Abstract

This research was conducted at MTC Panam, Pekanbaru city. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the work environment and wages received by culinary outlet employees at MTC Panam 2) How is the work motivation of culinary outlet employees at MTC Panam 3) How is the influence of the work environment and wages on the work motivation of culinary outlet employees at MTC Panam MTC Panam. This research uses an inferential quantitative method. the population of this study were employees of culinary outlets at MTC Panam totaling 70 people and the sample in this study was 41 respondents. Sampling using simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling). the data instruments are Observation, Interview and Documentation. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work environment based on indicator data of lighting, air temperature, noise, use of color, space, work security and employee relations at culinary outlet employees at MTC Panam is quite comfortable with a frequency of 34 respondents. The wages received by employees of culinary outlets at MTC Panam are seen from the data on indicators of wages and salaries, incentives and bonuses, THR and facilities received by employees, the wages received by employees of culinary outlets at MTC Panam are in accordance with the frequency of 29 respondents who feel they are in accordance with their needs. The work motivation of culinary outlet employees at MTC Panam is high with a frequency of 40 respondents. There is a relationship between work environment and wages with work motivation. There is an influence of the work environment and wages on employee work motivation, the better the work environment and wages, the higher the work motivation. Abstract

Sudarso, Buluh Kasap, Dumai Timur, Dumai City, Riau. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of situational leadership style and motivation to influence job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents to employees of PT POS Dumai Branch, which is then processed with the SPSS program by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and test the hypothesis by testing t (partial) and F (simultaneous). The tests conducted showed that the situational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the provision of motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, then situational leadership style and motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of PT POS Dumai Branch. Abstract

The Paris Agreement is an agreement that focuses on enhancing the global response to climate change. Russia as one of the countries that ratified the agreement. This study aims to determine Russia's motivation in ratifying the Paris Agreement in 2019. This research implies qualitative method with explanative research type. In analyzing this phenomenon, this research implies the Foreign Policy Theory by Graham T. Allison in the perspective of Realism, state is the level analysis in this researched. To analyze this research, the authors collect documents and information from books, journals, websites and various official websites. Based on the analysis carried out, it is shows that Russia's policy motivation in ratifying the Paris Agreement is influenced by several things, in accordance with this research hypothesis that Russia's ratification of the Paris Agreement is to prove that the Russia is an essential actor in international politics, took action against the Paris agreement as an opportunity to improve its international image. Abstract

Political dynasty is understood as a form of control of power in government at the local level. A political dynasty in the traditional political sense is which the rulers seek place their families, brothers and relatives in strategic positions whit the goal of building a political empire whitin government. This effort is made with the purpose of those who become members of the political dynasty will keep one another in power (executive, legislative or judicial). Putting a family or brother in positions of stress will make it easier for a ruler to control and control all the things a ruler needs (Agustino, 2014). The goal of this study is to find out ho the use of poer for political dynasties in the district of the Kuantan Singingi 2010-2020. The study involves a qualitative approach. The research location is conducted in Kuantan Singingi district, and data collection techniques are done with interviews and documentation. The result of this study was the us of power to develop the political dynasy of H. Sukarmis in Kuantan Singingi regency through his power in the Golkar party then spread to the position pf the DPRD and then to the position of the Regent. The Sukarmis family took control of the government, the economy and began to spread to community organizations such as the Golkar, KNPI, Tarbiya-perti and have patron-client relationships. This power is used to develop and defend the political dynasty in the district of Kuantan Singingi. Keywords: Proliferation, Power, Dynasty Politics

Abstract

Indonesia has a very large area. This leaves Indonesia vulnerable to traditional security threats, namely threats involving the military sector and nontraditional threats, namely threats to human security such as infectious diseases. The HIV/AIDS epidemic is a problem that can threaten human security and occurs in every country in the world. It is not only countries that are actors in tackling the HIV/AIDS epidemic. International Organizations have an important role to play in helping countries in the fight against HIV /AIDS. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is an international organization that has a mandate to fight HIV / AIDS and has a role in the fight against HIV / AIDS in Indonesia. This research uses a Pluralisne perspective with a level of group analysis / theory used in this research is the international organizational theory of Clive Archer and the concept of Human Security from Barry Buzan. Qualitative methods in this study use primary data sourced from interview results and secondary data sourced from official websites, books, journals, articles, and websites. This research shows that the presence of UNODC in Indonesia has an important role in the fight against HIV / AIDS. The Indonesian government also assesses that UNODC is a partner that has a great influence on the management of various problems in Indonesia. The role of the UNODC organization in tackling HIV / AIDS in Indonesia is as an instrument. UNODC is a tool for Indonesia in achieving its goals and interests in tackling HIV/AIDS by formulating the Indonesia Country Programme 2017-2020. Abstract

