Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowing consumer interest level and attribute performance of marketing by using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and to knowing consumer tendency base on consumer interest level and attribute performance of Pisang Goreng Kipas Kuantan-II. The data have been collected by share the question paper to the consumer in Pisang Goreng Kipas Kuantan-II market. Sample method in this research using convenience sampling, which do the sampling base on consumer permission to become participate. This research using a simple descriptive tabulation frequency analyse, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and Multiatribute Fishbein method. The attribute which has interest level on average value that is package, taste, shop nametag, comfortable, mark, scent, nutrient contain, park area, and product availability with consumer interest value 5,65. The attribute which has performance attribute on average that is taste, mark, package, shop nametag, stoco limit, price, mature level around 5,53. The attribute which need to maintan base on Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is in Kuadran II that is taste , scent, package, mark, shop nametag, but the attribute which need to repair is in Kuadran I that is product availability, nutrient contain, park area, and comfortable. Consumer respon which analyse by using Fishbein attribute 562,29 which place on between scale good and very good. Abstract

This research aims to analyzedthe execution of counseling and analyzedthe performance of agricultural extension officer, in the district of Gunung Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi.Research using survey method was carriate out from November fill April 2015 in sub Gunung Toar district Kuantan Singingiwith the largest amounted of rubber farmers and a rubber plant large a mount in Riau Province. Sampling is caried out againts census 5 extension officers in the UPTD plantation sub Gunung Toar. Execution of counseling in analistis are descriptive and extension officers motivation with scale likert. The motivational variable refers to the theory of extension officers in Kadarisman Saydam (2012), with respect to internal and external factors. Research results show that the extention of counseling in the sub Gunung Toar was alreadygood, where the extension officers LAKU system using the methods with the extension in the form of print, extension officers amountedto 5 people with education level of 60 percent SMA/SMK/equal and 40 percent of the graduates, number of villages built average 2-4 village per extension officers. The perfoemance extension officers in the district of Gunung Toar Regency Kuantan Singingi was “Good enough” score average (3,79).   Keyword:Agricultural extension officer, execution of counseling, performance extention officers

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: 1) identifying characteristics rattan agrobusinesses in Yos Sudarso Rumbai District of the city Pekanbaru. 2) identify agroindustry business performance wicker furniture in Yos Sudarso Rumbai District of the City. The research was do from May 2013 to June 2015. The method used was survey method using census. The results show characteristics of social entrepreneurs in Sub Rumbai rattan overall look of the SMP and SMA by 61.54% amounting to 38.46%, on the size of the largest family of 4-5 people by 61.53%, the most business experience old is at> 10 years of 61.54%, age entrepreneurs 39.77 years on average, sex businesses by 20 male and 6 female person. Business performance in industrial use indicators rattan venture capital holdings with an average capital of Rp.113.924.115, -, the technical conditions of production are incapable category with a score of 1.64, the aspect of human resources, namely in terms of labor education Most elementary education, business profits by an average of Rp.23.124.635, -, and expansion of the marketing range are at moderate category with a score of 1.92.   Keywords: Agroindustry, wicker furniture, the performance of the business.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the marketing mix florist board, identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) that faced, developed and recommend appropiate alternative marketing strategies. The research was conducted in June 2013 until the end. The sampling method used in this research is a case study in the Valentine Florist’s florist board business. The data were analyzed descriptively. Results showed interest board products offered by various designs and sizes, ranging from size to size 2mx3m 2mx12m and can be combined using fresh flowers. Rental price charged to the consumer products amounted to Rp 100,000 rupiah/board. Product distribution channels carried by employers are only one level. Promotion is done is through the division enterpreneur cards and banners installed on each foot flower display board. Alternative marketing strategies based on the SWOT matrix can be chosen that maintain product image by improving the quality of products and services and maintain consumer trust, maintain exiting markets and seek new market opportunities, utilizing the media campaign to seize market opportunities, offering derivative products of interest apart from board interest to consumers, promote products to consumers continuouly.   Keywords: Florist Board Business, Marketing Mix and Marketing Strategy

Abstract

Subsystem primary produce is activity of related to use medium and produce paddy. The purpose of this study to analyze farming primary produce of paddy in Kemuning Muda village, with consideration Kemuning Muda village owning wide of farm and the highest of paddy production. This study of during executed three months. Started on December 2014 until April 2015. The analysis used farming analysis R/C and B/C ratio, and descriptive analysis. The result of research showed that average of production total cost every Ha is  Rp.9.848.279,51. The average gross income of farming paddy every Ha is  Rp.20.059.134,64, while the average net income every Ha is Rp.10.210.605,13. Based on the result of research R/C and B/C ratio on the basis of the average total cost, value of R/C and B/C ratio is 1,08. It means every expenditure of Rp.100,00 will generate Rp.108,00. The value R/C and B/C ratio on the basis of variable cost is 1,61. It showed every expenditure of Rp.100,00 will generate Rp.1,61. The value R/C and B/C ratio showed on the basis average total cost and average variable cost to farming in Kemuning Muda village that are profit and profitable. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the productivity, the revenue, the households income structure, the pattern of households expenditure, and the welfare of households of the smallholder rubber plantation of ex-TCSDP development. Research was done by survey at Semelinang Darat Village. Data were collected from 30 small-holders rubber farmers using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the results showed that the productivity of smallholder rubber plantation as 2.79 ton/ha/year, the revenues of smallholder rubber plantation as Rp 6.466.065/ha/year. The structure of household income derived from agriculture is 85,07 percent and 14,93 percent for non-agricultural income. The pattern of household expenditure shown that the food expenditure as 32,36 percent and non-food expenditures as 67,64 percent. Result also show that the household of the smallholder rubber plantation at Semelinang Darat Village have the total expenditure more than 240 kg of rice equivalent. The household of small-holders rubber plantation have the total expenditure above the poverty line (Rp 369.210 /capita/month). The household welfare using the  14 indicators of relative poverty by Indonesian Statistic show that  83,33 percent household have ability to fullfill the basic need or prosperous, while 16,67 percent is almost prosperous.   Key words : Rubber Farmer, Productivity, Income, Welfare

