Abstract

The manifestation of today's lifestyle is hanging out in coffee shops,especially young people who are dominated by generation Z. There are manyreasons someone spends time in coffée shop, in addition to consuming food anddrinks as well as to show it off on social media among young people. Referencegroups are very important points in shaping the buying behavior of Generation Z.Social media also makes it easier for coffee shop businessmen to carry outmarketing and promotional activities. This study aims to determined influencelifestyle, reference groups, and social media marketing have on purchasingdecisions and intention to repurchase coffee shops by Generation Z in PekanbaruCity. Primary data were collected by using a questionnaire as a researchinstrument. The study used 100 people who was Generation Z in Pekanbaru City.Technique sampling was used non-probability sampling technique. The methodused was Explanatory Research with data analysis test, classical assumption test,hypothesis testing and path analysis as data testing. The results of this studyindicate that lifestyle variables, reference groups, and social media marketingpartially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at coffee shops.Lifestyle variables, reference groups, and social media marketing have asignificant effect on repurchase intention through purchasing decisions at coffeeshops. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership andwork environment on job satisfaction of office employees at PT. Sinar ReksaKencana (Mentari Group) Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this studyincludes all employees of the office, amounting to 72 people. Primary data wascollected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of thestudy, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear analysis with thehelp of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is thecensus method (72 employees at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana (Mentari Group)Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive andsignificant effect of compensation, leadership and work environment on jobsatisfaction of office employees at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana (Mentari Group)Indragiri Hulu Regency, 2) there is a positive and partial effect of compensationon job satisfaction of office employees at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana (MentariGroup) Indragiri Hulu Regency. 3) there is a positive and partial influence ofleadership on job satisfaction of office employees at PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the satisfaction level of JHT funddisbursement participants on the quality of online services at the BPJS ketenagakerjaanRengat branch office during the covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study includesall participants who have disbursed JHT funds and received online services at BPJS Employment Rengat branch, and the sample in the study amounted to 122 participants. Primary Data was collected by questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of thestudy, to test the hypothesis in this study is using the analysis method Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Sampling technique usingpurposive sampling method. Based on the results of the analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) indicators that are in quadrant I is no errors, features are clear,and as expected. indicators in quadrant II is timely, disbursement information, willing tobe contacted, being polite, providing contact, protecting data. Indicators in quadrant IIIis easily accessible, easy to register, quickly accessible, accuracy of Service, handlingcomplaints, online customer service, understanding problems and pleasant experiences.The indicator in quadrant IV is a quick interview, able to answer, according to sacrifice,satisfied overall. The results of the analysis of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is in thecategory of very satisfied with the total value of 84.65% for online service quality variables and 84.79% for participant satisfaction variables.Keywords: Online Service Quality, Participant Satisfaction, Importance PerformanceAnalysis, Curtomer Index Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence related to the influence ofproduct quality, location on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction atthe Sup Tunjang Dwi Sidomulyo restaurant,Lyrics sub-district. The population ofthis study were all customers or consumers who had bought at the Tunjang DwiSidomulyo Soup Restaurant,Lyrics sub-district. The sample of this study wasselected using the sampling technique used, namely Probability Sampling usingthe Slovin formula of 10%. that is as many as 102 samples. Hypothesis testing wascarried out with the help of the SPSS 25 statistical test tool, while the data usedwas a questionnaire that had been filled out by each consuming Sup Tunjang DwiSidomulyo restaurant,Lyrics district. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of business risk, firm size, exchange rate andinterest rates on financial distress. The population in this study includes alltransportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2021 as many as 52 companies. The sampling technique used was purposivesampling method with the number of samples that met the criteria of 40companies. The results showed that business risk and exchange rate had asignificant positive effect on financial distress. Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of work stress and work motivation onteacher performance at the Cendana Duri Elementary School and Cendana Duri JuniorHigh School on E-Learning. The questionnaire was disseminated to 42 respondents andsuccessfully re-collected the complete answers from 42 respondents. Primary data werecollected using questionnaires and to test hypotheses on this study using multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. Data collected from 42respondents were subsequently processed with the help of SPSS software version 26.0using static desk analysisptif and multiple linear regression analysis for generatingclassical assumption tests, data analysis models, coefficient of determination, andhypothesis proofs. The results of this study show that: 1) There was a positive andsignificant effect of work stress and work motivation on teacher performance at theCendana Duri Elementary School and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning,2) There was no effect of work stress on teacher performance at the Cendana DuriElementary School and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning, 3) There is apositive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Cendana Duri ElementarySchool and Cendana Duri Junior High School on E-Learning. Keyword: Teachers Performance, Work Stress, Work Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of work discipline and incentives onharvester productivity of PT. Gunung Mas Raya Estate Rokan Hilir Regency. Thepopulation of the study was harvest employees of PT. Gunung Mas Raya EstateRokan Hilir Regency for a total of 218 people, with the number of samples in thisstudy being 69 respondents. The source of the date used is primary data: it iscollected using a aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the result of the study.In testing the hypothesis of the study, it uses multiple linear regression analysisthrough SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is thepurposive sampling method.The result of the study shows that: 1) there is apositive and significant effect of work discipline on the productivity of employeesof PT. Gunung Mas Raya Estate Rokan Hilir Regency, 2) there is a positive andsignificant effect of providing incentives on the productivity of PT. Gunung MasRaya Estate Rokan Hilir Regency, 3) there is a positive and significant effect ofwork discipline and the provision of incentives simultaneously on the productivityof PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price onpurchasing decisions through interest in buying MS Glow products in the city ofPelabaru. The population in this study was the entire Pekanbaru community whoknew, had used or were currently using Ms Glow products, both men and women,totaling 140 people.Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as aninstrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this studyusing path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. Thesampling technique that has been selected is the Non-Probality Samplingtechnique where sampling is carried out on the basis of certain objectives orconsiderations.The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive andsignificant effect of product quality on interest in buying MS Glow products in thecity of Pekenbaru, 2) there is a positive and significant effect on price on interestin buying MS Glow products in the city of Pekanbaru, 3) there is a positiveinfluence and significant product quality on purchasing decisions for MS Glowproducts in the city of Pekanbaru, 4) there is a positive and significant influenceon price on purchasing decisions for MS Glow products in Pekanbaru City, 5)there is a positive and significant influence on buying interest on purchasingdecisions for MS Glow products in Pekanbaru City, 6 ) there is a positive andsignificant effect of product quality on purchasing decisions through buyinginterest as an intervening variable for MS Glow products in the city of Pekanbaru,7) there is a positive and significant influence on price on purchasing decisionsthrough buying interest as an intervening variable for MS Glow products in thecity of Pekanbaru. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Interest, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Performance andOwnership Structure on Firm Value with Corporate Social Responsibility as amoderating variable. By using PER is used to measure the Firm Value variable.ROA is used to measure Financial Performance. Managerial Ownership is usedfor Ownership Structure.The population in this study is the ManufacturingCompanies of the Basic and Chemical Industry Sub-Sectors listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period, which total 63companies. With a sample of 58 companies.Determination of the sample usingpurposive sampling, the technique of determining the sample with several criteria,namely; Basic and Chemical industry sector companies listed on the IDX from2015-2019., Basic and Chemical industry sector companies that did not publishcomplete financial statements on the IDX from 2015-2019., Basic and Chemicalindustry sector companies Chemicals that do not use Rupiah currency.The resultsshowed that ownership structure on firm value and the effect of ownershipstructure on firm value, moderated by CSR, had no effect on firm value, whilefinancial performance on firm value, CSR on firm value, and financialperformance on firm value, moderated CSR, had an effect on financial andfinancial performance. Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the influence of the strategies carried out bysmall and medium-sized industries during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the form ofproduct innovation, building partners and online marketing systems asmoderating variables in developing their business existence from surveysconducted to the apparel industry in Pekanbaru City. The population in this studyare business actors in the apparel industry with a sample of 78 people calculatedusing the Slovin formula. Multiple regression using SPSS was used for dataanalysis. This result The study highlights three important points. First, ProductInnovation has a positive and significant impact on Business. Respondents'answers indicate that innovation is still lacking even though they have tried tomodify it products where the innovation has not been able to attract the attentionof consumers. Second, building partners has a positive impact andsignificantinfluence on Business Existence. Business actors, on the other hand, are stillunable to reach an agreement with their partners. The downside is that existingpartnerships are not based on legal issues. Third, the Online Marketing Systemdoes not moderate the effect of product innovation and partner building onbusiness existence. Almost all business actors cannot market their products wellonline.
