Abstract

Delinquency of students is a student form of behavior that deviates from school rules.Delinquency of students many kinds, one of them is ditching. Skipping is a behavior thatviolates social norms as a result of Kartono's poor environmental conditioning process(2013). Misdemeanor mischievous occurs among high school students (SMA). Oftenencountered students who ditch from school gathered in oil palm plantations, gathered installs or playstation play. As the school students gather in the oil palm plantations they dosmoke, play mobile phones. This study aims to find out what activities students do whenditching the school and what the reason students do skip school at the school time. The theoryused in this research is Theory of Deviation, Theory of Behavior Deviation (DevianBehavior) according to Paul B.Harton (Elly M.Setiadi, 2011). This research uses Qualitativemethod. Data analysis is done by qualitative descriptive method, the data retrieval techniquein this research is accidental where the number of respondents are 6 students of Senior HighSchool. To collect research data using observation method, documentation and interview.From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the students' activities during schoolwork are often gathered in the oil palm plantations for smoking, playing mobile. and thereason students do skip school because students feel bored while in school and bored whilestudying.Keywords: Students, ditching, truant activities

Abstract

The newsreader is the parties who receives or use the information. Information required by the user aims to increase knowledge, and improve skills that ultimately can change attitudes and behavior. In presenting a news portal certainly provides a decent news presentation for its readers, not least the news portal Infosiak.com provide information for the community. Infosiak.com is an online news portal that provides information about the development of Siak in particular. The problem raised in this research is how media management Infosiak.com in providing information in Siak District.This research use descriptive qualitative method, while the object of the research is Infosiak.com media management in providing information in Siak District and research subjects include editorial leaders, journalists and the public. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation.The results found First, the plan to produce the main product of news that will be published on news portals, and published to social media Facebook and Twitter. Second, the organization of Infosiak.com has placed each personal in the right position with their expertise in respectively. Third, the implementation includes news coverage, news writing and the latest news uploading in use with the existence of social media like Facebook and Twitter. Fourth, the supervision made Infosiak.com one of them is the evaluation of the work of supervision of news material to be posted. Abstract

Lake Timbang Bunga pengantin is a natural lake attractions that has beautiful natural scenery. This lake is an area that has the potential to be developed into featured tourist attractions in Kuantan Singingi District. This research aims to describe the potential of Lake Timbang Bunga Pengantin. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation technique, interview, documentation and literature study. The results of the study show that; Lake Timbang Bunga Pengantin has the beautiful natural scenery attraction, clean and fresh air, clear water and beautiful rice field views. Various activities that can be done on this lake like; enjoy the beauty of natural panorama, playing paddle ducks, play mini canoes, take photos, and exercise.  Keywords : Tourism Potential, Tourism Attraction, Development

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organization commitment and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction Of Service Employee PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. This study uses questionnaires as a means of collecting data distributed to 41 the employees of service PT. Pekan Perkasa Berlian Motor Pekanbaru. Data from the questionnaire was further processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 25.0 by performing validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis test consisting of t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). This result showed that the result of the first hypothesis testing is service quality to customer satisfaction showed t count (9,686) > t table (2,022), it means Organization Commitment significantly influence Job Satisfaction. The result of second hypothesis testing is Work Motivation to Job satisfaction show t count (7,481) > t table (2,022), it means Work Motivation have significant effect to Job satisfaction. The result of the third hypothesis testing, namely Organization Commitment  and Work Motivation on Job satisfaction show F count (23,327) > F table (3,24), it means Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation have significant effect to Job satisfaction.  Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The Rokan Hulu District Government seeks to recreate a participatory RT and RW organization that is mobilized by the community itself. With this regional regulation, the Rokan Hulu government tries to create democracy in the smallest scope of neighborhoods of RT and RW while providing legitimacy to the elected head of RT and RW. This research intends to examine the issues of Performance RT 06 / RW 03 Desa Rambah Jaya from the point of view, the implementation of supervision and evaluation.This study aims to determine the implementation of Village Head supervision on the performance of RT 06 / RW 03 Village Rambah Jaya District Bangun Purba Rokan Hulu District. In addition, this study aims to determine the factors that affect the implementation of supervision of Village Head on Performance RT 06 / RW 03 Village Rambah Jaya District Bangun Purba Rokan Hulu District. This research uses the supervision theory by Dharma Setiawan Salam. The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Methods of data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation.The results of this study showed that the Head of Rambah Jaya Village conducted Intensive Communication, Head of Rambah Jaya Village conducted supervision in the form of accountability and Head of Rambah Jaya Village conducted supervision in Democratic Participatory Creation and Head of Rambah Jaya Village to conduct transparency supervision. The factors influencing the implementation of Village Head supervision on the performance of RT 06 / RW 03 Rambah Jaya Village is the Resource Factor, the absence of regulations / regulation from the Village Government related to the Village Head's supervision on RT / RW Performance and Member Errors /deviations RT 06 / RW 03 requires supervision from Rambah Jaya Village Head.Keywords: Implementation, Supervision, Village Head

