Abstract: This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes IPS students. This research aims to improve learning outcomes by implementing IPS cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT) third grade students of SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in the first semester of the year 2014/2015 in class III SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects were students of class III SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. The number of students as many as 36 people, consisting of 16 male students and 20 female students. Results of the study are known from before the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT, the average value of student learning outcomes is 64.2. After the implementation of cooperative learning model NHT or in the first cycle, gained an average of 68.3 learning outcomes, increased to 73.1 in the second cycle and the third cycle increased to 79.2. As for the activities of teachers and students increased by a percentage in the first cycle is 56.3% in the first meeting and 68.8% in the second meeting. In the second cycle with the percentage of 75.0% in the first meeting and the second meeting amounted to 81.3%. At the first meeting of the third cycle of 87.5% and 93.8% in the second meeting. Thus, the hypothesis which says if implemented model of cooperative learning Numbered Heads Together (NHT) is implemented, it can improve learning outcomes for Social Sciences (IPS) Elementary School third grade students 21 Pekanbaru, unacceptable.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model NHT , Learning Outcomes .

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of interest rate and GDP on public deposits in Commercial Banks in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in Singapore and as a data source is Bank Indonesia in Pekanbaru and the Central Bureau of Statistics in Pekanbaru. The method used is a method of quantitative analysis . The data used in this study is time series data from the years 2000-2013, namely the data amount of public deposits, interest rates on deposits and total GDP of Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that the level of interest rates and GDP simultaneously affect the public deposits. This is based on the results of analyzes, calculations show of F > F table (143,917 > 3,982). Partially, the interest rate does not affect the public deposits. This is evidenced by the t test, a variable interest rate obtained t < t table (-0,823 <1,796). However, the partial GDP effect on public deposits. This is evidenced by the t test, GDP variables obtained t > t table (9,431> 1,796). So it can be concluded that the interest rate and the GDP effect on public deposits with a contribution of 96,3% and the remaining 3,7% is influenced by other factors not examined such as the level of public confidence, the facilities provided by banks and others.Keywords : influence, interest rates, GDP, public deposits

Abstract : This study was conducted to examine the effect of Education and Training for Employee Performance. The population used in this study there are 182 permanent employees working in Bank Riau Kepri headquarters Pekanbaru, the sample in this study were 57 employees, type of data used is qualitative data. Data analysis technique using multiple linear analysis, t test and f test with significance level of 0.05%.The result showed that the Education and training simultaneously affect the Employee Performance. Based on the partial results of the study showed Education of positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance, meanwhile Training significant negative effect on the Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the Education and Training Care Employee Performance affect 21,5% and the remaining 78,5% are not described in this research model.Keywords : Education, Training and Employee Performance

Abstract : Basiclly education can take place in three places, namely family, community and school. School is the venue for teaching and learning. Learning and teaching are not only meant as knowledge transfer activities from teacher to student. Various activities such as how to familiarize all citizens of school discipline and adhere to the rules that apply in school, mutual respect, familiarize clean and healthy life and has the spirit of fair competition and the like is a habit that must be grown in the school everyday. The activities related to character education already widely implemented are reflected in the Vision of SMPN 4 Pekanbaru namely a writer doing research. The aim of this study is to investigate to find out influence school culture to the religious character of students in SMP Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Population of this research are all students of SMP Negeri 4 Pekanbaru the school year 2014/2015, amounting to 897 students and the sample was taken as much as 15% of the total population to 135 respondents. The method use disdescriptive quantitative. Data collection instruments, namely a questionnaire consisting of 13 questions about the influence of school culture (variable X) and 23 questions abou the religious character of the student(Y). Data were analyzed using linear regression. With a series of simple regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained F count ttabel 3,92 obtained 6.34 and the value of the distribution list F table study with N = 135, at significance level of 5%, thus F count> F table, or 6,34>3.92. So the hypothesis that there is a cultural influence on the formation of the character of a religious school students in SMPN 4 Pekanbaru accepted. Key words : Schoolculture, Religious Character

