Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Buluh Cina Siak Hulu District Kampar. The purpose of this research is to know the management and development of the Buluh Cina  Nature Park by the people of Buluh Cina  District Siak Hulu Kampar District. The focus topic of this research is to know the constraints in the management and development of the Buluh Cina Reed Nature Park by the people of Buluh Cina District Siak Hulu Kampar District. The samples in this study amounted to 5 people. The author uses qualitative methods and uses pusposive sampling technique. Data instruments are observations, interviews and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that the community together agreed that the main maintainer of the natural tourism of Buluh Cina is the local community. The government is asked only as a supervisor and community escort only in providing direction and ideas related to the management of tourism. In the management of waste and security, the people of Buluh Cina village have divided the tasks with their fellow communities. The community always asks for advice from the government, then from the government will be in the best possible planning that considers the aspects of the natural environment so that there is no destruction of the natural forest because of the development and conversion of nature. In addition researchers also found that there are several obstacles in the management and development of natural tourism of Buluh Cina, namely as follows: limitation in dissemination of information, from the description of the subject of research known that the government is less Pay attention to the promotion of Buluh Cina nature tourism. Lack of community participation in the development of Nature Park, from the research conducted found that the participation of young generation of the village of China Buluh in the development of tourism objects is still very low.  Keywords: Social Capital, Social Networking, Nature Tourism

Abstract

This research was conducted at the dahliah Pekanbaru burger located on Jl. Dahlia No.24 sukajadi, kec. Sukajadi, the city of Pekanbaru - Riau. The problem in this study is the decline in the past year and not achieving the target number of customers who are allegedly influenced by customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty Abah Dahlia burger Pekanbaru. Samples were taken based on the method using the Slovin formula, amounting to 100 respondents.Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis with the results showing that service quality and product quality significantly influence customer loyalty. With a simple linear regression calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) the quality of service to customer loyalty is obtained R Square of 0, 440 or 44.0%, product quality to customer loyalty obtained R Square of 0, 430 or 43.0% and the calculation of multiple linear regression coefficient of determination (R2) service quality and product quality on customer loyalty obtained R Square of 0, 496 or 49.6%. This shows the quality of service and product quality gives an effect of 49.6% on customer loyalty Abah dahliah burger Pekanbaru.  Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction to nurse commitment (caseof RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru).This research method is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 19 program, wherein the samples used are nurse of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with respondents as many 69 people. For a sampling technique used census method. The data collection is done through questioners and interviews.The results of the analysis using the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test , t test and F test so it can be seen that variable work motivation to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, that job satisfaction significantly effect to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, and significant effect between society together work motivation and job satisfaction to nurse commitment RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru.Keywords:Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Police of the Republic of Indonesia is a government institution engaged in the field of state security and is tasked to provide services to the community, provide security and serve the community well. it is a form of the image of the Police given to the public. Similarly, this film aims to know the meaning of denotation, connotations and myths in the film You are the Other me and also to know how the representation of the image of the police in movie You are the other me. This research uses qualitative research method with semiotics analysis approach Roland Barthes. Subjects in this research use the scenes that are in the movie You are other me. This study uses data collection techniques through scene observation, documentation and literature study to achieve the validity of data in this study, researchers used the technique Triangulation The results showed that there are three meanings in semiotics Roland Barthes, found the meaning of denotation of police image depicted in the movie you are the other me is the attitude done by the Police in the life of the community, the meaning of the image connotation Police in this film is the nature that is contained within the self The police are shown to the public in the face of a problem and solving the problem. the meaning of the myth in this movie is the attitude or characteristic of a Police when dealing with the people who make the image on the Police become positive. Abstract

This research was conducted in SimpangBaru Village Kecamatan Tampan. The purpose of this study is to determine the motivation of students to entrepreneurship in SimpangBaru Village Kecamatan Tampan. The focus of this study is what factors encourage entrepreneurial students in SimpangBaru Subdistrict Tampan District. The technique of determining the sample by purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 5 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. The study found that the average student who has a personal business is a student who sits in semesters 3-7 on some campuses in Simpang Baru Village. Types of business that many students do is a business trade Research found there are some forms of motivation entrepreneurship students in Simpang Baru Village, namely as follows: Lifestyle, Research found that the subject of research is very concerned with lifestyle today, but to get the lifestyle of young people the present research subject realizes not being able to rely on his family. Economic needs, Research also found that the research subjects decided to become entrepreneurs is not only to finance himself, as well as to finance his family dikampung. Needs achievement, Research also found that another important goal that motivates research subjects to entrepreneurship is to finance education so that no need menyatka to parents to finance education. Abstract

