Abstract

Double taxation (P3B) or Tax Treaty is a feature in a country that plays a role in bridging the taxation interests of each country that makes an agreement. The existence of this P3B or Tax Treaty is to regulate the imposition of taxes that have international relations from the two countries that make the agreement so that there is no double taxation. This Tax Treaty plays an important role because the tax burden imposed by people or businesses who have relations with the two countries will affect investment and capital decisions between the two countries This study aims to examine Indonesia's Interests in Renewing the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (P3B) or Tax Treaty with Singapore in 2020. The author uses the perspective of liberalism and international cooperation theory in examining this issue. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive data processing. Data collection as a reference in this study was carried out using the library method, namely utilizing secondary data obtained from various literatures such as books, journals, annual reports of several related agencies, official documents, and so on. The results of this study found that the renewal of the P3B or Tax Treaty was to achieve Indonesia's interests, one of which was to attract many Singaporean investors to invest in Indonesia. The results of the amendments to the renegotiations carried out by Indonesia and Singapore are also updated in accordance with the international tax landscape and adapted to International Economic Developments. Abstract

Standard profession of waiters is an effort in the form of providing services with a special reference that serves as a guide so that all activities run smoothly. In standardizing waiters in the food and beverage department, Mutiara Merdeka Hotel has four main standards, namely appearance standards, attitude and personality standards, competency standards in the field of expertise and waiters' personal equipment standards. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informants involved in this research are Mr. Norik Fans as manager of the food and beverage department at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel. Based on the results of the study, Standardization of Waiters at the Food and Beverage Department at Mutiara Merdeka Hotel has gone well in terms of service, appearance, attitude and personality, as well as competence in the field of expertise and personal equipment. Of course there are obstacles in the standardization of the waiters in the form of not using uniforms according to standards, and errors when serving guest orders, but these obstacles can be overcome properly. Abstract

PT. Fajar Riau Wisata is one of the modes of tourism transportation in Pekanbaru City, PT. Fajar Riau Wisata serves consumers from various cities according to the agreement. PT. Fajar Riau Wisata, which was once just a small business, has developed into one of the best modes of tourism transportation in Pekanbaru City, with all good services, capable bus units and also using the latest technology in today's transportation world. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the development of PT. Fajar Riau Wisata as a mode of tourism transportation in Pekanbaru City and to find out the factors that influence the selection of PT. Fajar Riau Wisata as a mode of tourism transportation in Pekanbaru City. Selection of PT. Fajar Riau Wisata is inseparable because it has a bus fleet with good condition, complete facilities and excellent service. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Abstract

This research is entitled "Rusdi's strategy in winning the Sialang Jaya Village Head Election, Batang Tuaka District, Indragiri HIlir Regency in 2019". The purpose of this study was to find out Rusdi's strategy as the elected Village Head in the 2019 village head election, where Rusdi was a candidate from outside competing with two candidates from the village natives. This strategy is a political strategy to achieve victory in the village head election contestation. Political strategy here is an approach to political communication carried out by contestants or prospective candidates to win political contestations. This study uses a qualitative research approach, with data analysis techniques carried out in a descriptive way. Selection of informants using purposive sampling and data collection using in-depth interviews and documentation. To see the candidate's winning strategy, Peter Schrolder's theory of political strategy is used, namely an offensive strategy (attacking). Based on this theory, it can clarify Rusdi's strategy in winning the 2019 Sialang Jaya village head election. The results of the research are Rusdi's offensive strategy, namely by approaching village elites and the community directly, disseminating the vision, mission and work program and giving political promises, forming a positive image in the community and providing assistance to residents, and using the help of communication media such as installing baleho or banner. The success of Rusdi's strategy to expand and penetrate the market to gain community support led Rusdi as the elected village head in the election of the Sialang Jaya Village Head, Batang Tuaka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency for the 2019-2025 period. Abstract

Indonesia has potential and achievement in the field of auditing until the Audit Board using the opportunity to become the member of Independent Audit Advisory Committee (IAAC) in United Nations (UN) period of 2020-2022. Nomination of Dr. Agus Joko Pramono, S.ST, M.Acc, Ak., CA., CSFA., CPA. as a member of the committee is considered to have quality human resources. This research uses the perspective of neo-realism, theory of decision-making by Graham T. Allison and the analysis level of the nation state. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research by collecting the data in the form of documentary study during the internship at Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the process of nominating Indonesia becoming IAAC member, library research, and some UN journals, and official website of BPK or Ministry of foreign affairs, books, and other supporting websites. The formulation model of Indonesia foreign policy in becoming a committee member was the organization process, where the result of organization decision was obtained through the procedure stages and mechanism stages in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Term of Reference (TOR). The procedure stages consist of recruiting members based on Equitable Geographical Representation (EGR), candidate qualifications and personal practice, as well as internal and external support. Abstract

