Abstract

2015 is a party of democracy for Indragiri Hulu community. Yopi Arianto, SE as incumbent candidate successfully re-elected to Regent Indragiri Hulu period 2015-2020 period. This study aims to determine the style of communication polittik Yopi Arianto and the use of media in the campaign in the election of regional head of Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2015.               The method of this research is qualitative research method. The informants in this study consisted of Yopi Arianto as Indragiri Hulu District Head, 2 people, and 1 successful team. Techniques of collecting interview data, observation, and documentation.                              The results of this study indicate that the victory back Yopi Arianto became Regent Indragiri Hulu Regency in 2015 can be achieved with political communication that he did. This political communication includes the style of political communication as well as the use of media in the campaign. Political communication style Yopi Arianto is known as an energetic, interactive, and close to the people. In addition, the selection of media use in campaigns is also a matter of concern. Yopi Arianto uses some media of kampaye covering media directly or face to face ie communication directly to society, social media in form of facebook which is useful to convey information about activity during campaign progress. In addition, the use of outdoor media such as banners, billboards and banners and the use of small format media in the form of posters, clocks, calendars and T-shirts is also a concern Yopi Arianto in attracting the public to vote himself back in the elections of regional heads in 2015 Regency of Indragiri Hulu.Keyword: Local Election, Political Communication

Abstract

Innovation in local government is essentially intended to improve and support the improved performance of the local government and public service improvement, In health care also requires a service innovation that will provide convenience and comfort for people in the field of kesehata. Therefore exists a birth in health centers of innovation Alarm Kerinci Kanan Siak.Labor Alarm Innovations is a technology-based program that aims to prevent maternal mortality, birth and post-partum health centers working area UPTD Kerinci Kanan.The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of this Labor Alarm Innovations and to find out what is a contributing factor and inhibitory in the innovation process. This study using purposive sampling technique with qualitative research using a descriptive approach and the data required both primary and secondary data obtained by observation, interview and documentation for further analysis. The results of this study indicate that deliveries in health centers Innovation Alarm Kerinci Kanan has been in line with expectations. The supporting factors and obstacles of this deliveries alarm innovation is technology applications, the quality of human resources and infrastructure that already supports. Keywords: Innovation, Services health.

Abstract

 In 2017 the City of Youth and Sports Agency in Pekanbaru organized entrepreneurship training activities for young people, which was attended by 25 young people. The reason for the low number of participants is the lack of socialization from the organizers of activities and the lack of funds allocated for activities. As a series, it does not stop with training activities and apprenticeship activities, but also continues with mentoring, mentoring, partnership and promotion activities. and capital access assistance. Formulation of the research problem: how is the implementation of youth entrepreneurship development programs by the Pekanbaru City Youth and Sports Office in 2017? The purpose of the research: to find out the implementation of youth entrepreneurship development programs by the Pekanbaru City Youth and Sports Department in 2017. To find out the inhibiting factors in the implementation of youth entrepreneurship development programs by the Pekanbaru City Youth and Sports Department in 2017. Primary data sources through interviews and secondary data sources . The data analysis technique was carried out with a qualitative descriptive analysis.The interests of the Pekanbaru City Government are the interests in implementing the rules and realizing the vision and mission, while the youth have an interest in increasing their ability and creativity in entrepreneurship. The benefits are motivated to entrepreneurship, a lot of knowledge is known about the world of entrepreneurship, have experience because of taking part in apprenticeship, and increasing the number of people known. The desired degree of change is that unemployment can be reduced. Decision makers are adjusted to the level of hierarchy in the Pekanbaru City Youth and Sports Agency. The resources mobilized in the form of human resources from the apparatus who work in the Department of Youth and Sports of the City of Pekanbaru, the total financial resources are taken from regional finance, technology resources and facilities and infrastructure, all of which are inventory. The inhibiting factor is the lack of youth involved and the bureaucratic characteristics prevailing in government institutions. Keywords: Implementation, Policy Implementation

Abstract

Hospitality is one of the important components that can support the development of the world of tourism. The Hospitality Industry is one of the industries that play an important role in the economic development and the world of tourism in Indonesia. service is any action or desire which may be offered by one party to another, essentially intangible and does not result in any ownership. And a sense of fun given to others who accompanied hospitality and ease in meeting the needs of consumers. This research was conducted in Grand Zuri Kota Dumai.Jl Jend. Sudirman No. 88, Dumai City, Bintan Village, Dumai City District, Dumai City. This hotel is chosen as a place of research because in it has the quality of service that visitors need when visiting this hotel. This study aims to determine the response of visitors to the quality of service at the Grand Hotel Zuri Dumai City. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to process the data obtained in the field through interviews, all the information collected and studied to become a unified whole (Kusuma and Sugono 2000). As for the sample in research sebanyan 100 respondents, data collection techniques used are observations, interviews, questionnaires, using Likert scale as a measuring tool. Abstract