Abstract: This study was conducted to analyze the quality level of satisfaction of members on Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia Riau University. Population of this research are all members of the Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia Riau University. The sample used in this study were 94 respondents. Data analysis technique using analysis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Custumer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that most members feel quite satisfied with the services provided Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia Riau University. Seen from the results of testing the level of member satisfaction with the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) there are 5 attributes included in quadrant A (top priority), which means considered important by members but not maximized or not satisfactory. While the analysis of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) which is equal to 59.6%, which means quite satisfiedKey words: Member Satisfaction, Importance Performancee Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Day by day, his needs are increasing significantly and the smallest place to afford life is family. From this family group, a man will try to afford live both body and sprit. Familyis thepeople who are related by bloodor marriage consistin gof mother, father and children. In order to be able to run permanently and happily the couple that will marry must be totally ready for marriage and be able to take responsibility for the family. Therefore, it needs to consider whether the married couple who will have the appropriate or sufficient age to be married, as defined in the Lawon marriage No. 1 of 1974. The age of marriage for men and women is very important, for both the biological as well as psychological maturity. This research was conducted at Sungai Sialang village subdistrict Batu Hampar, regency Rokan Hilir. This research was conducted to determine how the family harmony marriage early ageat Sungai Sialang village subdistrict Batu Hampar regency Rokan Hilir. From theresults of the research anddiscussion on the analysis of the Harmony Family Marriage Early at Sungai Sialang village subdistrict Batu Hampar, regency Rokan Hilir in the category"Bad" because respondents who answered very often amount of0.33%. So it can be concluded that he Marriage Early at Sungai Sialang village subdistrict Batu Hampar regency Rokan Hilir disharmonious. The sampling techniqueused is purposive sampling with 30 people/respondents were sampled in this research. Abstrak : What percentage of the influence of Equity and Acceptance Credit to Small Traders Revenue in Simpang Pasar Baru Panam Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in Pasar Baru Simpang Panam Pekanbaru in May-finished. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are all traders who trade in the market a new intersection panam pekanbaru totaling 320 traders and 10% of the population sampled is 32 respondents. The sampling based on purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire while analyzed using univariate and bivariate linear regression significant level of 0.05%. Based on the survey results revealed that the own capital and credit acceptance affect the income of traders, it is based on the results of the analysis using SPSS, showed simultannya calculation of F (9125)> F table (4.183) with Sig. (0.001) <0.05 while partially unknown variable tcount Equity (2,227)> t table (2.045) and Sig. (0,023) <0.05 and Credit Acceptance is known tcount (3,413)> t table (2.045) and Sig. (0.002) <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is significant influence from its own capital and acceptance of credit against the income of small traders in the market panam pekanbaru new intersection. The amount of contributions or donations of their own capital and acceptance of credit to traders income shown by the R Square of 0.386. What this means is that the contribution of the influence of their own capital and acceptance of credit againstincome amounted to 38.6% and the rest of 61.4% are not addressed in this studyKey words: influence, equity, credit receipts, income

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of Firm Size, leverage, board of commissioner size, and ROA on corporate social responsibility disclosure.This research conducted to mining companies listed in indonesian Stock Exchange 2011-2013 period wiht 39 sample obtained using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is the technique of multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that the variables firm size have a significant effect on the corporate social responsibility disclosure while variables leverage, board of commissioner size and ROA does not significant effect to corporate social responsibility disclosure of mining companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2011-2013 period.Keywords: Firm Size, leverage, board of commissioner size, ROA, and corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation to employee performance of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk MTC Branch Giant Panam Pekanbaru. The research was conducted at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk MTC Branch Giant Panam Pekanbaru in May to July 2015. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The study population numbered 63 people. Sampling based Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and data collected through a questionnaire, sample amounted to 54 people. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale for the independent variables: financial compensation (X) and the dependent variable: employee performance (Y). The data analysis technique used is a simple regression. Based on analysis of data that has been described that test the influence of financial compensation (X) on employee performance (Y) that produce significance 0.000 <0.05. Showed a significant difference between the financial compensation variable (independent variable) on employee performance variable (dependent) PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk MTC Branch Giant Panam Pekanbaru. If the greater the level of compensation provided by the company, the employee's performance will increase. Thus, the financial compensation variable give significant effect on performance variables as indicators of each variable is applied properly. So it can be concluded that the financial compensation accounted for 45.3% of the performance of employees of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk MTC Branch Giant Panam Pekanbaru while the remaining 54.7% is influenced by other factors not examined.Keywords: influence, financial compensation, employee performance
