Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Arvena Sepakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The population were 50 employees with saturation sampling. The data used in this study was primery data and the data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis with employee performance as the dependent variable and three independent variables are compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction. The result of the study found that : 1) Compesation has significant effect on the employee performance 2) Work environment has significant effect on the employee performance 3) Job satisfaction has significant effect on the employee performance.Keyword : Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The origin of the factors of production of the bread industry in Pekanbaru which includes capital, raw materials, and labor. (2) How to market the results of the bread industry in the city of Pekanbaru. (3) Map of the distribution of the bread industry in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 5 bread business units in Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques using Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results showed that: (1) The origin of capital production factors came from own capital, the bread industry's raw materials came from cooperation with distributors of raw materials that exist outside the city of Pekanbaru, the workers in the Pekanbaru industry came from inside and outside the city of Pekanbaru. (2) Marketing in all bread industries in Pekanbaru is still within the scope of Riau Province. (3) Based on the map of the distribution of Small and Medium Enterprises in the bread business in the city of Pekanbaru, this bread industry is spread in 12 districts in Pekanbaru. The sub-districts with the most industrial locations are Payung Sekaki sub-districts and Senapelan subdistricts, each of which has 7 bread industry locations.Keywords: small and medium industries, bread businesses, industrial characteristics

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Patron Client system of sago farmers' income in Merbau District, Meranti Islands Regency The population of this research was 89 people who did patron client to sago farmers, and the sample was taken using the census sample method, that is, all the people who carried out the patron client were sampled. The type of data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, questionnaire techniques, and documentation techniques. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative using income formulas The results of this study illustrate the Patron Client System of Sago Farmers' Revenue in Merbau District, Kepulauan Meranti Regency. difference from Production Sectors. and the second system of Harvesting of this system is also different in each Toke in receiving purchases of crops by the owner of the sago plantation land, there are those who buy by way of the Petitioners and there are also Pertuals, with details of the costs purchased by each Toke vary. Based on the Patron Client, the income between the Sago Farmers and Toke Land Owners can be concluded that the size of the Land Ownership and Toke Income is in accordance with the size of the dependents of each Land Owner in his Toke Land. The dependents issued by the Land Owner are greater than the Toke dependents, so that the Income obtained by the Land Owner is smaller than the Toke income in Merbau Subdistrict, Kepulauan Meranti Regency.Keyword: Patron Client System, Sago Patani Revenue

Abstract

This study aims to determines the influence of Third Party Funds (TPF), Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Inflation to MSME Credit Distribution on Banks in Riau Province period 2014.QI-2019.QIV. The data used in this study are quarterly data from 2014 to 2019. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative and analyzed with multiple linear regression model of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach using the tools of the computer statistical program Eviews version 10. The research results obtained are TPF, NPL and inflation together (simultaneously) affect the distribution of MSME Credit with a significance level of 5%. Partially, TPF have a positive and significant effect on MSME Credit Distribution, Inflation have a negative and significant effect on MSME Credit Distribution, while NPL has a negative and not significant effect on MSME Credit Distribution. Variations of factors that affect MSME Credit Distribution are explained by the TPF, NPL, and inflation together have an effect of 83,48% (adjusted R2 = 0.8348) while the remaining 16,52% is explained by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: TPF, NPL, Inflation, and MSME Credit Distribution

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine and analyze the effect of profitability, der, independent commissioners and institutional ownership on tax avoidance. The population of this study were all companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample of this research is the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 that meet criteria such as having audited financial reports, not experiencing losses in the study period and having independent commissioners. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total sample of 87 financial reports. The data analysis method used the classical assumption test, partial test, descriptive statistical test and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that der had an effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, profitability, independent commissioners and institutional ownership had no effect on tax avoidance.Keyword : Profitability, DER, Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership, Tax Avoidance

Abstract

This research aims to know at Islamic banking literacy in Strata-1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau, to know the inclusion of Islamic banking in Strata students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau, and to know the relationship between banking literacy and inclusion syariah for Strata-1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. This research used Slovin techniques and simple random sampling, so 100 samples were selected. The analytical method used in this research is quantitativee descriptive method and Pearson correlation analysis with the help of SPSS statistical tools. 24. The results of this study indicate that Islamic banking literacy in Strata-1students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau is in the sufficient literate category, namely 74,61%, the inclusion of Islamic banking in Strata-1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau is at medium category by 54%, and based on the test based on what has been done it can be seen that there is a significant positive relationship between Islamic banking literacy and Islamic banking inclusion.Keywords: Islamic banking literacy, Islamic banking inclusion.

Abstract

This study aims at the factors that influence the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies at the Transportation Service of Pekanbaru City experiencing a decrease in the assessment of the Performance Accountability Evaluation of Government Agencies through the Government Agencies Performance Accountability System. The population of this study were all employees of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Department which consisted of 197 employees. The sample in this study consisted of 7 people. The method of determining the sample is done by purposive sampling with certain criteria, namely for officials who work in the formulation unit of the Performance Accountability System of Government Agencies (Finance Section, Program Division, SAKIP Preparation Team, Head of Staff and General Secretary). The data used are primary data and data. Secondary. Data were collected using the direct interview method and supported by secondary data from the results of the Performance Accountability Evaluation of Government Agencies from the Inspectorate of Pekanbaru City. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique by describing the results obtained systematically. The results of this study, it was found that the factors that influence the performance of government agencies are found in the 5 components of the preparation of SAKIP. Performance planning 54.8% (30%), performance measurement 37.5% (25%), performance reporting 2.25% (15%) internal evaluation 1.29% (10) and target achievement 0% (20%). Improvement steps starting from the preparation of performance agreements, reporting to reviews on the Performance Accountability System of Government Agencies in the Transportation Office of Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Performance Accountability, Performance, Government Intasni Performance Accountability System, Government Agency Performance Accountability, Qualitative.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of providing incentives and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the marketing department of PT.  Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru. The population in this study included 40 marketing employees.   The primary data collected with a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis, which was operated through the SMART/PLS program.  The selected sampling technique is the census method (40 employees of the marketing division of PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru.  The results showed that: 1) There is a significant influence between incentives on job satisfaction in the marketing department at PT.  Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru, 2) There is a significant influence between motivation on job satisfaction in the marketing department at PT.  Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru 3) There is a significant influence between incentives on employee performance in the marketing department at PT.  Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru, 4) There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance in the marketing department at PT.  Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru 5) There is a significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance in the marketing department at PT.  Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru, 6) There is a significant influence between incentives on employee performance in the marketing department of PT.  Tunas Dwipa Matra Pekanbaru, 7) There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance in the marketing department at PT. Abstract

This research aims to find out whether service quality influences purchasing decisions at Beringin Eddy Pekanbaru Restaurant. To find out whether price influences purchasing decisions at Beringin Eddy Pekanbaru Restaurant. To find out whether service quality and price influence purchasing decisions at Eddy Eddy's Beringin Restaurant in Pekanbaru. Hypothesis testing uses the SPSS Version 25.00 statistical test tool. The data analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the research are that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service Quality and Price have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords : Quality Service , Price, Purchase Decision
