Abstract

The influence of Covid-19 has greatly impacted the world of hospitality, many hotels in Indonesia are currently experiencing a slump. Harris Resort Waterfront Batam is one of the four-star resorts that still survives in the city of Batam with the implementation of an effective promotion mix to increase occupancy. Harris Resort Waterfront is still in a stable condition. Promotional mix is the best combination of strategies from promotional elements carried out by a company, it is necessary to determine in advance what equipment or promotional elements should be used and how to coordinate these elements so that the results can be optimal. Therefore, this study aims to determine the implementation of the promotion mix at Harris Resort Waterfront Batam. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze problems based on data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Promotion Mix includes reporting on conditions carried out in advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and direct marketing. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, for the overall results of observations and interviews, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Harris Resort Waterfront Batam Promotion Mix has not fully worked out as targeted. Abstract

Cosplay or Cosplayer is an activity of dressing and behaving like a character in Japanese Animation or called Anime, this phenomenom originating from Japan is widespread through the use of social media and gets a lot of attention for social media users around the world. Reseached one the famous Cosplay Communities in Pekanbaru namely Seikatsu.The purpose of this study was to find out how the Cosplayers’ self-concept and how the environmental factors formed the selfconcept in this study, the subyek taking technique used purposive sampling which had determined the criteria in this study.The theory usedin the reasech is The Looking Glass Self of Charles Horton Cooley. The results of the study are the factors that cause the formation of a Cosplayer’s Self-concept is a friend, startingfrom a friend who introduces him to Japanese popular culture, so that Cosplayers who don’t know anything about Japanese Popular Culture began yo have an intrest in the culture originating form Japan. The Second is that the invironment introduces many new cultures such as Cosplay. Cosplay is often shown during big holidays such as New Year, Hallowen, Chinese New Year,even on Independence Day 17 August, not infrequently Mall and Hotel also make special event such as Japanse Cultural performance or called Bunkasai so that it attracts people’s attention, from the event the audience enjopys and likes what they see. And the third is the media, media plays a major role in the development of popular culture throughout the world. Abstract

Tourism is an industry that is able to provide rapid economic growth for a country. The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts made by the Government of Rokan Hulu Regency in increasing local revenue (PAD) through the Islamic Center religious tourism as well as the driving and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach, located in the Government of Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The subjects in this study were the Management Board of the Grand Mosque Islamic Center of Rokan Hulu Regency and BAPENDA (Regional Revenue Agency) of Rokan Hulu Regency. While the object of this study is the Islamic Center religious tourism in Rokan Hulu Regency. Documentation data collection techniques, observations and interviews. As well as data analysis methods using descriptive qualitative. The results of the study explain the efforts made by the government of the Rokan Hulu Regency in increasing local revenue (PAD) through religious tourism Islamic centers ncluding increasing attractiveness such as different nuances of prayer, having architecture decorated with various calligraphy, having a tower that symbolizes asmaul husna . Improved manageability with messages and persuasion. The facilities provided include prayer facilities, mosque management facilities and supporting facilities. While the infrastructure provided includes the provision of accommodation, increased access to transportation, facilities such as restaurants, supermarkets, places to sell souvenirs and health clinics. Factors include increasing existing attractions such as building a building concept that can be combined with Islamic values and roviding supporting facilities. While the inhibiting factors encountered include limited funds or budget provided, lack of competent human resources and facilities and infrastructure that are still not optimal. Abstract

The Covid-19 vaccination program is one of the policies issued by the Pekanbaru City government in dealing with Covid-19. It is hoped that this program can cover the people of Pekanbaru City and be accepted by the community. However, the Covid-19 vaccination has not been evenly distributed due to public distrust of the Covid-19 vaccination, in this case it can be judged that the community does not know and understand the importance of vaccination in dealing with the Covid-19 outbreak. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. While the data source used is primary data obtained from the research location in the form of research informants and supported by secondary data, namely documents related to interviews, observations, and document studies. The location of this research is in the city of Pekanbaru. The results of the research carried out are that the Policy Performance in the Covid-19 mass vaccination in Pekanbaru City in 2021 has been carried out in accordance with the 2021 Pekanbaru City Regulation in paragraph 17A, starting from setting and collecting data on the target recipients of Covid-19 vaccinations. The Policy Effect, namely the target coverage and comparisons have not been achieved, the deviation bias exists, access to affordable locations, communication is not good and access is equal, and the suitability of the program to the needs of the community is appropriate. In Policy Impact, the dimensions of the initial results of policy outputs are appropriate, the medium term is appropriate and the long term is appropriate. Abstract