Abstract

This research is done in Pekanbaru City. With the formulation of the problem (1) how the characteristics of members who are members of Honda Street Fire Club Indonesia (HSFCI) Pekanbaru? (2) what is the level of participation of members in the activities of Honda Street Fire Club Indonesia (HSFCI) Pekanbaru ?. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics of members who are members of Honda Street Fire Club Indonesia (HSFCI) Pekanbaru? To know the level of participation of members in the activities of Honda Street Fire Club Indonesia (HSFCI) Pekanbaru ?. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study as much as 45 people then in use one of the sampling technique by census or whole then in get sampel as much as 45 people, to collect data of this research in use questioner and documentation. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that (1) Members who are members of the motor community of Honda Street Fire Club Indonesia (HSFCI) Pekanbaru have a high characteristic to the characteristics of Honda Street Fire Club Indonesia (HSFCI) Pekanbaru. (2) HSFCI member participation has three factors influencing the high, medium and low participation of members of Honda Street Fire Club Indonesia (HSFCI) Pekanbaru. Abstract

Tanjung Lapin Tourism Object is a tourist attraction located in North Rupat District. The decline in the income of people who sell souvenirs in Tanjung Lapin Tourism Objects has the traders to lose their jobs. This is caused by the souvenirs not have the hallmark of the local area, and making the tourists are not interested to buy. Then the offered souvenirs has no many choices and not have a good quality. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the buying interest of souvenirs and constraints faced in increasing the buying interest of souvenirs. Data obtained from interviews with Pokdarwis Chairman, traders and tourists visiting Tanjung Lapin tourist attraction. Then the data obtained were analyzed by using an interactive model consisting of three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Research shows that the souvenirs have no artistic touch, no regional characteristics, no charm, no good quality and relatively expensive price. Abstract

The title of this research is Dusk Market Traders in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan Sub-district, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted at Pasar Senja in Simpang Baru Village, Tampan Sub-district, Pekanbaru City. The issues to be studied are as follows: (1) How the characteristics of Dusk Market Traders (2) How the Social Shapes of Capital traders. By taking samples of merchants as many as 48 people. The research method used Simple Random Sampling. Merchant Characteristics can be seen from Gender, Education, Marital Status, Religion, Tribe, Revenue Amount, Merchandise Type, Income Category, and Source of Capital. The forms of social capital in the Senja market that occurs are Relationship of Trust, Social Network, and Norm. Merchant's Social Capital can be seen from the Trust Relationship between fellow traders which consists of a form of trust, the beginning of trust, and the result of trust. Social Network of Merchants to other Senja Market Traders and to agents for cheaper prices consisting of Relationship in Pricing Information and Price Changes to fellow traders to avoid very different price gaps, Payment Transactions of Merchant Goods with Agents, Disaster Visits, Sick Visits, and Happiness Visits. Norms binding on the cooperation such as the absence of written or unwritten rules, but still established a relationship of merchant cooperation with merchants and traders with agents Traders with other Senja Market Traders help each other with mutual benefit For both parties. Abstract

The Internet as a mass media managed to change the human form, from local to global, open to the development of information, to influence their civilization and dubbed the big village, which is a big village. They can get to know each other and greet each other. In this study, SINDOnews.com is an internet mass media site that has a tagline, "Trusted Source of Information".At the end of 2015, there was a conflict between Marquez and Rossi. Their feud at that time became a warm conversation in various circles. SINDOnews, as one of the sites that preach the conflict will be analyzed, about how the site in preaching about the conflict between Marquez and Rossi. By the methods of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki, the news about their conflict will be constructed.There are six news analyzed, and the result SINDOnews.com tend to make news by cornering the Marquez. Many inappropriate opinions are mixed up in the news. One of his opinions was "the organizers are considered to have acted arrogantly by not imposing sanctions on Marc Marquez". The opinion is in a story entitled, "Nothing Can Prohibit Marquez Provocation Rossi". Abstract

International Organization for Migration (IOM) works to help ensure the orderly and humane management of migration, to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems and provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need, and has diverse activity on behalf of the well-being of refugees and also responsible to enlarge development, facilitating, and regulating migration. While Indonesian Planned Parenthood Association (IPPA) is a national NGO concerns to Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) education and services. The partnership of the two organizations with the diverse background able to collaborate and maintaining sustainable program to manage refugees who fled from internal conflict and persecution in their respective countries and have been placed in Pekanbaru City. This research using qualitative explanative as its method and collect the data by library research, interview with the stakeholders, and observation.This research elaborate a collaboration between IOM and IPPA in implementing a comprehensive program named Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) mainly aimed to recover mental health among refugees and sustaining a psychosocial education based on the program. MHPSS program started at 2017 to 2019 and has been implemented many activities with refugees in Pekanbaru as target beneficiaries and implemented comprehensive program. Keywords: International Organization for Migration, Indonesian Planned Parenthood Association, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, refugees.
