Abstract

Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) is a work program of the National Family Planning Population Agency (BKKBN) called Planning Generation ( GenRe ). Bina Keluarga Remaja at Sungai Buluh village was inaugurated at the beginning of the year 2018. The establishment of the BKR was due to the emergence of awareness about the problems of teens that occurred in society such as smoking and drug abuse and the importance of education for families in order to produce quality teenagers as the next generation of the nation. The purpose of the study this is to determine the form of communication of health, methods of persuasion communication of health and patterns of communication of health were conducted by “Bina Keluarga Remaja” in education style of living healthy family in the village of Sungai Buluh Singingi Hilir. This study using the methods of qualitative with descriptive approach, techniques of collecting data is through observation, interviews, and documentation with the number of informants totalling 8 people accordingly with the criteria that have been determined through the technique of purposive is BKR chairman, BKR Secretary, Chairman of the PKK, and BKR Participant activity. Mechanical analysis of the data in the study is that using the model of Miles and Huberman and technical examination of the validity of the data that is an extension of participation and triangulation. Results of the study showed that in the communication of health were conducted by Bina Keluarga Remaja at Sungai Buluh Village are : First : The form of communication of health that is applied by Bina Keluarga Remaja at Sungai Buluh village this there are four : Interpersonal health Communication, Health Group Communication, Health Organization Communications, and Communication Health Media . Secondly :  methods of persuasion are used in the delivery of information to the public consists of three kinds, namely activities of education, counseling, and therapy Pattern Relief God  for Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT PPA). Third : the pattern of communication that is used is the pattern of communication two directions. As for the method of persuasion the most dominant use in the activities is the extension that is supported by the credibility of the communicator. Keywords: Communication of health, family education, bina keluarga remaja

Abstract

This study was conducted at FISIP Universitas Riau. The study is titled Influence of Campus Facilities and Infrastructure on Student Motivation and Achievement at FISIP Universitas Riau. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of utilization of campus facilities and infrastructure by students at FISIP Universitas Riau. The focus of this research is the influence of campus facilities and infrastructure on student's academic motivation and achievement at FISIP Universitas Riau. The subjects studied were 100 students at FISIP Universitas Riau. The authors used inferential quantitative methods and data were analyzed quantitatively and using the sampling ramdom sampling technique. Data instruments are observations, questionnaires and documentation. Research conducted at FISIP Universitas Riau about Influence of Campus Facilities and Infrastructure on Student Motivation and Achievement at FISIP Universitas Riau Has been done by generating the conclusion that testing hypothesis, obtained value of regression coefficient in this research is Y = 17,100 + 0,60 X. Constant value (a) equal to 17,100 and coefficient of typical person variable equal to 0,60. Meanwhile t count 5,765 bigger compared to t table 3,374, with significance level 0.000 smaller than α = 0,05. It means that alternative hypothesis is accepted. Based on statistical calculations obtained, Thus it can be concluded that there is influence of Facility and Infrastructure Campus on Student Achievement Motivation and Achievement at FISIP Universitas Riau. Abstract

In response to the development of the world today almost all aspects of the activities are always related to information. In the organization of development and maximize the utilization of technology. This change has changed the perspective of each person in doing various activities one of which is the activities of government agencies. The structure of service providers and institutional readiness and the demands of the times for future public services in the form of e-government.Pekanbaru Municipal Government is one of the Regency / Municipal Government in Indonesia has implemented electronic government in running its government affair for the realization of good governance. In the case of this e-government development program Pekanbaru Municipal Government through the Office of Information Communications Statistics and Pekanbaru City Persandian have a role to manage the implementation of electronic data or e-government. However, the aspect especially in the utilization of internet media or internetanan network in Pekanbaru City Government largely has not been utilized optimally.The purpose of this research is to find how dept of information communication strategy statistika and persandian city pekanbaru in the application of e-government in the city pekanbaru.The study is done by using the method qualitative study assessment data with a sort of descriptive set.In data collection, researchers used technique interview, observassi, and documentation of using key informants a source of information.This research result indicates that strategy the application of e-government in the city pekanbaru who guided by presidential no. 3 years 2003 on policy and e-government development strategy and in accordance with the mayor pekanbaru no. 107 years 2016 via the communication information statistika and persandian city pekanbaru been going on and under development .But in implementation of the done by the agency communication information statistika and persandian city pekanbaru not maximum for infrastructure is weak and the lack of human resources to hit the acceleration e-government .Keywords: Strategy, E-Government, Pekanbaru City