The research describe why BGMC (Building Green Modern Construction) Corporate SdnBhdMalaysia invests in the TanjungButonSiak Riau industrial estates. The TanjungButon Industrial Siak Riau Industrial estates is one of the industrial areas included in the National Strategic Project, in addition to the industrial estate TanjungButonSiak Riau is located close to the Malacca Strait which is one of the international trade routes. BGMC (Building Green Modern Construction) Corporate SdnBhd Malaysia is a company from Malaysia which engaged is construction and services, this research focuses on 2018 until now and uses interview research methods and also literature studies.TanjungButon industrial Estate to date is still in the process of being developed into an industrial area that can compete with other industrial areas. This study found that BGMC was interested in investing in the TanjungButonSiak Riau industrial estate because of the location TanjungButonIndustrial area is very strategic close to the Malacca Strait and Abnundant natural Resourch. The form of BGMC invesment in the TanjungButonSiak Industrial area is the development of existing developments in the industrial area towards an industrial area that is modern and alsoenviromentally friendly. Abstract

This research analyzed how the influence of United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) as the international organization on Afghanistan illicit drug problem that occurred during the 2017-2020 period. Afghanistan suffer loss from illicit drug that exists in this country as increase of death rate, drugs addict, etc. The Afghan government has made efforts to reduce the number of drug distributions in their country, but these efforts are still not enough. Therefore, government began cooperation with UNODC that can increase the effectiveness of its performance in fighting drug crime in Afghanistan. This study used a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through literature study sourced from several books, journals, articles, and websites. This study uses the perspective of Pluralism and the theory of the Role of International Organizations. The focus theory of this discussion is UNODC roled as an actor described in Clive Archer's theory. The study shared that UNODC as an actor has important role in fighting against drug crime in Afghanistan with contributed through Afghanistan cooperation with its programs such as; regional programmes, country programmes and monitoring programmes. The program included new alternative planning, campaign to raise public awareness, and other activities. Keywords: Transnational crime, Illicit drugs, International Organizations.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pintu Gobang Kari Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The socioeconomic conditions of the family before and after becoming an illegal gold miner in Pintu Gobang Kari Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. 2) Knowing the social relationship of the family of illegal gold miners with the community and other fellow gold miner families in Pintu Gobang Kari Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. To achieve this goal, a descriptive qualitative research method was used by taking 4 people as the main informant and 1 person as the key informant (Key Informant). This study uses purposive sampling technique through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on socio-economic conditions seen from the education of the head of the mining family are still relatively low, this is one of the reasons they do illegal work. Judging from the income before and after becoming miners, the family of gold mining workers has experienced many improvements, one of which is that their children are able to take education up to university level thanks to their income as gold mining workers. In terms of health, the families of illegal gold mining workers have sought treatment for treatment at hospitals, doctors and others if their family members get sick. The results of the research on the social relations of illegal gold miner families with the community as well as other gold miner families have been going well, reflected in the form of interaction and involvement in social gathering, organization, spiritual activities, and the nature of helping in the events of the journey of human life. Keywords: Socio-Economic, Illegal Gold Mining, Social Relations

Abstract

The market serves as a place or container for services for the community, the market if managed properly will be able to increase the original income of the area, this also applies to the Dayang Suri Tembilahan Market, this research is motivated by the unmanagement of Dayang Suri Market by the Department of Trade and Industry of Indragiri Regency Downstream seen from planning both physical and non-physical planning, market support facilities and Standard Operating Procedures have not been running as they should. The results of this study are that the Management of Dayang Suri Market by the Department of Trade and Industry of Indragiri Hilir Regency has not been managed properly because both of the physical planning which includes building facilities such as kiosks and stalls in a damaged and abandoned condition, the existing standard operating procedures have not been implemented. properly. The factors that become obstacles in market management include, a special budget for Dayang Suri Market does not yet exist, geographical conditions, inadequate facilities, and a one-stop market management model. Abstract

Povi Nasari, Effectiveness Of The administration-aware indonesian movement Program In The procurement Of Population documents in the Of Pekanbaru City. Supervised by the Mr.Zulkarnaini. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the GISA program in the procurement of population documents at the Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Office and to analyze the factors that hinder the achievement of the effectiveness of the GISA program in the procurement of population documents. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of the GISA program has been achieved while the inhibiting factors for the success of the GISA program are: 1) Program socialization is not optimal, and 2) Lack of public knowledge in using the Pekanbaru City Disdukcapil website. Suggestions put forward to support the success of the program are that the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Pekanbaru City be more proactive in disseminating the GISA program and good cooperation between stakeholders to support the GISA program. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of capital structure and profitability of the company's value in the food and beverage sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Where the independent variable X1 is an indicator of capital structure with a debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt equity ratio (DER), then to the independent variable X2 is profitabilitas with indicator of the return on investment (ROI) and return on equity (ROE). The dependent variable is the value of a company in the indicator Price to Book Value (PBV) in the food and beverage sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research is secondary data derived from financial statements food and beverage sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and samples that meet the selection criteria. The samples used were as many as seven companies. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis to test the statistical hypothesis testing and statistical tests f t-aided software SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that capital structure partially (t test) did not significantly affect the value of companies in the food and beverage sector Indonesian securities listed on the exchange. The results of the study simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the variable capital structure and profitability of the company's value in the food and beverage sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
