Abstract

Village in one form small community ,which is a small group of sedentary life ina region that remains. In the PP 72 of 2005 concerning the organization of theaffairs of the village where the village administration under the authority of thevillage funded from Budget village and help the Government in accordance withthe Ministry of Home Affairs letter No : 140/640SJ dated March 22, 2005 on theVillage Fund Allocation Guidelines (ADD ) of the District Government toGovernment village. Through Allocation Fund Village, the village has anopportunity to manage the development, administration and social villageautonomously. At the Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Regional Government, assertsthat "the granting of autonomy to the regional area Memepercepat directed to thewelfare of society through the creation of service improvement , empowermentand community participation . District Bylaw”. Meranti Islands No. 16 of 2011 onrural finance, "Financial management is a whole village planning,implementation, administration and accountability and financial control villages "( Article 3 ), while "the mayor is a village financial management authority ".(Article 13 ).The purpose of the study was to determine the role of government in the financialmanagement of rural villages, to find out the barriers faced by the village head inmanaging them. The method used was qualitative research, data collectiontechniques with interviews, conducted to determine the extent of VillageGovernment Role In Financial Management, literature study, a method of datacollection in order to obtain secondary data and observation which makeobservations directly on the object under study .Based on the results of the study authors, all financial management processesundertaken by the village government is in conformity with the applicableregulations, only the low level of education of human resources possessed by theapparatus and the low participation of Village Government Village Governmentrelated communities .Keywords : Role of Government , Management and Finance

Abstract

The goals of this research is to analyze and to describe how the Rural Economic Institute in a program of effort empowering people to be independent and prosperous society. In practice, it is not compatible with expectations and Operational Standards and Procedures, because the society has been too spoiled with the assistance pragmatically. Uncovering the weaknesses and constraints in the implementation of the Empowerment Program, this research tries to approach the implementation of government policies that are used to analyze the problems of who you really are instrumental in its implementation.Empowerment Program is a new format that provides opportunities for people to participate in determining things that can lift their lives. However, the success or failure of the implementation, depending on how the strategy and the involvement of society itself while also monitoring and supervision of the related circles. Based on the analysis, this research is describing that implementation of the Empowerment Program can be seen from the management and effectiveness of the program.Keywords : Policy , Empowerment , Democracy.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how employee motivation at PT. Riau Karsa Pelita and to find out what factors that affect employee motivation at PT. Riau Karsa Pelita.This research uses descriptive quantitative methods to find out how employee motivation at PT. Pelita Pekanbaru Riau Karsa. As for the respondents in use are all employees of PT Riau Karsa Pelita is drawn using census methods. While the data collection technique in this study using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. By using a Likert scale as a gauge to determine the length of the short interval that can be used to generate quantitative data.Based on the research results, PT Riau Karsa Pelita have noticed employee motivation viewed by using the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs are: Physiological Needs, Safety Needs, socializing needs, esteem needs and self-actualization needs. According to respondents, the motivation of the employees working at PT Riau Karsa Pelita included in the high category.Keywords : motivation, human and needs

Abstract

The development in pekanbaru city causes the competition in business world is increasingly fierce. One of them is that perceived by leasing company. The companies involved in that fierce competition have to be able to size the market share as much as they could. PT. Artha Prima Finance Pekanbaru maximizing personal selling in facing the competition increase sales. Based on the phenomenom above, the writer was interested to investigate the personal selling activities performed by PT. Artha Prima Finance Pekanbaru. This study was conducted at PT. Artha Prima Finance Pekanbaru, located on tuanku tambusai street, pekanbaru. The writer took the PT. Artha Prima Finance Pekanbaru agents as the key informant, the customers as the population, and 80 people of the population to be the sample in this study. The researcer gatered the data both primer and secondary. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaire and interview, and used descriptive analysis as the data analysis technique. Company’s business activities focused on the four-wheeled vehicle financing, both commersial and private vehicles, both new and secondhand. The reserch finding showed that the respondent considered the personal selling performed by PT. Artha Prima Finance Pekanbaru could be categorized “good”. The seven indikator of personal selling in this reserch involved customer searcing, directing, communicating, salling, servicing, information gathering and alocating gained positive response from the responden.Key word :analysis, personal selling activities, selling

Abstract

Implementation of Functions of the Village Owned Enterprises(BUMDes) Rempak Maju Jaya in Rempak Village, Sabak Auh Subdistrict, SiakRegency.This study aims to investigate implementation and the factors that influencethe function implementation the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Rempak MajuJaya.This study used qualitative methods with descriptive. Data collection techniquesuses Interviews, Observations, and Literature study. By using key informant and theinformant as a supplementary source of information.The results of this study found thatthe Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Rempak Maju Jaya not optimal in functionalimplementation. It can be seen from not achieving the objectives and functions ofvillage owned enterprises that have been established.Kata Kunci: Pelaksanaan, Fungsi,dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa.

