Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Promotion and Product Quality onPurchasing Decisions through Word Of Mouth on Pajero sports cars inPekanbaru City. The study was conducted on buyers of Pajero sports cars in thecity of Pekanbaru by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents as samples.The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin formula with a 10%precision level. The data analysis method used is Path Analysis with the help ofSPSS application. The results showed that Sales Promotion and Product Qualityhad a significant effect on Word Of Mouth. then Sales Promotion, Product Qualityand Word Of Mouth have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Al-Ittihad Islamic Education Unit FoundationPekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivational and workenvironment variables on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervingvariable at the Al-Ittihad Islamic Education Unit Foundation. This research is aquantitative research that uses path analysis. This study used a questionnaire datacollection method which was distributed to 100 teachers at the Al-Ittihad IslamicEducation Unit Foundation. The results of this study state that: 1) Work motivation has apositive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Work environment has a positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significanteffect on teacher performance. 4) The work environment has a positive and significanteffect on teacher performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect onteacher performance. 6) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacherperformance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. 7) The work environmenthas a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as anintervening variable. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Teacher Performance, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload and organizationalcommitment on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were allemployees totaling 40 people. The sample used in this study is a saturated sample.Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Theresults of data analysis show that workload has a significant negative effect onemployee job satisfaction, organizational commitment has no effect on employeejob satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction can be increased by paying attention toworkload and organizational commitment. The organization is expected toimprove the level of workload and increase the organizational commitment thathas been implemented within the organization. Keywords: Workload, Organizational Commitment, Employee Satisfaction

Abstract

This study intends to ascertain the influence of cashback promotions and productusability on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty among "shopeepay" digitalwallet users in Pekanbaru City. All residents of Pekanbaru City who utilize theShopeePay digital wallet make up the study's population. A questionnaire was usedto gather primary data, which was used to support the study's findings. Pathanalysis with the aid of the program SPSSsampling technique is ProbabilitySampling, which offers equal opportunities for members of the population to bepicked as samples in this study. With a total of 110 respondents, the Hair et. al.sample size was used in this investigation. The findings of this study suggest that:1) Customers' satisfaction with products in Pekanbaru City who use ShopeePaydigital wallets is positively and significantly impacted by product usability. 2) InPekanbaru City, Cashback Promotion has a favorable and considerable impact onShopeePay digital wallet user happiness. 3) In Pekanbaru City, customersatisfaction has a favorable and considerable impact on users' loyalty. 4) InPekanbaru City, ShopeePay digital wallet customers' loyalty is positively andsignificantly impacted by product usability. 5) In Pekanbaru City, CashbackPromotion has a favorable and considerable impact on ShopeePay consumers'loyalty. 6) Product usability has a big impact on Pekanbaru City ShopeePay users'loyalty through satisfaction. 7) In Pekanbaru City, Cashback Promotionsignificantly affects ShopeePay digital wallet customers' Loyalty throughSatisfaction. Keywords: Product Usability, Cashback Promotion. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline,motivation and morale on employee performance. This research was conductedon Jl. Papaya No. 57-59, Jadirejo, Kec. Sukajadi, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28121.The population in the study were 176 employees of the Riau Manpower andTransmigration Office, so using the slovin formula, the sample in this study was122 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Theresults of the study explain that partially and simultaneously work discipline,motivation and morale affect employee performance. While the adjusted R Squarevalue of 0.626 explains that the variables of work discipline, work motivation andwork enthusiasm can affect the performance variables of the Riau ProvinceManpower and Transmigration Office employees by 62.6% while the remaining37.4% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Keywords: Work Discipline, Motivation, Ape Spirit and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of management at Rotte BakeryPekanbaru with a Total Quality Management approach based on the DemingPrize. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approachmethod. The population in this study were all 18 branches/outlets of Rotte BakeryPekanbaru. In this study, researchers used non-probability sampling with thetechnique taken, namely saturated sampling (census). The number of samples tobe studied is 18 branches/outlets of Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru. The data in thisstudy were analyzed with the Deming Prize. The results of this study indicate thatthe Analysis of Quality Management with a Total Quality Management ApproachBased on the Deming Prize at Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru consists of four indicators,namely from the Deming Prize, namely the State of the Company, WorkProcesses, Management Tools and Outputs Produced. In the company's statevariable which shows that the company has service quality as seen from the stateof the company with an average number of 4.32 in the interval 4.20 - 5.00 with avery good category. In the work process variable which shows that the companyhas service quality as seen from the state of the company with an average numberof 4.31 in the interval 4.20 - 5.00 with a very good category. management toolvariable which shows that the company has service quality as seen from themanagement tool with an average number of 4.02 in the interval 4.20 – 5.00 witha very good category. In the resulting output variable, which shows that thecompany has a service quality that is seen from the output produced with anaverage number of 3.80 is in the interval 4.20 - 5.00 with a very good category.Of the four indicators, the score results are in the very good category, which is inthe range of values from 4.20 to 5.00. Keywords: Quality Management, TQM, Deming Prize.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, workdiscipline and motivation on employee performance. The location of this researchwas carried out at PT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru. The population in the studyamounted to 44 people, because the total population was less than 100, the entirepopulation in the study was sampled using the census method. Data analysis inthis study used multiple linear regression. The results of the study explain that jobsatisfaction has a significant effect, as well as work discipline has a significantinfluence and motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance atPT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, the variables of job satisfaction,work discipline and motivation have a significant influence on employeeperformance variables. While the adjusted R Square value of 0.640 explains thatthe variables of job satisfaction, work discipline and motivation can affectemployee performance variables at PT Bintang Terang Pekanbaru by 64% whilethe remaining 36% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Motivation and Performan

Abstract

This Study aime to compare the the consumer attitude toward product attributesof kopi Good Day and Luwak White Coffee Ready to Drink in Pekanbaru city.This research sample is the society of Pekanbaru city was consumed one coffeebrand between of kopi Good Day and Luwak White Coffee was randomly selected.Data analysis using descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis, multiattributesmodel Fishbein, Mann Whitney test using SPSS (Statistical Package For theSocial Sciences) version 20.00. The result showed that overall consumer has agood attitude on product attributes toward kopi Good Day and Luwak WhiteCoffee. Score of taste variance attribute of kopi Good Day is better than LuwakWhite Coffee, while the score of expired date attributes of Luwak White Coffee isbetter than kopi Good Day. Overall points score of attributes product of GoodDay is higher than Luwak White Coffee. Keyword : Product Attributes, Consumer Attitude

Abstract

The company is an organization that brings together people who are commonly referredto as employees or employees to carry out household activities for the company'sproduction. Almost all companies have the goal of maximizing profits and value for thecompany, and also to improve the welfare of owners and employees. Productivity is themain indicator for the progress of a company, so increasing productivity in all parts ofthe system is a way to increase the company's economic growth rate. This study aims toanalyze the effect of occupational safety and health programs on employee productivitythrough discipline as an intervening variable at PT. Prima Yudha Sari Perawang Riau.this research was conducted at PT. Prima Yudha Sari Perawang Riau which is located onJl. DT. Srimaraja Km. 6 - Perawang, Tualang District, Siak Regency. With 30 permanentemployees, and 80 Manpower Supporting employees, the total population is 110 byAccidental Sampling (random sampling) and using the slovin formula. So, the samples inthis study were 86 people. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS)analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the Occupational Safetyand Health Program had a significant positive effect on Work Productivity, WorkDiscipline had a significant positive effect on Work Productivity, the Occupational Safetyand Health Program had a significant positive effect on Work Discipline, and theOccupational Health and Safety Program had a significant positive effect on WorkProductivity. through Work Discipline as an intervening variable Keywords : Occupational Safety and Health Program (P3K), Discipline, WorkProductivity

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Information Quality, Product Quality andRisk Perception on Consumer Trust and Purchase Decisions at the ShopeeMarketplace in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study is all people whohave made purchases in the Shopee marketplace in Pekanbaru City. This studyconsists of five variables, including Information Quality (X1), Product Quality(X2), Risk Perception (X3), Consumer Trust (Y1) and Purchase Decision (Y2).The sample in this study amounted to 110 samples using the purposive samplingmethod. The analytical method in this study uses path analysis with dataprocessing using SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 16.0. Basedon the hypothesis test conducted, the research results show that InformationQuality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Confidence andPurchase Decisions, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect onConsumer Confidence and Purchase Decisions, Risk Perception has a negativeand insignificant effect on Consumer Confidence but has a significant effect onPurchase Decision, Consumer Confidence has a positive and significant effect onPurchase Decisions and Consumer Confidence is not able to mediate theinfluence of Information Quality, Product Quality and Risk Perception onPurchase Decisions. Keywords: Information Quality, Product Quality, Risk Perception, ConsumerTrust, Purchase Decision
