Abstract

This research discusses the impact of the white ethnonationalism movement from Identitarian group on the wave of terrorism. White ethnonationalist terrorism has influenced the number of terror attacks in the past 20 years. This research uses a constructivist and theoretical perspective Fourth Waves Terrorism. Constructivists view personal identity as a unique personality that differentiates them from other individuals. The identity of this category is relatively stable because the attributes it possesses are inherent from the start, such as ethnic, religious, cultural identity, and so on. Then the ethnonationalism movement emerges because of the identity itself, thus encouraging actors who have this personal identity to defend their own identity, even through violent means such as terrorism. This research shows the influence of the Identitarian white ethnonationalist movement as a new wave of terrorism seen by the massive attack by white ethnonationalist extremists that occurred in the city of Christchurch, New Zealand by Tarrant Brenton. DWithin 36 minutes on 15 March 2019, Brenton Tarrant, an Australian right-wing extremist shot dead 51 people at two mosques in Christchurch in the deadliest terrorist attack in New Zealand history. This attack inspired further attacks from the Identitarian group or from other white ethnonationalist extremist groups. Abstract

The village head is the highest position in the village. The election of the village head is a democratic party, because the local community can actively participate in selecting candidates who will be responsible for developing the village. Therefore, the election of the village head is very important because it greatly supports the implementation of village governance. Law No. 6/2014 states that a person may hold the position of village head for three periods, either consecutively or non-consecutively. Thus, a person may maintain his or her position as Village Head for 18 years, with each period lasting six years. Nazaruddin is the Village Head of Sungai Sebesi who has been elected three times in a row for three periods, namely in 2008, 2013, and 2022. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The research location is in Sungai Sebesi Village, Kundur District, Karimun Regency, Riau Islands. The types and sources of research data are divided into primary data with data collection techniques from the results of questionnaires / surveys distributed at the research location and secondary data in the form of data that is already available, such as Village RPJM, Policy Data that has been implemented, the number of voters in the Sungai Sebesi PILKADES, the number of votes, and other data related to this research. The result of this research is that in the field of village development, the highest score is the construction of clean water facilities with a score of 352. In the field of village community development, the religious competition program for children held on every religious holiday with a score of 383. In the field of village community empowerment, the BIMTEK program for nursery planting and pineapple marketing scored 341. The field of village government administration is the village office construction program with a score of 366. These programs have been implemented against the village and show that Nazaruddin has carried out the main duties of a village head according to Law Number 6 of 2014. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of the Garuda Contingent Force (Konga) in the world peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the 2018-2020 period. The research method used is qualitative analysis using secondary data from official reports, articles, and related literature. The results showed that the Konga Force played a significant role in maintaining stability and security in the Democratic Republic of Congo. They perform peacekeeping duties effectively through manning security posts, monitoring conflicts, and enforcing the law in the areas they secure. Furthemore, the troops also play a role in providing humanitarian assistance to the local population. They are involved in food aid distribution, medical services, infrastructure development, and protection of vulnerable groups such as children and women. This helps improve the well-being of Congolese communities and contributes positively to the achievement of sustainable development goals. The research also highlights the importance of the training and capacity building conducted by the Konga Forces. They provide military training and technical knowledge to Congolese military and police personnel, with the aim of improving their ability to maintain security and address future conflicts. Overall, this research shows that the Garuda Contingent (Konga) Troops have an important role to play in the world peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Their contributions in maintaining stability, providing humanitarian assistance, and building local capacity are important factors in creating sustainable peace in the country. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was carried out in Pulau Mungkur Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The aim of this research is to explain the aims and procedures for Batobo in Pulau Mungkur Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency and to determine the organizational structure and systems in Batobo activities in Pulau Mungkur Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research subjects and informants involved in this research were 7 people, including 1 key informant, namely from Ninik Mamak in Pulau Mungkur Village and 6 subjects from the Batobo group in Pulau Mungkur Village, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The methods used are observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. Checking data from various sources is carried out through technical triangulation as an effort to increase the researcher's understanding of what has been found. The results of the research carried out show that the aim of Batobo is to speed up the work of rice fields compared to individuals. In Batobo in Pulau Mungkur Village there are procedures for activities, the first is Malawe, namely hoeing the rice fields for the first time, then Mangamolan, namely hoeing for the second time, next,malunyah, namely trampling the fields, the aim of which is to loosen and facilitate the rice planting process, and finally rice harvest process. In Batobo there is a Ninik Mamak who determines the time to go down to the fields, there is a Batobo Chairman who organizes the group, there is a Tobo Secretary and also a Treasurer in the Batobo group. Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of promotions carried out by a company to introduce the products or services it has. This research was conducted in Prambanan District, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method in which the researcher explains the topic of the problem and draws conclusions. Ramayana Ballet Prambanan has carried out promotions with the promotional mix used, namely advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing. Thus, the implementation of promotions is expected to help increase sales, improve image and also increase profits for individuals and organizations. Abstract

