Abstract

Under Act No. 7 of 2017 on Political Parties and Law No. 10 of 2008 on General Elections, which stipulates that women must have at least 30% representation in legislative elections and in the management of political parties, the problem in this study is the political strategy used by the Golkar party in the attempt to win the female legislative candidate in the 2019 elections in Pekanbaru City. The aim of this research is to find out the political strategies used by the Golkar Party in the effort to win female legislature candidates in the 2019 elections in Pukanbaru. This study uses Peter Schorder's Theory of Political Strategy, which is divided into three categories: offensive strategy and defence strategy. Defence Strategy is a typical strategy for a government majority. A mixture of defensive and offensive strategies that implement defensive strategic action against the opposition party as well as offensive action against its coalition. The method used in research is qualitative-descriptive. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, with the data collection interview selecting seven people as samples. The results of the research show that many of the empowerment strategies carried out by women, ranging from the goal to the way it is implemented, represent this woman's voice and make many great efforts in its recruitment by implementing the strategies that the political party carries out in this fulfilment. Abstract

This brilliant Riau dialogue program is the flagship program of TVRI Riau, because this program presents various fields. For example: education, economy, and many more. This program is also packaged to discuss any issues that are currently being hotly discussed and has sufficient broadcast hours to provide up-to-date information to the people of Riau, especially one of the programs on TVRI Riau which is included in the flagship program for various reasons, especially regarding good broadcast hours so that people can easily and quickly get the information they want This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. There are ten informants taken through the technique purposife. Types and sources of data were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, checking the validity of the data was carried out by extending participation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the Riau Cemerlang Dialogue Broadcast program on TVRI Riau has succeeded in fulfilling its initial goal of providing useful information and increasing public knowledge about the topics discussed in the program. Through good message delivery strategies, such as using easy-to-understand language, using sophisticated technology and multimedia, and presenting competent speakers in their fields, this program is able to have a positive impact on society. In implementing the Riau Shining Dialog Broadcast program, there is good coordination between the Bidangons involved, so that the program can be implemented properly and on time. Evaluation carried out by the program director for the Riau Brilliant Dialog broadcast program The evaluation carried out by the program director for the Brilliant Riau Dialog Broadcast program on TVRI Riau is very important in ensuring the quality of the program is maintained and continuously improved.

Abstract

One of the hotel's revenues is the sale of food at the hotel, which of course cannot be separated from the party responsible for production, which is called Food and beverage product. At Pangeran Beach Padang Hotel, the purchasing section must always ensure that the goods ordered are of high quality. The study aims to determine the mechanism of the purchasing section in the procurement of daily market list kitchen goods at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang and to find out the obstacles experienced by the purchasing section in the procurement of daily market list kitchen goods. With qualitative descriptive method. By using 3 samples of sources, namely purchasing staff, receiving staff, food and beverage product admin and chef. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Requests for goods are made in the hotel system, namely power pro. Suppliers do not use a contract system. Goods that arrive will be checked by receiving whether they are in accordance with the PO after that the goods will be stored in the kitchen storage. Abstract

This research describes the effort of an NGO named the Ocean Cleanup in overcoming plastic waste in the Great Pacific Garbage Patch (GPGP). The efforts are made by cleaning GPGP and polluted rivers. This activity is carried out with the support and network provided by partners. The research utilized the Theory of the Role of Environmental NGOs to analyze the role of the Ocean Cleanup. The level analysis used in this research was group-level analysis. The data collection used in this research is a document analysis method and interviews by email. This research shows the Ocean Cleanup's efforts in partnering with different partners in overcoming plastic waste pollution and cleaning the waste in GPGP. The efforts are believed to be useful since they are able to capture the plastic waste in GPGP and reduce the amount of plastic flowing through rivers. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the organizational climate has an effect on employee morale, to find out whether the work environment has an effect on work morale, and to find out whether the organizational climate and work environment have an effect on work morale. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses secondary and primary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents who were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 24 statements. The sample consisted of 42 respondents who were all employees at the Batam View Hotel. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis includes: validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. This research data analysis technique uses SPSS. The results of this research show, (1) There is a significant influence of organizational climate on employee morale at the Batam View Hotel, (2) There is a significant influence of the work environment on employee morale at the Batam View Hotel, and (3) There is a significant influence of organizational climate and work environment on employee morale at the Batam View Hotel. Abstract

The role of the village government in developing coffee village tourism in Nagari Koto Tuo, Sungai Tarab District, Tanah Datar Regency has the potential to be developed into a coffee village that will provide benefits to the local community. Nagari Koto Tuo has an increasing natural tourist attraction and has many coffee industries that are managed from generation to generation from ancestors so that it has unique coffee characteristics. A total of 177 coffee powder business trademarks are registered which makes Nagari Koto Tuo a coffee powder producing village. However, it has not yet achieved maximum results such as the incomplete tourism facilities such as the unavailability of rest areas (places) for visiting tourists. This study aims to determine how the role of the Koto Tuo Nagari Government in developing coffee village tourism. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The theory used in this study uses the theory of Titana and Gayatri (2005) which has 3 indicator components, namely motivator, facilitator and dynamizer. The results of the study state that the role of the Government of Nagari Koto Tuo, Sungai Tarab District, Tanah Datar Regency is still not going well in the development of Nagari Koto Tuo coffee village tourism in accordance with the indicators set by the research. The inhibiting factor is human resources (HR) who still lack awareness or are still not working with the government. Keywords: Role, Nagari Government, Development

