Abstract

Tourism activities at Jati Beach that involve the community directly will result in social and cultural changes in the community in Tuapejat Village. Changes that occur, both positive and negative, such as the formation of people's mindsets and habits and lifestyles towards a modern and consumptive direction will continue to take place over time so as to make Tuapejat Village more advanced, especially in tourism development that is more awake and sustainable. well preserved. This study aims to describe the Jati Beach tourist attraction and analyze the impact of tourism on the social and cultural life of the Tuapejat Village community. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, and interviews with the Mentawai Islands Regency Youth and Sports Tourism Office, Tuapejat Village administrators and several Tuapejat Village communities. After conducting interviews with informants, the authors conclude that tourism activities in Jati Beach do not have a big impact on changes in the social and cultural life of the Tuapejat Village community due to the lack of community participation. Abstract

This study was conducted on sociology Universitas Riau student. This study aimed to analyze student motivation levels of Covid-19 vaccination using Protection Motivation Theory that was developed by Ronald Rogers (1975). Protection Motivation Theory has fourth pillar components : perceived severity; perceived vulnerability; response effectiveness; and self-efficacy. Research is using a descriptive quantitative method and using Simple Random Sampling as sampling technique. Data collection on this research is carried out by spreading questionnaire on Google Form. The collected data has processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) 25. Result of this research revealed that students motivation in Covid-19 vaccination is in the high levels and the respondent was revealed positive response on Covid-19 vaccionation. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze non-performing loans at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru Kota, 2018-2021 . This study uses secondary data in the form of data of data obtained by the author manual reports and financial reports obtained from PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru Kota, which is needed by researchers for the analysis of non-performing loans. This research use descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is obtained from interviews with PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru Kota and debtors. Checking the validity of the findings using source triagulation so that it is easy to analyze various problems that occcur in the company. The conclusions of this study are (1) factors from debtors and internal factors that because non-performing loans at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru Kota (2) the handling of problems loans that have been implemented is routine collection, credit restructuring. Abstract

This study analyzes foreign aid provided by Australia through Pacific Solution. The number of refugees and Asylum Seeker who come to Australian territory every year has a big impact on Australia. So to curb the flow of refugees, and save Australia from the threat of refugees and illegal , Asylum Seeker, the Australian state issued a policy in the form of Pacific Solution. With this policy , Asylum Seeker and refugees are transferred to detention centers spread across island countries in the Pacific Ocean, one of the country is Nauru. One of the policy application strategies is Operation Relex, which is a strategy to protect Australia's territorial borders on the high seas by intercepting, detaining and preventing ships carrying people who want to enter Australia without a visa. This research applied qualitative method with data collection technique through literature study sources from books, journal, article and website that related to foreign aid and pacific solution. This research show that the provision of foreign aid through the Pacific Solution policy has succeeded in restraining the flow of refugees and Asylum Seeker who come to Australian territory. To maintain Australian sovereignty from the threat of refugees and Asylum Seeker. Australia must continue to provide foreign assistance to Nauru, so that Nauru remains willing to become a shelter for refugees and , Asylum Seeker. Abstract

Elections are a means of implementing people's sovereignty to elect members of the People's Representative Council (DPR), Regional Representative Council (DPD), and Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), as well as the President and Vice President. As a reform mandate, the quality of election administration must be improved in order to better ensure healthy competition, dynamic participation, a higher degree of representation and clear mechanisms and accountability. Based on PKPU regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning the Nomination of Members of the DPR, Provincial and Regency/City DPRD Article 4 paragraph 3 prohibits the nomination of former convicts of drug dealers, sexual crimes against children, and corruption to be accommodated in an integrity pact that must be signed by the leadership of a political party as one of the candidate requirements. However, during the period of nomination for legislative candidates, the Election Supervisory Body identifies prospective legislative candidates with ex-convict backgrounds, especially corruption. As a result, at the Provincial, Regency and City DPRD levels, there are 199 prospective DPRD legislative candidates who are ex-corruption convicts. According to Syamsuddin Haris, the recruitment of legislative members by political parties generally includes three important stages, which include the selection of candidates, screening and selection of candidates who have been recruited, and the determination of candidates and their serial numbers. The party political recruitment mechanism presented by Rush and Althoff is divided into two. First, open recruitment is a system based on open exams. Second, closed recruitment, which is an administrative recruitment system based on patronage. The results of this study are to look at the factors of the names of former legislative candidates convicts of corruption who have the potential to be nominated as legislative candidates or a permanent list of candidates in the 2019 general election. Regency/City against Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning Elections. In its decision, the Supreme Court stated that the prohibition of former convicts in corruption cases from becoming members of the legislature was against the Election Law. Abstract