Receptionists have an important role in the hotel world, especially in receiving and welcoming guests, therefore the authors are interested in conducting research on the implementation of check-in services at The Zuri Pekanbaru Hotel, because the hotel is a 4-star hotel in Pekanbaru, the authors also want to know the Implementation of Services Check-in by the receptionist at the hotel is in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) check-in. based on this research the authors collect data through interviews, observation and documentation. And the results of this study the authors found that the implementation of check-in services at The Zuri Pekanbaru Hotel was quite good but still imperfect because there were still employees who did not carry out their duties based on existing SOPs, this was due to a lack of manpower, resulting in less receptionist meticulous at work due to being overwhelmed in handling busy check-in guests, there is also the attitude of the receptionist who is not friendly towards guests and also because of the inflexible working hours of employees. Abstract

The international organization, namely the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), has been authorized by international humanitarian law and must be placed in 193 countries and focuses on child protection issues. UNICEF plays an important role in addressing the use in armed conflict such as child soldiers in the ISIS conflict in Syria. The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is a radical movement that emerged as a result of the political, economic and socio-cultural situation in the Middle East. This research aims to determine UNICEF's role in overcoming the use of child soldiers in the ISIS conflict in Syria through the Not a Lost Generation (NLG) program, as a program to save child soldiers and protect children in the ISIS conflict in Syria. The methodology for writing this paper uses a qualitative type and descriptive method and the data obtained for this paper comes from library research using trusted sources in the form of journals, books, official reports and websites. This research adopts the theory of the role of international organizations as explained by Clive Archer, in line with the aim of analyzing the role of international organizations or the role of UNICEF. This research found that in 2015-2018, UNICEF also played roles such as UNICEF as an instrument, UNICEF as an arena, and UNICEF as an independent actor. UNICEF created this NLG program as a result of careful preparation between UNICEF in collaboration with the government, NGOs and individuals. Abstract

This research explores the decision of the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan Regency to increase the number of honorary staff and has not yet eliminated the honorary staff causing problems with staffing and inequality in the implementation of PP Number 49 of 2018 regarding the implementation of Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning ASN and the elimination of honorary staff in the environment. government agencies. There are additional honorary staff filling the fields at the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan Regency every year. Increasing the number of honorary staff within the Pelalawan Regional Secretariat is contrary to Government Regulation no. 49 of 2018 and the Pelalawan regional government should receive sanctions according to the contents of the PP where the regional government is prohibited from adding honorary staff to its work environment. The results of the research show that the position of Honorary Staff in the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan Regency after the enactment of Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus has disappeared. Because the issuance of the ASN Law was to reform the ASN management system based on a merit system. In contrast to the old Civil Service Law, the ASN Law only regulates civil servants. The ASN Law divides ASN into two types, namely: PNS and PPPK. The ASN Law which replaced the Basic Civil Service Law no longer allows the appointment of non-permanent employees. This results in the loss of the position of honorary staff as an element of the state apparatus. This research concludes that honorary staff are an important component in the performance of the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan Regency, which fills the void of human resources in the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan Regency, and the dependence on honorary staff of the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan Regency causes a negative impact if the honorary staff are eliminated referring to central government regulations regarding prohibitions on the appointment of honorary staff. Abstract

Mentulik Village is an area in Kampar Kiri Hilir Sub-district, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, which is an expansion sub-district from the parent sub-district, namely Kampar Regency. This village was taken as the object of research with the consideration of being a village that has not been independent among other villages in the Kampar Kiri Hilir District. So this research intends to describe, analyze the implementation of the Village Fund policy in Mentulik Village and analyze the factors that support and hinder the process of implementing the village fund policy in Mentulik Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District. This research uses George C. Edwards' theory of the four factors that influence policy implementation, namely Communication, Resources, Dispotition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The data used in the research is qualitative. The results of research on the Implementation of Village Fund Policy in Mentulik Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency in 2020 have not gone well. In communication there is a lack of clarity in the information conveyed by superiors to the structures below them, less precise information is conveyed, then there is also a lack of consistency in the information conveyed, times tend to change suddenly. Then the resources, human resources do not understand technology, the community lacks participation, but the facilities and infrastructure are adequate. The disposition, division of tasks and main tasks and functions of the implementers or officials are in accordance with the skills and wishes of each apparatus, but not all of the programs implemented are implemented. Then the provision of technical implementation guidelines (legal basis) for the use of village funds from the central government to Mentulik Village is incorrect. time. In the bureaucratic structure, all officers have carried out their duties in accordance with the implemented SOPs, but this has not been optimal due to existing inhibiting factors. Abstract

The City Forest of Pulau Bungin has untapped tourism potential that has not been well-documented. This research aims to determine the Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility, and Ancillary aspects of the City Forest of Pulau Bungin in the village of Koto Taluk Kuantan. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach to depict and explain the existing conditions by collecting data and information in the field. In this research, data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the facilities available in the City Forest of Pulau Bungin are inadequate, with some facilities being poorly maintained due to insufficient facility management and a lack of cleanliness maintenance by the operators, such as the Traditional Sugar Mill, Toilet, Gazebo, Parking Area, Trash Bin, and Bridge.
