Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of market orientation and product innovation toward marketing performance in the mansiang woven handicraft group in Jorong Taratak Kubang, Guguak District, Lima Puluh Regency, West Sumatra City. Sampling technique using simple random sampling method and obtained the sample of 45 respondents who were members of the Mansiang weaving craftsmen group in Jorong Taratak Kubang. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The dependent variable (Y) in this study is the performance marketing. The independent variable (X) include market orientation (X1) and product innovation (X2), for the data processing program using IBM SPSS 21.0 statistics. The results of this study indicate that in partial market orientation positive and significant effect on the performance of the marketing of the test results  T count of 11.433 > T table 2.018 and variabel product innovation and significant positive effect on the performance of the marketing the results of the T count of 2.120 > T table of 2.018. While simultaneously variable market orientation and product innovation have a significant effect on the performance marketing with F count 73.780 > F table 3,212. The influential variable is the most dominant market orientation.Keywords: Market Orientation, Product Innovation and Marketing Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational communication on the work discipline of nurses in RSUD Bangkinang.the objek of this study was nurses at bangkinang district hospital with a sample of 58 people calculated using the slovin formula.The study concluded that the results of the t thest showed that work motivation on employee work discipline had a significant influence on employee work discipline n nurses at bangkinang district hospital. T test results showed that organizational communication on employee work discipline had a significant influence on employee work discipline in nurses at Bangkinang District Hospital. The f-test results show that work motivation and organizational communication simultaneously have a significant effect on accepted work discipline.Keywords : Keywords : work motivation, organization communication, work discipline

Abstract

 Fishery management activity is a economic base and culture fishing community of West Coast of Mandaling Natal District with a variety type of fishing gear. The Ministers of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries secrete policies related to fishing gear and fishing route so there are pros and counter among of the fishing community. This study aims to evaluate the processes and identify the impact of regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 71 of  2016 Concerning Fishing Lanes and The Placement of Fishing Gear In The Fisheries Management Area of The Republic of Indonesia in Mandailing Natal District. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data analisys model used by researchers is the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The result of the study are the process of implementation and identification of impact the regulation of  the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Number 71 of  2016 in Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatera Province which is not running optimally and is not effective. The impact arising from the aplication of the regulation has positive and negative on the socio-ecomomic life of the target group and the community and impacts on fisheries management activities in Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatera Province.  Keyword : Evaluation, Process, Impact.

Abstract

The subdistrict head is the leader of the sub-district, this is in accordance with Article 1 of Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018 concerning the District. One of the things that must be carried out by the sub-district head is to carry out general government affairs as regulated in paragraph (6) Article 25 of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. Thus, the Head of South Singkep Sub-District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province must also carry out these obligations, in addition to other duties. The formulation of the research problem: how is the sub-district leadership in the implementation of general government affairs in Singkep Selatan District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province in 2019? What are the factors that hinder the head of the sub-district leadership in implementing general government affairs in Singkep Selatan District Lingga Regency Riau Islands Province in 201? The research objectives are: to determine the leadership of the sub-district head in the implementation of general government affairs in Singkep Selatan District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province in 2019, to find out what factors are hindering the sub-district leadership in implementing general government affairs in Singkep Selatan District Lingga Regency Riau Islands Province in 2019 .The leadership of the sub-district head in the implementation of general government affairs in Singkep Selatan District, Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province in 2019 by: conveying the contents of general government affairs verbally, providing support for the availability of facilities and infrastructure and organizing activities, coordinating with the District Leadership Communication Forum (FORKOMPIMKA). Abstract

The Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) is one of the development planning documents that must be prepared by the local government 6 months after the regional head is appointed. The vision and mission in the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) is the vision and the mission of the elected regional head offered to the community during the implementation of the campaign in the implementation of the Regional Head Election (PILKADA) and made adjustments that refer to the existing Regional Long Term Development Plan (RPJPD). This means that the Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) is a political contract between the regional head and the citizens during his 5 year term.The purpose of this research is to find out the Political Dynamics that occurred in the Establishment of The Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) Regional Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) Changes in the Pekanbaru City in 2020. This research uses method qualitative approach with research type is descriptive. In data collection the author uses interview and dokumetasi techniques.The results of this study showed that there are dynamics or pro and contra to Ranperda about the Amendment to Perda No. 17 of 2017 on RPJMD Pekanbaru City Year 2017-2022 which in the draft Ranperda is not included in the current condition of the Covid-19 Pandemic that causes some to disagree when discussed by Pansus, resulting in the unfulfillment of the quorum of the plenary meeting of the Pansus Report on May 11, 2020, resulting in the meeting being postponed and re-held on May 12, 2020. But it has not yet been fulfilled, but a mutual agreement is still being made. During the evaluation process in Riau Provincial Government, the Riau Provincial Government decided to return the draft Ranperda to be included in the current condition. And finally a new joint agreement was reached on September 30, 2020 and next established into local regulations or perda. Keywords: Political Dynamics, Changes in RPJMD, Development Planning

