Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of education in Indonesia in 2020 experienced enormous obstacles due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 disease, this caused a temporary cessation of the education process in Indonesia, while education is a major aspect of state life and is one of the rights of the Indonesian people. In accordance with the author's research, education at the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) level in Pekanbaru City, which is the author's research study, also experienced major obstacles in its implementation during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. For this reason, this study aims to analyze and find out the steps or strategies carried out by the Ministry of Religion of Pekanbaru City in the implementation of education at the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) level in Pekanbaru City, especially the Tampan District, which is a special study in the author's research. In this study the authors used Strategy Theory according to Mudrajad Kuncoro (2006), namely, two components in strategy. First; preparation of decisions made to achieve goals and second; implementation of decisions. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research location is the Ministry of Religion of Pekanbaru City. The results of the research conducted were that there were many obstacles in the proces of Raudhatul Athfal (RA) education, especially the Tampan District, which became a red zone during the Covid-19 period in 2020. For this reason, various strategies were issued to overcome this so that education which is the right of Indonesian citizens remains goes well. For planning, the Ministry of Religion of Pekanbaru City follows the circulars and regulations handed down by the central government, after which deliberations are held by looking at the conditions of the designated zone areas. The implementation of the strategy is carried out by implementing the protocols and circulars that have been issued. This is stated in the SKB 4 of the Ministry and the study guide during the Covid-19 period. And from the analysis of its implementation, there are 4 solutions carried out in the covid-19 learning method which were permitted by the Ministry of Religion of Pekanbaru City. Abstract

The government has implemented New Normal to restore community activities, especially economic activities while still complying with the Health Protocol. Implementation of learning in the New Normal situation, which is a Joint Decree (SKB) made by 4 Ministers, Minister of Education and Culture, Minister of Religion, Minister of Health, Minister of Home Affairs in responding to the New Normal situation, especially for the implementation of learning. The research objective was to find out about the implementation of the health protocol policy during the Covid-19 pandemic during the Covid-19 pandemic at schools in Pekanbaru City in 2020-2021. Informants from this study were the Pekanbaru City Education Office in the Field of Junior High School Education (SMP), teachers and students in the schools studied. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection used in this research was interview and documentation method. The analysis used in this research was descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. From the research results it is known that the theory used is the concept of Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn theory in Nugroho (2016: 136). The first indicator is the Health Protocol Policy Standards and Targets Based on a Joint Decree (SKB) During the Covid-19 Pandemic at schools in Pekanbaru City based on a Joint Decree (SKB), existing resources are agencies that have the right to oversee the implementation of activities, namely the City Education Office Pekanbaru, all students and teachers in the City of Pekanbaru by communicating this policy to the schools that are their work authority, namely in the City of Pekanbaru. The implementing agents here can be seen the number of teachers and students at the research site, namely Integrated Yabri Middle School, Pekanbaru 44 Public Middle School, Pekanbaru 2 Public Middle School and Pekanbaru 5 Public Middle School. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the duties of a sous chef in the food and beverage department at the Labersa Toba Hotel and Convention Centre Balige. Sous chef plays a major role in operational responsibility in the kitchen, especially in food processing, which is one of the income of most hotels. Professional food processing cannot be separated from the ability and expertise of a cook. In a large kitchen there are several staff who are responsible for several parts. The sous chef in the kitchen has carried out his duties competently in terms of planning, actuating and controlling. This study uses qualitative research methods and obtain data, the authors use interview, observation and documentation techniques. From the results of the research that the aouthors conducted 4 months, it was found that the implementation of the sous chef duties at the Labersa Toba Hotel and Convention Centre Balige had gone well according to standard operating procedures. But naturally there must be obstacles faced by the sous chef during the implementation of the task. Keyword : Task Implementation, Sous Chef, Kitchen

