Abstract

Due to the development of a growing business, it forces all business people to continue tomaintain and increase the value of their business. This situation is no exception to the coffee shopbusiness, which as it is known that the development of coffee shops continues to occur not only inIndonesia but also in Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of location selection,store atmosphere and brand image on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction at theCoffee Shop Extract Coffee Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample inthis study were 100 consumers domiciled in Pekanbaru who had come to Extract Coffee. Thesampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive samplingmethod, namely sampling based on certain criteria. The results of this study indicate that bothlocation, store atmosphere and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasingdecisions. Likewise, purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction. Furthermore, it is known that location, store atmosphere and brand image have apositive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through the purchase decision of ExtractCoffee Pekanbaru. Keywords: location, store atmosphere, brand image, purchasing decisions, customersatisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ease of Use and trust onconsumer satisfaction and buying interest in e-Commerce Shopee in Pekanbaru.The population in this study is all consumers who have shopped online on ecommerce Shopee in Pekanbaru city whose number is unknown. Samplingtechnique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Thisstudy used primary data by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents andthen the data was processed using Sructural Equation modeling analysis methodwith the help of warppls version 6.0 software. The results showed that: (1) ease ofuse had a positive and significant effect. on consumer satisfaction (2) trust has apositive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (3) ease of use has apositive and significant effect on repurchase interest (4) trust has a positive andsignificant effect on repurchase interest (5) consumer satisfaction has a positiveand significant effect on interest repurchase (6) ease of use has a positive andsignificant effect on repurchase intention by mediating consumer satisfaction (7)trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest by mediatingconsumer satisfaction. Keywords : Ease of Use, Trust, Consumer Satisfaction, Consumer RepurchaseInterest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Supply Chain Management,Entrepreneurship Orientation, and Product Innovation partially and simultaneously oncompetitive advantage. This research is a quantitative research conducted on 26 RattanHandicraft creative industries in Rumbai District. The primary data of this study weredata collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the data wereprocessed using SPSS 23 for further analysis descriptively, and multiple regressionanalysis to determine the results of the research. 26 samples were selected using theSaturated sample method (from 26 population businesses of Tassel rattan handicrafts).The results of this study indicate that Supply Chain Management has an effect on thecompetitive advantage of the rattan handicraft business in Rumbai District.Entrepreneurship orientation affects the competitive advantage of the rattan craftbusiness in Rumbai District. Product innovation affects the competitive advantage of therattan craft business in Rumbai District. Supply Chain Management, EntrepreneurshipOrientation, and Product Innovation simultaneously influence the competitive advantageof rattan in Rumbai District. Abstract

This research was conducted on nurses at Arifin Achmad Hospital, RiauProvince with the aim of analyzing the influence of leadership and workload onjob satisfaction and nurse performance. The population in this study were allnursing staff who served in 21 inpatient rooms at Arifin Achmad Hospital,amounting to 487 people. The data collection technique was done through aquestionnaire technique, the data in the form of primary data and secondary data.The analytical method used in this study is path analysis with the help of SPSS 21.The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effecton job satisfaction. And workload has a significant negative effect on jobsatisfaction. leadership and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect onnurse performance. The workload has a significant negative effect onperformance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of leadership andworkload on nurse performance. Keywords: Leadership, Workload, Job Satisfaction and Performance

Abstract

This research is driven by the acknowledgment of banking ecosystem development inIndonesia, especially in Pekanbaru, which amplifies the competition between the localbanks. Every player gives everything on the table, so which leads the customer toconfusion and disloyalness. This study concentrated on finding the relationship betweenthe quality of Mobile Banking products with customer satisfaction and loyalty by usingRelationship Marketing as an intermediary variable. The insight is gathered from 112BNI Pekanbaru customers using the purposive sampling method. Data that has beencaptured is being analyzed using the Path Analysis method by using the 25th version ofSPSS software. The result shows that the quality of Mobile Banking products somehowinfluences customer satisfaction and loyalty. Abstract