Batam City is one of the areas in the Riau Archipelago province where economic development is progressing rapidly. One of the supporting factors is that Batam City is the main route for tourists to enter and exit, as well as trade routes. As a stopover for tourists, this naturally makes Batam City ready to provide decent and comfortable accommodation. In a hotel, the front office is the department that deals directly with guests, from guests who book rooms to guests who want to leave the hotel. Front Office is the first impression and the last impression guests will always remember. As for the Front Office, HARRIS Resort Waterfront Batam takes good care of the guests to make a good impression also when handling the departure or checkout of guests. The purpose of this study was to determine the handling of guest checkout and check-out SOPs. Based on the method used in this study, it is qualitative to find out the results of the study through observation, interviews with the Harris Resort Waterfront Batam Front Office and guests staying, as well as documentation with sources who provided answers . Based on surveys and interviews conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the Check-out Handling at HARRIS Resort Waterfront Batam went well, also the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) in the check-out process was carried out by all employees of the Front Office department. Abstract

Bank Indonesia, which presents payment methods using QR Codes, connects payment transaction services with QR Code smartphone cameras that have been connected to user accounts called QRIS QR Code Indonesian Standard. To achieve this goal, of course, communication planning is needed in socializing the QRIS QR Code Indonesian Standard program to the community in order to realize the QRIS QR Code Indonesian Standard program especially in Pekanbaru City. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research informant numbered fives people using purposive techniques with informants. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique was performed using Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis model. To achieve the validity of the data in this study the authors used extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study show that the target of communication planning in socializing the QRIS QR Code Indonesian Standard program in Pekanbaru consists of five target groups, namely PJSP (Payment System Service Provider), government, merchants, educational institutions and the people of Pekanbaru through channels or communication media. Communication planning in socializing the QRIS QR Code Indonesian Standard program has a message that is informative, persuasive, and educative. But in the implementation of communication planning in socializing the QRIS QR Code Indonesian Standard program has several obstacles that become an evaluation of the socialization program that includes 2 stages.Keywords: QRIS QR Code-Bank Indonesia-Pekanbaru

Abstract

The development of the science of international relations is not only oriented to the socio-economic aspect but also the tourism sector, which is important to be considered as a potential contributor to the country's foreign exchange in the future. Efforts to increase the development of the tourism sector are needed because they are able to have a positive impact on a country. Tiongkok is the country that occupies the first position as a contributor to global tourism spending of up to 102 million USD. Indonesia-Tiongkok bilateral relations in the tourism sector aim to increase foreign tourists. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through literature studies sourced from several books, journals, articles, internet, thesis. This research uses a globalist perspective and international cooperation theory. The results show that the Indonesian government is trying to increase Chinese tourists by providing visa-free visits, holding tourism promotion events, deregulating the cabotage principle for foreign cruises, removing the Clearance Approval for Indonesia Territory (CAIT) provisions, opening Indonesian and Chinese airline, establishing cooperation in the Indonesia Tiongkok Chamber of Commerce (INACHAM) organization, carrying out promotional activities through Astro TV, National Geographic Australia, Channel News Asia, Ali Trip, Weibo, We Chat, tripadvisor, and Traveloka, as well as pairing the Wonderful Indonesia brand in Shanghai and Beijing. Indonesia also sends Chinese teachers to increase the number of Mandarin language users and cultural exchanges, which will increase the number of Chinese tourists. Abstract

This study describes how the cooperation carried out by Indonesia and India in exporting pepper in 2017-2019. Indonesia cooperates with India in pepper exports, of which India is the main destination country for expanding the Indonesian pepper market. AIFTA (ASEAN-India Free Trade Agreement) which is a goods trade agreement, through AIFTA Indonesia and India are increasingly increasing cooperation covering goods, services and investment.The author collects data from books, academic journals, official documents, theses and sources from the internet related to research issues about. The author uses the perspective of liberalism and the level of analysis of the nation state. While the theory used in this theory is the theory of international cooperation.The results showed that pepper exports were carried out by Indonesia and India in 2017-2019, in this collaboration India provided an opportunity for Indonesia to expand the international pepper market because India has the potential for Indonesia to market its pepper.Keywords: Export, AIFTA, Cooperation, Pepper

Abstract

The need for land is increasing considering that Pekanbaru City is the capital of Riau Province and also the largest city in Riau Province. In this case, the government is trying to provide legal certainty to land owners through a complete systematic land registration program. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that the covid 19 pandemic affects the effectiveness of services in a complete systematic land registration program. Factors that affect the effectiveness of services in a complete systematic land registration program at the Pekanbaru City Land Office during the covid 19 pandemic, namely the existence of butget cuts and the implementatiton of social distancing and WFH in the city of Pekanbaru.
