ABSTRACT The tourism object of Pariangan Village is a village located in Pariangan District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra Province which is quite well-known and has the potential to become a tourist village destination as well as a place where domestic and foreign tourists from various regions can see first hand the traditional Minangkabau specialties. still adhere to the tradition until now. There is potential in the village. Development of Pariangan Village Facilities. The government and other institutions want to improve the facilities in the village so that they are more optimal in the process so that tourists will get their own satisfaction so that they can increase the number of tourist visits. This study aims to find out how to find out the constraints, conditions and management plans in the tourism object facilities of Pariangan village. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Concept This study uses the theory of facilities. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques, observation, documentation using key informants and supporting sources as data information. The subjects of this study were the Head of Tourism, Youth, Sports and Tourism of Tanah Datar Regency and Pokdarwis. ABSTRACT The many deviant phenomena in the process of population administration services carried out by irresponsible parties need to be addressed immediately so that they do not become increasingly attached to the officials on duty. Besides that, the existence of the Covid-19 outbreak that has hit all of Indonesia has had an impact on various fields. Especially in public service sector, namely the Population Administration Services by the Department of Population and Civil Registration at Pekanbaru City which was hampered. The need to innovate to improve the quality of service and maintain the course of service, especially in the Covid-19 situation. This study aims to discover the innovations made by the City Government, in this case, it's the Department of Population and Civil Registration at Pekanbaru City in improving administrative services for the people of Pekanbaru City during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 to 2022 during the transition period. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the Government of Pekanbaru City, especially the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pekanbaru City, has carried out a service innovation called Sipenduduk which is a website-based application for making population documents so that applications for managing population documents are now online. In particular, for the collection of e-KTP population documents still taken directly to the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pekanbaru City. However, the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pekanbaru City is still experiencing some obstacles related to network, full servers, and problematic user data. On the other hand, people also experience problems in using Sipenduduk. There are still many people who do not understand how to use Sipenduduk. Besides, the many lines that must be passed make people who want to take population document products at the office confused, because there is no information regarding the route that must be passed at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Pekanbaru City office. Articulation of community interests is the activity of a group of people who have a goal to unite to achieve a common goal. In the process of articulating the interests of the community, they carry out movements or actions to convey demands to the government. So that people get the policies they want. Alternative dispute resolution outside the court by means of arbitration and mediation, in which there is an arbitration agreement made by the parties, is carried out by discussing the differences that arise between the disputing parties through "consensus deliberation" with the aim of achieving a win-win solution. The research method used is a qualitative method by explaining descriptive data. The type of research data used is primary in the form of data obtained from research informants and secondary in the form of data obtained from related documents. Then, the location of this research was carried out in Sei Mencharim Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The results of this study are to determine the process of articulating the interests of the Sei Mencharim community to the government and the demands of the community to the government, and government policies in resolving overlapping lands that occur between Sei Mencharim Village and PTPN II. The Covid pandemic has had a huge economic impact. The enactment of the PSBB and PPKM rules to stop the chain of transmission of Covid 19 actually had a big impact on people's lives, especially the economic aspect. This research focuses on analyzing the impact of the Covid 19 Direct Cash Assistance during the past pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out in detail how the cash advance assistance program mechanism works for the community and MSMEs and what impact it has. The aim of this program is to help people's lives in dealing with difficult pandemic situations. Especially in meeting daily needs. The method used in this study is qualitative accompanied by field observations. This study used a qualitative method, conducted by interviewing Nagori Officials, as well as the Community who received Direct Cash Assistance. From the results of the research, it was found that the Covid 19 BLT policy in Nagori Karang Rejo, Mount Maligas, Simalungun Regency, was very beneficial for the community, and had a positive impact on the people's economy. However, there are obstacles faced, namely the lack of proper targeting of the distribution of aid, and also the limited aid funds. While BPUM assistance for MSMEs has problems, BPUM recipients are only for those who have officially registered their business. While those with informal status are still difficult to get help. Malaysia, as a country, tends to be the preferable option for Indonesians to get medical treatment due to its various benefits. The main factors that lead Malaysia as the chosen destination for Indonesian visitors are its popular image as a Muslim-friendly country, its geographical proximity, the quality of its service and facility, the affordability, the experience testimony, and the combination of tourism experience and medical treatment. Furthermore, in 2017, the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC) as the facilitator