Abstract

This study uses secondary data from 10 sampled the financial statements of property and real estate companies and sampling using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis of data using the multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f, and test the coefficient of determination. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results showed that the variables financing decision and dividend policy partially (t test) significantly affects the firm value on the property and real estate companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The results of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable financing decision and dividen policy to firm value in property and real estate companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).Keywords: financing decisions, dividend policy, the firm Value

Abstract

This writing aims to explain how the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) as an international organization that handles environmental problems in collaboration in handling the use of plastic waste, especially in the Bali beach area which is one of the province of tourism.            This study used a qualitative descriptive method of study with the perspective of pluralism and in clarity with the theory of the international organization. Data – Data obtained through library reviews, other books, articles, websites and so on.             Analysis of researchers concluded that the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) has been working on the environmental damage caused by plastic waste on the beach in Bali by doing cooperation with the Government of Indonesia and the government of Bali, this is in the prove with the issuance of law No. 18 year 2008 ON WASTE Management, issuing KLHK Circular letter No. S. 1230/PSLB3-PS/2016 on price and implementation mechanism of paid plastic bags. Perda No. 1 Year 2017 about PPLH on environmental protection and management, regulation of the governor of Bali No. 97 year 2018 on the time limitation of disposable garbage and WWF has also done cooperation with transportation companies such as Blue Bird, this is evidenced by the Blue Bird issued The policy no straw movement, no glass or bottle And WWF also cooperate with Gojek and this is proved by making a bag of introduction is specially designed to store and deliver food, so there is no need to use disposable plastic bags. Keywords: Law, WWF, the Indonesian Government

Abstract

The presence of independent partner is a new thing in local election (pemilukada) of Pekanbaru city. For the first time in history of local election (pemilukada) in Pekanbaru city a parter from independent candidate has passed and can fill all of the requirements for the election. This research aims to know the strategy of Politic Communication and the used of media campaigns by independent partner In Pekanbaru Mayor Election Period 2017 – 2022.This research used descriptive qualitative method. The research subject involved independent partner Herman Nazar – Defi Warman, the leader of winning team, vice secretary and inhabitants. The technique of collecting data used interview, observation, and documentation.The result from this research showed that strategy of politic communication used by the independent partner, Herman Nazar – Defi Warman, if we see from SWOT analysis is have the power from social capital and economic capital. They also have a weakness in having network and strong basic massa. Using the opportunities by getting support from copy of id card which given by the inhabitants. The treaths are coming from incumbent partner and less participation from the inhabitants in the election. The Independent partner , Herman Nazar – Defi Warman used face to face media by joining the direct campaign with the inhabitants. They also used social media such as facebook and youtube to post all of their activities during the campaign . The outside media were also used , such as street banner and billboard that put in strategic places. And also small format like booklet, brochure, poster, stciker, calender and pin which given away to the inhabitants.Keyword: Independent Candidate, Local Election, Political Communication

Abstract

This research was conducted at Kota Siak Kabupaten Siak. The purpose of this research is to know the socio-economic life of women road sweeper workers at Kota Siak Kabupaten Siak. The focus of this research is to analyze the factors that encourage women street sweepers to work at Kota Siak Kabupaten Siak. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 5 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation.Research conducted to find: social life, happening relationships with children, but not with a husband. The research subject husband all support the wife's job as a street sweeper. Relationships with children stretch because the subject of research to rarely communicate more with children due to work schedules. Not only the relationship with the family, but also the relationship with the community. Research subjects, in relation to the neighbors can be said very far. Prior to working as a street sweeper, the subject of routine research carried out the obligations of community members such as mutual assistance, religious and other activities, but after working as a street sweeper, the subject of the study was more alienated from his social life. Although not all, some people consider the road sweeper job is a low status job. The study, which focused on the economic life of the research subjects, found that not all husband and wife income were able to meet the economic needs of the study subjects. To that end, the subject of research looking for such initiatives should be frugal and save. To cover the economic shortage, the research subjects have their own house so no need to spend more money to pay rent and also have a small garden around the house, so when unable to buy side dishes, research subjects can take it from the garden. The study found that the reason women work is because of the demands of life that cause economic pressure, in addition to working also become a means to overcome saturation for the subject of research. Although not all societies support the research subject's work as a street sweeper, the family continues to provide full support for the research subject. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation and obstacles of tour leader whentour. The study was used qualitative metode with discriptif approach to describe thereal condition by collecting the information data in the field. The informan key inresearch were 1(one) chief executive officer who doubles as a tour leader and 1(one)tour leader. The technique collecting the data in the research used vation, interview,and documentation. Based on the result of the research, can be known the execution ofthe task tour leader at Urbanitas Tour & Travel has done its job well. But still there arecomplains from costumers.Key Words : Implementation, task, tour leader.

