the RCC program has been carried out but has not run optimally. This is due to the existence of factors that inhibit the promotion of innovation which include: budget, and human resources. Should, tourism office of Riau Province responsible for RCC program can pay more attention goals and objectives program already predetermined and review the program that have been carried out.Keywords: E-Promotion, Tourism, CBC Program, RCC Program

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of promotion (advertising. Sales promotion, and public relations) and service quality (Tangibles, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance) on patient trust (Ability, Benevolence and Integrity) at Annisa Medika 2 Hospital Pekanbaru.The population in this study were patients who visited Annisa Medika 2 Pekanbaru Hospital. With 100 samples, sampling uses the Slovin formula. The research data collection is in the form of primary data, with questionnaires as research instruments and secondary data in the form of company archives, the dta analysis used is using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f test with the help of the SPSS program. From the results of data analysis which includes tests of validity, rebility, and multiple linear regression, the results of the t test show the calculation of t count (9.653)> t table (1,984) and sig. (0,000) <0,05. This means that the Promotion variable has a significant effect on Patient Trust. And the results of the study indicate the calculation of t arithmetic (8.995)> t table (1,984) and sig. (0,000) <0.05. This means that the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on Patient Trust and based on the simultaneous test it is concluded that promotion and service quality together have a significant effect on patient trust with a large influence of 56.6% at Annisa Medika 2 Hospital Pekanbaru.Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Patient Trust

Abstract

The city of Pekanbaru is a place that has a variety of ethnicities, one of which is Chinese, they live and even settle, there are also some who do business in the city of Pekanbaru. So that the ethnic Chinese gradually mingled and established relationships with local communities in the city of Pekanbaru. most ethnic Chinese who have relations with Indigenous people do not get the blessing, because they have different cultural backgrounds, religions, and also stereotypes towards other cultures. These stereotypes are the most problematic and issues that block the relationship between the ethnic Chinese and the Indigenous people. In the context of intercultural relations, stereotypes can influence a family's assessment of someone who will be a life companion. So strong is the family relationship in Chinese ethnicity, so that family opinion is always a consideration for making decisions. Many of the ethnic Chinese who were shunned by their families, were not considered children, were even exiled when they preferred to establish relations with the Natives rather than fellow ethnic Chinese. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were six ethnic Chinese people who had a relationship with the Indigenous people, who were selected using the snowball sampling technique. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Hubermen models. To achieve data validity, researchers used an extension of participation and triangulation. The results of the study showed that Chinese ethnic motifs related to the Indigenous people consisted of motives which included the character of the couple, feeling comfortable with the Indigenous, and the economy and business. and in order to motive include feeling like being recognized and accepted, commitment, building a happy household. While the meaning of intercultural relations is divided into two categories of mutual respect for other cultures, cultural diversity. The experience of pleasant communication consists of, (1) being more open to partners, (2) harmony, (3) feeling close to family and unpleasant communication, (1) not blessed by parents, (2) feeling alienated. Kata kunci : Intercultural communication, communication exprerince,motive cpmunnication, mean communication

Abstract

School periods are very vulnerable and need to be monitored and given counseling about the dangers of juvenile delinquency, namely the process of beginning the teenager itself, namely when stepping on junior high school (SMP). The need for counseling and understanding of the dangers of promiscuity, drugs and other delinquency should be instilled during junior high school. The researcher was interested in knowing the counseling communication held by the Community Development Unit (Satbinmas) Pekanbaru Police carried out coaching and counseling activities on juvenile delinquency at the junior high school level in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this counseling is to find out the selection of communicators on counseling, counseling messages, counseling media, target counseling and the effects of counselingThe research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This qualitative research aims to explain the phenomenon as deeply as possible through the deep collection of data. Using a purposive technique with interview data collection techniques, observation, documentation, using data analysis techniques, and using data validation techniques to extend participation and triangulation.The source of counseling in this study is the SatBinmas Polresta Pekanbaru, usually the communicator of this counseling, is Aiptu Siregar. Counseling is usually held in schools in the city of Pekanbaru with a time that has been adjusted by the school. Message in counseling held by Sat Binmas Polresta Pekanbaru in Anticipating Juvenile Delinquency is informative and persuasive. In conducting counseling through media seminars presentation is assisted with powerpoint slide media through infocus. Participants or recipients of the Sat Binmas Polresta Pekanbaru counseling about anticipation of juvenile delinquency are school students, parents, and the community. The expected feedback from the counseling on juvenile delinquency anticipation carried out by Sat Binmas Polresta Pekanbaru is the declining percentage of juveniles in Pekanbaru City.

