Abstract

This research analyzes the role of the Indonesian government in overcoming online gender-based violence (KBGO) 2015-2022. The increase in the number of KBGO cases from 2015-2022 indicates that many women in Indonesia are not receiving justice and their rights to access the internet, the right to free expression and the right to feel safe. Qualitative methods are used to see Indonesia's commitment to implementing Anti-OGBV norms through the Convention on the Elimination of All forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). causes, characteristics or forms, and the number of OGBV cases in Indonesia 2015-2022. Through several journal articles, SAFEnet reports, the awaskbgo website, institutional documents and the National Commission on Violence Against Women's Annual Notes. The Indonesian Government's policy to address OGBV is analyzed from legislative policies such as the Criminal Code Law (KHUP), the Information and Technology Law (UU ITE), and the Sexual Crimes Law (UU TPKS). Abstract

Nglanggeran Tourism Village is one of the villages in Yogyakarta that has been nominated for "Best Tourism Villages" organized by the United Nation World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in 2021. In participating in "Best Tourism Villages" Nglanggeran Tourism Village was recommended by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and contacted the GunungKidul Tourism Office to arrange for the Nglanggeran Tourism Village to register as a participant in the "Best Tourism Villages". This qualitative research asks about the Paradiplomacy of the Nglanggeran Tourism Village in the international arena. To answer this question, data is needed from journals, news, direct interviews and official documents. Researchers use paradiplomacy theory to analyze data and obtain results. This research shows that the Nglanggeran Tourism Village uses paradiplomacy to take part in the international world. The strategy carried out by the Nglanggeran Tourism Village to participate in the "Best Tourism Villages" beat two other representatives, the Wae Rebo Tourism Village, NTT and the Tetebatu Tourism Village, NTB, due to the multidisciplinary and innovative development criteria for the Nglanggeran Tourism Village in accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The participation of these villages is a recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy as the central government which contributes with the department regional tourism as local government and involving community groups to form paradiplomacy which proves that autonomous regions cannot take part in the international arena independently without any attachment to the central government. Abstract

The level of competition in the automotive industry in Indonesia is currently very tight, so every automotive company is always trying to innovate in creating a product that is popular with the public. Sales promotion is a marketing activity which is communication carried out by a company to buyers or consumers which includes news, persuasion and influences everything regarding the goods or services produced for consumers. This research aims to explain the relationship and influence of the Sales Promotion and Service Quality variables on Consumer Purchase Interest. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this research is Toyota Vios car consumers at PT. Toyota Agung Automall Duri, totaling 129 people with a sample of 97.55 people. The results of this research are that there is a significant influence of sales promotion on consumer buying interest in Toyota Vios at PT. Agung Toyota Automall Duri Branch. There is a significant influence of service quality on consumer buying interest in Toyota Vios at PT. Agung Toyota Automall Duri Branch. There is a significant influence of sales promotion and service quality on consumer buying interest in Toyota Vios at PT units. Agung Toyota Automall Duri Branch. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that takes advantage of the tourism industry, because it has so many charms that can be enjoyed. One of the potential tourist destinations in Kampar Regency is the Kopu Rafting tourist attraction which is located in Tanjung village, Koto Kampar Hulu District, Riau Province. This research aims to determine the implementation of digital marketing at the Kopu Rafting tourist attraction in Tanjung village, Koto Kampar Hulu District in attracting visitor interest. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method which aims to share a description of a social sign that is researched in depth. Researchers define a sign based on the atmosphere and observations when visiting the location. The source of informants in this research is the Management of the Kopu Raftimg Tourist Attraction. In this research, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research reveal the implementation of Digital Marketing at the Kopu Rafting Object according to indicators, namely creating interesting content, sharing content, building relationships with visitors and building an online community. Abstract

This research aims to evaluate unemployment alleviation programs by the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office in 2023 in order to overcome the problem of high and low unemployment rates and decreasing labor absorption rates in Pekanbaru City in 2023. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods and techniques. Data collection carried out in research is interviews, documentation, note-taking and recording. The theory used is the CIPP Model Program Evaluation by Stufflebeam. The results of this research indicate that unemployment alleviation programs by the Manpower Department are not implemented optimally due to ineffective and efficient budget allocations, lack of sufficient Human Resources (HR) and experts in implementing programs, inadequate facilities and infrastructure. , lack of information about the program to job seekers, and minimal company participation in the program. So, the conclusion is that there needs to be sufficient budget allocation for the implementation of all programs, the government needs to continue to make progressive and innovative efforts so that existing obstacles can be minimized so that the program can still be implemented, a firm and pro-active attitude in establishing good relations with companies, and active participation and supervision from the community regarding program implementation so that in the future all programs can be fully implemented and have a more significant impact in overcoming unemployment in Pekanbaru City. Abstract

