Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this reseach is to implement learning process and improve learning outcomes mathematic students with implementation of cooperative learning process type think pair share (TPS). In IV A grade student of elementary school 86 Pekabaru academic year 2014/2015 in competence Basic Standar use fraction in problem solving. Total subject this research is 22 students with 14 boys and 8 girls. With heterogen ability. This reaseach is class action reaseach divided into two cycles. Collective data this reaseach did observation and testSheet wiil analyze with descriptive narrative which purpose to describe about students and teacher activity during learning process happen. However result test will be analysis with minimal completeness criterian and analyzis mean score into know there is or not improvement result learning students before and after implementation of coopetive learning type think pair share (TPS) result of reseach show there is improvement result learning mathematic student IV A grade of elematary school 86 Pekanbaru . its show in teacher activity every meeting increased show from average of cycle I meeting I is 33,3, cycle II meeting II is 3,5. Cycle II meeting I is 3,67 and cycle II meeting II 3,83.However average of result learning students in basic score, daily test I and daily test II. Where average score is to, as and dauly test II average score is 95,45. Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes IPS CLASS IVA SDN 79 Pekanbaru because the model used by the teacher in the learning process is less precise because the IPS given less precise characteristics of the learning ips is a real experience and discovery. based on the problems it is necessary to find a way to solve using problem-based learning model, and improve learning activities with everyday life that can improve learning outcomes IPS.Subjek in this study were fourth grade students of SDN 79 Pekanbaru the number of students 20 people. This research was conducted in two cycles, cycle 1 held two meetings with the repetitions end of the cycle, and the second cycle was also conducted two meetings with one end siklus.Instrumen replicates data collection in this study is the end of the cycle repeat test and student observation sheet , teacher observation sheet. The study is in the form of classroom action research (PTK), this study aims to improve learning outcomes IPS. The results showed that problem-based learning model can improve student learning outcomes IPS, on the basis of a score of 66.50 has increased the average value in the first cycle class average value of 75.50 and the second cycle increased by a margin 85.50 increase base score to the first cycle of 10 points. In the teacher activity increased from the first first meeting first cycle of 60%, the second meeting of the second cycle increased to 75%. The second meeting of the second cycle increased to 80%, and the second meeting of the second cycle increased to 85% .In the first meeting student activity by 60% the first cycle, the second meeting of the first cycle to 70%. whereas at the first meeting of the second cycle of 80% and at the second meeting of the second cycle increased to 90% .This means of problem-based learning model can improve learning outcomes IPS IV.A grade students of SD Negeri 79 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Implementation Model Problem Based Learning, Learning Process and Learning Outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to determine the influence of independent directors and audit committee on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. This research was conducted in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012 period s.d 2014 with 20 sample obtained using purposive sampling method. The analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that the Independent Commissioner and Audit Committee simultaneously affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility at 0.383. Furthermore, the results of research partially showing an Independent Commissioner effect on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility at 0.145924. The Audit Committee affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility at 0.157609.Keywords : Independent Commissioners, the Audit Committee, and the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure

Abstract

Abstract: The problem underlying this study is the low learning results can be seen in the learning process, teachers do apperception, but not as much as possible, teachers convey meteri only with the lecture method alone causing boredom in students, less teachers guide students in doing the exercises. Noting the above conditions, the researchers apply to the type of cooperative learning model Numbered Heads Together (NHT). NHT type cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes Elementary School class VB 116 Pekanbaru. Subjects in this study were students Elementary School VB 116 Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015 the number of students 38 people. This study design using Action Research (PTK) done in two cycles, each cycle is done twice a meeting with one final replay. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics in primary school students of class VB 116 Pekanbaru with the implementation of cooperative learning model with NHT. The results showed that the application of cooperative learning model NHT can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes Elementary School class VB 116 Pekanbaru. At the beginning of the data base score 60.26 (not completed) then the first cycle increased to 68.82 (not finished) and the second cycle increased to 90.00 (complete). Increased mastery learning hail from a base score to uh I adalah14,21% and an increase of the base score to UH II become 49.35%. The activities of teachers and students at the first meeting was 46.87% and 43.75% (or less), the second meeting increased to 59.38% and 56.25% (enough), the third meeting increased to 78.13% and 75.00 % (good) and the fourth meeting increased to 96.88% and 93.75% (very good). Based on the explanation of the above it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model NHT can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes Elementary School class VB 116 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Cooperative Learning NHT type, Mathematics Learning Outcomes

