Abstract

Abstract : The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes IPA Elementary School third-grade students 011 Sidorejo ie with an average of 61.95 with KKM 65. This is because the teacher is still less varied in using models or strategies in the learning process that resulted in the current active students are less involved learn. The study is in the form of classroom action research (PTK). This study aims to improve learning outcomes IPA Elementary School third-grade students 011 Sidorejo. The formulation of the problem "Does the application of the type learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) can improve learning outcomes IPA third grade students of SD Negeri 011 Sidorejo?". Subjects of this study third grade students of 20 people consisting of 6 men and 14 women. research results show that the activity of teachers has increased by 66.66% in the first cycle to 87.5%. Activities of students also increased by ie from 91.66% to 95.83% in the second cycle. Learning outcomes of students has increased from a base score with an average of 61.95 increased by 62.5% to 75 at UH Cycle I, subsequently at the UH second cycle students on average increased by 87.5% to 95.83%. The completeness classically increased from 59.75% to preliminary data increased to 67.75% in the first cycle, subsequently increased to 80.5%. From these data it can be concluded that the application of the type of learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) can improve learning outcomes IPA third grade students of SD Negeri 011 Sidorejo.Keywords: Learning Model Type Numbered Head Together (NHT), IPA Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of human resource managers on the performance of cooperatives in the District Tapung Hilir, Kampar. The population in this study are all members of the Cooperative KUD totaling 3,186 members of village cooperatives. and using proportional random sampling technique in can be a total sample of 97 members of the village unit cooperatives. Data were collected using a questionnaire or questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis and F test with significance level of 0.05%. The research showed that the quality of human resources business simultaneously positive and significant impact on Cooperative Performance. It is based on the analysis results, which show the calculation results F count (10.606)> F table (7.709) What this means is that the SDM manager of a significant effect on the growth of business turnover. F arithmetic (0.322) <F table (7.709) What this means is that the SDM manager has no significant effect on the development of members. and F arithmetic (0.182) <F table (7.709) What this means is that the SDM manager no significant effect on the development of SHU. and the amount of contributions or donations to the quality of human resources business performance with a great show of determination of Influence business positive effect on the growth of business turnover amounted to 72.6%, while 27.4% are influenced by other factors such as the number of members, SHU, and participation member. Effect of SDM Managers will not affect the development of members is 7.5%, while 92.5% are influenced by other factors and the influence of SDM manager is not berpngaruh to the development of SHU is 4.3%, while 95.7% is influenced by factors other Factors.Key Words: Quality Of Human Resources Management, Performance Cooperation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the practicality level of mathematical pendulum experimental device based on microcontroller. This device consists of tools and mathematical pendulum device test based on microcontroller students worksheet which are used as medium of physics learning in senior high school. This research used research and development method. Respondents of this research are 3 high school teachers and 20 students of class X science of SMAN 8 Pekanbaru and MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques are done by giving a practicality questionnaire to teachers and students. The data were analyzed descriptively to determine the value of the practicality of experimental device. Descriptive analysis showed that the practicality of mathematical pendulum props based on microcontroller was in very high category with average score 3,90 and 3,40. Likewise, the assessment on the practicality of students’ works sheet is rated very high by teachers and students with average score 3.67 and 3.42. Therefore, mathematical pendulum experimental device based on Microcontroller and Students’ worksheet is declared practical to be used as a physics learning media in senior high school.Key Word : Mathematical pendulum props based on microcontroller, Students’ worksheet, Practicality, Physics learning Media

Abstract

Abstract : The title of this research is "Compilation Of Matter Emotional Intelligence” Class X SMA N 5 Pekanbaru AcademicYear 2013/2014". This study aims at the formulation of matter on Emotional intelligence necessary for high school students in terms of the clarity of the material, the material systematics, image support, and the adequacy of the material. Before the researchers gave the material to students, researchers first showed the results of the material to the supervisor I and II, one of the lecturers BK, teachers and tutors where researchers do research peers as much as 6 people. After passing through many revisions along with the suggestions by the experts further provides materials researchers Emotional Intelligence in schools where the researcher is doing, in providing this material as much as 3x the meeting where after researchers provide teaching materials and student materials given Emotional Intelligence of the material provided. From the values given by the experts and the students gain calculation results for material gain clarity aspect value of 4.6 which includes categories Very clear, systematic aspects of the material to obtain the value of 4.1 which includes categories Systematic, to support aspects of the image to get the value 3,9 A category that includes, for the renewal of the material aspects of obtaining the value of 4,2 which includes the category of Recently, to obtain material sufficiency aspect value of 4.4 which includes the category of Most Complete, whereas for all aspects of assessment materials indicate that the materials developed already meet the criteria expected by the acquisition value of 4.24 which includes the category of Very Good.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence MaterialWISUDA OKTOBER

