Abstract: This research aims to: 1. To know the competence of entrepreneurship by Early Childhood Education headmaster at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City. 2. To know the innovations made by Early Childhood Education headmaster at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City. 3.To find out the hard work done by Early Childhood Education headmaster at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City. 4.To know the motivation of the headmaster of Early Childhood Education at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City. 5.To know the unyielding attitude that has the headmaster of Early Childhood Education at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City. 6.To know the attitude of entrepreneurial instinct that is owned by Early Childhood Education headmaster at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City. 7.To find out the creative attitude of the headmaster of Early Childhood Education at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City. 8.To know the skill of utilizing partnership network owned by Early Childhood Education headmaster at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City. This research type is descriptive research that is research conducted to independent variable , that is without making comparison, or linking with other variable. The sample of this research is Early Childhood Education headmaster at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City consisting of 48 people. Data collection using questionnaires. Based on the results of the research note that the Head of Early Childhood Education at Tampan sub district, Pekanbaru City has an average of 79 , 54 % with good category.Keywords : Entrepreneurship Competence

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to describe language style in lyrics from band sekai no owari in entertainment album. This thesis discusses about the language styles occurred in Tarigan’s thory (2009) and stylistic. The purpose of this research is to understand the style language and know the meaning of the song. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive and used style language theory and stylitics. In collecting data, this research used heed method with technique of free heed “libat cakap”and catat. The result of this research are 44 data style of language, containing simile, metaphor, personification, depersonification, allegory, antithesis, tautology, hyperbole, lythotes, oxymoron, clymax, metonymy, eufimisme, erothesis, paralelysme, asyndeton, polisintedon, alliteration, asonomansia dan anaphora.Keywords: Language Style, Stylitics, Lyrics, Sekai No Owari, Entertainment Album

Abstract

Abstract : The objective of this research was to find out whether or not there is a significant effect of jigsaw technique on the reading ability of the first year students of MTsN 3 Bengkalis in descriptive texts.This is a pre-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test design. In conducting this research, a single group conducting of 25 students was selected through cluster random sampling as the sample of the research. This research used reading test consisted of 40 items.Research findings should that, the mean score of pre-test was 58.20 and the mean score of post-test was 68.80. The result also showed that the value of t-test (8.228) is higher than t-table (2.064) at the significance level 5%. It means that Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and Null Hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. Hence, there is a significant effect of jigsaw technique on the reading ability of the first year students of MTsN 3 Bengkalis in descriptive text.Key Words: Effect, Jigsaw Technique, Reading Ability, Descriptive Text

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to describe the principles infraction of cooperation are contained in Totto-chan novel by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi. The principles of cooperation in a conversation that is maxim of quantity, maxim of quality, maxim of relevancy, and maxim of the way. Basides that, this study also talked about the effect of the principles infraction of the conversation between the characters in the novel. This study is a quantitative research with design of descriptive. The result of research in the form of the classification of the principles infraction of cooperation and its effect in Totto-chan novel by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi. The result of this research is a form of documentasion of the principles infraction of the principles infraction in the novel.Key words: the principles of cooperation, the infraction of the principles of cooperation, and the effect of the principle infraction of cooperation.

Abstract

Abstract: This research has a formulation problem, which is how foreign language is written based on integrity level in daily advertisement of Pekanbaru MX January 2017 edition?. Based on the formulation problem, this research aim to study how foreign language is written based on integrity level in daily advertisement of Pekanbaru MX January 2017 edition. The research method used is a qualitative method that describes the descriptive datas. The data were collected using library research method. Based on data analysis that has been done, 211 data of foreign language consisting of 3 kinds of foreign language which are 2 data of Arabic, 4 data of Mandarin and 205 data of English were found, with the division of 210 data are in first group based on level of integrity and 91 data are in the second group based on the level of integrity.Keywords: Foreign Language, Advertisement, Harian Pekanbaru MX

Abstract

Abstract: This research is classroom action research which aims to improve the learning process and the result of learning mathematics by applying Discovery Learning (DL) model. The subject of this research were the second semester students of class X MIA 5 MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru academic year 2016/2017 consisting of 13 male and 17 female students. Instruments on this reserach constisted of syllabus, lesson plans and worksheets; and instruments of data collection which is observation sheets and the test result sheets. The function of observation sheet is to obtain data from the learning process and analyzed in a narrative descriptive, while the function of results sheet of the mathematics learning tests is to obtain the results of the study and analyzed in statistics descriptive. From narrative descriptive analysis can be seen that there was improvement of learning process from before action in cycle I to cycle II. From statistic deskriptive analysis can be seen an increase in the number of students who reach the minimum criteria of mastery learning. The learning result of the student experience an increase from the basic score the Cycle I and Cycle II. On the knowledge competence, from the basic score with percentage 36,67% experience improvement in Cycle I with percentage 50% and 70% in Cycle II. On the skills competence, the number of students who reach the minimum criteria of mastery learning from Cycle I with percentage 23.33% improve to 50% in cycle II. Based on the results of this research can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning (DL) model can improve the learning achievement of the second semester students of class X MIA 5 MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru academic year 2016/2017.Key Words: Mathematics Learning Achievement, Discovery Learning model, Classroom Action Research