In mid-2022, the Regional Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency faced a wave of criticism in the media regarding damaged public infrastructure, specifically the bridge on Section 17 in Sungai Piring, the bridge on Section 11 in Tekulai Hilir Village, the bridge on Section 43 in Igal Village, and Terusan Mas Parit 18 Road. This study applies agile governance theory to analyze each step taken by the Indragiri Hilir Regency government. The research method employed is qualitative, with a descriptive explanation. The types of data used include primary data, obtained from research informants, and secondary data, collected from relevant documents that support the study. The research location is within the Government environment of Indragiri Hilir Regency. The study results indicate that the Indragiri Hilir Regency government responded to public complaints about damaged infrastructure in 2022 mostly in line with the indicators of agile governance theory, though improvements and evaluations are still needed, particularly for the indicator of simple design and continuous refinement. The based on quick wins indicator focuses on the Regency government’s swift response, from the onset of media reports to the completion of infrastructure repairs. The business-driven indicator emphasizes the government's financial management ability in repairing the four pieces of public infrastructure. Good enough governance focuses on the local government’s communication strategy through social media to maintain public trust despite reports of damaged infrastructure. The human-focused indicator examines public participation, analyzing the power of community concern through media advocacy. Simple design and continuous refinement centers on the approach to reporting damaged infrastructure and implementing a simplified digital reporting design. The systematic and adaptive approach focuses on the systematic and adaptive steps taken by the government to prevent public infrastructure damage, particularly bridges and roads. Abstract

Foreign Worker Employment Permit, abbreviated as IMTA, is a written permit to employ foreign workers granted by an appointed official to the employer of foreign workers. Furthermore, compensation is a fund that must be paid by the employer of Foreign Workers to the State/Region for the use of foreign workers. The Extension of Foreign Worker Employment Permit (IMTA) Levy has a significant role for the Batam City area, including as a source of regional cash flow, as a limitation of movement for Foreign Workers (TKA) working in Batam City and as one of the ways taken by the local government in the framework of technology transfer through cooperation between local workers and foreign workers. In addition, the levy funds are also used to finance training for workers including graphic design, autocade, sewing, and welder training and are used as a source of funding to take care of the foreign worker permits themselves. The research method used is a qualitative method by explaining descriptive data. The type of research data used is primary in the form of data obtained from research informants and secondary in the form of data obtained from related documents. Then the location of the research is in Batam City, Riau Islands. This study that in its implementation the collection of levies on the extension of foreign worker permits in Batam City in 2019-2020 has been running well although not yet fully optimal. The indicator of the cause of the obstruction of the implementation of the foreign worker extension levy itself is the failure to achieve data and targets. This is one of the causes of the suboptimal implementation of the levy and the results of achieving the target of the levy itself. In its implementation there are also internal problems such as errors in payment which cause disputes with companies that finally submit a refund (DPKK) which takes quite a long time, The conclusion in the implementation of the foreign worker extension levy in Batam City 2019- 2020 is said to be successful but has not run optimally. Abstract

This research discusses the Implementation of the Headman's Authority in the Appointment and Dismissal of the Teluk Mega Village Administration in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency, in 2021. The issue that arises in this research is the unilateral dismissal of village officials by the village head. The purpose of this study is to understand the Implementation of the Village Head's Authority in the Appointment and Dismissal of Village Officials in Teluk Mega, Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regency in 2021. This research uses the Authority Theory proposed by Muhammad Muiz Raharjo (2021), which includes the Authority and Duties of the Penghulu, the Authority to Appoint Village Administration Staff, and the Authority to Dismiss Village Administration Staff. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the main data sources being primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques are Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study found that the process of Appointment and Dismissal of Village Officials was not based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 67 of 2017 concerning Appointment and the Regional Regulation of Rokan Hilir Regency Number 10 of 2015 concerning Appointment and Dismissal of Village Officials, and was carried out unilaterally without any clear legal basis. Abstract

HARRIS Hotel Batam Center is a 4 star hotel located right in Batam City Center which can be accessed just by walking to Mega Mall and International Ferry Terminal Batam Center, precisely located at Jl. Engku Putri, Tlk. Tering, District. Batam City, Batam City. This research aims to determine the procedure technique for cleaning the public toilet area at HARRIS Hotel Batam Center and to find out the obstacles in implementing the procedure technique for cleaning the public toilet area at HARRIS Hotel Batam Center. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation studies, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of this research are that providing bathrooms that are clean, healthy and free from disease and annoying insects is one of the main tasks of the housekeeping floor section, so that guests feel at home staying at the hotel. The implementation of procedures for cleaning and preparing bathrooms at Harris Hotel Batam is very good, this is proven by its implementation which is carried out consistently by area public officer, supervisors and housekeeping HOD. Abstract

This research explains the increasing number of gender-based violence (GBV) cases in India during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Indian government employed lockdown policy to anticipate the spread of the virus. Gender-based violence cases in India have increased due to the lockdown policies implemented by the Indian government, which have trapped women with perpetrators of gender-based violence. This research aims to understand why gender-based violence in India increased during COVID-19. It uses the theoretical framework of the Relationship Between Gender-Based Violence and Crisis Situations and applies a qualitative research method, with document analysis techniques complemented by a literature review, utilizing secondary data gathered from various sources such as books, journals, bulletins, newspapers, annual reports from related agencies, documents, or other materials that support the research. During the pandemic, cases of gender-based violence (GBV) in India increased due to lockdown policies that forced victims to stay longer with their abusers without access to protection. Victims became more vulnerable, isolated, and had difficulty obtaining help. Additionally, other factors such as economic instability, rising unemployment, and psychological stress due to the lockdown further worsened conditions, increasing the risk of domestic conflict and leading to a surge in gender-based violence cases. The lockdown also isolated victims from social support, making them more vulnerable to escalating physical and psychological abuse.