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kandis City of Siak Regency with the aim to obtain information about Marriage Relationship "Sirang so Sirang" In Ethnic Batak Toba Kristen family in Kandis City. Some of the problems in this research are (1) How is the process of "Sirang so Sirang" (Pisah tidak Pisah) occurring in the marital relationship of Ethnic Batak Toba Kristen family? (2) Who are the families of ethnic Batak Toba Christians who make a marriage relationship "Sirang so Sirang" (Pisah tidak Pisah)? (3) What are the benefits and disadvantages that occur with the relationship of Marriage "Sirang so Sirang" (Pisah tidak Pisah) in the Ethnic Batak Toba Christianity ?. The title of this research is:"MARRIAGE RELATIONSHIP" Sirang So Sirang "(Pisah tidak Pisah) In Family Ethnic Toba Batak Christian In Kandis City Siak Regency". The research is done to know how the process of the happening of Sirang so Sirang in the marriage relationship of Ethnic Batak Toba Christian family and anyone who do the marriage relationship and know the benefit and the loss that happened with the marriage relationship Sirang so Sirang in Ethnic Batak Toba Kristen family. In this study subjects who got until the data saturated (Snowball) amounted to 10 people. Those who are the subject are those who know and experience and are directly involved. The data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. Interviews conducted were in-depth interviews. After doing this research, marriage relationship sirang so sirang in Toba Christian Batak family is the choice taken by both partner because where adat and religion adopted is not allowed divorce, and also involves both family member so that it is considered as a disgrace both big family because custom parties have been determined through partuturan, tarombo, and parhundulan position. Of these problems have more and have negative impact. The work that can be done for this problem is for couples to appreciate and enjoy the wisdom of marriage in Christianity as a sacred and sacred marriage so that for each couple can commit to the marriage that has been undertaken.Keywords: Relationships, Family, Batak Toba, Kristen, Sirang so Sirang

Abstract

Social community is a group that is in each of its members are united by a common vision and mission as well as social-themed destination. One form of social communities in Pekanbaru is Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru Community. Come Share Pekanbaru community engaged in social duty to help people who need help around Pekanbaru. To create an activity, requires funding and donors for the smooth running of the activities undertaken. Therefore, to attract the participation of donors, Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru Community conduct persuasive communication. The purpose of this study is to investigate the persuasive communication techniques, persuasive communication messages,This study used qualitative research methods. Research conducted at the Secretariat Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru on Jl. Pemuda No. 22/10 Tenayan Raya, Pekanbaru. Selection of informants done by using purposive. As for the informants of this study is the chairman of the community of Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru, two community members of Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru, two regular donors Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru community and one person did not keep a community donors Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques used for conducting research is by observation, interview and documentation. While the validity of the data that researchers use is extended participation, triangulation as well as the adequacy of reference.The results showed that, in the persuasive communication, the Community Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru using four techniques that technique putting it up to you, bandwagon technique, the technique say it with flower and raessuarnce techniques. Meanwhile, persuasive messages used Community Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru is the use of verbal messages and nonverbal messages. During persuasive communication, communicant which in this case is the donor always give a positive response and impression. In addition, when making a persuasive communication, the Community Yuk Berbagi Pekanbaru also use the media as a container or channel message. The media used Yuk Berbagi Community Pekanbaru is social media instagram.

Abstract

Corruption committed by the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) still occurs in Indonesia, especially in Riau Province. Cases of corruption are very loss to the state just for the sake of meeting personal interests and groups. The case of corruption of ASN Women inhabiting the Class II A Prison in Pekanbaru appears in many forms that are loss to the state's finances, such as Bribery, Abuses of Power, Extortion, Budget Abuse, Assistance of Interest in Procurement and Gratification. The case of corruption that occurred in Riau Province was also done by ASN Woman where this corruption case should be more anticipated, considering that women tend to obey the prevailing norms and regulations. The theory used is Robert Klitgaard's Theory of Corruption, where corruption occurs because of the monopoly of power and the discretion of office which is not accompanied by accountability. The type of approach used is qualitative by using case study to describe and analyze the corruption behavior of ASN Women in Class II A Pekanbaru Riau Province in 2017.The results of this study indicate that there are several main factors that cause ASN Women in Riau Province to perform acts of corruption. First, it is caused by the abuse of power used for personal gain or other people causing loss of state money. Secondly, it is caused by deviations - irregularities over the freedom or position held in determining the policy for personal gain or others and harming the state finances. Abstract

