Abstract

In the 2018 Riau Governor election, social capital was one of the assets that might increase candidates' chances of being elected to office. According to Bourdeiu, social capital takes the shape of actual and future assets that a person owns from an established and ongoing social network that offers assistance to its members collectively. It is impossible to isolate social capital from an individual's habitus and the environment where capital is contested and maintained (field). However, it is asserted that Andi Rachman and Suyatno Pair lost the 2018 Riau Governor Election due to their failure to effectively utilize their social capital. This study intends to outline the types and applications of Arsyadjuliandi Rachman's social capital and how it affected the 2018 Riau Governor Election in Pekanbaru City. Using a descriptive qualitative methodology, this study. Location Purposive process techniques were used to carry out the research, which was done in the city of Pekanbaru. Interviews and documentation were used as data gathering methods, while qualitative descriptive analysis was used as a method of data analysis. The findings of this study demonstrate that Andi Rachman does possess significant amounts of several types of social capital. These include his physical appearance and personality, his family links and networks, his positions and accomplishments, and social organizations and groups. social. All of these forms of social capital can promote and get support from the community when used effectively by Andi Rachman. Andi Rachman failed to win the community's entire support and trust due to the negative effects of unpleasant issues on the party that took Andi Rachman's place to run for governor of Riau in 2018. Abstract

This thesis discusses the Implementation of the Authority of the Village Head in Dismissing Village Apparatus of Pangkalan Baru, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency in 2020. The purpose of this study was to find out why the process of dismissing village officials was not based on Permendagri Number 67 of 2017 and to find out why the Village Head abused his authority in the process of dismissing the new base village apparatus in 2020. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type in order to produce a systematic and objective description of the facts and elements in the research. The result of this study is that the researcher found that the process of dismissing village officials was not based on Permendagri Number 67 of 2017, the Village Head justified the dismissal of the village apparatus and did not violate existing regulations, this dismissal was the policy of the Village Head. The dismissal of the village apparatus is also not arbitrary, there are reasons why this village apparatus is dismissed. Keywords: Authority, Village Head, Village Apparatus

Abstract

Broadly speaking, Family Planning Population is wrong an effort from the central government through the BKKBN to mobilize people live more prosperous and quality by using the Budget State Income and Expenditures (APBN). Based on Law Number 52 2009 concerning Population Development and Family Development in article 53 paragraphs 1 and 2 says that BKKBN is an institution Non-Ministry Government (LPNK) which is under the President and responsible to the President. For population control the Family Planning Population and Development program Family (KKBPK), which at the end of 2019 BKKBN packed KKBPK became the Family, Population and Family Development Program Berplan which is abbreviated as Proud Kencana. The purpose of this research is to know the Implementation of the Family program Planning by Representatives of the Population and Family Planning Agency National Program (BKKBN) for Riau Province in 2018-2020. In this study the author using a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Location This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru and data collection at the Representative Office Provincial National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) Riau. Data collection techniques carried out are through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the data analysis model. The results of this study are increasing population growth increasing is a problem that occurs in Riau at this time. In this research using indicators according to Brinkerhoff & Crosby. But there are some variables that do not run optimally such as lack of development constituencies, the lack of accumulation and mobilization of resources and action resulted in many people not knowing the importance of family planning. However BKKBN Representative for Riau Province carried out innovative activities with KIE for the community to participate in the implementation of the program. Like the implementation of the Family Planning program known as Bangga Kencana carried out by the BKKBN Representative for Riau Province controlled population explosion. But the phenomenon is happening now the program is not running well. Another obstacle is the lack of mobile service cars that are carried out and the lack of a team working KB operational. Abstract

