Abstract

The title of this research is the Participation of Political Society in the Election of Head of Pelalawan Regency in Ukui Sub-district 2015. Based on the background The implementation of democracy in Indonesia is growing, one of which is realized in the implementation of regional head election. The existence of the election of regional heads of each individual or community group can manifest their will voluntarily, without influence from anyone. In this case every member of the community can directly vote in the election and be active in attending his political activities. But the liveliness of community members both in voting and campaign activities must be driven by an attitude of orientation that is so high. Besides that, awareness and motivation of citizens in political activity is very important to sustain the political participation level on the election of regional head. Due to the enthusiastic attitude of citizens in political participation it certainly leads to the consequences on a stable political order. So is the case in Kecamatan Ukui Pelalawan District where the low level of public participation against the election of Head of Region in 2015.The type used in this study is quantitative with Comparative Causal Studies. Data collection techniques used in this study are, questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews and documentation. The location of the research was conducted in Kecamatan Ukui. Based on the results of analysis conducted on research data to reveal and answer research questions relating to community participation in Pelalawan District elections in Kecuk ukui can be concluded that the participation of people in Ukui Sub-district is very low in comparison with other districts this is caused by several factors Namely socialization, social economy, political belief and political awareness.Keywords: Community participation, Election of Head of Region

Abstract

God created a man living in pairs as husband and wife, to build a household bound in a sacred promise of Kabul marriage (marriage contract). If the marriage contract has been established, then they have promised and will be faithful to build a house that is a preadulteress and Mawadah Warohmah. Marriage is not only a condition that must be exercised in religion, but also as a legitimate place of sex distribution. The Islamic religion has set the only way to meet human biological needs with only marriage. According to law number 1 year 1974 about marriage can be concluded that, a legitimate marriage is a marriage that occurs when obtaining a status of clear both legally and religiously. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The location of this research was conducted in Pekanbaru, as for the subject in this study as an informant that is a coed who has status as the wife of Siri namely YS, MR, ES, and AK.  The data collection techniques in this study use observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques refer to the interactive models of Huberman and Miles which state the existence of interactive properties between collective data or data collection with data. analysis. The validity of data participation, triangulation and data adequacy techniques Based on the research that the author has done about the self-presentation of a coed as a wife series in Kota Pekanbaru, it can be concluded as follows: The front stage tells of the life of the informant when it does not have a status As the wife of Siri. At the time of the student has not status as a wife series they look like a typical coed in general who use hijab and Shar'i clothing because of the demands of the campus. Physically, the informant has a thin physique and a less attractive appearance because only makeup is only and not very fashionable, they are active in various campus activities in the field of arts, spiritual and lecture to Hides its original identity. At the time of the student has a status as the wife of Siri is in the back, they look sexy and beautiful because of the demands of the husband. In addition to demands, differences in appearance and style can be seen where they look more fashionable, using makeup that is rather excess than usual and more flirty. This distinction can also be seen from their activities of the diampus that sometimes have problems several times repeating courses. The reason they want to be the wife of Siri is due to meet the needs of life and sexual, avoid adultery and help families who do not have children to get children, and the trauma of a previous marriage.Key words : Self Presentation, Siri Wife

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get the performance of Community Empowerment and Village Government (BPMPD) of Pelalawan Regency in Integrated Village Development Assistance Management without having to see the big amount of budget produced. The implementation of this program has not been implemented in an optimal manner that is not effective in the Village Community Empowerment and Village Government Pelalawan District. This research uses qualitative approach, this research type is descriptive research. The focus of the research is the performance or human resources available at the Village Community Empowerment and Village Administration Agency Pelalawan District. The informants in this research are the Head of Community Empowerment and Village Governance, Documentation. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the implementation of village development assistance management in measuring from the perspective of performance program of Community Empowerment Board and Village Government can not be said good because it can not do development equally. The recommendation of this research is for human resources of Community Empowerment and Village Government of Pelalawan Regency is expected that its performance does not decrease and for the village community is expected participation and cooperation in village development effort conducted by Community Empowerment Board and Village Government Pelalawan RegencyKeywords: Performance, and Human Resources

Abstract

Generally, weightlifting is known as man’s sport. However, by time, gender equality has been spread from various sport profession resulting particularly female weightlifter. Becoming a female weightlifter is not an easy profession. In fact, there is no woman who was born and named instantly as an athlete. The physical activity that was done by woman nowadays has changed the feminist image towards competence and physical development. The aim of this research is to idemtify the motive, the self-meaning and the meaning of weightlifting profession for female in Pekanbaru.This research was conducted through qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The subject of this research was five female weightlifter in Pekanbaru that was chosen by purposive technique. The data collection technique was collected through interview, observation, and research documentation. To achieve the validity of data in this study, researcher used extension of participation and triangulation.The initial result for because motive showed that female weightlifter was motivated through joining other, curiosity and parents boast. Besides for in order to motive the data showed that they want to be a weightlifting coach with better achievement, and having next generation. Secondly, female weightlifter interprets themselves as a great and strong woman Thirdly, female weightlifter defines that this weightlifter profession is a hard profession with income.Keywords: Female Weightlifter, Motive, Selft Meaning, Meaning of Profession

