Abstract

Indonesia Eximbank join a partnership with ICBC Limited Tiongkok in 2015. The agreement between Indonesia Eximbank and ICBC Limited Tiongkok resulted in a loan of USD 500 Million and within a period of 5 years. The Indonesia government accepts it as financial capital for Indonesia Eximbank. Whereas, during 2015 Indonesia Eximbank showed good performance and gave recipients of PMN from the Indonesian government of 1 Trillion. This research describedabout Indonesia Eximbank received loans from ICBC Tiongkok.The qualitative research is Library research using data from books, journals, newspaper and using websites such as www.IndonesiaEximbank.go.id and www.icbc-ltd.com to describe Indonesia Eximbank partnership with ICBC Tiongkok. Nation-state level analysis with Liberalism perspectives about foreign loan theory was used to elaborate Indonesia Eximbank and ICBC Limited.The result showed that Indonesia Eximbank accept loan of USD 500 Million from ICBC Tiongkok in 2015 to strengthen if Indonesia Eximbank’s capital. Government programe of National Interest Area (NIA). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of performance appraisal and reward on work performance partially and simultaneously. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that was distributed to 71 respondents in nurses RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The data are then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 16.0 by conducting validity, reliability testing, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis (R2) and hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test ).The results showed that the first hypothesis testing is performance appraisal on work performance, namely t arithmetic (10, 452)> t table (2.760), meaning that performance appraisal has a significant effect on work performance. Second, the reward is t arithmetic (32, 350)> t table (2.760), meaning that the reward has a significant effect on work performance. Test results F arithmetic (757,712)> F table (3,139), meaning that simultaneously performance evaluation and reward significantly influence work performance. Keywords: Performance Appraisal, Reward, Performance Achievement

Abstract

The research conducted at Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant Pekanbaru where located in Jl. Sudirman No.426 Lt 1, Gedung Star City Square. The problem in this study is number of buyers has decreasing, percentage of target achievement has decreased, and  the failure of the company’s sales target has not been achieved, this study aims to determine the effect of pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant Pekanbaru . In this study use quantitive descriptive with SPSS program. The population in this is are consumers at Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant. The sampling technique chosen is slovin Formula with a sample 97 respondents.            Hypothesis testing uses a simple linear analysis method and multiple analysis with result showing that pricing and service quality have a positive and significan on consumer satisfaction Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant. With the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) pricing on consumer satisfaction of R square is 0,450 or 45% and service quality on consumer satisfaction the value of R square is 0,478 or 47,8% and coefficient of determination R square pricing and service quality on consumer satisfaction the value of R is 0,607. This show that the pricing and service quality gives an effect of 60,7% on consumer satisfaction at Selebriti Asian&Suki Restaurant, while remaining 39,3% is effected by other variables that are not examined in this study. Key words: Pricing, Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the synergicity of local government agencies in the handling of forest and land fires in Rokan Hilir Regency in 2015 has not been effective. Forest and land fires are handled by the related agencies, namely BPBD, BAPEDAL and the Forest Service, which are still in short supply, where forest fires are still occurring and the fire extinguishing process is still slow. Synergicity is essentially an interaction of two or more parties that interact and interact dynamically to achieve common goals. The creation of good governance will never be separated from the synergy between stakeholders to achieve common goals.The importance of the synergicity of local government agencies in combating forest and land fires is to be able to plan in an integrated manner and to follow up on any existing issues. With the synergy of local government agencies are expected to quickly solve the problems of forest fires that often occur in Rokan Hilir District.This study aims to determine the synergicity of local government agencies in dealing with forest fires and land Rokan Hilir District. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type, which can be interpreted as a problem-solving process investigated by describing the state of research subjects based on the facts that appear during the study which then continued with based on existing theories.Keywords: Synergy, Government Agencies, Fire Prevention

Abstract

The Rice Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) program from the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Siak Regency is one of the current technological developments. This program is a service technology innovation that was adopted to give an ease of services to the public quickly. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of The Rice Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) program from the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Siak Regency runs and what supporting factors are in the adoption of this innovation. This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The type of the research is qualitative research. It uses a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation and for subsequent analysis. The results of this research show that: first, the adoption of this innovation program has been running optimally. Second, the supporting factors of the adoption of this innovation are machine technology, good leadership, socialization, and public trust.  Keywords: Adoption of Innovation, Program, service

Abstract

This research is intended to describe and to explain the motivation of Indonesia establishing cooperation with Malaysia in The Council Of Palm Oil Producing Countries (CPOPC). CPOPC was made to shift from competitive relation to cooperation between member countries. While Indonesia has the advantage in the market and production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Malaysia has been a tough competitor.In order to explain and to answer the research question,in this paper the researcher used the neoliberalism perspective. The main idea of neoliberalism is that the national interest among countries, especially when there are similarity in values, can lead to cooperation. Furthermore, the theory that the researcher used is cooperation theory.The Researcher has provided explanations why Indonesia establish a cooperation with Malaysia in The Council Of Palm Oil Producing Countries (CPOPC). Competitive relation with Malaysia has always been filled with frictions, worsen by the image of Indonesian palm oil plantation is ruining the environment. The ratification of this agreement is an option to Indonesia to achieve positive impact to Crude Palm Oil (CPO) trade.Keywords: Crude Palm Oil, Agreement, Neoliberalism, Indonesia Malaysia Cooperation, CPOPC.

