Abstract

Human resources is one component that has an important role in achieving the goals of a company, including the existing human resources at PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. The object of this research is PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and work motivation have on employee job satisfaction at PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. The research method uses quantitative data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The focus of sampling in this study were 79 employees of PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan using purposive sampling technique method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. Based on the results of the research hypothesis test, it shows that there is a partially significant effect between work environment on job satisfaction with tcount 5.487 > ttabel 1.991, work motivation on job satisfaction. with a value of 5,605 > ttabel 1,991. In this study, the strongest contribution to job satisfaction was the work motivation variable with an R square value of 0.290. Furthermore, it is also proven that there is a simultaneous influence between Work Environment and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees of PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan Archipelago. with the value of Fcount 20,842 > from Ftabel of 3.12. Overall, the results of the simple and multiple regression tests were well received. Next for PT. Pusaka Megah Bumi Nusantara Pelalawan is advised to pay attention to the work environment and work motivation so that employee job satisfaction will increase every year, and for further research to provide the latest theories to increase knowledge and strengthen the results of research. Keywords: Work Environment and Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is one of the most important factors in the marketing concept, this is the background of this research. Good product quality, appropriate pricing, and proper promotion in front of consumers are the most important factors supporting consumer satisfaction. This strategy is implemented by PT Elha Narita Perkasa O'Chicken Pekanbaru Branch. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, pricing, and implementation of promotions on consumer satisfaction of PT Elha Narita Perkasa's organic chicken products (Study on Consumers of O'Chicken Pekanbaru). The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, with data sources from primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Pricing (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), Promotion Implementation (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y), and Product Quality (X1), Pricing (X2), and Promotion Implementation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at PT Elha Narita Perkasa O'Chicken Pekanbaru Branch. Keywords: Product Quality, Pricing, Promotion Implementation, and Consumer Satisfaction.PENDAHULUAN

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kecamatan Lima Puluh, Pekanbaru. The objectives of this study were to determine: 1) Parents' knowledge of the causes of stunting problems; 2) The role and efforts of parents in handling stunting in Lima Puluh Kota Pekanbaru. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were parents of children experiencing stunting in Lima Puluh , Pekanbaru,the population in this study  amounted to 170 and the sample in this study was 63 respondents. Sampling using simple random sampling techniques The data instruments are observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of parental knowledge of stunting in Lima Puluh, Pekanbaru city is classified as high with a frequency of 52 respondents (82.5%) while parents with a moderate level of knowledge category are 11 respondents (11%). parents' efforts in handling stunting in Lima Puluh, Pekanbaru. A total of 62 respondents from 63 respondents (98.4%) met the nutritional and vitamin adequacy of toddlers, of these 63 respondents (100%) answered giving additional fruit and vegetables, 5 respondents (7.9%) answered not to consume while 58 respondents (92, 1%) answered consuming vitamin A, that 63 respondents (100%) gave immunizations to children. 56 respondents (88.9%) gave breastfeeding and complementary foods, 60 respondents (95.2%) did not improve sanitation at home, while 3 of 63 respondents (4.8%) improved sanitation at home after knowing that sanitation was what affects Stunting.  Keywords: Role, Parents, Handling, Stunting

Abstract

Oil palm plantations are currently being considered as an alternative to changing the community's economy. Oil palm plantations have a significant impact on increasing income, particularly for farmers. As a result of this situation, almost all farmers have converted their land into oil palm plantations. The purpose of this research is to look into the walfare level of oil palm farmers in Kerinci Kanan Village, Kerinci Kanan sub-district, Siak Regency. To learn about the walfare level of oil palm farmers in Kerinci Kanan village, Kerinci Kanan sub-district, and what alternative strategies they use to deal with the sometimes unstable price of palm oil. The descriptive quantitative research methods are used in this study. The people in this study are oil palm farmers with 2 hectares of oil palm plantations. The census sampling technique was used, with the sample consisting of all oil palm farmers with a plantation area of 2 hectares. In this study, the sample size was 77 people. The researcher used observation, questionnaires, and documentation techniques to collect data. From the results of the research on 77 respondents, most of them have a low level of welfare.This can be seen in the income generated by their oil palm plantations, which remains low, being less than the minimum wage in Siak Regency. The selling price of oil palm fruit has a significant impact on respondents' income from their oil palm plantations. When the selling price of oil palm fruit falls, the income generated by oil palm farmers falls; conversely, when the selling price of oil palm fruit rises, the respondent's income from his oil palm plantation rises as well. As a result, oil palm farmers need to carry out a strategy to survive. Keywords: Welfare, Oil Palm Farmers

