Abstract

One of the authorities given to the Regional Government is waste management. The waste problem is a problem that is always hotly discussed in Indonesia and in cities around the world, because almost all districts and cities in Indonesia face this waste problem, as is the case in the Meranti Islands Regency, Riau Province. This research will describe the government's efforts to deal with waste in Tebing Tinggi District in 2020, and the research method used in this research is qualitative. The results of the research show that to date the efforts made by the Meranti Islands Regency government in dealing with the waste problem in 2020 have not been optimal due to very limited dam factors when compared with other districts or cities in the Riau Province region. Efforts made regarding waste handling and management are of course ineffective because there is a reduction in funding from the regional government. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, social media and word of mouth on consumers' buying interest in Potocoffee Milkshake Tanjung Balai Karimun. This study uses the method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative statistics with explanatory research models. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire consisting of 34 statements and the sample consisted of 100 respondents using the accidental sampling method. Research data was collected using a questionnaire that was measured using a Likert scale and processed using SEM PLS 4 to process data and test hypotheses. The results of the study show that the influence of store atmosphere, social media and word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Abstract

The formation of the Council Equipment (AKD) cannot be separated from the strength of the political parties who form coalitions as a means to achieve common goals. The presence of these coalitions often causes conflict between coalitions which results in non-fulfillment of tasks and functions. Harold D. Lasswell said that politics matters“Who Gets What, When, How” Meanwhile, Michel E. Brown mentioned the connection between the causes of political conflict. This research aims to determine the causal factors, impacts and patterns of resolving political conflicts between coalitions in the formation of AKD in the Kuantan Singingi DPRD. Qualitative methods are used to explain descriptive data. The type of research data used is primary data from research informants and secondary data in the form of related data from related documents. The research location in this study was the Kuantan Singingi Regency DPRD. This research found that the cause of conflict in the Kuansing DPRD was due to the Sanjay Coalition's dissatisfaction with the Council Equipment (AKD) selection system in the Kuantan Singingi DPRD. This had an impact on the difficulty of reaching and making decisions at the meeting due to the absence of the Sanjay coalition so that the meeting did not reach quorum. This caused the DPRD to experience cancellation of the plenary meeting (LKPj) and a delay in the APBDP in Kuantan Singingi. Abstract

Konco Street is a family-based mountaineering community that emphasizes solidarity. This community has members with a variety of different backgrounds. The interesting thing about this community is that the members only consist of men, climbing at minimal costs and visiting hidden places that are rarely visited such as waterfalls, lakes and so on. other. The research was conducted in Payakumbuh in the Konco Street mountain climber community. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) the role of group communication members in the Konco Street group communication of the Payakumbuh Mountain Climber Community in establishing solidarity 2) the function of group communication in the Konco Street community 3) communication patterns that occur in the group communication process in the Konco Street Payakumbuh community . This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This research uses purposive and incidental subject determination techniques and uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman technique which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The data validity checking technique uses the Triangulation technique. The results of this research show that the role of the leader in the group is as a decision maker, mediator when conflict occurs between members, and as a supporter for members both for activities and to maintain solidarity between members. Management in the Konco Street community plays a role in carrying out their respective functions in accordance with the established management structure. In maintaining community solidarity, not only the chairman plays a role, but the management and members also play a big role in this matter. The function of group communication that occurs in the Konco Street community is the function of social relations, the function of education and the function of preliminary solving. The pattern used in Konco Street community group communication is the star pattern where communication occurs in all directions. Every member is free to communicate with anyone without the need for intermediaries.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly developing mindset of the community in carrying out activities to build community independence by using the capabilities they have. So in life, an effort is needed to fulfill daily living needs, namely by utilizing natural resources, such as the use of marine products and the use of plantations such as sago trees, which are processed into a product, namely shrimp paste, shrimp crackers, fish crackers and sago crackers which are become a business for the people of Prapat Tunggal Village, Bengkalis Regency. The problem formulation in this research aims to determine the actions of the village government in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and Food and Animal Security as well as to determine the impact of empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) and food and animal security in increasing community income in Prapat Tunggal Village, Bengkalis Regency. Results in this research the author uses the legal theory of governance from Aminudin Ilmar. The object of this research is the Village Government's strategy for increasing community empowerment in Prapat Tunggal Village, Bengkalis Regency 2021-2022. To find the results in this research the author used primary data and secondary data, the data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Village Government has a very important role in increasing community empowerment, one of which is in the fields of UMKM and Food and Animal Security. Abstract

This study aims to determine the social adaptation process of the Sundanese ethnicity with the community studied from social, economic and educational aspects as well as the interaction form of the Sundanese ethnicity in establishing relationships with the community in Nagari Koto Baru, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. To analyze the phenomena that exist, researchers use the theory from Talcott Parson, namely Structural Functional (AGIL) and the theory of the adaptation process according to Oberg (1960) through four stages, namely Honeymoon, Culture Shock, Recovery and Adjustment. This study used qualitative methods with observational data collection techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. As for the determination of research subjects using purposive sampling with the number of informants seven people including the head of the association and the head of the jorong as key informants, 3 people of Sundanese ethnicity and 2 local people. Data processing techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. The results of the study show that the process of adaptation to the Sundanese ethnic community for each individual will require a different time. One form of integration that exists is mixed marriage, apart from that language differences become an obstacle in communicating with the local community. So it can be concluded that the Sundanese ethnic adaptation process can go well with the surrounding community and the interactions that are established must be maintained so that good relations can run in harmony and peace. Abstract