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing channel, marketing margin, and marketing efficiency of rubber on smallholder plantation of ex-UPP TCSDP. Research also analyzes the market structure and price transmition elasticity of rubber product (ojol) at Bina Baru Village. This research is using the survey method. Data was collected on 30 smallholders rubber plantation by purposive sampling technique, 2 the village merchant, and 2 the wholesaler by snowball sampling technique. The research results shows there are two rubber marketing channels which are farmers – wholesalers - factory, and farmers - village merchant – wholesaler- factory. The value of marketing margin on the first marketing channel as Rp. 6.835,00/kg, and is more efficient than the second marketing channel (45,57 percent).   Keywords : UPP TCSDP, Marketing, Margin, Efficiency, Price Transmission.

Abstract

Data was collected on 30 smallholders rubber plantation by purposive sampling technique, 6  the village merchant, and 3 the wholesaler by snowball sampling technique. The research results shows there are two rubber marketing channels which are  farmers - wholesalers - factory, and farmers - village merchant – wholesaler - factory.  The value of marketing margin on the first marketing channel as Rp. 928,21/kg , and is more efficient than the second marketing  channel (11,23 percent).   Keywords : UPP TCSDP, Marketing, Margin, Efficiency, Price Transmission.

Abstract

The research aims to figure out the characteristic of Oyster Mushroom in Pekanbaru, the level of belief, consumers’ importance and consumers’ attitude on marketing mix of Oyster Mushroom in Pekanbaru. The research was carried out on Limbungan street BPD Complex in Rumbai Pekanbaru. This research used primary data that was gained from interview and secondary data that was gained from Board of Statistic Center and other references, and then those data were analayzed by using validity and reliability test, importance and belief level, cartesian diagram, Multiattribute Fishbein. The result showed that the biggest number of consumers’ chracteristicswere in productive age41-50 years old, female, mostly in S1 and High School as the educational level, and jobs were housewife and private employee, with 2-3 children, with income range between Rp. 3,000,000-Rp.5,000,000/month, and have been subscribing for 4-6 months. The attributes of Oyster Mushroom producer with above the average level of belief were the affordable price, discount, reachable location, packaging, texture, benefit, nutrients, and expiry. The attributes with below the average level of belief were the price that was cheaper than other types of mushroom, parking area, the street condition, hygiene and the place comfortability, promotion in newspaper and billboard. The attributes of Oyster Mushroom producer with above the average level of importance were affordable price, discount, reachable location, good street condition, hygiene, and the place comfortability, product availibility, texture, benefit, nutrients, and expiry. The consumers’ attitude toward the Oyster Mushroom producer according to the scale score was 436.2273it was located in “a bit agree scale of measurement” (5), therefore the consumers’ attitude in the research was chategorized as “a bit agree” in scale of measurement.   Keywords:Oyster Mushroom, marketing mix, consumers,attributes, attitude.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1). Know the function, channel and marketing agencies onion. 2). Analyze costs, margins,  profibality, efficiency and the share of the farmer. 3). Knowing the marketing problems of onion at Sungai Geringging Kampar Kiri districk in Kampar regency. This study usues survey, sampling was done by purposive sampling of 30 samples onion farmers at Sungai Geringging Kampar Kiri districk in Kampar regency. Taking sample of trader used snowball sampling by following marketing channel. The outcome of this research indicated the function-function of onion marketing at Sungai Geringging such as buy function, sale function, clean function, storage function, transportation function, standardization function, risk tackling function, market information function, financial capital function.There are 2 marketing channel 1). Farmer–trader of collector–trade of retailer–consumen. 2). Farmer–trader of collector–bigtrader–trader of retailer–consumen. The total cost of marketing collector is Rp 416,67/kg, retailers channel I is Rp 153,02/kg. Marketing costs of bigtrader channel II is Rp 275/kg and retailers channel II is Rp 176,03/kg. Marketing margins of channel I is Rp 3.166,67/kg and channel II is Rp 4.100/kg. Total profit of channel I is Rp 2.596,98/kg and channel II is Rp 3.232,30/kg. The efficiency of channel I is 2,46% and channel II is 3,60%. Problems faced by farmer is the weather and the price, while the problems faced by traders is the price.
