Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the direct influence of work environment variables and work stress on job satisfaction of health workers at RSU Indah Rokan Hilir Regency. This type of research is using quantitative research. The population in this study was all health workers totaling 76 people. This study uses health workers as the object of research. The sampling method uses a saturated sample, which is as many as 76 respondents. The analytical methods used in processing this research data are descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, coefficients of determination and multiple linear regression analysis using a significance level of 0.05. The data management of this study used the help of SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that work environment (X1) variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) of health workers at RSU Indah Rokan Hilir Regency, while work stress (X2) variables have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction(Y)  of health workers at RSU Indah Rokan Hilir Regency. Based on the results of the study that the variables of work environment (X1) and work stress (X2) simultaneously affect job satisfaction (Y). Keywords: Work Environment, Work Stress, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership quality, compensation andjob satisfaction on the performance of employees at the director's office of PTHutahaean Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all employees at thedirector's office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected using aquestionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test thehypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression was used with the help of theSPSS 25 program.The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significantinfluence of leadership quality on employee performance at the director's office ofPT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 2) compensation has no effect on the performance ofemployees at the director's office at PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 30 job satisfactionhas no effect on the performance of employees at the office of directors of PTHutahaean Pekanbaru , 4) the quality of leadership, compensation and jobsatisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of thedirectors' office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Keywords: leadership quality, compensation, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To analyze job opportunities in Riau Province; and (2) open unemployment in Riau Province in 2017-2021. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data collection technique used is documentation. The results of this study indicate (1) Employment opportunities in Riau Province are dominated by the agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors. (2) Open unemployment in Riau Province when viewed from the level of education completed is dominated by high school graduates. Abstract

This study aims to find out how to reallocate and refocus village funds for the preventionof Covid-19 in Pancuran Gading Village using William Dunn's 5 evaluation models, whatis the impact of reallocating and refocusing village funds for direct village cashassistance in Pancuran Gading Village and how the contribution of direct cashassistance funds for the prevention of Covid-19 in Pancuran Gading Village. In this studyusing qualitative methods with the type of case study. Data collection techniques usinginterview techniques, observation and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data,triangulation was carried out, namely source triangulation, technical triangulation andtime triangulation. Informants in this study were village heads, village secretaries, villagetreasurers, hamlet heads, community leaders and BLT recipients. Data analysis is doneby reducing data, presenting data and making conclusions. The results of this studyindicate that in terms of effectiveness, the budget refocusing policy has not been effectivein dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. In terms of adequacy, the refocusing ofthe budgeted funds has not been sufficient in terms of various factors, especially the KUAPPAS which has been evaluated showing a deficit. In terms of equity, the reallocation ofthe budget through APBD refocusing has been carried out in stages with an evenallocation of the budget to all units of the COVID-19 task force as well as social netprovider programs. Viewed from responsiveness, the APBD budget refocusing programreceived several responses from the public, both positive and distorted responses, inwhich many people consider the Covid-19 budget to be used as a tool for budget politics.Judging from the accuracy, the use of funds that have been centralized through theunexpected expenditure budget has been maximized in order to achieve the desiredbudget reallocation target. For the contribution of BLT funds during the Covid-19pandemic, it does not provide financial guarantees for families, it's just that these fundscan help them with financial matters, both used for savings and for health. Keywords: Dana Desa, Realokasi, Refocusing, Covid-19

Abstract

In the digital lifestyle-first era, shopping has never been augmented, thanks to e- commerce and fintech. The high interest in shopping online encourages the emergence of businesses with the method of trading goods or services through online media called e-commerce. When you see the item you want on social media or in the market, you can buy it and have it delivered immediately with a few taps on your smartphone. Then, if you run out of cash, application users can even pay later using the BNPL method. This study aims to determine how much influence the aspects that influence buying interest and decisions, in this case the researcher uses the variables of trust, ease and risk as influencing variables. Primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and supported by falsification of respondent's identity in order to validate the research results. This study used 105 students who used the paylater feature in the application as a research sample. Data processing techniques in this study include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and path analysis as a flow of data testing and assisted by the SPSS version 25 application in data processing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of interest and purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on trust, ease and risk. It can be concluded that the higher It can be interpreted that the more trust, ease and minimum risk, will increase interest so as to increase the decision to use the shopee paylater payment method in buying an item for Riau University students. Keywords: Perceived Trust, convenience, risk, interest, purchase decision, paylater.

Abstract

 This research aims to find out whether service quality influences purchasing decisions at Beringin Eddy Pekanbaru Restaurant. To find out whether price influences purchasing decisions at Beringin Eddy Pekanbaru Restaurant. To find out whether service quality and price influence purchasing decisions at Eddy Eddy's Beringin Restaurant in Pekanbaru. Hypothesis testing uses the SPSS Version 25.00 statistical test tool. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the research are that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, andprofitability on firm value. This research was conducted on various industrialsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by takingdata through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)www.idx.co.id and www.finance.yahoo.com. This research was conducted in theperiod 2016-2020. The population in this study amounted to 51 companies, whilethe sample in this study amounted to 40 companies using purposive samplingmethod. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this studyindicate that: dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value, debtpolicy has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significantpositive effect on firm value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability and Firm Value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Stress, work discipline andmotivation on the performance on the performance of nurse in Rantau PanjangLeft Health Center, Kubu Babussalam sub-district, Rokan Hilir Regency.. Thepopulation in this study were all nurses at the Rantau Panjang Left Health Centeras many as 63 people. Sampling using the census method, namely taking theentire population as the research sample. The data analysis used is descriptiveanalysis, with quantitative analysis tools, namely multiple linear regression withthe help of the SPSS program. Based on the test results, it was found that thevariables of Work Stress, work discipline and motivation had a positive andpartially significant effect on nurse performance. The results of the F test alsoshow that the variables of Work Stress, work discipline and motivation have apositive and significant effect simultaneously on nurse performance. Keywords: Work stress, Work Discipline, Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size, profitability and leverage on earnings management. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study includes all companies in the transportation sub-sector. The sample in this study amounted to 23 companies. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, while the data processing method used in this study was multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16 software to process the data. The results showed that firm size had no significant positive effect on earnings management, profitability had no significant positive effect on earnings management, and leverage had no significant effect on earnings management. Keywords: Firm size, profitability, leverage and Earnings Management

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, leverage, fixed asset intensity and inventory intensity on tax management. The population of this research is all Manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021. The sample in this research, which was determined based on certain characteristics, was 87 companies using a purposive sampling method from a total population of 214 companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The results of the research show that profitability and asset intensity still influence Tax Management. Meanwhile, leverage and inventory intensity have no effect on Tax Management. Independent variabels can explain the influence of tax management by 14.8%, while the remaining 85.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this regression model.  Keyword :Profitability, Leverage, Fixed Asset Intensity, Inventory Intensity, and Tax  Managemen