Abstract

This study aims to identify adolescents who engage in premarital sexual behavior, identify adolescents who have watched pornographic films either via VCD or the Internet, to determine the forms of premarital sexual behavior committed by adolescents and to analyze the effect of watching porn on premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in The Beringin Jaya Village, Singigi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Hilir Regency.The population in this study were teenagers aged 17-22 years and The Beringin Jaya Village, Singigi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Hilir Regency with a sample of 73 people taken using proportional sampling technique. The sampling method in this research is primary data and secondary data using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative analysis. Analysis of influence in this study uses the formula χ ^ 2 (Chi square) with a computerized system using the SPSS 25.0 for windows program. The results showed that adolescents classified as having high pre-marital sexual behavior were the majority of men with 3-4 family members and the majority having a high school education. The majority = those who have high intensity in watching porn are men and the majority have high school education. Forms of premarital sexual behavior by adolescents are classified as holding hands, embracing and cheating. There are some teens who are indicated as having oral sex and have had sex. There is a significant influence between watching porn on dating behavior in adolescents in Beringin Jaya Village, Singingi Hiilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This result is evident from the calculation of chi square obtained sig <0.05 (sig = 0.001). This means that the more often the frequency of watching porn films in adolescents will lead to the higher pre-marital sexual behavior of adolescents and conversely the lower the frequency of watching porn in adolescents will result in lower adolescent premarital sexual behavior. Keywords: Watching, Porn Movies, Dating Behavior, and Teens.

Abstract

Effectiveness is a state that shows the success or failure of management activities in achieving goals. While communication is a process of delivering messages by the communicator to the communicant through the media that causes certain consequences. There are many types of messages or information delivered by an organization to the public, so the delivery requires adequate channels, both in terms of time, target public and its activities. One of the media commonly used by organizations to communicate to the public is through mass media, namely newspapers through the advetorial column. Likewise, the Kampar District Government used the Riau Pos newspaper as a medium of communication with the community. In line with the function of the mass media, one of which runs social control in the community. The purpose of this research is to find out how much the effectiveness of the advertorial government of Kampar Regency in the Riau Pos Newspaper in the audience of Bangkinang Kota. This research used quantitative research methods, with data collection techniques, namely through the distribution of questionnaire sheets to readers or customers of Riau Pos Newspapers with a sample size of 96 which is determined through random sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques in this research used descriptive statistical techniques.The results of this research indicate that the level of Advertorial Effectiveness of Kampar District Government in the Newspaper of Riau Post in the reader audience Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota is classified as effective. This can be seen from the results of data processing based on six indicators, each indicator reaching a scale of 3.13 on the receiver indicator, a scale of 2.94 on the message content indicator, a scale of 3.25 on the channel indicator ( media), a scale of 2.99 in the format indicator, a scale of 2.96 in the indicator of the source of the message (source), and a scale of 2.97 in the indicator of timeliness. So that the conclusion obtained by using the average formula of all indicators is 2.54 which is included in the effective range. This shows that the Government of Kampar Regency Advertorial in Riau Pos Newspaper is an effective medium for the Government's communication facilities to the public.  Keyword: Effectiveness communication, Advertorial, and Riau

Abstract

This research is conducted by Siak District Government which succeed especially in Mempura sub-district with existing programs so that it can reduce the number of poor people of Siak Regency and increase people’s welfare. According to the Regional Regulation of Siak Regency Year 2012 poverty is a socio-economic condition of a person or group of people who are not fulfilled their basic rights to maintain and develop a life of dignity. As for formulation of the problem in this research is what factors that become the driving force of the succees of the Siak Regency government in poverty reduction in sub-district Mempura in Siak Sri Indrapura.This research type using qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collected by the writer use interview and documentation technique. Data used is primary data obtained from informant research and then supported from various government institutions related to this research.Research shows that in tackling this poverty Siak Sri Indrapura Regecy Government has issued a policy related to poverty namely the Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 10 of 2012 on poverty reduction in Siak Regecy. Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of freelancers at CV.Balebat in Pekanbaru City. Based on the survey results there are several obstacles that arise in the use of freelancers at CV.Balebat. The object of this study is to analyze the use of freelance personnel used at CV.Balebat and to Know and analyze the factors that affecting to CV.Balebat in using of freelance by adopting the theory of human resource effectiveness from Richard M Steers. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of research that there are still some shortcomings and obstacles in the use of freelance workers at catering business of CV.Balebat Pekanbaru which certainly needs to be considered in order to improve service to consumers. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand This research will discuss about the implementation of the International Event Sail Indonesia to the development of the capacity of Indonesian marine tourism. As we know, Indonesia is an archipelago (archipelago state) in the world that is located flanked by two oceans, the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. Indonesia has a wealth of natural resources, especially tourism. in addition to bali, Indonesia also has other tourist destinations that also has a high value. The tourism such as Wakatobi, Belitung, Morotai, Pulau Komodo, and Raja Ampad based in International Event Sail Indonesia in 2011 – 2014.This research theoretically has built with Globalism perspectives on International Relations and supported by International Tourism theory. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library. Abstract

Management of water resources is a process that encourages integration between development and management of water, land, and other resources, with the aim of maximizing socio-economic welfare and paying attention to the sustainability of the ecosystem. Besides that, water resources management is a method for formulating patterns and plans for managing water resources, and is not an end goal. In its implementation, several laws and regulations and policies have been refined, including the enactment of Law Number 7 of 2004 concerning Water Resources (SDA Law) which has included the principles and Presidential Regulation (Perpres No. 12 of 2008) concerning Management Water Resources and National Policies on Management of Water Resources.This law aims to implement water management in a comprehensive, sustainable manner, and through an open approach so as to provide an option for business communities and non-governmental organizations to participate in the planning and implementation of integrated water resources management processes. The purpose of this study was to find out the Role of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) in the management of Water Resources in Pekanbaru City in 2016.The conclusion of this study shows that the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) in the City of Pekanbaru in the Management of Water Resources in Pekanbaru in 2016 has not been optimal, even in 2016 it was only a normal operation, while the construction of water infrastructure was not due to budget factors, lack of human resources, inadequate heavy equipment due to the age factor of the device.