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 has an impact on increasing anti-Asian racism globally, especially in the United States. There have been 10,370 reports of incidents of racism and attacks against Asians and their descendants in the United States since March 2020. The rapidly growing crisis of anti-Asian racism in the United States prompted the formation of an organization called Stop Asian-Americans and Pacific Islanders Hate (Stop AAPI Hate) which seeks to take the issue to a global level to stop anti-Asian racism in the United States. The author examines how Stop AAPI Hate's efforts deal with global issues related to racism in the United States at the United Nations Forum. The author uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data comes from the experiences of victims who are registered as experiencing acts of racism at Stop AAPI Hate, data from organizations concerned that have collaborated in handling racism in the United States, articles, journals, books and other official websites related to the role or actions of Stop AAPI Hate. This study uses the perspective of Pluralism with the theory of the Role of Non-Governmental Organizations at the level of analysis of non-governmental organizations. The results of the study show several steps as a form of Stop AAPI Hate's efforts in dealing with global issues related to racism in the United States at the United Nations forum, including data and research, changing narratives, advocacy and community support to raise the issue of anti-Asian racism to a global level and get support from other international actors in dealing with the issue of anti-Asian racism in the United States post-Covid-19 at the UN forum. Abstract

ABSTRACT Sepahat Village has a beautiful beach called Sepahat Beach, where this beach is always crowded with visitors during the day and at night, because here there is a cafe on the beach sand and a long bridge is provided that leads directly to the open sea, so that when the tide is going up will add to the sensation of relaxing in this cafe and bridge. The purpose of this research is to find out the tourist attraction of Sepahat Beach and to know the potential of the tourist attraction of Sepahat Beach. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, in which the researcher tries to describe the actual conditions and circumstances by collecting data and information in the field. The research subjects of this study were the Sepahat village government, the Sepahat Village Bumdes, the Head of the Bengkalis Regency Office and visitors to Sepahat Beach. The research results obtained are that Sepahat Beach has a unique natural attraction that is different from other marine tourism, adequate facilities and infrastructure, road access and strategic location, good socio-cultural community, and supported by interesting activities and events. The potential for the tourist attraction of Sepahat Beach is that it can improve the community's economy, increase regional income, as well as a means of conservation. Abstract

This research was conducted by researchers at the Sago Berkah production house, West Banglas Village, Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency, Riau with the aim of knowing the forms of social cohesion or cohesiveness in the relationship between workers and owners of the Sago Berkah production house and its relationship with other businesses around and to find out the derivatives of sago-based food in the Sago Berkah production house. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with census sampling techniques carried out using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation (photos and recording devices) research methods. The reference in this research guide uses the theory of Social Cohesion from Emile Durkheim's figure listed in his thesis entitled "Division of Labor in Society" regarding Social Solidarity and forms of cohesiveness from Forsyth's figure consisting of Social Cohesion, Task Cohesion Perceived Cohesion and Emotional Cohesion. The result of this research is that the relationship between micro, small and medium enterprise workers in the Sago Blessing production house and business owners is included in the form of cohesiveness described by Forsyth. Abstract

ABSTRACT Pekanbaru has the opportunity to become a leading destination that can be further developed, because since 2019 and 2022 tourists have continued to increase coming to the city of Pekanbaru. There are also many tourist objects in the city of Pekanbaru, one of which is in the Rumbai sub-district, the Rumbai Coastal Artificial Lake Tourism Object in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the Quality of Tour Guide Services at the Rumbai Coastal Artificial Lake Tourism Object in Pekanbaru City, based on the research that has been done, this research uses a qualitative method. The subject of this research is the Tourism Object of the Coastal Rumbai Artificial Lake in Pekanbaru City. Data collection was carried out by means of documentation studies, observations, interviews, questionnaires and documents. The results showed that the quality of the Artificial Lake Rumbai Coastal Tourism Object in Pekanbaru City is 4, namely: Assurance, Responsiveness, Reliability and Empathy owned by the Artificial Lake Tourism Object are in a pretty good category. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was entitled "Social Capital of Women Farmer Groups (KWT) For Family Welfare in Rimbo Panjang Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This study takes the theme of discussion related to social capital and the welfare of farming families because the important role of social capital in a group is very large and its relation to the welfare of family members of farmers is also large. Analysis of the data used in the study used a descriptive quantitative method, which discussed the elements of social capital and welfare as well as welfare measurement tools, namely income, education and health services. The formulation of the problems discussed in this research are (1) How is social capital in farmer groups in Rimbo Panjang Village? (2) What is the level of family welfare of farmer members in Rimbo Panjang Village? Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The population found in the field was 60 farmer members, then using the saturated sampling method, the sample used was 60 people or all members of the group. The results of research from the field can be concluded that the social capital of group members is at a moderate level for that norms and values and beliefs must be further enhanced, and for networks the quality must be maintained. In addition, the level of family welfare of farmer members is at a moderate level and enters the stage III of the prosperous family stage by assessing and looking at the existing welfare indicators. Abstract