Abstract

 Hygiene is a preventive health effort that focuses its activities on individual health efforts, as well as human personal health efforts. The definition of sanitation is a health effort to protect and prevent disease that focuses its activities on human environmental health efforts. This study aims to determine the application of food processing sanitation hygiene and to determine the efforts of the management in implementing processing sanitation hygiene in the implementation of food sanitation at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. In this study, the authors used qualitative methods as a procedure for processing data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation of FBM, Executive Chef, Chef De Partie, Demi Chef, Cook and Cook Helper Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. After conducting interviews with the informants, the authors concluded that overall sanitation Hygiene in Fox Hotel Pekanbaru's kitchen was going well, but there are 2 things about sanitation Hygiene that need more attention, namely the necessity of wearing gloves when preparing or processing food and paying attention to the cleanliness of materials. raw foods such as washing vegetables and fruits before entering the kitchen. Key words: Hygiene, sanitation, application, food processing, kitchen

Abstract

The criteria for the Bank Indonesia social program are community empowerment in areas that have superior commodities. One of them is sago, which is located in the Meranti island district, precisely in Sungai Tohor village. Empowerment activities have been well received by teh community. The purpose of this study is to determine community empowerment through Bank Indonesia social programs and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for community empowerment through the Bank Indonesia social program. This study uses the theory of Ambar Teguh (2004) in which empowernment is process. The stages of empowernment will be a benhmark. The results of this study indicate that: first, community empowerment through the Bank Indonesia social program in Sungai Tohor Village, Tebing Tinggi Timur District, has not been implemented optimally. Second, the supporting and inhibiting factors for community empowerment through Bank Indonesia's social programs, namely, the supporting factors for having a superior commodity in the form of sago and the support from the village government. The inhibiting factor is that the supporting technology in the village is still inadequate and there are personal conflicts between the Family Income Improvement Business groups (UP2K).                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Keywords: Empowerment, Program, Bank Indonesia

Abstract

In order to ensure the availability of food for the community, the Regional Government of the Meranti Islands Regency through the Food Security, Food Crops and Animal Husbandry Service of the Meranti Islands Regency implements the 2019 Food Diversification and Community Nutrition Improvement policy. The purpose of the research carried out is to describe the implementation of the Food Security and Nutrition Policy in Meranti Islands Regency in an effort to diversify food and improve public nutrition in 2019. The research method used is qualitative research. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. In data collection the writer uses interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Food Security and Nutrition Policy in the Meranti Islands Regency in the efforts of Food Diversification and Community Nutrition Improvement in 2019 has not been well implemented. The inadequate implementation of the policy is due to the low intensity of policy program implementation in terms of quantity and quality and has not been able to reach the majority of the people of the Meranti Islands Regency. The response of the Regional Government of the Meranti Islands Regency and the people of the Meranti Islands Regency in responding to the Food Security and Nutrition policy in the Meranti Islands Regency in the 2019 Food Diversification and Community Nutrition Improvement policy has not provided a good response to the implementation of these activities. The Regional Government of the Kepulauan Meranti Regency prioritizes the allocation of funding in the regional infrastructure development sector. Socialization of Food Diversification and Community Nutrition Improvement has not been carried out continuously, because of the limited infrastructure and human resources that handle food and nutrition and the lack of funding budget channeled by the Regional Government of the Meranti Islands Regency towards the implementation of this policy.  Keywords: Policy Implementation, Food Security and Nutrition

Abstract

Indonesian people, consisting of various ethnicities and occupying different areas of residence, have developed a very diverse diet. The difference in food serving is related to the potential in each region that causes differences in behavior in response to nature. People in the watershed of life can not be separated from the river, the river as a source of life both bathing, washing, as well as food sources such as fish. So that in terms of food people in consuming what food is always eat fish from the catch. The problem formulation is how food is served (preparation, processing, and presentation) in the watershed of Tualang Village Siak Regency. The study subjects were 8 people who lived in the watershed for 10 years, in determining the subject of the author using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection is carried out using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of this study show that in terms of food the community ranging from preparation, processing, and presentation does not fully process the fish caught depending on the catch gained and the public buys more often in the market for a few weeks. The situation and conditions faced by fishermen are caused by their low education, factor of old age, difficulty finding work, ability and expertise are very lacking. Norms and values that fishermen believe are the norms that fishermen believe are the rules they agreed without writing and as fishermen must also know that taking fish as necessary. Keywords: Food Serving, Watershed Communities

Abstract

This research was carried out in Batu Ampar Village, Kemuning Disteict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the reasons why female employees choose to work at PT. Bara Batu Ampar Prima and income utilization of female employees. The topic of focus in this study is the reason for choosing to work and the use of income, the sample in this study amounted to 25 people. Researchers use descriptive quantitative methods and use census techniques. The data instruments are observation, questionnaires and documentation. This study provides an explanation that female employees also get job opportunities at PT. Bara Batu Ampar Prima (BBAP), so there is a reason female employees choose to work at PT. Bara Batu Ampar Prima (BBAP) is driven by motivation to work there are several needs namely :physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem or status needs, and self actualization needs. This needs causes female employees to choose to work at PT. Bara Batu Ampar Prima (BBAP), so that with the work of female employees their income can be utilized both for the family or household economy and for themselves.Keywords: job opportunities, reasons for choosing to work, income utilization