Abstract

This research try to know Management Governance Of Area Sub-Province Camphor In Managing Market Irrigate Leak in the year 2008-2012. this Research type is research qualitative with descriptive method. In data collecting of researcher use observation technique, documentation and interview. By using informan key as source of information about this research.From result of obtained data finding that management of market Irrigate Leak in the year 2008-2012 society only involved in process of is forwarding of the problem of felt by society. Each Every activity doneconducted by Party side Organizer and of UPTD Regional of III Diawasai institutionally by Regent Camphor, and Inspectorate Sub-Province Camphor pass through On duty Industry market and commerce. In course of planning, involvement all institution cannot be discharged, because each every institution have its role each. Involvement all merchant in managing market Irrigate this Leak is involved in to know, diging and collecting information and also dig by seksama the problem of which they face so that to be fufilled of rights and obligations of merchant.In execution of management kewenangan and execution institution in Regional UPTD of III Market Irrigate Leak there are him weakness of execution of governance management where in management pemerinthan of good area have to base on performance. Known here still lower participation him all merchant in organization, as well as less intertwining of good cooperation among intansi in concerned in management of market Irrigate Leak. In execution of planning impementasi which have there is still burdened, because of extension of this market areal not yet owned to access good road;street. Knowable because lack of accessing this road street pursue process evacuation of merchant which is roadside berjualan of ketempat new. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the response of respondents to the promotion of the implementation of the Forest Park attractions Sultan Syarif Hasyim II by using the promotional mix consists of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and public relations. This study uses the theory Yoeti ( 1996:186 ).This theory divides the promotion mix with 4 categories of advertising , sales promotion, personal selling and public relations. These four kinds of activities is a common communication commonly used, but for the purpose wide in order to influence the thoughts and behavior of people.The method used is descriptive qualitative authors describe and explain in detail about the issues that will be examined based on the data that has been previously obtained from a questionnaire study report / questionnaire that has been collected , analyzed and then after it is spoken in the form of sentences and then drawn a conclusion. Ruslan ( 2003:193 ).The results of this study is that the implementation of the campaign carried Tahura good manager in advertising, sales promotion, personal selling and public relations are not satisfactory in promoting tourist attraction. These results are summarized on the summary and questionnaire answers. Abstract

This study dilaksnakan on PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk Batam in Jl . Attorney General R. Suprapto , SH Sekupang Batam . The problem formulation is How does Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in PT.Telekomunikasi, Tbk Batam. The population in this study were all permanent employees PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk Batam . Sampling was done by making the overall population of respondents ie 66 people . Source data from the primary data and secondary data . Data collection techniques in this study is through questionnaires and interviews . While sampling techniques accidental sampling . The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method using a simple linear regression with SPSS.The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment variable positive and significant effect on the performance of employees on PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk Batam . Organizational commitment and a positive and significant effect is more dominant variables affect the performance of employees PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk Batam . Simultaneous test showed that organizational commitment variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT.Telekomunikasi , Tbk, Batam , which is described by the coefficient of determination ( r² ) . Organizational commitment variables can explain the variable performance of employees by 29.7 % while the remaining 70.3 % is explained by other variables not examined in this study .Keywords : Organizational Commitment,Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the role of local government in promotingdevelopment in the field of oil palm . The usefulness of this study is for informationabout the interaction of the crucial factors and determine the dominant factors thataffect the implementation of government policy in increasing investment in oil palm .The method used in this study is qualitative methods of data that can not be expressedin terms of numbers but in the form of an explanation that describes the shape of thestate , a process , a particular event . The technique of collecting data using interviewsand documentation techniques .From the research it can be concluded that the implementation of governmentpolicy in promoting investment in palm oil have a positive impact for the region ,where investment will increase economic growth and create new job opportunities forthe community , especially the local community . Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the asset management area in Padang city afterland use terminal into the center of goverment. Where by looking at the management of manylands that were previously found new purpose terminals such as terminal of Andalas andgoan hoat.The result of study found several factors that effect the asset management area interminal divert land functioned as asset management area is human resources, financialresources and area infrastructure. The most dominal factor in asset management in Padangis financial resources.This research was conducted in Padang. Exactly, financial services and assetmanagement, and DPRD Padang where becoming population and sample in this study wasofficers or employees of a financial services and asset managemnt and employees ofparliament/DPRD Padang, samples using in this study was a sampling technique, datacollection is the method of observation, interview and documentation after the data colletedanalyzed using qualitative and descriptive analysis.After this research study was found that asset management area in Padang was notgood, this thing can be seen the from G.R Terry theory are reviewed based on four indicatorsie: planning, organizing, actuating dan controling.Keywords : asset area of Padang,management, planning, organizing, actuating dancontroling.
