Abstract

Hotels include business presses on sales of services. Marketing services in general the same way of marketing products where the sales process aims to achieve the target set. One of the activities undertaken by the company to achieve sales goals is to implement good and efficient service to consumers. Without this kind of service efforts to increase sales volume is very difficult because of the many and tight competition that occurs today. Many Hotels provide facilities and services that are basically to attract guests / consumers. This study aims to find out how the quality of service Swiss hotel Belinn Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to examine the problem in the lift by analyzing the guest response about the service Room service Swiss Belinn Pekanbaru hotel. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 100 people. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that respondents assessed the quality of service Room Service Swiss Hotel Belinn Pekanbaru is good. It is proven through the results of the average total gain of each of the overall variables (reliability, assurance, empathy, tangible, responsiveness). Thus the quality of Room Service service given Swiss hotel belinn pekanbaru can be maintained or can be improved again. Keywords: Quality, Service

Abstract

This study talks about the issue of illegal settlements in the Palestinian territories. The illegal settlements built by Israel in the Palestinian territories have sparked opposition from various countries and violated international law because it is located on the streets or areas that are not part of Israel but the Palestinian territories. The UN Security Council made a resolution on the issue of illegal settlements, in the implementation there are several obstacles that cause the failure of peace in the creation of Palestine.Various kinds of peace efforts have been made to create peace on the earth of Palestine. All peace talks and agreements have been signed, but the deal has run aground. All agreements and resolutions are still being violated by Israel, the offense was caused by some principal issues between the two sides. But the Israeli side always wins in the wind in various situations and conditions, so Israel is always on the side who always benefit, while the Palestinians are always on the side of the disadvantaged. Israel has a power that is strong enough so that superpowers like the US even on Israel.The failure or stalled negotiations of agreement and peace are the result of many inhibiting factors even though the UN Security Council has sought to make a resolution for the creation of peace or the ever-initiated solution of a two-state solution. Whether the barriers from within and from outside. Implementation of the Resolution can not be done considering the number of cases that occur or the complicated problems that occur after the issuance of Resolution concerning illegal settlements in Palestine. Although initially the United States as an ally of Israel voted abstained at this resolution, it only sparked enormous anger for Israel and planned to add to the construction of illegal settlements as a real action rejecting the UN Security Council's Resolution on December 23, 2016. The dualism side of the US stance also became a key factor in the impediments to the implementation of UN Security Council resolutions. Abstract

Research Aims To Know How to Influence the Implementation of Safety and Health at Work (K3) on Job Satisfaction Nurses (Case Study Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru) and how the implementation of safety and health do.The population in this study were nurses at the General Hospital (Hospital) Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru with sampling as many as 80 nurses using a formula Slovin. The research data in the form of primary data by questionnaire sebaga and secondary research instrument in the form of hospital archives. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect organizational climate and organizational commitment on work oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb) nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. It was proposed two indenpendent variables and one dependent variable, namely organizatinal climate and organizational commitment as indenpendent variables and oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb) as a dependen variable. This research methods are descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 21, where the sample used is nurses at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with 71 respondents. To take the sample, the writer used cencus method. Technique of collecting data was through questionnarie and interview.The result ofanalysis using the validity test, reability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test. As the result, it can be seen that both the organizational climate have significant on oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb), that organizational commitment have significan effec on oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb). Organizational climate and organizational commitment have a significan effec on oganizational citizenship behavior (ocb).Keywords: Organizational Climate, Organizational Commitment, and Oganizational Citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is guidance of work stages to perform tasks based on function and tools of work assessment made systematically in order to maintaining bureaucratic effectively and efficiently. SOP arranged to abridging, straightening, and ordering tasks which it is contained chronology of process in performing tasks from the beginning task until the last task. Therefore, in making of halal certification, LPPOM MUI as executioner of the process has arranged a plot of SOP systematically before the certification being published including catering enterprise. Facts on field that society and producer are in misperception to SOP halal licence publication. This research aimed to understand SOP of halal licence and its application to Catering Enterprise in Pekanbaru City.Theory of concept which is used by researcher is SOP theory by Purnamasari, which indicators such as Consistency, Efficiency, Minimization of Error, Problem Resolution and Working Map. This research use qualitative research method which data analyzed descriptively. In data collecting, researcher use interview technique, observation and documentation. With using technique of purposive sampling as source of information and triangulation technique as source of data validityResult of this research shows that SOP of Halal Certification by LPPOM MUI Riau generally and catering enterprise particularly is good enough, nevertheless not implemented maximally based on efficiency which is not fast by time and precise along with lack of public socialization to society or producers in Pekanbaru City. On the other hand, process that working manually made execution of certification still not fast by time and Halal Guarantee System (HGS) not fully implemented by LPPOM to catering enterprise in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Implementation, SOP, Certification, Halal