AbstractThe Environmental Impact is a focus in development to protect the environment in Pekanbaru City. The development of PLTU at Tenayan Raya Industrial Area which uses the environmental impact analysis study still raises problems. Requirements that must be completed in the preparation of the environmental impact analysis are the terms of reference, Andal and RKL-RPL. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze related The Impact Development of PLTU at Tenayan Raya Industrial Area Pekanbaru City and analyze the factors that influence the Impact Development of PLTU at Tenayan Industrial Area in Pekanbaru City. The theory used in this study is the theory according to Jones about the stages in the policy implementation process that have indicators of the stages of interpretation, organizing stage and application stage. The research method used is a type of qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of research informants using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are that the impact development of PLTU at tenayan raya industrial area in the city of Pekanbaru has not been well implemented. Abstract

This research aims to explain the concerns of India rejecting the cooperation of One Belt One Road (OBOR) of China. OBOR is China's foreign policy as a new silk route which was declared by President Xi Jinping in 2013. The Author  uses  the perspective of  neo-mercantilism,  foreign policy theory, and  the analysis system is the nation state. This research uses an explanatory qualitative, the data collection techniques by library research are derived from literature such as books, journals, thesis, official documents and visits to internet sites. The result of this research indicate that India rejected the OBOR cooperation because of external factors and internal factors. Internal factors include economic interests and political interests. India rejects OBOR cooperation in three international forums. First, India refused to attend and boycott 1st Belt and Road Forum (BRF) on May 14, 2017. Second, India refused to support OBOR at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit on June 10, 2018. Abstract

This research was carried out in sub-districts in accordance with Nomophobia residences in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study was to find out the social life of Nomophobia adolescents in the social environment of the community and to find out the positive and negative effects of the Gadget for teenagers. The subjects in this study amounted to 12 people, of which 3 core informants and 9 supporting informants. Writing uses qualitative descriptive methods and data analyzed qualitatively and uses subject taking techniques with the Snowball Samply method. Data instruments are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. From the results of research conducted by researchers found that addicts who are addicted to or Nomophobia Gadgets have a social life that leads to a negative impact and a decreased level of achievement is due to not being able to divide the time between playing gadgets and the responsibility of students and children in the household. The essence of this study is more negative for adolescents who are addicted to gadgets compared to the positive effects generated by teenagers nomophobia. Keywords : Teenagers, Nomophobia, Social Life, Gadget

Abstract

Abstract                Analysis of the Position of the Regional Revenue Agency of the City of Pekanbaru is still a mismatch between the position and the field of science currently occupied. This means that the level of education in the field of science has not yet been fully taken into consideration. The purpose of this researcher is to find out information on the position analysis of the Regional Revenue Agency of the City of Pekanbaru. Information collected through job analysis plays an important role in human resource planning because it provides data on staffing conditions and the work environment. The indicators used are Permenpan RB Number 38 Year 2017, namely job requirements including rank, education qualification, type of training, measure of job performance and work experience. The research method used is qualitative with a type of case study approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The selection of research informants using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of the position of the Pekanbaru City Revenue Agency is still not appropriate between positions and levels of education with the motto "The right man on the right place" which means placing the right person in the right place and the factors that hinder the analysis of the Board of Education office. Abstract

This study aims to examine partially and simultaneously the effect of Inflation and the Rupiah Exchange Rate of the Share Price of PT Kimia Farma. Where the independent variable in this study is Inflation and the Exchange Rate of Rupiah on Dolar AS and the dependent variable is the Stock Price. This study uses secondary data in the form of company financial statements and annual reports annual report of PT Kimia Farma Tbk for the period 2014-2018. Data analysis in this study using simple, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test, the coefficient of determination by using the SPSS 16 device program. The results of the analysis show that the Inflation variable partially (t test) influences the stock price, the variable exchange rate of the rupiah affects the stock price of PT Kimia Farma Tbk. Simultaneous results (test f) indicate the influence of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate on the stock price of PT Kimia Farma Tbk.Keywords: Inflation, rupiah exchange rate (exchange rate), stock price