 This study examines the effect of the implementation of Indonesia's visa-free visit policy on China in the field of employment. The expansion of the list of countries receiving visa-free facilities from the previous policy shows success with the increase in the number of foreign tourists to Indonesia and is also followed by an increase in the country's foreign exchange earnings. But behind all these positive results, the visa-free policy has a negative impact that threatens the sovereignty of the Indonesian state. This study uses a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through literature study sourced from several books, journals, articles, and websites. This study uses the perspective of Realism and Foreign Policy theory. The results of this paper show that behind the positive results resulting from the application of the visa-free policy, there is a negative impact, namely the entry of illegal Chinese foreign workers. The expansion of the visa-free policy is a gap for the Indonesian government amid the influx of foreign workers from China. The visa-free visit policy which was originally intended to attract foreign tourists was used by illegal Chinese foreign workers to be able to enter and work in Indonesia. They enter with the mode of pretending to be tourists using visa-free facilities without going through legal or applicable requirements and administrative processes. Keywords: Visa Free, Foreign Workers, Illegal.

Abstract

Blood donation is the process of donating blood by humans. This donation process is the taking of blood from one's body voluntarily to be used for others who need it. The Indonesian Red Cross is present as an agency that bridges blood donor activities, UTD is one of the sub-sections of PMI in charge of land transfusion services. Data for UTD PMI Pekanbaru City blood bags in 2019 were 50,688 bags, then in 2020 as many as 48,084, and in 2021 as many as 54,648. The existence of a significant increase after experiencing a decrease is what is considered interesting in this study. Researchers want to see how communication strategies play a role in increasing the data. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The subject of the study was the UTD PMI Pekanbaru City administrator. The object under study is a communication strategy. This study ususesata collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. To achieve the validity of the data in this study, the authors used data triangulation. The results of the study are described in several parts which include: communicator selection strategy is carried out with 3 indicators, namely credibility, attractiveness, and strength. The audience is determined by looking at the sociodemographic aspect, namely age as a benchmark and the support group being the group that plays the biggest role. The arrangement of messages is formed by involving the nature of informative, persuasivee and educating. The media selection strategy used is electronic media, new media, public media channels, and interpersonal communication channels. The socialization carried out by UTD used the concept of secondary, participatory, formal, and direct. Abstract

This study describes the role of WWF as an international organization in the management of Komodo National Park which is experiencing various problems due to the lack of public awareness of conservation. WWF is an international organization dealing with environmental conservation, research and restoration issues. Since the existence of the WWF organization, WWF has supported the Komodo National Park Office for the management of its area by making various efforts to achieve Komodo dragon conservation in Indonesia. This research uses a pluralism perspective that supports international organization theory and the level of group analysis as actors. This research uses qualitative methods and literature study as a source of information. The author collects data related to the problem under study such as from books, journals, website, WWF annual activity reports to analyze the management problems of Komodo National Park in Indonesia. The results show that WWF as an international organization only acts an actor in the management of Komodo National Park in Indonesia. Because, WWF only contributes in overcoming various problems that occur in Komodo National Park. WWF’s role as an actor can be seen from the work programs carried out by WWF in Komodo National Park, such as WWF collaborating with the Komodo Survival Programme in monitoring the Komodo dragon population and their habitat, preparing a tourism master plan and managing waste.WWF also collaborates with the Komodo National Park Office in holding FGDs and WWF does fundraising independently. Abstract

Economic cooperation is one of the interests of every country that wants to maintain its position in the international political system. Japan and India are no exception. In this study, showed the reasons behind Japan's interest in agreeing to cooperate with India to build partnerships through the Asia Africa Growth Corridor (AAGC) in 2017. AAGC reflects the convergence of bottom-up and top- down rocesses, which is in the interest of Japanese businesses in using India as astepping stone to Africa and a desire to provide a geopolitical alternative to the region. These two dimensions need to be considered in analyzing the beginning of the collaboration. This research is theoretically built using the perspective of neoliberalism, and is supported by foreign policy theory. The formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoretical frameworks in this study uses a qualitative explanation method. This study also uses the nation-state as a level of analysis. The results of this study are that there are three sources of foreign policy that underlie Japan to realize the AAGC as the fulfillment of its country's interests. First, systemic sources explained that the balancing of China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) strategy was through Japan's Free and Open Indo-Pacific Strategy. Second, societal sources see India as a stepping stone to the African market. Third,the government source is Shinzo Abe's proactive foreign relations strategy towardsIndia. Abstract