Abstract

Abstract : The problem this research is the Student Achievement of natural Science SD Negeri 038 Sekeladi Hilir fourth graderes still low with an average value of 62,85 and minimum completeness criteria (KKM) social studies is 70. Between students, amounting to 21 people only 8 students who achieve classical KKM with 38,09%. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of natural Science class V at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir with implementation Cooperative Learning Model, Type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Formulation of the problem : Is the implementation Cooperative Learning Model, Type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) can improve Student Achievement of natural Science at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir. The research was conducted on March 18, 2015 to April 15, 2015 by 2 cycles. Subjects were students of SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir, totaling 21 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 62,85. in the first cycle improve an average 73,33 and an improve in the second with an average of 86,90. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 58,33% and the second meeting improve 75%. Cycle II first meeting and the second meeting improve 83,33% and the second meeting improve 87,5%. Results of data analysis of students activities in the first cycle with the first meeting of an average 54,16% and a second meeting improve to 70,83% . Cycle II first meeting improve 79,16% and the second meeting improve to 83,33%. Resultsin the class V at SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir that the implementation Cooperative Learning Model, Type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) can improve Student Achievement of natural Science SDN 038 Sekeladi Hilir.Key Words : Cooperative Learning Model, Type Student Teams Achievement Division

As for formula of the problem is what implement mathematics studying realistik Indonesia (PMRI) can to level it result study mathematics IV SD class Country 002 Sintong. data Collection Instrument to research this is activity sheet and student also studying result. from result activity research in studying process to cycle meeting I first be obtained value average 67,5, and second meeting to level become 77,5%. To cycle meeting II first 82,5% and second meeting to level become 87,5%. the activity data analysiical-Result student to cycle I first meeting 60% and second meeting to level become 67,5%. To cycle meeting II first 75% and second meeting to level become 85%. the To be based of data analysiical-result, average result study before action adalahrata-flat 63,50 finish 7 people (35%). Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase ability to know the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years through the media card in TK Permata Hati Bangkinang City District Bangkinang regency of Kampar. This study is research using action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. This research subject is a child is a child aged 4-5 years amounted to 15 children in kindergarten Permata Hati Bangkinang City. The research data obtained through observation and data analysis were performed quantitatively. The results showed the compound under media card can improve the ability to know the concept of children aged 4-5 years. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage recognize the concept of numbers of children in the first cycle by 32, 77% are located in underdeveloped criteria (B B) and an increase of 84.77% in the second cycle be 60.55% which is at criteria developing according to expectations (BSH). So, media card compound can improve the ability to know the concept of the number of children aged 4-5 years in kindergarten Permata Hati Bangkinang City District Bangkinang regency of Kampar.Keywords : Know Your Numbers ability Concepts, Methods Media Card Compound

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Public Ownership of the Capital Structure. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange that has the necessary data (managerial ownership, institutional ownership and possession of the governments) 6 consecutive years - succession (2008-2014). The data used is secondary data. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Public Ownership simultaneously affect the capital structure of 0.851. Further research showed partial effect on the Managerial Ownership Capital Structure of 0.140625. Institutional ownership affect the capital structure of 0.031684. Abstract

Abstrak : This research aimed to motivate the student and enchance their learning outcome using VCT teaching method. This research is a classroom assessment research with two cycles which resulting two findings from each cycle. The research are conducted at SDN 94 Pekanbaru with 35 class V-B students as its subject. The instrumen that used in this research are observation by observing teacher activity, students activity, and evaluation sheet. Researcher used descriptive quantitative to analyze the data. This research found that VCT teaching Method increase students motivation on learning civic education which show the increasing number of student motivation from 68,14% to 79,29 after the method implemented. Besides, student outcome also enchance after VCT method implemented from 73,14 on its average, it became 83,71 in the second cycle.Key Word : Value Clarification Technique, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study is based on the low learning outcomes of science students of fourth grade SD Negeri 008 Teluk Pulau Hulu Academic Year 2016/2017. Preliminary data received by the researchers, from 28 students who reached the value of KKM only 8 students (26.67%). This research is an Action Research Classroom which is done collaboratively and participatively in collaboration with science teacher of class IV in SD Negeri 008 Teluk Pulau Hulu. The instrument of this research consists of learning device used in this research based on Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). Learning tools consist of syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets and observation sheets. The result of research got the activity of teacher of first meeting of cycle I that is 60% with enough category, second cycle meeting to I that is 70,83% with good category. At siklu II meeting 1 that is 79,17% with good category and second meeting second cycle that is 91,67% with very good category. Then the first activity percentage of first cycle students is 54,17% with enough category, at second meeting of cycle I that is 70,83% with good category. In the second cycle of meeting I is 83.33 with very good category, and meeting II is 87,5 with very good category. Student completeness also increases. In the preliminary data The number of completed students before the action was held was only 7 students (25%) with an average score of 64.5. In the daily re-test I completed the students to 13 students or (46.43%) with an average score of 75.2. Furthermore, in the second cycle II repetition increased again with the total number of students who complete 25 students or (89.28%) with an average score of 83.93. This means that the classical value obtained by students has been above the established KKM.Keywords: Concept Map Strategy, Learning Outcomes IPA