Abstract

Child is the most beautiful gift given by Allah. But sometimes some children look different from most children, such as those with mental disabilities. Tunagrahita is a mental disorder  that occurs in someone who has an IQ below the average. Some mentally retartded children have the opportunity to get the same education and achievement as children in general. One of them is in the new supervisory state Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru. In this case the teacher and the parents are very instrumental in supporting a success and development that occurs to them as well as achieving an achievement and the sosialization that is held. Then this study aims to find out how much cooperation teachers and parents have in improving a achievement of tunagrahita children in foreign Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru. The research method used is a quqlitative method. The theory in this study consists of McClland’s theory of needs and Mead’s self development sosialization. In this study the number of informants was 5 people. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are to see the success of teachers and parents in achiving achievements of tunagrahita children and can be seen by the public that children who have limitations also have more achievements to pround of like children in general.Keywords:  Teachers, parents, achievements, tuagrahita children, socialization

Abstract

This study explains the impact of Britain's exit from the European Union on British and Irish relations. Britain's exit from the European Union is known as Brexit. On June 23, 2016 the United Kingdom conducted a referendum which resulted in Britain leaving the European Union. After the British exit from the European Union, the UK adopted a policy of increasing security in the border area, which generated negative reactions from Ireland. So that British policy has a negative impact on relations between the two countries.             This study uses the perspective of Neorealism in international relations and the level of analysis of the Nation State is supported by Foreign Policy Theory and this study uses the Concept of National Interest. This research is a qualitative research with a documentary study research method. The scope of research is during PM Theresa May.             This study shows that the impact of Brexit on Britain and Ireland is that the UK violated an agreement with Ireland on the border and the policy received a negative response. As a result of the border also reduced the interest of tourists from the UK to Ireland and the UK also adopted a policy of imposing an increase in import export tariffs after leaving the European Union. Keywords: Brexit, United Kingdom, Ireland, Impact, Bilateral Relations

Abstract

Regional Regulation Indragiri Hilir Regency No 3 of 2018 on Commerce Coconutsit isimportant because the coconut is a potential preeminent that can enhance the well being of coconut farmers at Indragiri HIlir Regency. Observations from the field have some concern about  Implementation Regional Regulation Indragiri Hilir Regency No 3 of 2018 on Commerce Coconut. The main objektive of study is to examine the Implementation of Regional Regulation Indragiri Hilir Regency No 3 of 2018 on Commerce Coconuts and any limiting factor A George C. Edward III Riant Nugroho (2009:636). Is used to determine the sample of the research. The methods of the research is qualitative research by using approach case studies. To coliect the data in this research were interview, observation, documentation. It was found that the Implementation of Regional Regulation Indragiri Hilir Regency No 3 of 2018 on Commerce Coconut havent received yet because there are some contributing factors that theres no price for the words reference to coconuts as free stuff, based on suply and demand the govermant cant adjust the price margins of the coconuts between the coconut growers and the coconut manager  meanwhile, the inhibitory factor is that of uncreative human resources it is better for the Indragiri Hilir Goverment to cooperate with coconuts businessmen and coconuts companies to implement The Regional Regulation No 3 of 2018 on Commerce coconuts. Keywords: Implementation, Regional Regulation, Commerce Coconuts.

Abstract

Land and Building Tax ( PBB) is a type of local tax that is fully regulated by the goverment in determinating the amount of tax, this tax is important for the implwmwntation and improvment of devolopment as well as increasing the prosperity and welfare of the people, a problem that is always faced in term of rural and urban land and building taxes is colecction is not yet maximized due to tax data issued through the tax return form (SPPT), manu of which are not in accordance with the condition that should be to overcome these problems. The desa PBB-P2 program is a program compiled by the regional revenue agency of Rokan Hulu Regency wntrust of authority of the management and coleection of PBB-P2 tax to the village, starting from the taxpayer data collection, until the colecction of PBB-P2 tax to the community.            This study aims to describe the implementation of the UN-P2 independent village program policy in the Tambusai Utara District, then also to find out the inhibiting factors for the non-optimal implementation of the independent village program policy in the Tambusai Utara District. The research location is in Rokan Hulu district, which is location in the regional revenue agency of Rokan Hulu regency and in Tambusai Utara sub-district, in the third bangun Jaya village, in mahato village, Furthermore, data collection techniques were carried out by interview and documentation.            The result of study are the application of the UN-P2 independent village Program policy in Tambusai Utara District carried out by the regional revenue agency of Rokan Hulu regency that has not run optimally. This is caused by several faktor such as lack suppoting facilities and insfrastrukture in the village office, limited budget and lack of quantity of human resources. Keywords : Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure
