Abstract

Instagram as a social media today the function is no longer just a media facilitates its users to present themselves and socialize in cyberspace. Now social media has been used to trading some products to consumers, known as an online shop. Online shop on Instagram now emerging along the fashion updated and the increasing of needs. It can propel consumptive behavior when the individuals affected by exposure to the online shop on Instagram and can not control the excessive craving. This research starts on the Stimulus-Response theory. In this research Online Shop on Instagram is the stimulus provided by the media to the student so that the student response purchasing continuously. This research aimed to find out the influence of Instagram as media of online shopping fashion towards consumptive behavior among the students of Political Science and Social Science Faculty in University of Riau.The method used in this study is a quatitative methode of explanation, data collection techniques in this study using questionnaire. The number of samples for this study were 96 respondents. Sampling using Accidental Sampling. In this study, simple linear regression with SPSS 23 program was used to analyze the data.Based on the result, Instagram as the media of online shopping fashion with indicators (Participation, Openness, Conversation, Community, Interconnecting) influenced consumptive behavior (Impulsive Buying, Prodigality, Irrational Buying) among the students of Political Science and Social Science Faculty in University of Riau. It was obtained that regression coefficient values is Y = 0.998 + 0.341 X 0.000 with a significance level of less than α = 0.05. It means that there is the influence of Instagram as online shopping fashion media towards consumer behavior among students of Political Science and Social Science Faculty in University of Riau was 38.4% and in the category of influential weak, while the remaining 61.6% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.Keyword : Instagram, Online Shop, and Consumtive Behavior

Abstract

This study was conducted at Desa Pulau Jambu Kecamatan Kuok. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akibat dari pernikahan usia dini pada perempuan at Desa Pulau Jambu Kecamatan Kuok. The focus of this research is to analyze the factors behind the early marriage of women at Desa Pulau Jambu Kecamatan Kuok. Limitations possessed by the author in terms of time and cost so the authors decided to take as many as 3 informants only through sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique. Data instruments are observation, interview and documentation.From the research conducted, the authors found that there are several factors behind the early marriage of women at Desa Pulau Jambu Kecamatan Kuok, Namely: Factors of Intercourse, the progress of the times has brought the subject of research far from warned-warned both parents and extended family. The subject of research is more afraid if he is ostracized by his friends because it is considered old-fashioned and does not follow the trends of today's teenagers. Economic Factors, If only for school, the research subject parents can afford it. But not for the lifestyle interests of research subjects who follow all the lifestyle of his friends. Environmental Factor, Subject of research. Revealed that to get married young in the village of Jambu Island is common. There are many early childhood children who decide to get married after graduating from junior high school. The impact of early marriage to research subjects in the village of Jambu Island is as follows: Divorce, Early marriage in the village of Jambu Island has a negative impact for the perpetrators. Not a few junior high school girls decide to get married because of various factors and decided to divorce due to certain factors as well. Young Maternal Risk, the subject of research, when the birth is not only faced with a declining body health condition, but also faced with unhealthy infant condition and even died during childbirth.Keywords: Driving Factors, the Impact of Early, Marriage

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Duri, the purpose of this study was to determine of brand image and after sales service to consumer satisfaction of Honda motorcycles at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Duri. Brand Image and After Sales Service as an independent variable ) while customer satisfaction as dependent variable (Y)The problem in this research is the number of motorcycle sales that experience Fluctuation in PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara Duri, in the last 5 years did not reach the target. The sample were taken by 100 respodents from quetionnarire and subsequently processed to then tested with statistics through SPSSFrom the results of tests conducted indicate show that the brand image and after-sales service have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Counseling activities are still being carried out to convey information to the public so that the information conveyed can be known and utilized by the community. One of the counseling activities is about accident insurance delivered by PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch to Students of Muhammadiayah Vocational High School 2 Pekanbaru  so that they better understand the roles and functions of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) as an accident social insurance company.The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of counselling communication by PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch on the level of awareness about accident insurance in students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The theory used in this research is AIDDA theory.This study uses quantitative research with explanatory methods. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires to students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru who participated in counseling activities with a sample of 105 respondents who were determined through Proportional Stratified Sampling.The results show the value of regression coefficient in this study is Y = 18.000 + 0.472 (X). Meanwhile tcount (7.243)> ttable (1.983) with a significance level of 0.00 and smaller than α = 0.05. Based on the correlation interpretation guidelines, a correlation value (R) of 0.581 is obtained, thus the relationship between the communication variables of accident insurance counseling and the level of student awareness of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru in the moderate category. Furthermore, the results of the determination test (R2) of 0.337. It can be explained that 33.7% of the level of student awareness of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru is influenced by communication and the rest is influenced by other factors by 66.3%.     Keyword: Counseling Communication, Accident Insurance, Awareness

Abstract

This research to explain interest of Russia with Snowden. Edward Joseph Snowden is a former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) employee and a former contractor for National Security Agency (NSA) who leaked classified information to The Guardian and The Washington Post. Snowden who leaked classified information have Surveillance program doing by United State of America. The Surveillance Program is a cooperate between 9 big companies from United States, which: Yahoo!, Facebook, Google, Apple, Skype, Microsoft, PalTalk, YouTube, and AOL. After leaked classified information, U.S put a label to Snowden as traitor and spy. And today, Snowden lives in Russia and granted asylum and protection from RussiaThis research uses qualitative research method. Data obtained from books, journals, articles, dictionaries and websites. The concept used in this research is the role concept and using the theory of international organization.This research shows the interest of Russia in dealing and granted asylum request from Snowden. Russia given permission to Snowden for live in Russia and he already lives for 4 years. Abstract

This research aims to analyze how An African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) peacekeepers made efforts to resolve the conflict in Somalia from 2007 until 2012. Somalia's conflict involves transitional Federal Government (TFG) assisted by the An African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) with Islamic Court Union (ICU) and Al-Shabaab. In addition, Ethiopia is also involved in the conflict. Somalia's conflict attracts international attention. African Union (AU) as a regional organization plays an important role to resolve conflicts that occur in the territory of its member states. The UN also decided to participateto resolve conflicts in Somalia.The data used in this study a secondary data. Secondary data was obtained through library research, and search online media research. The writer uses of the pluralism perspectiveand organization level of analysis. Theories used in this study is based on the organization theory by Clive Archer. The research result is indicate that in resolving the Somali conflict, the UN Security Council mandates the African Union (AU) as a regional organization to establish peace operations that is African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM). African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) carries out a mandate as a peacekeeping mission in Somalia, so that the government can run as it should and people can live without fear of potential recurrence of conflict in the country. African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) also acts as extension of international organizations in providing humanitarian assistance to the people of Somalia. These things make AMISOM an important element in efforts to restore security stability in Somalia. Abstract

This research describe the second branded clothes bussiness from Singapore to Indonesia in Asean Economic Community in 2015-2016. Regionalism are one of agreement between states to create a marekt brief in regions. Asean Economic community was held since 2015 to anticipation the trade from China and India and it’s make a common market in South East Asia Regions.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Government of Indonesia implemented export constant price for cocoa product from Indonesia to China. The theories applied in this research are neo liberalism with globalization concept.The result shows that the second branded clothes bussiness from Singapore to Indonesia in Asean Economic Community in 2015-2016 are was increase and it’s make effect teh disadvantage for locall textile production. Dsince 2015 the second branded from Singapore was enterance in Batam Island by illegal harbour and the Indonesia government by Custom instituitons was checking the second branded from Singapore.Key words: bussiness, second branded and MEA.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the organization can continuously improveits competitiveness. All that can be achieved if the employee is able to provide the bestperformance to achieve organizational goals. One of the employee's performance can beimproved through supervision in carrying out the work.               Supervision is a real and most effective action in realizing employee discipline. Job satisfaction affects the level of employee discipline, meaning that if there is satisfaction from work, then employee discipline is good. With the high discipline of each employee, the company will be able to operationalize all of its business strategies in order to achieve goals.               This research is a quantitative approach survey research. The sample of this research was the employees of PTPN V Kampar Terantam Unit, which numbered 90 employees with a sampling technique using the random sampling method. Abstract

This study aims to determine the chancesand challenges on developing of Nuclear Power Plant in Indonesia.              The sources of this research were obtained through literature reviews, books, websites, and others. The source of analysis is qualitative methods. This study uses the level of analysis of the nation state, neo-liberalism perspective. The neoliberalization, cooperation for the country is an investment that will benefit the country. This is in accordance with the priorities of the neoliberalists as forming opportunist states, countries that provide a focus on pursuing absolute profits                the current source of electrical energy derived from fossils will be increasingly scarce given the limited natural resources of petroleum and coal, while the need for electricity is increasing. therefore the need for alternative energy sources to meet the needs of electrical energy which is increasingly fast. one of the energy sources that will be developed is nuclear power Keywords : Chances, and Challenges, on Developing of, Nuclear, Power Plants.

Abstract

2017 is the year of political party head again in the city of Pekanbaru precisely the turn of the term of mayor and vice mayor of Pekanbaru and the election of Pekanbaru mayor. The election of the head of this region was followed by the incumbent mayoral candidate and incumbent mayor’s deputy. At wednesday, February 15, 2017 election of the head of Pekanbaru city was held. The incumbent partner outperformed the other partner with the most voting 33,16% and was declared to win regional head election which made this pair again become mayor and deputy mayor of Pekanbaru in period 2017-2022.This research uses desciptive qualitative research type. The research subjects consisted of four successful Firdaus’s team and one community selected by using purposive technique. This studi uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. To achieve the validity of data in this research, the authors use the extension of participation and triangulation.The results showed that the style of political communication Firdaus is verbal communication are that serious, firm, detailed, excessively in communicating and using simple language and educate at the time of campaign and nonverbal communication is that wearing blue malay clothing along with songket and white shirt, friendly to the public, focusing on the audience at the time of the campaign, dialogical campaigns in a room, speaking in a firm and formal tone, preferring direct communication and prioritizes verbal messages. Public relations political strategy in forming a political branding is a media is that social media, face-to-face media, small format media, and outdoor media. The messages of production that arange and make the messages as well as possible and pay attention to the content of any messages that will be delivered both spoken and written. The public that being a target is all of society Pekanbaru City looked by knowledge and attitude sides. Keywords: Political communications style, Public relations political strateg.