Abstract

This research starts on the behavioristik learning theory, This theory assumes that human behavior is a process of learning. This means, if a response given by a person to a stimulus is true and he knew it, then our satisfaction will be achieved and the Association strengthened. In this research word of mouth communication looking at how a recipient of word of mouth communication of influence can lead to brand image iphone, word of mouth communication that occurs naturally and simple unwittingly introduced the iphone. The purpose of this research is to determine, whether there is an influence of word of mouth communication towards brand image of iphone on student of Political Science and Social Science Faculty University of Riau.The method used in this study is a quantitative method of explanation. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The number of samples for this study were 166 respondents. Sampling using Accidental sampling and using propotional sampling techniques. To determine how much influence these two variables, the researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. Questionnaire for data processing, carried out using the program Statistics Product And Service Solutions (SPSS) version of Windows 23.Results of research on the influence of word of mouth communication towards brand image of Iphone on student of political science and social science faculty university of Riau regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 4,682 + 0,523 X with significance level 0,006 that smaller than α = 0.05. This means that there is the influence of word of mouth communication towards brand image of iphone on student of political science and social science faculty university of Riau of 52,6% and in the category of influential medium. The percentages indicate that the word of mouth communication towards brand image of iphone wit H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

The title of this research is “The Social Movement the Clear And Healthy (PHBS) In Society Sitapuang Kanagarian Balai Gurah the District Ampek Angkek”. This research aims to know the implementation of clean living and healthy (PHBS) set by the Department of Health (DEPKES) the Sitapuang Kanagarian Balai Gurah and to Know the faktor in the social movement a clean lifestyle and healthy at the Sitapuang. The This research uses qualitative analysis method, the subject of this research is determined by purposive sampling techniques and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study shows that many people who throw trash on the river Sitapuang, which resulted in the buildup of waste in the river. As for the implementation of the 10 Indicators of the conduct of life clean and healthy (PHBS) the Sitapuang Kanagarian Balai Gurah, delivery be helped by the health, breastfeeding exlusive, to weigh the babies and toddlers, using clean water, wash your hands with clean water and soap, using the toilet, finishing larvae at home, eating fruits and dawn every day, do do intentional physical activity every day, and don’t smoke in the house. And these factors social movement a clean lifestyle and healthy at the Sitapuang, Improving in the Sitapuang. order stakeholders in the environmental community, the efforts of the community in creating the village clean.The key word : The Social, Lifestyle, Clean and Healthy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cause of the success of the construction of roads in the district of Pangean (Teluk Pauh) by 2015 and to determine the factors - factors that limit the success of the road infrastructure in the district of Pangean (Teluk Pauh) in 2015. The study used qualitative research methods to study descriptive, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process that describes the situation investigated by the research subjects were based on the facts that appear during the study and then based on the theories that exist. Implementation of Administration of Public Works of Highways on Road Infrastructure Regency Kuantan in 2015 showed that there is good communication between government and society in the development of road infrastructure in the village of Teluk Pauh district Pangean Regency Kuantan, it can be seen from the process of planning, implementation, monitoring , up to its utilization by the community. In addition, public awareness of the importance of road infrastructure is also a major contribution to improving infrastructure and the quality of the road in the village of Teluk Pauh district Pangean Regency Kuantan.Keywords: Public Administration of Highways, Roads Infrastructure

Abstract

This study is a qualitative research by conducting literature review and also compiling data from journal, books and website. This study aims to describes about the cooperation between Indonesia and Kanada due to decrease poverty in Sulawesi through BASICS-CIDA Project on 2010-2014 period.This research uses a liberalism perspective. Liberalism is set on the idea that actors in international system could reach a peaceful world order by doing cooperation or partnership. While the theory is international cooperation, in international cooperation told that the country or the participant of cooperation will get some gain and the problems in both countries can be solved easily. In this study the problem in Indonesia which is poverty can be solved by doing cooperation with Kanada.By this research the writer finds out that through BASICS-CIDA Project, the poverty in Sulawesi especially in North Sulawesi and Southeast Sulawesi can be solved gradually though the process take much longer time.Keywords: BASICS-CIDA, Poverty, Education, Health, Sulawesi.

Abstract

Waste occupies an important role in the environmental pollution problem in big cities of the world and also Indonesia. Plastic waste is a kind of anorganic waste that generally can not rot. The purpose of this study were to know about the socio-economic conditions of the Housewife, their knowledge about the plastic waste, and their responses about the plastic waste treatment. The research was using descriptive quantitative method by displaying the results in the form of tables and contains the narrative descriptions. The study was conducted in Perumahan Cipta Lestari RT 03 RW 04 Jl. Cipta Karya, SialangMunggu, Tampan, Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The result of this study showed that most of the socio-economic conditions of respondences are work as a Housewife, their last education are senior high school, have decent house to live at, have enough salary for living expenses, and most of them are moslem. Then the result showed that the respondences have pretty good knowledge about the plastic waste and have high response either.Keyword : Plastic waste, Socio-economic condition, Housewife, Plastic waste treatment
