Abstract

ABSTRACT Something for tourists to see, activities that can be carried out by tourists, and something that can be purchased by tourists are the concepts of tourism activities that must be owned by tourist destinations. In the Prambanan temple area, the three main concepts have entered and made the Prambanan temple area a tourist destination. With an area of up to eighty hectares, the Prambanan temple area must be managed so that tourists don't get confused while in the temple area. In addition to managing the temple, the Prambanan unit manager is in charge of managing tourists to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. By using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the authors try to describe the actual conditions by collecting information in the field and explaining it in descriptive form without testing hypotheses or making predictions in this study. This research explains how the Prambanan unit office manages tourist activities. The purpose of this study is to explain how the Prambanan unit office conducts tourism activities. According to the results of the study, tourist activity management occurs by managing the master plan as well as garden layout and plant care, arranging ride tickets for tourists, overseeing and guarding the socialization of visit regulations to setup traders, and so on. It may be determined that the Prambanan unit office's management of tourist activities has been completed and is functioning properly. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efforts made by Labersa Toba Hotel Balige in maintaining high food standards through aspects such as food quality, hygiene and sanitation, food storage, food processing, food presentation, menu variety, and service. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Respondents in this study were food and beverage product staff. Food product quality standards are also important to ensure food products are safe for consumption and meet nutritional requirements. Strategies that can be implemented to improve the quality of food products include maintaining the quality of raw materials, establishing good production procedures, paying attention to cleanliness and sanitation, training human resources, and conducting regular quality tests. The results of the study show that Labersa Toba Hotel Balige has high food standards and fulfills various aspects regulated by the hospitality industry. The efforts made by Labersa Toba Hotel Balige to maintain high food standards include selecting high quality food ingredients, implementing strict sanitation and hygiene procedures, using modern technology for storing food ingredients, good food processing, attractive food presentation, and friendly and effective service. Abstract

ABSTRACT Apart from having to have good food quality, the application of hygiene in the field of food and beverage products must of course be applied to kitchen employees. Personal hygiene for good workers is one of the important things needed to keep food products safe from bacterial contamination. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects in this study were all Food and Beverage Product employees, totaling 20 people consisting of: Executive Chef, Jr. Sous Chef, Demi Chef, Chef De Partie, Cook, and Cook Helper who are involved in and related to procedures for implementing personal hygiene kitchen crew for Food and Beverage Products at Labersa Toba Hotel and Convention Center Balige. Then, the method of data collection is Observation, Interview, and Documentation. The results showed that the Implementation of Kitchen Crew Personal Hygiene in Food and Beverage Products at the Labersa Toba Hotel and Convention Center Balige had been implemented quite well and was in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures that had been made by the hotel. However, there are still a number of Kitchen Crews who have not complied with and implemented the Standard Operating Procedures that have been made by the Hotel as they should. Abstract