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the comparison of financial performance in Savings and Loans Cooperatives (Studies on Service Cooperatives in Manunggal Village, Bandar Padang Village, Seberida District and Prosperous Palm Service Cooperatives, Titian Resak Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency during the 2016-2020 period) based on the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio. and to find out the fulfillment of cooperative financial performance standards based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios for the period 2016-2020 using financial ratios Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Total Asset To Debt Ratio, Net Worth To Debt Ratio, Profitability Ratio and ROA.This study uses secondary data in the form of data obtained by the author from the financial statements of the Service Cooperative Unit in Manunggal Village, Bandar Padang Village, Seberida District and the Sejahtera Sawit Services Cooperative, Titian Resak Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency which was obtained from the offices of the two cooperatives, the data needed by researchers for liquidity analysis. , solvency, and profitability. The results of the analysis show that the analysis of the financial statements of the Service Cooperative Unit, Manunggal Village, Bandar Padang Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency for the 2016-2020 period based on the Liquidity Ratio, the Current Ratio and Cash Ratio get the title "Not Good, the Solvency Ratio in the Total Asset To Debt Ratio Rastio gets the "Good" predicate, the Net Worth To Debt Ratio gets the "Not Good" predicate and the Profitability Ratio in the Equity Profitability Ratio and ROA gets the "Not Good" predicate. While the results of the analysis of the financial statements of the Prosperous Palm Oil Services Cooperative, Titian Resak Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency for the 2016-2020 period based on the Liquidity Ratio, the Current Ratio and Cash Ratio received the title "Not Good". The Solvency Ratio in the Total Assets To Debt ratio Rastio got the "Very Good" predicate, the Net Worth To Debt Ratio got the "Very Good" predicate and the Profitability Ratio in the Own Capital Profitability Ratio and ROA got the "Not Good" predicate.Based on the results of the independent sample T-test, there were significant differences in the ratios of TATDR and NWTDR, and there were no significant differences in the ratios of CR, CSR, RMS and ROA.                                                                                                                         Keywords: Comparison of Financial Performance, Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta Kav.148 Pekanbaru, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on consumer loyalty in the case of Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this research, the method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with SPSS program. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased rooms at the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru in the last year, 2020 as many as 23,356 and the sample from this study was 100 respondents. To determine the sample using the Slovin formula, namely the non-probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews, types and sources of data using primary data and secondary data, measurement collection techniques using a Likert scale. From data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test test (partial test), and f test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate that the results of testing the first t test hypothesis, Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty, namely t count (6.044) > t table (1.6605) meaning that Service Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Second, Company Image on Consumer Loyalty, namely t count (6,296) > t table (1,6605) meaning that Company Image has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. The results of the f test of Service Quality and Corporate Image have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, namely f count (25.116) > F_table (3.09). This means that the Quality of Service and Company Image simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty at Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru. Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Persons with disabilities constitutionally have the same rights and positions as other citizens before the law and government. So that the empowerment of persons with disabilities aims to develop the potential that exists within persons with disabilities so that they are able to work even though they have some limitations. The writing of this thesis is motivated by the researcher's view of the phenomenon that occurs the lack of participation of persons with disabilities in sewing training held by the Pekanbaru City government so that several problems emerged that were found by the authors related to the empowerment of the potential of persons with disabilities in the city of Pekanbaru. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. This type of research is descriptive. The research location is in Pekanbaru City. With the type and source of research data, it is divided into primary data in the form of purposive informant collection techniques and secondary data in the form of supporting data related to persons with disabilities. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and document tracing. while data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis. The results of this study are firstly that the empowerment of people with disabilities by the Pekanbaru City Social Service has not run optimally so that people with disabilities are not empowered, it can be seen from (1) human development is carried out by training and socialization but many people with disabilities do not participate, (2) business development is carried out with a bazaar and facilities for persons with disabilities to develop their businesses, (3) community development is realized with motivation from the immediate family environment (4) institutional development is the role of workshop development institutions to provide a forum for channeling talents possessed by people with disabilities. The two factors that support the empowerment of disability by the Pekanbaru City Office are (a) central and local government support (b) environmental support (c) organizational support (d) facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

Purchasing decisions are an important part of the product marketing concept, this is the background of this research. Implementing a good brand image in front of consumers and the right service quality are part of the factors supporting consumer purchasing decisions. This strategy is applied by Sederhana Restaurant Teluk Kuantan City. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Service Quality on purchasing decisions at Sederhana Restaurant Teluk Kuantan City. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative, with the source of the data from this study coming from primary data obtained through the interview process and distributing questionnaires which were then tested statistically through the SPSS program and secondary data using product sales data for Sederhana Restaurant Teluk Kuantan City from 2016-2020. The analytical method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis, and through validity and reliability tests. In this study the results obtained are that the Brand Image (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y), Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y).Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality and Purchase Decision

Abstract

 Pakaian bekas impor telah marak diperdagangkan di Indonesia meskipun pakaian bekas impor merupakan barang ilegal menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2014 dan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Indonesia Nomor 51/M-Dag/Per/7/2015.  Perdagangan pakaian bekas impor bukan hanya dijual di pasar tradisional saja melainkan juga terdapat di pasar modern. Pakaian bekas impor jual bebas secara konvensional maupun secara online oleh para pedagang pakaian bekas impor. Gedung C lantai 2 Pasar Senapelan merupakan pusat perdagangan pakaian bekas impor di kota Pekanbaru. Pakaian bekas impor merupakan limbah fast fashion yang masuk kedalam negara Indonesia. Tren mode vintage menjadi faktor yang membuat peminat pakaian bekas impor tidak pernah habis karena dapat menjangkau pakaian klasik, pakaian dengan merek branded dan pakaian langka dapat ditemukan dengan harga yang sangat murah. Membeli pakaian bekas impor disebut dengan istilah thrifting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan pedagang pakaian bekas impor dalam menjual pakaian besar di Pasar Senapelan kota Pekanbaru di tengah banyaknya pedagang yang menjual pakaian bekas impor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 5 narasumber dari 262 pedagang pakaian bekas impor yang berada di gedung C lantai 2 di Pasar Senapelan kota Pekanbaru. Melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi penelitian berhasil menemukan dan memperoleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pedagang memilih pakaian bekas impor sebagai barang yang dijual serta bentuk strategi berdagang pakaian bekas impor yang dilakukan pedagang di Pasar Senapelan kota Pekanbaru. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Berdagang, Marak, Ilegal, Tren, Thrifting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management dan debt policy on profitability at chemical sub-sector company listed in Indonesia Stocck Exchange (IDX). Working capital management ratios were used as independent variables is working capital turnonver, and ratio of debt policy is Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). While being used as dependent variable is profitability Return on Asset (ROA). The populations of thisstudy are chemical sub-sector company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2016-2020. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling and obtained a sample of 7 companies. Data used in this study is a secondary data financial reports. Analysis data using financial ratio analysis and multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS 24.The results of the analysis shows that working capital management is still not effective, debt policy still has a ratio that is above the standard which indicates it is not healthy, profitability does not yet meet industry standards, the variable working capital management partially has significant effect on profitability, debt policy partially (t test) has negative effect on profitability, and simultaneous (f test) shows significant effect between working capital management and debt policy on profitability. The adjusted R square value is 0,424. This means that 42,4% of the variations of the two independent variables.
