Abstract

Dam functionalization can be interpreted as an effort to establish so that the dam can function, operate or work as it should. The change in function can be in the form of improvements in the economic, tourism, socio-cultural and environmental sectors. Formulation of the problem from this study (1) What are the Efforts of Local Government in the Functionalization of Lake Kebun Nopi Dam, Kuantan Mudik Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District 2012-2018? (2) What are the obstacles of the Regional Government in the Functionalization of Lake Kebun Nopi Dam, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2012-2018?                This study aims to (1) Explore the efforts made by the Kuantan Singingi District Government in the Functionalization of Lake Kebun Nopi Dam in 2012-2018, (2) Knowing the obstacles of the Kuantan Singingi District Government in the Functionalization of Lake Kebun Nopi Dam in 2012-2018. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques carried out by interview, literature study and documentation.                The results of the study concluded that the efforts of the Regional Government in the Functionalization of Lake Kebun Nopi Dam include the stockpiling of the dam collapsed with sacks filled with cement, building irrigation networks, forming tourism awareness groups, entrepreneurship training, and sending a letter of request to the Ministry of Public Works regarding funding assistance for Lake Dam functionalization. Nopi Gardens. Dam function effort is affected by budget limitations and lack of coordination between the Regional Government and the Central Government.Keywords: Functions of Development, Planning, Coordination

Abstract

The background of this research is the phenomenon of CSR progam that has been optimal which is implemented by PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper Integrated agricultural programs are optimal as contained in Law 40 of 2007 as well as grants provided such as providing field schools, monitoring farmer groups, providing annual funding, providing sustainable assistance of fertilizers and seeds. The purpose of this study was conducted to know and analyze Implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) At PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper In Successful Partnership Program and Community Development in Kampar District along with factors that influence it. The concept of theory used is to use Dimock's theory of planning, organizing, implementing. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was done by interview Officer CD PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper, Head of Lipai River village, Community beneficiaries. Interview results were analyzed with qualitative analysis approach. The results showed that the implementation of CSR in an integrated agricultural program at PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper is optimal. Because the implementation of the integrated program has reached the harvest that exceeds the target. It is influenced by several factors, namely: human, capital, documentation system, but there are still some factors that influence: natural factor that is weather and existence of society which less responsive in responding CSR program. Abstract

The problem of housing and settlement is one of the problems that untilnow is still common in Indonesia, especially in large cities that have a large population and the limitations of residential land. One of the efforts to handle housing and settlement problems is to build a simple housing vertically or commonly called a rental apartment (rusunawa). However, the realization of the rusunawa program is not fully successeful as expected because of the skills and skills in socialization as well as insufficient funding support to provide facilities for socialization. The purpose of this study is to identify, describe, and analyze the socialization of Rusunawa Program conducted by UPTD Rusunawa Pekanbaru by forming a technical team.This research use grand theory of Harold D. Laswell (Effendy 2005:10) which is there are five indicators on it: 1) Who ( who said), 2) Say What (what message to say), 3.) In Which Channel (the media), 4) The Whom (to whom is’s addressed), 5) With What Effect (effect/impact).After research, it’s found that the socialization who is done by the technical team is considered still not optimal. Because after the socialization of many people who don’t know about Rusunawa Program, the information is not up to that, affect the success of socialization of Rusunawa Program for low income communities in Kota Pekanbaru.Keywords: Socialization, Rusunawa, Program

Abstract

This study was conducted at Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar The purpose of this study is to determine the socio-economic changes of the community with the Land at Galian Batu C (Aquari) di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. The focus of this research is to analyze people's perception of land at Galian Batu C (Aquari) di Kelurahan Pasir Sialang Kecamatan Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. the minimum sample in this study was 96 respondents. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods and Instruments data are questionnaires, interviews and documentation.Research conducted, the authors found that there are three changes that occur in the community with the land galian C at Kelurahan Pasir Sialang, namely: a change in the level of basic income felt by as many as 75% of respondents, changes to employment opportunities perceived by as many as 69.7% of respondents and changes to access development accommodation perceived by as much as 25%. It also found some public perceptions about the activity of excavated land c that is, the source of community income for the community, the availability of new jobs, damaging the surrounding environment and assisting the community accommodation. Abstract

Pengantin Sahur Tradition is a tradition of awakening citizens to live by parading several bridal couples whose brides are played by men and this tradition is held in Ramadan only. This tradition has been held since 1981 and developed until now. Informants from this research are the villagers of Pulau Palas. This study aims to determine the dynamics of the implementation of Pengantin Sahur and any factors that cause changes in the tradition of Pengantin Sahur. This research was conducted in Pulau Palas village, Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir District. In this study used purposive techniques that determine the subject of research in accordance with certain criteria. The author communicates by using Banjar language, then the data is analyzed by qualitative method. In conducting the research, the authors found that Pengantin Sahur Tradition is vulnerable to experience changes on every year in the implementation process and appearance. Factors that cause this change are the innovations to make the Pengantin Sahur view more interesting, then also the increasingly dynamic society that always keep up with the times, and the change of village leaders where a leader determines how to develop the existing traditions and culture..Keywords: Pengantin Sahur, Tradition

Abstract

Village Allocation Fund is a part of the central and regional equalization fund devoted to the village in implementing government services and community empowerment. Village Allocation Fund recived through rural development planning. But in reality the effectiveness of the implementation of the use is still not effective. In the implementation of the us the village allocation fund does not comply with the exixting policy, the human resources are still inadequate, the construction of facilies and infrastructure that had not been realized, Lack of the community participation. This studi aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the us village allocation fund In the Setako Raya subdisctrict of the Peranap Indragiri Hulu.The concept of the theory that researchers use is organizational effectiveness by using Gibson’s theory by looking at the goals to be achieved clarity, clarity goal attainment strategy, process analysis and formulation of policy steady, careful planning, preparation of appropriate programs, availability of the insfrastructure and surveillance systems and control didactic. The researched method used is a qualititative researched study descriptive. In data collection, research using interview, observation and documentation stipulated by snowball samping.The result showed that the effectiveness of the implementation the use village allocation fund in the Setako Raya Subdisctrict of Peranap Indragiri Hulu has not been effective in the use of village allocation fund in not accordance with government policy. but it is still a lot of programs tha have not been implemented. As for the factors that influence that effectiveness of the implementation the use Village Allocation Fund in the Setako Raya subdisctrict of Peranap Indragiri Hulu the quality of human resources and coordination that has not been good.Keyword: Effectiveness, Implementation, Village Allocation Fund

Abstract

Price is amount of money imposed on product or service. Definite of price extensivelyis amount of value exchanged by consumer for ownershipbenefits or use of a product or service. Product in the form of tangible goods or not including warp, color, price,prestige of company and retailer, company service. Promotion is activities performed to communicate the goodness of the product. Distribution channel is one very important function in marketing for develop and smooth the flow product and service start from producer until to consumer according to the amount needed. Sales volume is the amount of sales result obtained by the company with make a payment to process transfer of goods from one ofbusiness entity or an individual to other part.This research was conducted at PT Yakult Indonesia Persada cabang Pekanbaru. As for the purpose of this research is to know influence of price, product, promotion, and distribution channel on sales volume at PT. Yakult Indonesia Persada cabang Pekanbaru. Price, product, promotion, and distribution channel as the independent variable (X1X2 X3X4) meanwhile sales volume as the dependent variable (Y). Internal problems of this research is sales volume of the otlet PT Yakult Indonesia Persada cabang Pekanbaru who experienced fluctuations and tends to decrease every year, even not reach sales target. Seen from presentation of yakult product sales realization in the last 5 years. Sample of this reseach taken as 94 respondents of the calculated population using Slovin formula. Data obtained from the result of questionnaire then processed to be examined with statistic through SPSS. From the result of study what is done shows that price, product, promotion, and distribution channel influence positive and significant to sales volume at PT. Abstract

Based on the Medium Term Development Plan of North Tapanuli Regency Year 2014-2019, established Vision makes North Tapanuli as a tourist destination, one of which is the development of tourist areas Muara. In its development until 2015, several programs and activities in realizing the North Tapanuli as a tourist destination especially Muara travel area development can not be realized with the maximum. The purpose of this study to determine the strategy of local governments in the development of the tourist area of Muara 2015 and the factors that affect the implementation of tourism development Muara 2015. The research was qualitative descriptive research data collection is by interview and documentation, or the document search , The theory used in this research is the theory of government management, strategy theory and the theory of the development of tourism. From the results of the field studies showed that some programs and activities in the development of the tourist area of Muara not running maximum, there's even a program that does not bejalan due to lack of budget or funds obtained by the Department of Tourism and Culture of North Tapanuli. The factors that affect the implementation of tourism development Muara based on theory and management strategies of government, namely: lack of awareness, lack of funds, lack of human resources, and the lack of supporting facilities. The local government should conduct an evaluation of the programs can not be implemented so that the next policy can be more effective. Abstract

This research analyzes UNAIDS effectiveness to handle HIV/AIDS in South Africa, especially along 2005 until 2012. South Africa is one of the biggest country whose high number of HIV/AIDS sufferer, which reaches 12 percent of its population total. South Africa has joined with UNAIDS since 2001 based on the assignment of UNGASS (United Nations General Assembly Special Session) on HIV/AIDS.In dealing HIV/AIDS in certain country, UNAIDS recommends numbers of programs. Related to South Africa, UNAIDS recommends ART. ART is a combination of treatment for HIV/AIDS patient by giving medicines and therapy. After the program was applied, the HIV/AIDS sufferer even increased. Therefore, this research will examine the causative factors, why ART program didn’t run effectively in South Africa.The datas were collected from many source like books, journals, and websites that can support this research. In this research, the researcher uses pluralism perspective to describe the effectiveness UNAIDS in South Africa. This research is supported by international organization theories. Efectivity concept is also provided to support this research.Keyword : UNAIDS, Effectiveness, UNGASS, ART Programme.

Abstract

This study was to determine the level of employee satisfaction in the public area section of Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru. Implementation What factors are affecting the level of employee satisfaction in the public area section of Grand Central Hotel Pekanbaru. The research was aimed to know how public employee job satisfaction section area at Grand Central Pekanbaru.This study uses qualitative descriptive method to describe the problem in the management of the facility. Subjects used as many as eleven people as the key information.From the analysis it was found that the physical working environment and working environment versial physical non significant effect on employee performance pekanbaru grand central hotel.Keywords: Satisfaction, Amenities, Hotel.