Structuring and developing tourist areas that lead to the Kasang Kulim Zoo Kubang Jaya leads to an Ecological tourism area that highlights natural potential as a dominant element. This requires functional needs in harmony with the natural environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the segmentation, targetting, and postioning, promotion and knowing the factors that become obstacles in carrying out tourism promotion strategies Kasang Kulim Zoo Kubang Jaya in increasing the number of visitors in Siak Hulu Subdistrict, Kampar Regency.This study used qualitative research methods. The subjects of this study consisted of three subjects as informants by using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are grouped into three parts: observation, interview and documentation. Technical analysis of data in this study using interactive data model Miles and Hiberman. The examination of data validity using triangulation technique.The results showed that the zoo manager's segmentation was students with targeting as many as 40,000 visitors and postioning in the form of "Kasang Kulim Zoo". Forms of promotion carried out by personal selling, zoo managers lower teams to conduct promotions directly to schools, advertising, the manager of the zoo kasang kulim jaya utilizes print and online media and billboards to promote the bianatang gardens. sales promotion, which is to give discounts and discounts to groups who buy tickets for more than 12 people. and public relations. Abstract

Employees is one part of the internal public company that is a key element in achieve the goal. Employmenr relationships is influenced by the internal relations between employees with other employees, or other relationship between employees anf the company management effective. One of the efforts made by PT. Petamina (Persero) is fostering employee performance through employee relations activities in order to continue to produce the best and qualified employees.this study aims to determine the forms of activity of employee relations and describe the activities in fostering employee performance in Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning.This study used qualitative research methods with the presentation of descriptive data analysis and supported by organizational culture theory. The Subjects in this study are determined by purposive sampling techniques consist of head of public relations, the head of human resources and the company's employees. The Data collection techniques included interviews, observation and documentation. The Techniques of analysis used models Miles and Huberman interactive data with data validity check used triangulation techniques.The results of this study showed that the activity of employee relations consist of education and training programs, awards programs, special events programs, and employee benefits programs was instrumental to provided guidance on employee performance. employee relations activity that was applied can not be separated from the culture of the organization in the PT. Pertamina (Persero) RU II Sungai Pakning. Each program was applied have purpose and functions in increasing employee performance. Between the four programs were implementation education and training programs and welfare programs into a program that was the most influential and effective in fostering employee performance. The programs implementation will make employees feel valued and care, so as to create a sense of carrying , motivating, and want to achieve the performance as much as possible, and will minimize negative impacts on the management of a company such as feel boring, saturation, which the result in lower loyalty and productivity of the employees to the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of the non-muslims students who study at the State Islamic University Sultan Syarif Kasim located at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching academic year 2015/2016. In this study the authors found four informants / respondents who become the object of study, the four informants were from three departments in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching. The survey results revealed that all respondents overall say and agree that motivation because of the influence of the parents is the reason for their motivation studies in the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching. While three of the respondents said that the motivation because of the influence from their friends and family is also the reason they are in the study at Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching. Only two of four respondents say that they also have the motivation that comes from themself, and students who achieve a CPI score the highest from four informants are students in motivation from themselves so there is no compulsion to study at the Faculty Tarbiyah and Teaching Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim. Abstract

Mayang Sari Beach Resort is located on Bintan Islan Kepulauan Riau that is the property of nirwana gardens resort. Mayang Sari Beach Resort received various types of tourists who come, especially for vacationand recreation. There is the kind of tourists who come to mayang sari beach resort who called with Daytripper (Traveler,Excurtionist), Guest Service Agent has a important role in daytripper reception.This study aims to determine to know the role of Guest Service Agent in the handling of daytripper at Mayang Sari Beach Resort Bintan Islan Kepulauan Riau. This study using the descriptive qualitative to examine problems that was appointed. The research subjects in this study amounted to 5 people, data collection techniques in this research using observation, the interview and the documentation.The result of this research shows that the role of Guest Service Agent in the handling of Daytripper at Mayang Sari Beach Resort Bintan Islan Kepulauan Riau there are Guest Service Agent who did the role of her based on the Standart Operations Procedure.Keywords : Daytripper,Guest Service Agent,Standart Operations Procedure