Abstract : One of study aim accomplishment achievement height learns student. but evaluation result during teach, show from 30 students, 10 students (33%) not yet achieve criteria value ketuntasan minimal (kkm) in batural sciences subject at class iv that is 70 or with result presents in low category averagely class as big as 62.97. This Reseach this carried out on 2 up to 18 Aprils 2015 with 2 cycles. subjek watchfulness teacher and class student iv country elementary school 004 genduang regency mortar landing stage district pelalawan, with total 30 students, consist of 14 mans and 16 womans. data collecting instrument in sikripsi this teacher activity sheet and student with result test exercise learns. berdasarkn watchfulness result, inferential that type co-operative study model index card match can increase result learn class student batural sciences iv country elementary school 004 genduang regency mortar landing stage district pelalawan as that is: seen from result learns score base as big as 62,97 increase in my cycle is averagely 72.17 happen enhanced 9.20. in cycle ii average 78,00 with good category increases to be 5.83 from average score base. student is mobileer in learn, cooperate in discussion group and also increase student responsibility taste towards matter that studied.Key Words: Model Learning Index Card Match, grade students Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: Problem of this research is lowering result of learning IPA student, this matter is seen from average value of student that is 71,44. From 43 student people, tired assess above KKM as much 14 student people (33%), while student which not yet reached the value KKM as much 29 student people (67%), value KKM specified is 75. Pursuant to the problems require to be done by research of class action by applying model the study of discovery learning. Research [done/conducted] [in] SD N 169 Pekanbaru and executed at even semester of school year 2014/2015. With the student amount as much 43 one who is consisted of 23 men student and 20 woman student. This research is done as much 2 cycle. One cycle composed and 2 times meeting and 1 times Daily Restating (UH). Applied model the study of discovery learning improve the result learn the IPA student. From elementary score mount at cycle I of equal to 11,98% becoming 80,00. From elementary score to daily restating of II mount equal to 14,59% becoming 81,86%. Activities learn at Cycle I, second to first meeting until experience of the improvement 15,79% from 67,86% becoming 78,57%. [At] Cycle II, Make-Up of 8,33% became of [by] the meeting one until his second them than85,71% becoming 92,86%. Activities Student at Cycle I, second to first meeting until experience of the improvement 18,75% from 57,14% becoming 67,86%. At second to first cycle II meeting until experience of the improvement 13,64% from 78,57% becoming 89,29%. From inferential research result that applying model the study of discovery learning can improve the result learn the IPA of student of class of II A SDN 169 Pekanbaru.Keyword: Applying Model The Discovery Larning. Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by the low of students’ learning outcomes on the subject of Natural Sciences. It could be seen from the test results of 30 students only 46%, which totaled a minimum completeness criteria was 75. The formulation of the problem in this study was could the Cooperative learning model of Card Index Match types improve students’ learning outcomes on science subjects of VB class State Elementary School 121 Pekanbaru?. The objective of the research was to improve studens’t learning results by implementing cooperative learning model of Index Card Match type at the grade of VB students of State Elementary School 121 Pekanbaru. This study used a classroom action research conducted into two cycles with 4 stages: planning, action, observation and reflection as a basis for planning reset in the next cycle. The results obtained from this research of data analysis activities of teachers at the first encounter of the first cycle with a percentage of 62.5% (good). The second encounter of the first cycle with a percentage of 70.8% (good). The first encounter of the second cycle with a percentage of 83.3% (very good) and the second encounter of the second cycle with the percentage of 95.8% (very good). While the students’ activities of the first cycle at the first encounter with the percentage of 62.5% (good). The second encounter of the first cycle with a percentage of 66.7% (good). At the first encounter of the second cycle with a percentage of 83.3% (very good) and the second encounter of the second cycle with a percentage of 91.7% (very good). Based on these results the first daily test results in the first cycle an average of 73.2% in good categories. While in the second cycle of second daily test increased to 80.1 in good categories. From the results of this research could be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model of Index Card Match type could improve students’ learning results on natural science subject at the grade of VB State Elementary School 121 Pekanbaru.Keywords : cooperative learning of index card match type, science and learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by the low student learning outcomes IPA CLASS iA Elementary School 76 Pekanbaru from 35 students who did not achieve a minimum completeness criteria (KKM) as many as 23 students with an average value of 75.0 and 12 of her students scored above the KKM. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted aims to improve learning outcomes grade science students Ia SD Negeri 76 Pekanbaru by applying the learning model learning fun. Data collection instruments in this thesis is the teacher and student activity sheets and learning outcomes. This thesis presents the results of learning from the first cycle, the second cycle shows the complete base score only 14 people or 40% and who did not complete 21 people or 60% with an average of 63.5. At UH I were completed were 18 people or 47% who did not complete 17 people or 60% with an average of 75.6. At UH II who completed 28 or 93% were not completed 7 people, or about 7% with an average of 86.77. An increase in the percentage of students who achieve at Deuteronomy Daily KKM I with a percentage of 60% or 18 students. On Day II replicates the percentage of 93% or 28 students. Activity of students in the first cycle, the second cycle at the first meeting with an average of 54.16%, a second meeting with an average of 66.66%, activity of teachers in the first cycle to the second cycle increased, because teachers deliver all materials in accordance with step -step existing on the RPP. The activities of teachers in the first cycle and second cycle at the first meeting with an average 58.33%, the second meeting with the average of 62.5%, the third meeting with the average of 83.3%, the fourth meeting with an average of 95, 83% .. The results in class 1a SDN 76 Pekanbaru prove that the application of learning models fun learning can improve learning outcomes IPA Ia grade students of SDN 76 Pekanbaru.Keywords : fun learning, the result of IPA