Abstract: Riau Province has an Archive Board which is part of the Library Board, archives and documentation. Library, Archives and Documentation Board (BPAD) Riau Province based on Perda No.8 of 2008, is the development of the organization of the Library and Archives of Riau Province. Riau Archive and Library Board is an institution or agency under the auspices of the Riau Provincial Government which has the duty and authority in managing Dynamic and static archives either in the form of state documents or regional government as well as documents that have historical value that have good value either in Forms of written documents and digital forms that will be stored and maintained through archiving and library agencies. The purpose of this research is to know the history of the establishment of the Archives And Library of Riau Province. To know the task and authority of Riau Archive and Library Board. To know the role of Archive Board which is part of the Library Board Riau Province. The methods used in this research are historical and qualitative approaches. Data obtained from interviews and library sources will be developed by using their own language. The research location is in Pekanbaru City Riau Province. The time of this research started since the issuance of SK Dean of FKIP-Universitas Riau to do research until the time limit until thesis seminar. Data collection techniques used are obsevation techniques, interview techniques, documentation techniques and literature study techniques. From the results of research has been found that the Archives and Libraries of Riau Province is very active role in providing information about the sources in conducting research and writing history for all people and students.Keywords: Archive Board, Library, Riau Province

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of student learning outcomes IPS, it can be seen from the results of social research Elementary School fourth grade students 22 Duri West, with the average value of class 67.50, therefore, the researchers gave the study an alternative to the implementation of cooperative learning model type TGT in the fourth grade elementary school 22 Duri Barat. This study aims to improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students 22 Duri Barat for the Application of Cooperative Learning Model Teams Games Toirnament (TGT). Design research is action research (PTK) with two cycles .. Based on the analysis of research data after applying cooperative learning model Teams Games Toirnament (TGT) the average percentage of teachers in the first cycle of activity increased 79.17% to 91, 66% in the second cycle , The average percentage of student activity also increased, which is 75% in the first cycle increased to 83.91% in the second cycle. learning outcomes in basic score with the average value of 67.50 and the first cycle of students increased by an average value of 69.58 with classroom learning outcomes percentage increases by 2.98% and the percentage of students who completed 66.66%, and the cycle II increases again with an average of 78.12 with the percentage improvement class learning outcomes 13.59% and the percentage of students who completed 83.33%. These results indicate that the application of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Toirnament (TGT), can improve learning outcomes IPS Elementary School fourth grade students 22 Saber Duri Barat. Key Words: Teams Games Tornament,  Learning Outcomes IPS

Abstract

Abstract : Based on the researcher’s observation of SMA Sport Masmur Pekanbaru city. Researcher found many student have frequent errors in shooting, when the student shooting ball not on target so in the game often lose, shooting technique a weakness of student in SMA Sport Masmur Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this research is to see the corrrelation of explosive power leg muscle with accuracy to shooting of SMA Sport Masmur Pekanbru. Population in this research were all students of SMA Sport Masmur Pekanbru who were 18 people. Based on population that is not so large and within the limits the researchers set the whole population is used as a sample. The research sample as many as 18 people. Research instrument used explosive power leg muscles test and the result of shooting ball. Data were analyzed by product moment correlation. Based on research results, it can be concluded as follows : Shows that there is contribution explosive power leg muscles with accuracy shooting, which shows rhitung (0,538)> rtabel (0,482) padaα=0,05Key word : Explosive Power Leg Muscle, Shooting.

Abstract

Abstrak, this research was conducted to find out wheather there was correlationbetween explosive power of leg muscle and eye-hand coordination in lay-up shoot skillat male basketball team of SMA 2 Pekanbaru. So that in lay-up shoot skill they gotmaximum result. The design of this research was correlation research. The populationwas basketball team of SMA 2 Pekanbaru consisted of 15 players. The instruments inthis research were tes vertical jump, eye-hand coordination, lay-up shoot whichpurposed to measure height of jump, coordination and accuration. After that the datawere calculated by stastistic to test the normality with lilifor test on significant 0,05α.The hypothesis was there was correlation explosive power of leg muscle and eye-handcoordination in lay-up shoot skill at male basketball team of SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. Basedon lilifor analysis, it resulted Lcount (x1) in 0,196 and Ltable 0,220, Lcount (x2) in 0,200 danLtabel 0,220. So that the sample was from population with normal distribution. Fromproduct moment got Rcount 0,843 and Rtable 0,532. Ho was accepted and Ha wasrejected.Therefore there was correlation between explosive power of leg muscle andeye-hand coordination in lay-up shoot skill at male basketball team of SMAN 2Pekanbaru.Keyword: Explosive power,eye-hand coordination, lay-up shoot.