of the medical treatment industry targeted Indonesia to be one of its main markets to promote Medical Tourism effectively. This study analyses the perspective of pluralism on the nation-state level. As theoretical proof, this study uses the theory of public diplomacy and the concept of medical tourism. The data for this qualitative research was mainly done by gathering various data from books, journals, theses, official documents, reports, and websites that have relevance to the study. The result of the study has shown that Malaysia’s public diplomacy towards Indonesia was mainly done by promoting its medical tourism within 3 sectors: 1) news management, through social media and Healthcare Virtual Week Webinar; 2) strategic communication, through the Malaysia Healthcare Expo (MHX), held in several cities in Indonesia; 3) relationship building, by establishing the branch office of Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council in Jakarta and also partnership with flight agencies, health insurance, and banks in Indonesia. People's Republic of China in the South China Sea Region. After China's claims and military infiltration on islands in the South China Sea, it has created tension from several countries in the region, including the United States. The United States began implementing a series of strategies to stem China's hegemony in the South China Sea, which has the ambition to become a global power country. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. This qualitative research method has characteristics that understand, explain and describe the state of a fact. Data were taken from book documents, national and international scientific journals, official publications, and the internet. The results of this study indicate that the United States during the Trump Administration was influenced by several factors in making policies. The writer sees this based on the foreign policy theory of James N. Rosenau which the writer uses. The United States carried out a series of policies to stem China's influence starting from the political, economic, diplomatic and military dimensions. The United States conducted a series of agreements and negotiations related to military assistance and development in several countries around the region through the Free and Open Indo-Pacific (FOIP) policy. On the military side, the United States sent its navy to conduct a series of navigation operations around islands claimed by China in the South China Sea. ABSTRACT Rokan Hulu Regency has the potential to influence (PAD) sources of regional original income. One of them is Hapanasan Hot Spring which is a leading tour which is busy with tourists. Hapanasan Hot Spring has its own charm and its location is close to several other tours. In this study the authors used qualitative methods. the existing facilities at the Hapansan Kab. Rokan Hulu greatly supports the attractiveness of visitors. The uniqueness that is there is more value from visitors and is a differentiator from other objects. Therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention from the Tourism Office and managers to improve existing facilities at the object. The lack of facilities will also hinder the activities of visitors visiting Hapanasan. The attractiveness of tourist objects, starting from their uniqueness, and their beauty and value in the form of various parts of nature, culture, artifacts and so on which are the objects or purposes of visitor visits. In terms of safety, amenities and beach cleanliness, the Hapanasan Hot Springs tourist attraction provides sufficient comfort and facilities for visitors. The existence of tourism support services at tourist destinations is very beneficial for visitors to the Hapanasan Hot Springs. Key : Tourist attractiveness, Hapanasan Hot Springs.

The issue that motivated the creation of this research is present at PT United Tractors Tbk Pekanbaru, where the growth of operational costs incurred by the company is increasing while the growth of profitability is decreasing between 2017 and 2021. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with primary data from informants from the company and secondary data from corporate financial records from 2017 to 2021. The financial accounts of the company are documented as part of the data collection process. The financial ratio analysis approach is the one that was utilized for the research analysis, specifically for the operational cost analysis using the Operating Efficiency Ratio (OER) and the profitability ratio analysis using the Return On Investment (ROI) ratio. The study's findings indicate that the company's level of operational costs is inefficient, and the results of the calculation of the Return On Investment (ROI) profitability ratio indicate that the company's profitability level is poor because it has frequently fluctuated over the previous five years and has not yet met the standard Return On Investment (ROI) criteria. Termination Public service innovation for picking up micro and small business permits in Pekanbaru City is a form of conclusion that simplifies public services in licensing related to licensing requirements, procedures, processes, and completion to increase the quality of licensing document services and facilitating and facilitating the community in managing micro and small business licensing. The problem in this research is the high level of slowness, injustice, and high costs. Not to mention the service has not been effective and efficient. The purpose of this study was to find out the termination of the innovation of shuttle service for micro and small business licenses in Pekanbaru City. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach and this type of research is descriptive. The location of this research was conducted in Pekanbaru City and data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. The results of this study are that Termination is a conclusion or dismissal of functions, programs, and policies in public services. The public service for picking up micro and small business licenses has been running and is a public service innovation that makes it easier for the community to apply for business licenses, but in 2019 this innovation has been discontinued. The following are indicators of innovation termination seen from 6 aspects of indicators, namely Development of Innovation Leadership, Development of Innovation culture, Development of Employees, Development of Work Teams and artnerships, Development of Innovation Performance, and Network Development.