Development is an effort in an effort to increase the potential of the community in order to be able to realize self-sufficiency so as to create sustainable prosperity. The growth of MSME sectors and carrying out development is one of the government's focuses to achieve this economic independence. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the future will act as stabilizers and drivers of economic growth so that they can improve the standard of living and welfare of the nation and state. Therefore, a good development strategy is needed by the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade and Labor for MSME actors in Pasaman Regency. The purpose of this study is to formulate a MSME development strategy and to find out what factors influence the development carried out by the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade and Labor. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the development carried out is still not running optimally and has not achieved the expected goals. This is due to the low quality of human resources, facilities and infrastructure to support activities and inadequate market access. The Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade and Manpower found obstacles in determining what strategy to determine according to the factors at hand, but the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade and Manpower continues to strive to develop SMEs in Pasaman Regency. The advice given is that the Office of Cooperatives, SMEs, Trade and Manpower must be able to take advantage of strengths and opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats, provide technical and educational training to employees, provide information regarding capital, use social media as promotional activities, and the need for coordination and support from each actor. Abstract

ABSTRAK Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan badan usaha yang seluruh atau sebagian besar modalnya dimiliki oleh Desa melalui penyertaan secara langsung yang berasal dari kekayaan Desa yang dipisahkan guna mengelola aset, jasa pelayanan dan usaha lainnya untuk sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Dalam skripsi ini penulis membahas mengenai pengelolaan BUMDes Betung Mandiri dalam mengembangkan usaha dan ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Lubuk Betung, dampak BUMDes Betung Mandiri dalam mengembangkan usaha dan ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Lubuk Betung, serta pandangan ekonomi terhadap BUMDes Betung Mandiri dalam mengembangkan usaha dan ekonomi melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Lubuk Betung. Namun perkembangan belum bisa dikatakan berhasil karena pengelolaan BUMDes masih mengalami kemacetan persoalan dana penyertaan modal, kinerja pengurus yang masih belum maksimal yaitu transparan tentang keuangan dan kurangnya pengawasan terhadap BUMDes Betung Mandiri. Skripsi ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif yang digambarkan dengan kata-kata tertulis dan lisan serta menggunakan pendekatan naturalistik untuk mencari dan menemukan pengertian atau pemahaman tentang fenomena dalam suatu latar yang berkonteks khusus. Data diperoleh dari hasil pendekatan penelitian, dokumen-dokumen Desa, data BUMDes Betung Mandiri, pengumpulan data, analisis data, observasi, studi dokumentasi serta wawancara dengan Pemerintah Desa dan Pengurus BUMDes Betung Mandiri Desa Lubuk Betung. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah Data Primer dan Data Sekunder. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa dalam upaya pengelolaan BUMDes Betung Mandiri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD) guna peningkatan kehidupan masyarakat melalui pengembangan usaha dan ekonomi masyarakat sudah baik. Selain itu, BUMDes Betung Mandiri juga mendukung pemberdayaan dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat sehingga dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat. Hanya saja masih terdapat kendala dalam proses operasional BUMDes Betung Mandiri yaitu adalah kurangnya anggaran dan kurangnya pengawasan dari pihak terkait. Hal ini dikarenakan pengelola BUMDes Betung Mandiri masih belum memiliki sumber daya manusia yang ahli dalam Bidang Pengelolaan.