Abstract

This research examines the forms of defense and security cooperation between Indonesia and India in the status of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership relationship in the range of 2018 to 2022. Indonesia and India agreed on a Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) in 2001 and became strategic partners through the Joint Declaration on Establishing a Strategic Partnership in 2005. In its development, Indonesia and India upgraded the status of the partnership between the two countries to become a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2018. This study wants to see how Indonesia-India cooperation in the field of defense and security takes place through the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. This research uses a qualitative method. Sources come from books, journals, official documents and official pages from the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Indonesian Ministry of Defense, Indian Ministry of Defense, which are used to analyze defense and security cooperation between Indonesia and India. The perspective used in this study is neoliberalism, and uses the theory of international cooperation. The results of this study indicated that the forms of defense and security cooperation between Indonesia and India in the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership relationship include Joint Defense Cooperation Committee (JDCC), Defense Ministers' Dialogue, India-Indonesia Security Dialogue (IISD), Joint Military Exercise, Coordinated Patrol (CORPAT), cooperation in Defence Industry, and also cooperation in maritime field between BAKAMLA Indonesia and Indian Coast Guard. In line with the theory used, the two countries cooperate in order to get absolute benefits to achieve national interests and maintain the stability of the security of their respective countries. Abstract

This article aims to research and understand Indonesia's efforts to increase coal exports which experienced a decline during the Covid-19 pandemic to China in 2019-2021. The main focus of this article is Indonesia's role in increasing seaweed exports to China during the pandemic. This article uses a liberalism perspective with a nation state level of analysis. This paper also uses the international trade theory of Heckscher-Ohlin. The method used in this paper is qualitative research and is explanatory in nature by searching several literatures such as books, journals, internet articles, as well as various sources combined and used to complete the needs of this paper.The result of this article is that Indonesia is taking strategic steps as a form of effort to increase coal exports to China during the Covid-19 pandemic. The efforts made are to increase international cooperation between Indonesia and China by utilizing this cooperation, namely the China-Indonesia Coal Procurement Matchmaking Meeting, creating a program to improve coal quality, namely the road map program for the development and utilization of coal for 2021-2045, controlling global coal prices. by emphasizing domestic production volumes and the Indonesian finance minister created a policy stimulus in the form of facilitating export services in the midst of the pandemic. With these efforts, the value of Indonesian coal exports to China managed to increase to 9,143.1 US$ and the export volume also increased to 108,487.2 tons. Abstract

ABSTRACT Village Government is a Government Institution whose duties at the Village level are regulated through Government regulations. In the field, we found several problems in the Simandolak Village PKK, namely POKJA 2 and 3 had not yet been implemented and there were still weaknesses in the administration of the PKK. This research was conducted to see the role of the Simandolak Village Government in the Simandolak Village PKK and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the PKK in Simandolak Village. This research uses Ryaas Rasyid's role theory which consists of three indicators, namely: the role of regulator, dynamist and facilitator. This type of research is descriptive. This research location is divided into primary data and secondary data in the form of archives and village data as well as PKK data from Simandolak Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of this research show that the role of the Simandolak Village Government, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is: (1) The role of the Village Government Regulator in making Village Regulations regarding LKD and Decrees on Determining Management of the PKK Driving Team. (2) The role of the Dinamisator is to provide technical guidance to increase the capacity of PKK cadres, provide technical guidance for anti-narcotics activists, and provide guidance on PKK administration. However, for administering the PKK in Simandolak Village, there are still weaknesses in administering the PKK. (3) The role of the Simandolak Village Government Facilitator as Resource Person, Trainer, Monitoring, Motivator and providing funds for the implementation of the PKK work program. Supporting indicators for the level of Village Government participation in empowering the PKK and Cooperation between the Village Government, the PKK Mobilization Team and the Community. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the cooperation between Indonesia and France on the modernization of Indonesia's Main Weapon System Equipment (Alutsista) from 2015 to 2019. The modernization of Alutsista is crucial for Indonesia in maintaining national security and defense in the increasingly complex era of globalization. In order to fulfill the requirements for Alutsista, Indonesia has engaged in defense industry cooperation with France, which is considered more advanced in military technology. This research utilizes K. J. Holsti’s International Cooperation theory with Richard Bitzinger's Defense Transformation concept and employs a descriptive-analytical research method with a qualitative approach. The study adopts Neorealism perspective. Data were collected through a literature review from books, journals, reports, websites, and the analysis of official documents. The data analysis reveals that the cooperation between Indonesia and France in the field of Alutsista modernization has had positive impacts on Indonesia's technological advancements, expertise, and Alutsista capabilities. This cooperation involves technology transfer, personnel training, improvement of defense industry capabilities, and acquisition of advanced weapon systems. Although the resulting impacts are not immediate, the cooperation between Indonesia and France can be considered as contributing to the advancement of Indonesia's defense resources before achieving the Minimum Essential Force (MEF) in 2024.