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of globalization on drug trafficking in Southeast Asia 2011-2015. Globalization creates an increasingly cross-border movement easier and the increasing impact of transnational criminal networks. As many as 49% of the drug trafficking world today absorbed by the Southeast Asian market obtained from supplier countries such as Malaysia, China, India, Iran, and the Netherlands. In this study the authors use the perspective of constructivism. Constructivism is basically assumes that international politics is the result of a social construction that is the dialectical process between the structure and the gene in which political and human social environment interact to generate social and political changes. To bridge the formulation of the problem to the hypothesis the author uses the analysis unit of the international system. The author also uses theories and concepts with the concept of transnational narcotics. Globalization has provided an opportunity for individuals who are not responsible for the conduct of transnational crime. The realization of transnational crime the most crucial is the abuse of drugs, because it concerns the future of a nation, especially among the younger generation. International drug syndicates can easily enter the boundaries of countries in the world because it supported the network of organizations that are neat and sophisticated users of technology. Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of the duties of waitress in the fresqa bistro of Batiqa Hotel Pekanbaru which consists of seven dimensions namely preparing at the restaurant, receiving and greeting each guest arrival at the restaurant, delivering and finding seating according to their wishes, presenting a list of food, greeting guests, noting guests irregularities / dissatisfaction. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this study were all guests of the food and beverage service department at Batiqa Hotel Pekanbaru. In this study the researchers took the number of samples as many as 100 orang. Data collection techniques in this study used observations, questionnaires, and documentation.Based on the research conducted, the results of data processing indicate the level of guest satisfaction with the waiter service at Batiqa Hotel is very high. This can be seen from the total acquisition of the scores of all sub-variables totaling 6089 with very good categories. Keywords: Guest responses, Waiter, F & B Service.

Abstract

Abstract U.S. and China have had trade cooperation since a few decades ago. U.S. thought that China could be a pusher for the economic of its country. The first step was given to China  entering WTO. So, every barriers from international trade could minimize. But, China and world were taken aback that U.S. apply protectionism policy. That is different from the beginning commitment from U.S.. This research examines about the protectionism policy which United States does to China protecting trade goods U.S.. The method that used in this research is qualitative. All of the data are by library research. China is the biggest partner of U.S in international trade. But, the rising of China’s economic with China’s defeitculnesses that had been found from Section 301 investigation making the U.S position in hegemonic economy in the world be starting shif. That is why U.S wants to protect their position and rights that has been stolen by China. The protectionism appears as a result from Section 301 that give U.S Presiden making new tariffs about impor tariffs from China. The goal of the protectionism is to make renegoitation about structural trade between both countries. This goal is the main reason caused of protectionism policy.  Protectionism isn’t the end of their trade but the beginning for new agreement reached.Keywords: Protectionism, tariff, section 301, deficit, export, import, intellectual proverty, hegemony, jobs

Abstract

Scholarships are grants in the form of financial assistance provided to individuals, students or students who aim to be used for the sustainability of education pursued. The meaning of government management is a typical process consisting of acts of planning, organizing, mobilization and control are undertaken to determine and achieve the goals that have been determined. This study aims to determine the Roles and Obstacles of Local Government in the Education Sector: (scholarship assistance to poor people in Kuantan Singingi Regency Year 2013-2016).This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as problem-solving process investigated by describing the circumstances of research subject based on facts that appear during the research which then continued with based on existing theories. Budget for scholarship assistance is less Capable of this is still decreased every budget, while in the role of government has not optimal because there is still a lot of cheating and aid is not right target due to many manipulation of data and game from unscrupulous government in choosing.The conclusion of this study states that the budget for scholarship aid for the underprivileged, especially for the education sector of university level students is still considered inadequate, this is because the amount of budget given by the local government is still fluctuating / decreasing in every budget year, the role of government based on The survey is known that in the distribution of scholarship aid is still found a lot of fraud and assistance that is not right target, especially in terms of supervision and selection of acceptance is still encountered some lack of much encountered data manipulation by the applicant as well as the game from the government itself who flew to vote on receiving assistance.Keywords: Role, Government Management, Beasiwa Help

Abstract

The Green Open Space (RTH) is part of the open spaces of an urban area filled with plants, plants and vegetation (endemic, introduction) to support the direct and / or indirect benefits generated by the RTH within the city. Taman Kayu Putih is an active environmental park which is one of the most open type of Green Open Space (RTH) and can be directly benefited by park users especially in the community around Simpang Empat Village. Based on the observations that the authors do in the field, seen that the condition of Kayu Putih garden is very unkempt, unkempt, damaged, and dirty with piles of garbage. On the other hand, the demand for increased comfort for the community is increasingly needed so as to encourage the need to conduct a study on park management in order to give satisfaction to the community. Based on the above matter, it is deemed necessary to study the perception of the community, especially the Taman Kayu Putih visitors as one of the people's attitude in conveying their aspirations, because the people's perception towards social service facility is one of them is meaningful and the most important thing can be the stages Beginning for more participatory and sustainable urban park management policy. Based on the above, the researcher is interested to study how the influence of public perception on managers management on the maintenance of Taman Kayu Putih Pekanbaru.The concept of theory used is management according to G. R Terry, who said that there are 4 variables that need to be considered in management are: 1. Planning, 2. Organizing, 3. Implementation, 4. Supervision. This research uses quantitative method with descriptive data. In collecting the data the researchers used questionnaire and obsevation techniques with a samples taken as many as 95 people using a simple random method.The results showed that the perception of the community on the maintenance of the Kayu Putih garden states 74.7% strongly agree if involved in the management of Taman Kayu Putih Pekanbaru. On the management of maintenance management Taman Kayu Putih Pekanbaru is in the category quite well. And public perception have influence to management of management at maintenance of Taman Kayu Putih Pekanbaru.Key Words: Public Perception, Management, Taman Kayu Putih