This study aimed to see how environmental awareness, environmental knowledge,and environmental awareness affected attitudes and their impact on green productpurchase intentions at The Body Shop in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study isthe people in Pekanbaru City who know the existence of The Body Shop's green products.While the sample is 200 respondents who live in Pekanbaru City who know The Bodyshop's green products and are over 17 years old. Sampling used non-probabilitysampling method and purposive sampling technique. This research instrument uses aquestionnaire and data analysis method using a Structural Equation Model (SEM)approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The resultsshowed that environmental awareness, environmental knowledge and environmental carehad a significant effect on attitudes towards green products at The Body Shop inPekanbaru City. Then environmental knowledge has a significant effect on the purchaseintention of The Body Shop's green products in Pekanbaru City, but environmentalawareness and environmental care have no significant effect on the purchase intention ofThe Body Shop's green products in Pekanbaru City. Abstract

This research was conducted on PCM and HK PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbarumachines, which aims to determine the effect of preventive maintenance and correctivemaintenance on reliability maintenance. This research is a quantitative researchconducted on PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. The primary data of this study were datacollected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the data were processedusing SPSS for further analysis descriptively, and multiple linear regression analysis todetermine the results of the research. 33 samples were selected by the Saturated samplemethod The results of this study indicate that preventive maintenance has an effect onreliability maintenance at PDAM Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. Abstract

The development of the culinary business is currently very fast, manybusiness people see a big opportunity in this business that can be used to make aprofit. The development of this culinary business, of course, is influenced by theneeds of the community, this is because culinary or food is a basic human need toget energy used in daily activities. This study aims to determine how big theinfluence of product quality, price on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfactionas a moderating variable. The type of data used is primary data collected with aquestionnaire as an instrument and structured interviews are used as acomplement in proving the results of the study. This study uses 120 consumers ofMak Icun Tembilahan Restaurant with the Non-Probability Sampling. The dataanalysis used is the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and pathanalysis as a data testing flow and is assisted by the SPSS application in terms ofdata processing. The results of this study indicate that product quality has asignificant positive effect on consumer satisfaction at the Mak Icun Restaurant inTembilahan. Price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction at theMak Icun Restaurant in Tembilahan. Consumer Satisfaction has a significantpositive effect on Consumer Loyalty at the Mak Icun Restaurant in Tembilahan.Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect as a mediation between ProductQuality and Consumer Loyalty with the calculation results being bigger than thedirect effect on the Mak Icun Restaurant in Tembilahan. Consumer Satisfactionhas a significant effect as a mediation between Price and Consumer Loyalty withthe calculation results being bigger than the direct effect on the Mak IcunRestaurant in Tembilahan. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Consumer Loyalty, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain what the influence of Hedonic Shoppingand Shopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Buying with Positive Emotion as a interveningvariable on Shopee E-commerce users in Pekanbaru City. Someone’s hedonic factorcoupled with changes in people's lifestyles assisted by the presence of online stores, willcreate positive feelings and increasingly influence them to make unplanned purchases.This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in this studywas 119 consumers using Shopee E-commerce in Pekanbaru City on condition that theyhad made shopping transactions at Shopee E-commerce 10 times in the last 6 months.Sampling used non-probability sampling method and accidental sampling technique. Theresearch instrument used a questionnaire and analyzed using Path Analysis.The results ofthis study indicate that both Hedonic Shopping and Shopping Lifestyle have a positiveand significant effect on Positive Emotion. Likewise, Positive Emotion has a positive andsignificant effect on Impulsive Buying. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Marketing and Social Media Marketingon Brand Equity and Brand Commitment to Starbucks Coffee consumers in PekanbaruCity. The population in this study were Starbucks Coffee consumers in Pekanbaru City.The data used in this study is primary data using a questionnaire. The number of samplestaken in the study were 100 samples and processed using the path analysis method withSPSS version 26 software.