A hotel is a building that is used as a sleeping room, a room for eating and drinking, a venue for various events such as weddings, meetings, birthdays, etc. There are various 4-star hotels in Pekanbaru, so the hotel class must have a good strategy and service to attract visitors, a safe and peaceful working environment can affect the feelings of the hearts of employees when doing work, so as to ensure good performance and delight guests. In this study, researchers conducted a study on the food and beverage department at the Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. The population of this study used 10 people with a saturation sample, that is, the entire population was selected. Data collection methods using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The method used in this study is classical hypothesis testing, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25. Abstract

The focus of this research is on cybersecurity cooperation between Indonesia and the UK in 2018. Indonesia and the UK, which are geographically quite far apart but both face the threat of borderless cybercrime, decided to cooperate in cybersecurity. The UK, which is one of the top countries in the cybersecurity index, is willing to work with Indonesia to realize its interests in the post-Brexit Asia Pacific region. Indonesia, which is ranked in the middle of the cybersecurity quality index, views this cooperation as a stepping stone that can improve the quality of its cybersecurity. The purpose of this study is to provide an analysis of the implementation of the cooperation agreed by the two countriesThe author collects data from various journals, official documents, theses, books and articles on the internet to analyze the implementation of cybersecurity cooperation between Indonesia and the UK. The research technique used is document study. This study uses the level of systems analysis and the theory of Dillemas of Common Aversion proposed by SteinThe realization of the cooperation, although not all have been implemented, has been carried out in accordance with three of the five points of the agreed contents of the MoU, namely the Implementation and Development of the National Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Security Training and Campaign, and Capacity Building. Two points that have not been implemented are Cyber Crime and Cyber Incident Management. It is hoped that this cooperation can be carried out in accordance with the initial agreement, and it is hoped that this cooperation can be a reflection and the right moment for both countries to achieve their respective national interests.Keywords : cyber security, cyber crime, cyber attacks

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion implementation on the interest in repurchasing room services at Ayola First Point Hotel Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. In this study, the method used was a quantitative approach and used analytical tools, namely SPSS version 23. The respondents in this study were 100 people who used the Ayola First Point Hotel room service. Furthermore, the results obtained are that there is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality (X1) and Repurchase Interest (Y), Promotion Implementation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest (Y), and Service Quality (X1) and Implementation Promotion (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest (Y) Room Service At Ayola First Point Hotel Pekanbaru City. Abstract

The handling of overloads provided by the Tembilahan Transportation Agency is only quoting regional retributions, resulting in an increase in overloaded vehicles every day. in the interests of the general public, especially the damage to road infrastructure as public facilities. Therefore, there is a need for a study of the policies implemented by Indragiri Hilir Regency, especially in Tembilahan in the policy of handling goods transport vehicles that are not in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the policy network in the implementation of freight transportation in Tembilahan in terms of the perspective of the policy target group and the obstacles. The method used are descriptive and qualitative methods; The informants in this study were the Head of the UPT PKB Terminal and Parking of the Indragiri Hilir Transportation Service, the Transportation Section of the Indragiri Hilir Transportation Service, Truck Drivers and the Community. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. This study concludes that the results of the study concluded that the policy network in the implementation of freight transport in Tembilahan in terms of the perspective of the policy target group had been implemented quite well. The implementation of the policy for supervising the cargo transportation of goods in Tembilahan refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 60 of 2019 concerning the implementation of goods transportation with motorized vehicles on the road. So that the implementation will not run away from the regulation. For this supervisory policy standard, the implementers have followed the standards provided by the regional regulation. Abstract

The basic function of the family is to provide suitable environmental conditions for family members so that the physical, psychological, social and mental aspects of all family members can develop family function relates to how all family members communicate, form relationships, maintain relationships, make decisions, and solve problems together. Related to this research, the family institution that is in it of course has family functions that must continue to run, such as: educational function, socialization function, economic function, and also sexual function. This study serves to describe how the implementation of family functions for couples who live separately in Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects selected in this study were four informants. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The results of research on the implementation of family functions are going well, from the economic factors in this family (building a house and giving monthly money goes well) every wife feels that her husband is giving her enough economic support.