UPT Pustaka Riau University has a function as a center for information services, preservation of knowledge, teaching centers, and research centers as well as in order to support the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In 2013 UPT Pustaka Riau University obtained an A Accreditation certificate until 2019 which was given by the National Library Accreditation Institute (LAP-N) because it had achieved 9 existing component criteria. In 2011 UPT Pustaka Riau University carried out a major improvement both in terms of reading book collections, technology systems, and employee resources, and this was inseparable from the transformational leadership possessed by the head of UPT Pustaka Riau University. The purpose of this research is This study aims to determine the transformational leadership style and its impact on achieving A UPT Pustaka accreditation, Riau University in 2013-2019. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. In collecting data, the author uses interview and documentation techniques. The result of this study is that the application of the transformational leadership style of the head of UPT Pustaka, Riau University is quite good. The Head of UPT Pustaka Riau University has a charisma that is able to attract the hearts of his employees in developing and advancing work units, motivating and inspiring employees, giving employees the freedom to innovate in carrying out their duties, and giving appreciation as appreciation to employees. Abstract

In the midst of the controversy over the legality of using a Private Military Company (PMC), Russia still sent PMC the Wagner as a means to pursue its foreign policy in North Africa and the Middle East, particularly Libya. Russia uses Wagner's PMC to boost advantages in reaching its military modernization goals and expand its influence to North Africa and the Middle East, where the United States and the NATO alliance also play a role in the dynamics of the geopolitical situation in the region. Russia's motivation for implementing this policy and the results were explained in this study. This study uses the rational actor approach within the theory of Foreign Policy Analysis. The method in this qualitative research uses data collection techniques in the form of books, research, official documents, reports, articles, and website publications that have relevance to the research. In analysing the research problem, the author beholds through the perspective of Neo-classical Realism in the study of international relations. The results of this study indicate that Russia sent PMC Wagner to Libya as a strategy to secure its geopolitical interests, as well as to expand its influence in North Africa and the Middle East. Russia's geopolitical interests include oil and gas mining assets inherited from the Soviet Union, which historically had good relations with Gaddafi's Libya. During the Putin administration, this strategy was revitalized by leveraging the power of PMC Wagner in collaboration with the Libyan National Army group led by Khalifa Haftar, in which this strategy influenced the rise in Russia's arms to trade regionally. Abstract

Research was carried out in April 2021, with the title: Implementation of Ecotourism Principles on Solop Beach, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study aims to find out how to apply the principles that have been carried out in the Solop Beach Ecotourism Object Area. This study uses qualitative methods to obtain primary and secondary data where data collection is done by means of interviews, observations, and documentation. Community participation, education, and conservation are the principles of ecotourism at solop beach.The results obtained from this study show that Solop Beach Ecotourism has implemented the principles of ecotourism but lacks support from external parties, namely the lack of coordination between the government and the local community.Key words : Implementation, eco- tourism principles, in Solop Beach

Abstract

State Elementary School 34 Singgalang is located at the foot of Mount Singgalang, which coincides in Jorong Luhung, Jl. Lubuk Mata Kucing, Singgalang, Kec. Ten Koto, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province. In this study the teacher used interpersonal communication to further increase the learning motivation of the students. The purpose of this study was to determine the openness, empathy, support, positive feeling, and equality of teachers to students and parents during the learning process at SDN 34 Singgalang. This study uses a qualitative research method with the concept of interpersonal communication from Joseph A Devito. Based on the results of this study found interpersonal communication and implementation of the concept of Joseph A Devito in activities carried out by teachers, students and parents of students. Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Internasional (Telin) is a multinational company engaged in technology, information and communication in Indonesia. Telin made its first expansion in Singapore. Singapore is a country that is close to Indonesia and has a strategic position as a place for companies to develop business in the telecommunications industry. The main focus of the international business owned by PT Telin Singapore is the data center or data center. The data center is one of the main facilities for a company that is able to help store and provide company information as well as other information which of course can benefit the company and the country of origin of the company. This study uses the perspective of Liberalism with the level of group analysis, the theory used in this study is the theory of OLI (Ownership, Location, Internalization) by John H. Dunning. The qualitative method in this study uses secondary data obtained from the company's official website, books, journals, articles, and websites. This study shows that the presence of MNC expansion has an impact on the country, both the host country and the home country. The expansion carried out by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Internasional(Telin) in Singapore adds to the cooperative relationship between Indonesia and Singapore. The international business developed by PT Telin from 2018-2020 in Singapore has grown from a data center business to a submarine cable system that can connect many countries, showing that PT Telin is able to compete in Singapore in the telecommunications sector.
