Abstract

The past few years tourist destination become familiar and be an indicator of community economic development. Almost in every region be extract and expand natural tourism  especially, by show various beauty and preservation which be the magnet, like mangrove port. Mangrove port is conservation place which saved from development planning for harbor’s expansion. With every effort to save, finally mangrove port can be maintained. Later the headway directed be tourism destination, which very worthwhile for society’s life around. But, the things make society’s perception, positive perception as well as negative perception. The perception appear be adapted with phenomenon and impact which arise in society’s environment. This research is quantitative research with descriptive type. Population and sample from this research is people from RT.05 in Kelurahan Pangkalan Sesai with taking sample  by Slovin and get 74 respondent. Data collected by field observation, interview with make questionnaire first, and documentation. Analysis is done by processing data in groups in every indicator and cross tabulation. Conclusion from this research is society’s perception with tourism attraction mangrove port which in postive way make positive response from respondent. While negative perception appear from negative response from respondent. As is mangrove port impact to social’s life and economic growth in society. Various changes occur like increase economic people because increased income. Create collaboration between society, manager, and government agency because mangrove port. Key words: Mangrove port, Perception, Impact.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPolicies in the field of manpower in the national development program are always endeavored to create as many job opportunities as possible in various fields. The working relationship between workers and employers themselves must be based on an agreement so that the rights and obligations of each party can be guaranteed. At this time many companies use freelance workers to support the company's business. The problem in this study is the implementation of the agreement and protection of the rights of freelancers using a work agreement for a certain time, in which workers' rights are limited, there is no balance between the rights and obligations of freelancers according to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. The research objective is to analyze the rights of freelance workers in Indonesian positive law. This type of research is normative juridical which is library research and uses a statutory and conceptual approach. Through literature study researchers collect documents and data to be processed using content analysis methods. The results of the study concluded that the impact of intense business competition stemming from global economic developments made companies change their business management structure by reducing management control, one of which was by implementing the practice of using freelance workers for companies to reduce production costs. With the management of the use of freelance workers that has been going on, it does not guarantee the labor rights they should get, especially in terms of remuneration carried out by certain companies. Legal protection for casual workers in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. One of the reasons for the birth of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower is that several laws and regulations that have been in effect so far place workers in a disadvantageous position in the workforce placement service and industrial relations system which highlight differences in position and interests so that they are seen as having no longer in accordance with the needs of the present and the demands of the future. As well as obtaining the right to obtain equal opportunities and treatment without discrimination. Keywords: Freelance Workforc, Law Enforcement, Legal Protection, Positive Law.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Profesionalisme keperawatan memiliki dampak dalam penyelenggaraan layanan keperawatan. Selain itu persepsi perawat terhadap profesionalisme juga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi persepsi perawat tentang profesionalisme keperawatan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif fenomologi dan jumlah sampel yang diambil 13 parisipan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persepsi perawat tentang perawat professional adalah perawat yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan pasien melalui asuhan keperawatan yang dilandasi aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, rasa empati dan caring sebagai aspek afektif, serta bekerja mengikuti aturan dan berintegritas. Kesimpulan Penelitian ini bisa dijadikan bahan evaluasi bagi lahan penelitian untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perawat tentang profesionalisme keperawatan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang prima.

Abstract

Banyak mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Medan mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah yang sistematis dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kecerdasan buatan (AI) dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas karya tulis mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online yang diisi oleh 36 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi dan semester. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 94,4% mahasiswa telah menggunakan AI dalam menulis artikel ilmiah, terutama untuk membantu menulis kalimat yang efektif (41,7%), mencari referensi (33,3%), dan menyusun struktur artikel (22,2%). Meskipun AI memberikan manfaat signifikan, beberapa tantangan masih dihadapi mahasiswa, seperti kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan AI ke dalam proses penulisan (41,7%) dan kekhawatiran terhadap ketergantungan berlebihan pada AI (36,1%). Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi pemanfaatan AI memerlukan pendekatan yang seimbang, dengan tetap menekankan pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan akademik secara mandiri.

Abstract

Divorce cases that occur in Indonesia continue to increase every year. This divorce not only has an impact on husband and wife, but there are people who are more affected, namely children. Children who are victims of divorce are often labeled as children from broken homes. Children who often witness their parents arguing, are neglected, receive less love and protection can have an impact on the emergence of emotional wounds which give rise to inner child trauma which, if not addressed immediately, will have an impact on the child's condition as an adult. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of art therapy in reducing inner child trauma in broken home teenagers. The method used is art therapy. Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses art media as a medium for catharsis, emotional ventilation, getting to know oneself better through art media, being able to express oneself and explore life patterns effectively. Participants in this research were 3 teenagers who experienced a broken home. This intervention consists of 10 sessions. The results of this research show that the Z value obtained is -2.041 with a p-value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0.041 < 0.05. So it can be interpreted that the alternative hypothesis (H1) states that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest groups. The conclusion in this research is that trauma to an individual's inner child can have a long-term impact so that treatment is needed, in this case the researcher used the Art Therapy method as an effort to reduce inner child trauma in broken home teenagers.