UNIAP is an international organization under the United Nations that focuses on Nations that focuses on human trafficking with six membership countries such us Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and China. UNIAP is an inter-agency project of the United Nations (the only agency in the UN system that focuses on human trafficking). This research is based on the theory of the role of international organizations according to Clive Archer, which contains the role of international organizations as arenas, instruments and actors. The data was collected using a qualitative methodology, most of the data published by the official website of UNIAP, the Government of Thailand, books and journals related to human trafficking in Thailand. The results of this study indicate that UNIAP plays a role in overcoming human trafficking in Thailand. First, as an arena in various ethics training activities, media, as well as training on handling human trafficking cases. Second, as an instrument to establish cooperation with COMMIT to produce a Memorandum of Understanding in six UNIAP members on October 29, 2004. Third, as an actor, in carrying out educational programs for children in Thailand in providing education about HIV/AIDS. Fourth, acting as an actor in making hotlines around 10% per month for reports on cases of human trafficking. Fifth, acting as an actor who collaborates with various institutions, in the level of success of UNIAP in establishing 20 international and regional partners, while in the level of failure, UNIAP runs three collaborators with various partners. Abstract

The phenomenon of the administration of public services carried out by the government is still faced with services that are not yet effective and efficient and the quality of human resources is not adequate. Referring to the Bengkalis Regent Regulation No. 19 of 2009 concerning the position, main tasks, function details of tasks, making standard operating procedures (SOP) which applies to all sub-districts in Bengkalis district. There are many on social media about complaints from residents of the suburbs and the results of observations about the poor service of the UPT service for population and civil registration in the suburbs of Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to determine and analyze the quality of services in the UPT of the population and civil registration office in the suburbs of Bengkalis Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with 18 research informants who are residents as well as employees of the UPT population and civil registration service at the outskirts of Bengkalis Regency. Based on the results of this study, the quality of service at the population and civil registration services in the suburbs of the Bengkalis Regency Keywords: service quality, public service and population administration.

Abstract

The export and import activities have always been performed widely in order to maintain the cooperation and the connection among the bilateral countries. Indonesia as the country which has lots of natural resources is able to perform export activity which includes raw material to the countries which have no or limited material in producing it in the country. One of the Natural assets of Indonesia is Timah because Indonesia is located in the area of the Southeast Asia tin belt which make the country has 40% of Timah of all over the world in total.. This research was composed by using liberalism perspective with the theory of export which has the country and nation analytical level, the data of the research was obtained by using the qualitative-descriptive method and a literature review was also been done in obtaining the data. The data which used is the secondary data which obtained from the Statistical Centre (BPS), Timah official websites, and the ministry websites which provide the information of the export and the phenomena of fluctuation which appeared in 2017-2019. The result of the research shows the existence of the factor which causes the fluctuation of the export of Timah of Bangka Belitung to Singapore in 2017 to 2019 is the application of price instruction and the regulation which established in performing the export of Timah abroad with its own requirements which is not easy to do becoming one of the factors of the fluctuation in the export of Timah in 2017 to 2019. The increase that occurred in 2017 was at 4456 Mton, while the decrease that occurred in 2018 was 3488 Mton, then it increased in 2019 with an export value of 5328 Mton. It is not only about the price labelled and the requirements of the export activities which regulated by the government of Indonesia which categorized as the factor of the fluctuation but also the extern factors which are the Metal Exchange, the universal economic growth and the exchange of Dollar are also categorized as the factor of the fluctuation of the export of Timah of Bangka Belitung to Singapore.