The development of the printed circuit board (PCB) supplier industry, assembling mechanical parts and assembling electronic components, does not rule out the possibility that PT. Sat Nusapersada. Tbk. In addition, companies must have good financial performance, so they can survive in the computer component industry. Therefore, it is important to assess the company's financial performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the financial performance of PT. Sat Nusa Persada. Tbk period 2015-2019. The method used in writing this research is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. Meanwhile, when viewed from the data acquisition, the data in this study is secondary data. The data collection technique in this study is a documentation technique. Data analysis technique is quantitative by using . Financial ratios are ratios of liquidity, profitability, solvency and activity. This study shows that: First: The condition of liquidity ratios, Solvency Ratios (Leverage Ratios), Activity/Efficiency Ratios (Activity Ratios), Profitability Ratios (Profitability Ratios), fluctuates, of course as a result of company policies, especially related to the use of current assets, and also company loans. in 2018, which triggered an increase in the company's entire financial ratios. Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country where its geographical position and conditions not only place Indonesia as a country that has a strategic position for international shipping, but also pose considerable challenges. A portrait of maritime security issues in Indonesia includes identifying trends in maritime security. To secure such a vast sea, no single country is able to do it alone. Indonesia's success in selecting members of the IMO Council certainly poses a challenge to Indonesia to improve the security and safety of efficient shipping while also increasing the protection of the marine environment. This research is theoretically built using role theory in foreign policy and supported by the concept of national interests. The formulation of all arguments, data, facts, and theoretical frameworks in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study also uses the nation-state as a level of analysis. The result of this study is that Indonesia's re-election as a member of the IMO Category-C board provides a role in realizing the security of Indonesia's maritime transportation and navigation through the Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS) policy in the Sunda Strait and Lombok Strait, where the use of TSS is a separation scheme system shipping lanes of ships going in opposite directions in a busy and narrow shipping lane in order to avoid ship accidents that often occur in the two straits due to the density of ship traffic lanes. Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunitas aliran music bergenre blues di Pekanbaru dan komunitas yang terbentuk dari beberapa grub band yang berbeda, Komunitas Blues Malam Pekanbaru memiliki strategi dalam menjaga solidaritas dalam komunitasnya. Solidaritas dalam sebuah komunitas memiliki peran penting agar terjalin kerjasama yang baik untuk mempertahankan keberlangsungan komunitas. Dalam interaksi komunikasi komunitas, akan membentuk suatu polainteraksi dalam Komunitas Blues Malam Pekanbaru. Pola komunikasi tersebut pada akhirnya akan membentuk kohesivitas dalam komunitas yang bertujuan untuk menjaga solidaritas Komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari pelaku komunikasi kelompok, pesan-pesan yang dipertukarkan, polainteraksi, kohevitas kelompok, serta norma kelompok Komunitas Blues Malam Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu suatu proses penelitian dan pemahaman yang berdasarkan pada metodelogi penelitian yang menyelidiki suatu fenomena sosial dan masalah manusia. Informan dalam penelitian ini bejumlah 15 orang yang diambil bedasarkan teknik purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan lewat wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman, dimana data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawancara diolah kembali oleh penulis yang kemudian memasuki tahap reduksi data, reduksi data diartikan sebagai proses pemulihan, pemutusan, perhatian dan penyederhanaan, dimana data yang diperlukan diperkuat sedangkan data yang tidak diperlukan dibuang saja. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan perpanjang keikutsertaan dan triangulasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi kelompok terbukti memberikan peran besar dalam mempertahankan solidaritas dalam Komunitas Blues Malam Pekanbaru. Komunikasi kelompok yang terjadi dalam Komunitas Blues Malam Pekanbaru dapat terlihat dalam unsur-unsur komunikasi kelompok yang terjadi dalam komunitas. Peran pelaku komunikasi, pesan-pesan yang disampaikan, pola interaksi, kohesivitas kelompok serta norma-norma kelompok dalam Komunitas Blues Malam Pekanbaru menunjukkan bahwa Komunitas Blues Malam Pekanbaru melakukan komunikasi dan interaksi secara terbuka dan saling timbal balik tanpa adanya batasan bagi setiap anggota komunitas. Selanjutnya, pola jaringan komunikasi yang diterapkan di dalam Komunitas Blues Malam Pekanbaru menggunakan pola all channel (semua saluran), sehingga seluruh anggota memiliki peran yang sama dalam komunikasi. Hal ini menyebabkan komunitas dapat menjalin rasa kekeluargaan dan kohesivitas dalam komunitas, yang pada akhirnya dapat mempertahankan solidaritas dalam komunitas tersebut.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Walaupun masyarakat setempat sudah berada atau menikmati kecanggihan dan kemajuan dunia, kebiasaan dari orang tua terdahulu sebelum adanya perkembangan dan kemajuan zaman tetap masyarakat dilestarikan yaitu Tradisi Semah Kampung di Desa Pelanduk Kecamatan Mandah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Masyarakat setempat menyadari dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman, akan tetapi untuk tradisi semah kampung ini masyarakat setempat tidak bisa meninggalkan dan menghilangkan tradisi ini. Mempertahankan tradisi ini dimana setiap pelaksanan serta yang digunakan terdapat simbol-simbol setiap pelaksanaan karena dari simbol tersebut memiliki makna serta tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu peneliti ingin mengetahui proses pelaksanaan dari tardisi semah kampung dan juga ingin mengetahui sistem pelaksanaan dari tradisi semah kampung. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Selain itu teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling, yang mana dari teknik ini terdapat 7 informan. Adapun kriteria informan yaitu merdomisili daerah yang diteliti, serta mengikuti pelaksaan tradisi semah kampung setiap tahunnya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dikaji oleh peneliti yaitu proses pelaksanaan tradisi semah kampung ini terdapat waktu pelaksanaan pada bulan muharrram dan dilakukan setahun sekali. Selain itu terdapat tiga tahapan dalam pelaksanaan tradisi semah kampung yaitu pra pelaksanaan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan pasca pelaksanaan. Selain itu terdapat sistem pelaksanaan yaitu tujuan, sentimen, norma, sanksi, sarana prasarana dan peran status serta peserta yang ikut serta. Terdapat simbol-simbol yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan tradisi semah kampung yang mana berdasarkan dari permintaan atau perjanjian dari makhluk halus dengan manusia yaitu orang tua terdahulu. Kata Kunci: Tradisi, Semah Kampung, Pelaksanaan, Simbol.

Abstract

The production of refill drinking water and clean water depots still violates the rules, especially not having a business license, the eligibility of the equipment used and the feasibility of drinking water, this is due to a lack of supervision by the government. The Dumai City Health Office in carrying out the feasibility of producing refill drinking water and clean water depots in East Dumai District is inseparable from the determination of implementation standards, determination of measurement of activity implementation, measurement of activity implementation, comparison of implementation with standards and analysis of deviations and taking corrective action if necessary so that supervision activities can be carried out optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the obstacles to the Supervision of Production Permits for Refill Drinking Water Depots and Mobile Clean Water in East Dumai District, Dumai City. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the Pekanbaru City Health Office in supervising the Production of Refill Drinking Water and Clean Water Depots has not been maximized, this is because routine supervision has not been carried out, imposition of sanctions so that there are still businesses that produce Refill Drinking Water and Clean Water Depots that do not have permits, standard eligibility use of equipment, and feasibility of drinking water. However, the authors suggest that the Dumai City Health Office should carry out routine surveillance, provide sanctions for businesses that do not have a permit, violate the provisions on the eligibility standards for the equipment used and the standards for drinking water. Abstract

ABSTRACT The implementation of promotions from the Travel Agent is to motivate as many pThe implementation of promotions from the Travel Bureau is to motivate as many people as possible to make purchases of sales products as well as to highlight the company's various products and attract public attention to the company's services. This research aims to find out the promotions carried out by PT Jaya Utama Wisata Tour & Travel so that they can develop and advance in achieving the target market and to find out the obstacles or obstacles in selling sales products. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe and display the existing conditions at a research site by collecting data and information obtained directly from the field. The key informants in this study are the Main Director, Staff and Customers from PT. Jaya Utama Wisata Tour & Travel. In this study, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. From this research it can be seen that the promotion of services carried out by PT. Jaya Utama Wisata Tour & Travel is advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, public relations and word of mouth. Of all the promotions carried out, word of mouth is the promotion that has the most influence on product sales and purchases. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research had done on Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) in Anugrah’s Cosmetic Shop with inform the life of SPG who worked at shop and the background of SPG’s activity that out of their job. This study used descriptive qualitative research approach with purposive sampling technique as a data collection. The subjects of the research were five SPG. Data collections were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Dramaturgy of SPG’s at Anugrah MTC Pekanbaru can be seen from the SPG lifestyle that is carried out so that the goals are achieved and performences through SPG performences as a form of embodiment of each of these beauty brands so that the goals are also achieved. And outside of their work as SPG, they show their true selves that many people do not know about it. Where the SPG lifestyle is family oriented and their different appereances is not using makeup dan using products ouside of the their brand when at home. SPG’s front stage can be seen from their lifestyle and appearance when working. However, for back stage life can be known from the discussion of lifestyle and appearance outside of work as SPG.