Lifestyle is something that is beyond the personality. Lifestyle happens especially in the Faculty of Economics is of respondents noticed a significant change from other Faculties, starting from the change in the dress code that is used by students and staffs who work in that environment. The use of private vehicles ranging from motorcycles and cars that look more numerous than in other Faculties, the use of communication devices such as mobile phones (HP) more updates. With a style of life lived now makes students lose Reviews their critical mind. The purpose of the formulation of the problem is to know the shapes of the lifestyle of students of Faculty of Economics, University of Riau after staying in Pekanbaru and to determine the factors of lifestyle changes that occur in students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Riau. Types of change lifestyle from the students are influenced by advertising a lifestyle, an independent lifestyle, hedonistic lifestyle and their consumer behavior which students inculcate the importance of self-image to appear publicly in advance. Factors affecting changes in economic students of Faculties of this is the influence of attitude, personality, self-concept, motives, perceptions, social class and family. With the problems and objectives that have been Formulated, then the population in this study were all students of economic university Faculties Riau originating from Kandis District using census method or the total amounting to 31 students. This research Data collection instrument was a questionnaire and documentation. In analyzing the data is using quantitative descriptive method. The conclusion of this research is a form of lifestyle changes that occur in the Student Faculty is dominant in the form of an independent lifestyle changes which these students to find out the latest information via various electronic media. Second, the factors that influence a positive impact, the family does not limit the space for them to undergo training, education gained influence them to become people of character, style according to Socioeconomic circumstances, and they reviews also make friends with people who can provide comfort to them in any case.Keywords: Changes, Lifestyle, Students

Abstract

Fostering the orderly administration of the Village Administration in the Village District of Bandar Petalangan has not run optimally. Problems in research formulated the problem How camat role in fostering the orderly administration of the Village Administration in the District Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan Year 2013-2014? The purpose of this study was to determine the role in the formation of orderly administration camat Village Governance in the District Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan Year 2013-2014 and know the resistance camat role in fostering the orderly administration of the Village Administration in the District Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan Year 2013-2014. This study used a descriptive approach quantitative methods. For sample use sampling techniques purposife. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Quantitative analysis along with the data quality of a percentage (%).The results of this study can be concluded that the role of Head in fostering a village chief in the district of Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan in the provision of guidance, mentoring, providing referrals, provision of training and supervision are less instrumental category. Barriers role in fostering the orderly administration Head of the Village Administration in the District Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan namely: lack of planning and experience Head Bandar Petalangan in providing guidance to the orderly administration of the Village Administration. Besides that become barriers camat the Village Governance in the District Bandar Petalangan Pelalawan low level of education and thinking Village Government in managing and taking care of his village. Government District of less aware of its responsibility as the supervisor of the implementation of the orderly administration of the village administration. Abstract

This research have been at location of car free day on the Diponegoro and Gajah Mada street in the Pekanbaru city, the problems is (1) How to identifying activities at the car free day in the Diponegoro and Gajah Mada street in the city of Pekanbaru? (2) How to socialization and implementation control social at the car free day on the Diponegoro and Gajah Mada street in the Pekanbaru city? (3) How to compliance of trader on the comply of the rules by selling on the location of car free day on the Diponegoro and Gajah Mada in the Pekanbaru city?. This research is qualitative research. Population in this research is all people who were at the car free day on the Diponegoro and Gajah Mada street. Because of population in this research is much and then researcher using accidental sampling technique, that is 8 informans, they is 2 visitors, 2 trader, 2 parking officer, and 2 security. Method applied in doing this research is interview and observation. The result of show that the purpose of car free day in the Pekanbaru city almost achieve its goal, cause of people is very enthusiasm participate by doing varios of activities on car free day. people activities at the site of a car free day is light axercise as gymnastics, jogging, badminton, there is also the use of a car free day with a leisurely stroll or refreshing, there are also enjoying a wide variety of culinary on offer in the car free day. however to achieve that goal, government got some promblems like as emergence of street vendors which is could be obstructing of the purpose of car free day, as the location of the car free day becomes narrow and making these locations not condusive anymore because a lot of rubbish everywhere.The Keyword : The activity, car free day, and street vendors

Abstract

Education is a very important element to create quality human resources. British village be in a village as a faster alternative school for her student the English language. Learning is done every day of the week starting from morning till night for six months more quickly proven to help her improve their language skills. By using the communication strategy learning in teaching and learning in the English village. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning strategies used in the English village, teacher communication process with the students in learning English, and know the communication media used in teaching and learning in English village.This study uses qualitative research methods with the presentation of analysis desktriptif. The informants are teachers as lecturers and students of English villages were selected purposively. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the technique used in this research is triangulation and extension of participation.The results obtained show that learning strategies English teacher in the village using ekspositorik and heuristic strategies, learning strategies also helped by using teaching methods such as exercise method and method of administration tasks. The communication process is done by teachers and students see the opportunities then sets objectivity and create an alternative strategy, then implement these strategies in the learning process and the final evaluation of what has been done and compared with the previous plan drawn up. Abstract

This research aims to understand if all five service quality dimension (tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy) could affect costumer satisfaction of Bellagio Restaurant at Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. This research utilize quantitative method to tackle the issue. The population in this research are every hotel guests who visits Bellagio Restaurant, meanwhile the sample in this research consist of 100 respondent. This research uses  questionnaire and observation to accumulate the data with accidental sampling method as data accumulating method. Based on research, results shows three from five service quality dimension (tangible, responsiveness and empathy) have a significant impact towards costumer satisfaction, meanwhile reliability and assurance does not have a significant impact towards costumer satisfaction.  Keywords : Service Quality, Costumer Satisfaction, Restaurant