Abstract

Abstrack: The problem in this research is still lack the of swimming speed the usingbutterfly stroke in swimming athletes of PPLP Riau Province. It is assumed because lack ofmuscle power of arm and shoulder during arm movements attract (pull) and thrust (push),subtract away of the range ofrecovery time, less of increase in the hips above the water surfacefor waist flexibility giving influence away to thrust when doing dolphin so ittakes longer inusing a certain distance . The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between thepower of arms and shoulders withflexibilityin the swimming speed of 50 meters using butterflystyle. This study is correlationally aims to find out how much the relationship betweenindependent and dependent variables. After that, the data normality test using Liliefors test withsignificance level α = 0.05 and normality test results obtained variable X1 = 0.162, variableand variable X2 = 0.150 Y = 0.179 with Ltabel (0.285), in other wordsit is the normaldistribution of data. Then continued by determine r by using product moment correlationanalysis, if rhitung>rtabel then there is a significant relationship. From the calculation of thecorrelation between the power of arm and shoulder muscles with the swimming speed obtainedrhitung = 0,880 while rtabel = 0.707. The results of correlation calculations between flexibilitywith swimming speed obtained while r table rhitung = 0.430 = 0.707. To determine thevariables R X1 and X2, the Y performed using double correlation formula, with rhitung(0.881)> rtable (0.707). So Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Thus, the conclusion is there is asignificant relationship between the arm and shoulder muscle power and flexibility with theswimming speed of 50 meters using butterfly style at the swimming PPLP athletes RiauProvince.Keywords: Power arm and shoulder muscles, flexibility, speed swimming 50m butterfly.