In managing the suitability testing of goods cars, the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service has the authority to supervise the suitability of each mandatory test vehicle operated in Pekanbaru City which is carried out by the Motor Vehicle Testing UPTD by carrying out control operations or raids on goods cars. Because apart from providing contributions that are paid to the regional treasury every year, the impact of this supervision is also very important, namely creating social order, safety and comfort in traffic, reducing the number of accidents, improving road sign infrastructure and so on. The aim of this research is to describe the UPTD Supervision of Motor Vehicle Testing at the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service in testing the suitability of goods cars and the obstacles. This research method uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research. The type of research data used in this research is primary data in the form of data and information originating from primary sources and research informants, and secondary data in the form of documents obtained from related documents. The data collection technique in this research is interview and documentation techniques. The findings in this research are that the UPTD supervision of motor vehicle testing at the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service in testing the suitability of goods cars has not been carried out optimally, which is seen from the number of vehicles that are inactive from KIR testing, this is the main focus of the UPTD in its supervision activities. Inhibiting factors include an insufficient budget for carrying out socialization activities regarding SOPs that have been prepared for the community, as well as facilities and infrastructure for testing the suitability of public transport, as well as inadequate human resources. Abstract

This article aims to determine and analyze Turkey's interests in supporting Azerbaijan during the armed conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia in 2020. The main focus of this article is on Turkey's role in supporting Azerbaijan politically, militarily and diplomatically during the war. This article uses a neorealist perspective, with a lavel actor analysis. This article also uses the theory of National Interest. The method used in this paper is qualitative research and is explanatory-analytical in nature by searching several existing literature such as books, journals, internet articles, as well as various sources combined and used to complete the needs of this paper. The result of this article is Turkey's other national interest in its support for Azerbaijan, namely to show Turkey as a regional power actor. Changes in Turkiyesh foreign policy have enabled Turkey to establish strategic relations with its neighboring countries, one of which is Azerbaijan. In the Azerbaijan-Armenia conflict, Turkey provided active support to Azerbaijan by providing military assistance, including increasing the number of military troops and war equipment. In addition to military support, Turkey is also seeking to expand its influence in the region through economic and political initiatives. Economic investments, cooperation in infrastructure projects, and trade agreements are part of Turkey's strategy to create closer ties with Azerbaijan. Through various military supports, active diplomacy and economic initiatives, Turkey seeks to achieve its long-term goals of strengthening its position as a main actor in the dynamics of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as well as to secure political and economic interests, especially in efforts to protect Turkey's energy security interests. Abstract

Strategy is a method used to win the candidate pairs that are carried. In order to win a candidate in the election, political parties should as far as possible target a number of votes that will exceed the votes of other candidate pairs. This study aims to determine the strategy of the coalition parties in winning the pair of regent and deputy regent candidates Afrizal Sintong S.IP and H.Sulaiman, SS. MH in the local elections in Rokan Hilir Regency. While the methodology used in the preparation of this thesis uses qualitative methods, namely interviews with relevant sources in winning candidate pairs, then collects data, organizes and classifies data, the analysis is descriptive in nature which describes the strategic steps carried out by the coalition parties in the general election of the district head Rokan Hilir in 2020. to explain the meaning of politics to voters by using defensive and offensive strategies then this offensive strategy was developed by taking approaches namely push marketing, pull marketing, and pass marketing, this approach was used to promote the candidate pair Afrizal and H. Sulaiman. There are several strategic things carried out by the winning coalition party Afrizal and H. Sulaiman. First, in their defensive strategy, they mapped the mass base, which strengthened the estimated mass, which was certain to choose a candidate pair because of environmental and emotional factors with the candidate pair's personality. Second, with an offensive strategy, the winning team introduced or socialized the pairs of candidates for regent and deputy regent through the outskirts of the Rokan downstream district with the aim of focusing on voters who were far away from other pairs. Abstract

This research discusses the potential of Silek Pangian cultural performances to result in efforts to preserve Silek Pangian. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The movements in silek pangian are the pitupang, steps, tangkok, attack and sambuik movements, these movements are characteristic of silek pangian. Apart from the movement elements, in the Silek Pangian performance the musical instruments used are the traditional musical instruments of the Kuantan singing area, namely the calempong and gondang, the costume elements are also influential, namely wearing all black clothes, wearing a skullcap and cloth as a songket. Supporting elements such as property are important in the silek pangian performance, while using property elements such as swords and shields. In terms of the stage or place where silek pangian is performed, it is in the open air which has been prepared by the silek pangian administrators and the audience who witness silek pangian are from the local community.