PTSL is a land registration activity which includes the collection and determination of the truth of physical data and juridical data concerning one or several objects of land registration for the purposes of registration, the costs of which are not burdened to the public. The formulation of the problem of this study is: How is the implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2017?This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this study was conducted in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out with qualitative data analysis. While the results of the study concluded that the Implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2017 was not good enough. This is the most dominant thing to influence the Implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in Kuantan Singingi Regency is a resource factor. The implementation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) in Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2017 does not reach the target or volume that has been planned, especially staff totaling 6 (six) staffs are not balanced with the number of targets that have been set in the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL ) in Kuantan Singingi Regency.Keywords: Implementation, Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL )

Abstract

Dangdut singer is part of the dangdut music industry which has become a means of public entertainment, having a number of fans who like it. But on the one hand, there are presumptions of lenjeh, sexy, sensual and cheap inherent in everyday life. Dangdut singers get stereotypes that tend to be negative both in the family environment and in their neighborhood, so that the formation of self-concept in interpersonal communication with dangdut singers occurs. This description shows that dangdut singers experience communication barriers that have an impact on harmony in the family, and are always followed by feelings of inferiority and tend to be less confident in living a social life. For this reason the writer wants to know how their background becomes a singer. And how the self-concept of singer to his activities as a singer dangdut. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the background of the informants being a choir is one of them is the economic factor, wanting to increase income or investment to comply with lifestyle. For the stage of becoming a singer there are also a number of processes that they must go through, starting from experiencing rejection from the family because they choose work that is considered to have a negative label, and Until they have to deal with problems that come from those closest to them, because they do not support their work to cause divorce. In undergoing work as a singer the description of self-concept can originate from interactions between oneself and with others (their social environment). therefore, researchers use self-concept theory as a way of looking at oneself about oneself to understand one's own existence and to understand others. Abstract

In the tourism industry especially the hotel sector in Pekanbaru City is a promising business field. The large number of hotels in Pekanbaru makes the management of each hotel compete in providing a good service in order to increase customer satisfaction. In this case Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru takes into consideration consumer satisfaction in the Food and Beverage Product section in several indicators, specifically appearance, portion, taste and time. Therefore, this study aims to describe how customer satisfaction with the menu at Kunyit Resto Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru based on several indicators. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire  by consumers at Kunyit Resto Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru. To test the research, the researchers compiled an experimental field conducted on 100 costumers/ respondents at Kunyit Resto Prime Park Hotel Pekanbaru. After the food and Beverage service is finished, each customer is given a questionnaire consisting of 19 questions to find out their satisfaction. The results showed that consumer satisfaction was very dominant on the taste indicator with the highest percentage count, 96.66%. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, F&B Product , Hotel

Abstract

Indonesia and Malaysia has a long relationship politically, economically, and culturally. Soybean import from the United States decreased while from Malaysia increased in 2012-2016. This research described reasons of Indonesia to do import from Malaysia than from the other countries.This qualitative research inquired the interests of both countries to strengthen economic relationship for import-export. To answer the phenomena data from books, journals, news from newspapers, and official documents from Indonesian Trade Ministry was utilized. Economic theory of liberalism from John Stuart Milland and Jean Jacques Rousseau help researcher in analysing the data.The research showed that Malaysian soybean is competitive in terms of price and quality. Stable soybean supply in Malaysia to Indonesian products for tofu, soya bean, ketchup, and any other foods could improve cooperation between the two countries. In addition political and cultural tied on D-8, Organization of Islamic Conference, and Non-Aligned Movement can tighten cooperation in soybean import.  Keywords: Importance, Import, Soybean, Partnership

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of community participation in the development of Ecotourism in Developing Sorcerer Nature and what factors hampered community participation in Kampung Suak Merambai, Bungaraya Subdistrict, Siak Regency consisted of four dimensions, namely planning, implementation, utilization of results and evaluation. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The sample in this study were 63 people using purposive probability sampling techniques. Data sources from this study are primary data and secondary data obtained from observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. By using an instrument measurement scale that is Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. Based on research shows that the level of community participation in the development of Ecotourism Growing Sorcerer in the Village of Suak Merambai, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency is included in the medium category in the aspects of planning, implementation, utilization of results, and evaluation. Keyword: Community participation, tourism development, ecotourism

Abstract

This research was conducted at Energi Mega Persada Bentu Ltd with the problem in the study being the low performance of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of implementing training and organizational culture on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to 51 respondents in Energi Mega Persada Bentu Ltd field employees. The data is then processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using SPSS by validating, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing by t test and F test.The results showed that the first hypothesis testing was the implementation of training on employee performance, namely t arithmetic (5.175)> t table (2.001), meaning that training has a significant effect on employee performance. Second, organizational culture, namely t arithmetic (7,616)> t table (2,009), meaning that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results (29.746)> F table (3.19) means the implementation of training and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Implementation Of Training, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance
