Abstract

Three times elections are held democratically, ie in 1999, 2004 and 2009 has become a place of natural selection for political parties. Large and powerful party will remain alive while the small and the weak will be eliminated by itself. Proven in the 2004 elections, of which there are dozens of political parties, only a few political parties that managed to fulfill his ambition to win the battle power struggle. Namely Golkar, PDI-P, PKB, PPP, PAN, PKS and the Democratic Party is a political party of seven who succeeded in dominating the political landscape in the national legislature. In this case, there is an important task that must be carried out by political parties in general are recruiting legislative candidates. Point to define the candidates in the legislature either national or regional. Recruitment legislators is very important to be done by any political party if the democratization process in Indonesia is really aimed at creating social welfare for all the people of Indonesia. Because one of the functions of political parties is as a means of political recruitment, search and talent for getting people active in politics as a member of the party, as well as select members of the party are gifted to be prepared to be good candidates for leader of the party leaders, members of the representative body of the people as well as the head of The purpose of this study was to determine the mechanism of recruitment of candidates DPD and DPC PKS Democratic Party and to know what criteria are used by the DPD and DPC PKS Democrats in determining Indragiri Hulu legislative candidates in legislative elections in 2014 state public officials and / or governments, regional head also elected by the people. The theory used in this study is the theory of political recruitment, one of which according to Ramlan Surbakti, that includes election political recruitment, selection, and appointment of a person or group of people to carry out a number of roles in the political system in general and government in particular. The method used in this study is qualitative.In the present study found a variety of things about the recruitment patterns both in the MCC and in DPC DPD Democrat Indragiri Hulu. Both parties are equally open recruitment in determining candidates. But there are different mechanisms between the two because each party has its own procedures in conducting recruitment candidates. In PKS party, recruitment is done through the sequence; committee formation PUI (General Internal Committee), stage PUI (socializing, networking, verification of candidates, elections and voting), then the new set by DPW through candidates decree and registered to the ElectionCommission. In the Democratic party, formed BAPPILU Agency (winning elections), then BAPPILU do; file selection candidates, the selection of candidates, and the final determination and registered to the Election Commission. One of the differences between them, ie if the MCC is to establish the legislative branch of the Provincial candidates decree, while Democrats are selected directly and immediately determined by DPC District not to the level Province. Similarities between the MCC and the mechanism can be seen from the Democrat candidates openly reception mechanisms, both internal and external. So it can be concluded that the pattern of recruitment between the MCC and the Democratic candidate is different, even though both carry an open mechanism. Abstract

Effect of Integrated Marketing Communication On Consumer Decision Buyer for Brand Car of Honda Jazz In Showroom Arista Auto Prima Pekanbaru. The method that was used in this study is a survey explanatory. To collect the data, the authors used questionnaires and documentation. To determine the effect of Integrated Marketing Communication on Consumer Decision Buyer for brand car of Honda Jazz in showroom Arista Auto Prima Pekanbaru , the authors used a multiple linear regression analysis. Variable X in this study is the integrated marketing communication, while variable Y is. The number of samples in this study was 82 respondents, sample collection technique is random sampling technique. Processing test questionnaires were performed using the Statistics Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 19.0. Result of this study demonstrate the effect of influence of Integrated Marketing Communication on Consumer Decision Buyer for brand car of Honda Jazz in showroom Arista Auto Prima Pekanbaru is 19.9%. There fore H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because there is influence of Integrated Marketing Communication on Consumer Decision Buyer for brand car of Honda Jazz in showroom Arista Auto Prima Pekanbaru

Abstract

This research is motivated by the intercepts made by Australia against the president, first lady, and other Indonesian official. This research aims to describe the strategic partnership and the ups and downs of diplomatic relations between the two countries, and to explain the intercepst made by Australia against of Indonesia then to explain the Indonesian Government’s policy against the intercepts case,This research uses qualitative research methods. Research conducted by way of explaining based on existing data. Then techniques used in this research libraries from various sources such as books, journals,newspapers and also the documentation is accessible fro the internet. The theory used in this research is the theory of the rational actor models of decisiom making and the concept of foreign policy. In this model Graham T. Allison mentioned that in decision making abroad is described as a process of intellectual selection based on top of existing alternatives.This result in the research was the government’s policy towards Indonesia by interceps actions Australia is recalled its ambassador from Australia, stopping a number of cooperation with Australia, and for the continuation of cooperation between government of Indonesia and Australia drew up a code of conduct.Keywords : Policy, Decision Making, intercepts, Diplomatic Relations

Abstract

The continued development of technology , the radio is now an assortment of ease in establishing interaction directly to the audience so that no limitations of distance and time to communicate with each other . One of the local radio located in the city of Pekanbaru is independent FM radio, a radio company that is engaged in the media of course also apply good management such as planning, organizing, implementing up on stage in order to create effective monitoring of performance and quality of the radio. In addition it is no less important part of a radio ad that is on the main source of income from media such as radio, in order to produce quality advertising the main functions of management should also be applied in the production process so that the resulting advertisement competitiveness and accordance with the request of the advertiser. This study aims to determine how the advertising production management conducted by independent radio 98.3 FM Pekanbaru such as production planning, organizing production, production to execution stage production supervision ads.This study uses qualitative descriptive approach. The study is located in a standalone FM radio, streets Tambusai lord no. 07 Pekanbaru with production management research object advertising on independent FM radio and a subject of research is the general manager, program manager, finance, marketing, creative, production, broadcasters and advertisers with some data collection techniques using in-depth observation and interviews and documentation .The results of this study showed Applied management in the production process of advertising done by independent FM radio like a stage production planning, organizing or sharing tasks are handled according to the field, then the implementation of the production process from scripting to the ad and the last stage is a supervisory control of all activities that have been carried out in order to be evaluated in order to create better results than before.Keyword: Managament, Radio, Communication, Mass Media, Advertaising.

Abstract

Bengkalis government has the responsibility and authority to abrasion reduction, which is oneform of environmental control that isi part of the area under law No. 32 on 2004 regionalgovernment. With the reduction of abrasion expected Bengkalis coastal areas of abraded toreduce the impact arising from abrasion. But what happens at the moment still found the coastalareas are the still so widely abraded abrasion that is growing every year 7-8 meters/years. Thisis cause of negative impact to survival of society and undermine existing infrastructures. For thegovernment forest rehabilitation and contruction of retaining waves. Also, the governmentshould focus on the preventation of abrasion by allocating sufficient budgeting and more onimproving relationship and good coordination wint the community and coordination amonggovernment agencies that have the same mission in tackling abrasion. This research is relied on phenomenon to the number of collision of traffic conducted by student of SMP riding motorbike without Driving Licence (SIM). This research to know factors of what causingstudent SMPN 34 Pekanbaru riding motorbike Driving Licence (SIM). Method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with research focus: describe of factors causingstudent SMPN 34 Pekanbaru riding motorbike to their school. Technic of data collecting used by observation, interview by key person informan and and also the archives documentation from SMPN 34 Pekanbaru.Based on result of research and solution to object research that is factors causingstudent SMP riding motorbike without Driving Licence (SIM) can conclusion of internal factor causing student of SMPN 34 Pekanbaru riding motorbike to school there are 1) divisible motivation for reason of student to cost effective transportation and give pecking order (high prestige) they broughtly is kendaraan to school. 2) studentdiscipline attitude at school which is generally have [done/conducted] discipline collision at school and also in elapsing to traffic rules. Eksternal factor of influencing student of SMPN 34 Pekanbaru riding motorbike to school there are 1) weakness social control from school, socialize and parent in observing student SMPN 34 Pekanbaru by giving good facility in the form of their motorbike place of park and also the penalization inexistence for student ride the motor. 2) there is nothing medium of adequate transportation and on schedule which can be used [by] all student to go to school.keywords: student of SMPN 34 Pekanbaru, internal factor and eksternal factor.

Abstract

The effort by the Government of Uganda to solve the rebel LRA (Lord's Resistance Army) during the reign of President Yoweri Museveni (2006-2011). The conflict between the Government of Uganda and the LRA rebels have caused deaths of more than 24,000 people of Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic, and Southern Sudan. Finally, the government of Uganda as the origin of the LRA rebels, making policy with military attacks, negotiations, and even some support from the African Union and the United Nations. The concepts used in this research is the National Interest by Donald E. Nuchterlaein and supporting theory used is the Social Movement theory by Stouffer. To solve these problems, the government of Uganda made several efforts including negotiations and ask for the support of the International. In the negotiation process, the government of Uganda entered into an agreement known as the Juba Talks, Uganda is also working with countries that border Southern Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Central African Republic as well as international organizations such as the African Union and the United Nations.Key Words: Conflict, Military Operations, Negotiation, Rebels, National Interest.

Abstract

Supervision means of drug distribution is important to provide protection to consumers against the dangers posed by drugs that are not fit for use anymore, already expired or does not have marketing authorization from the competent authority. The phenomenon in this study is the lack of supervision of BBPOM against drug trafficking without an authorization number on to protect the public from harm resulting from the unauthorized use of the drug. The concept of the theory is that researchers use repressive control by Brantas (2009). This research uses descriptive qualitative method of data collection techniques of observation, interviewing and research informants determined by snowball sampling technique. Abstract

Shifting the roie of mamak occurring in Kanagarian Simalanggang constituting asocial phenomena that happened in the society in Kanagarian Simalanggang has an importantposition, mamak is the figure of a leader for the families especially the nephew of mamak it,mamak in custom of Minangkabau have broad enough role which was in educating nephew,in terms of property inheritance and in terms of marriage nephew her, but in fact the thismoment, with the rapid advancement of development period, the role of mamak inKanagarian Simalanggang experiencing shift. Mamak at the moment now is no longernoticing nephew her as is done by mamak-mamak formerly according to rule the custom. Thepurpose of this research which is to find out froms changes the role of mamak in KanagarianSimalanggang and to know anything factors a causing shifting mamak role against thenephew in Kanagarian Simalanggang. Data analysis conducted by ways of quantitatifdescriptive. Data capture techniques in this researcher searching from one respondent torespondent another, so the number of sampel to be much, the author took 10 respondent ofthe four jorong who number of a whole samples there are 40 people with the tribe of beingdiverse. From the research can be concluded that the role of mamak in KanagarianSimalanggang experiencing change, this can be seen clearly that the mamak most of nolonger execute his role in accordance with the provision custom. This research also revealedof factors causing shift the role of mamak against nephew in Kanagarian Simalanggang thatis a factor of education, religion, economy, strengthening the role of the nuclear family, lackof socialization, and the absence of sanctions.Keywords : mamak, role, mutation

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of Pekanbaru city government supervision in order to cope with the rise of the presence of persons who are not responsible for the trade in subsidized fuel oil in the year 2011 to 2012. Problem in this study is not optimal surveillance conducted by the State Government Department of Industry and Commerce as vastness of space coverageThis study found the first implementation of the supervision by the Department of Industry and Trade is less visible is the rise of subsidized fuel retailers. Both retailers of subsidized fuel does not pay attention to the safety aspect when - time may threaten the safety of the people. Third-party retail outlets is still a lack of socialization (General Fuel Filling Station) in the procedures and rules set together - together with the government. Fourth is still a lack of cooperation between the Department of Industry and Trade, Police, pegelola gas station (Fuel Filling Stations General), the public and other parties to minimize the widespread circulation of subsidized fuel retail.Keywords: Monitoring, the role of government to fuel the rise of retailers
