Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the ability to speak especially to know the score or level of speech ability of students of IX SMP IT Al-Ihsan Boarding School Kampar District. The aspects studied in this study are the accuracy of pronunciation, accuracy of intonation, and appropriate expression in the speech. This study aims to describe data results or scores obtained by junior high school students IT Al-Ihsan Boarding School in a speech. Data or object in this research is the students of class IX SMP IT Al-Ihsan Boarding School Kampar District. The method used in this research is quantitative method that is processed by statistical count. The data in this study were analyzed by using statistical count begins with normality test using lilifors test, then using two different samples of one sample. Data collection techniques in this study is a direct test technique. Judging from the ability to deliver a grade IX students of SMP IT Al-Ihsan Boarding School Kampar District included into the category of good or moderate with an average value 81,83.Keywords: Speech, Pronunciation, Intonation, Ekspression

Abstract

Abstract : This descriptive research aims to find out the ability of the second year students of SMAN 1 Kampar Utara in comprehending news item texts. The population of this research was all of the second year students of SMAN 1 Kampar Utara in academic year 2017/2018. The number of sample was 22 students which were chosen by using cluster random sampling technique. The data were collected using reading comprehension test in multiple choice type by giving 5 news item texts with 40 multiple choice items. The results of the data analysis showed that the mean of the students’ score in compreheneding news item texts is 74.00. It can be concluded that the ability of the second year students of SMAN 1 Kampar Utara in comprehending news item texts is good. Based on the result of the students’ scores in each of reading comprehension component, the lowest component of reading comprehension for the students was in finding inferences (62.73) and the highest one was in finding factual information in sources (81.82).Keywords: Study, Ability, News Item Text.

Abstract

Abstract: this research do it because study result of social science from students SDN 034 Taraibangun grades VA very bad. The KKM in the school about 70. There are 35 students in the class but just 8 students (22,86%) reach the point of KKM. while 27 student (77,14%) not reach get it. With class scores 59,37. The purpose from research is to increase result and process social science learning at students of SDN 034 Taraibangun grades VA in using cooperative learning model of course review horay. The result of this research get average base score about 58,37 increase about 19,19% to be 69,57. At cycle 2 average student score have increase too about 42,44% to be 83,14. At the complete clasical base score of social science mayor about 22,86% (not passed). After used tipe of cooperative model of course review horay in cycle 1 get increase result in complite clasical score about 62,86% (still not passed) and in cycle 2 get increase result of complite clasical score about 88,57% (passed). The teacher activity in 1st metting in cycle 1 in percentage about 63% with bad category, 2nd metting increase to be 75% with good category. The student activity ties 1st metiing in cycle 1 have 63% with bad category, and 2nd metting increase to be 71% with enough category. The student activity 1st metting in cycle 2 have 79% with good category, 2nd metting increase to be 88% with very good category.Key Words: Course Review Horay, Learning Result of Social Science

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to describe the implementation of autenthic assessment in physics learning class X SMA in Pekanbaru. The study was conducted from May up to June 2017. Quantitative approach used in this survey research. The subjects of the study were 7 teachers who taught physics class X at SMAN 1 Pekanbaru, SMAN 2 Pekanbaru, SMAN 8 Pekanbaru, SMAN Plus Provinsi Riau and SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru. The instrument used questionnaires implementation of autenthic assessment. Data analysis technique was descriptive analysis. The result showed that the percentage of autenthic assessment in three aspects such as affective aspect obtained percentage of implementation 79.69%, cognitive aspect obtained 75.51% and psikomotor assessment aspect obtained percentage of implementation 76.98%. Three aspects of the research (affective, cognitive and psikomotor) are included in good level. It can be concluded that authentic assessment implementation based on kurikulum 2013 class X SMA in Pekanbaru in good level with percentage 78.71%.Keywords: Authentic Assessment, Kurikulum 2013, Physics Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to develop mathematics learning device with problem based learning’s model of fraction number for 7th grade SMP/MTs. Learning device in this study are lesson plans and activity student sheet. Lesson plans and activity student sheet are developed to structured in accordance with the steps of the scientific approach that is observing, questioning, reasoning, trying, and communicating. This study method used is 4D model that consist of define, design, development, and disseminat. Because of time and cost, the study was only to development step. Based on the data analysis of mathematics learning devices is very valid with mean validity of lesson plans is 3,85, and mean validity of student activity sheet is 3,73. This student activity sheet has also reached the practical qualification with mean percentage of student responses is 100% on a small test group. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that the product of lesson plans and activity student sheet the mathematic based on the curriculum of 2013 on the fractional material to SMP/MTs with the use of the problem based learning’s model is very valid and practice.Keywords: Fraction Number, Mathematics Learning Device, Problem Based Learning, Research and Development.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the profile of the 21st century skills student of Techniques and Laboratory management. This research is a descriptive, with a total population was all the students who took the course techniques and Laboratory management academic year 2014/2015. The research sample was determined by total sampling technique based on qualitative and quantitative data, sources of data derived from primary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires collected, with 88 respondents. The parameters used are the 5 elements of the 21st century skills associated with techniques and laboratory management, including digital area literacy, inventive thinking, effective communication, high productivity and spirituality. Data collection instruments used in this study a questionnaire enclosed and open questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is descriptive technique. The result of data analysis showed that the profile of the 21st century skills students taking techniques and laboratory management gained an average of 3.91 (Good). Based on the results of this study concluded that students who take the course techniques and laboratory management academic year 2014/2015 has the potential to face the challenges of the 21st century.Keywords : 21st Century Skills, Techniques and Laboratory Management, Profile

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a pre-experimental research with the static group comparison study design, that aims to determine whether the ability of Mathematical Problem Solving of students of SMP Negeri 15 Pekanbaru which aplly problem solving strategy in cooperative learning NHT better than students of SMP Negeri 15 Pekanbaru which aplly cooperative learning NHT. This research involved experimental and control classes that consists of 33 students and 28 students. The test score of student’s mathematical problem solving ability is the data that used to test hypothesis of the research. Based on the test score, obtained the average value of mathematical problem solving ability of students in experimental class was 81 and the average value of mathematical problem solving ability of students in control class was 43. And from the Independent Sample Test, obtained tarithmetic > ttable (9,45 > 2,002). It is mean that H0 has rejected and H1 has accepted. The average value of test mathematical problem solving ability of students in experimental class is higher than the average value of test mathematical problem solving ability of students in control class.. It can be conclude that the ability of Mathematical Problem Solving of students of SMP Negeri 15 Pekanbaru which aplly problem solving strategy in cooperative learning NHT better than students of SMP Negeri 15 Pekanbaru which aplly cooperative learning NHT school year 2016/2017.Keywords: Problem Solving Strategy, Mathematical Problem Solving Ability, Pre-experimental Research

Abstract

Abstract: Currently, main problem in Education, perticularly in natural science subject at 5th grade of SD Negeri 022 Rimbo Panjang Kecamatan Tambang is Students had low score. This is because their had a problem about comprehension. This condition proof by score of students at mid test got average only 61.5. The percentage of students who reached KKM only 50% from 20  students, and total of students who completed only 10 students. Researcher interested to did experiment in SD Negeri 022 Rimbo Panjang Kecamatan Tambang with implementation of inquiry learning model to increase result of natural science subject of students 5th grade in SD Negeri 022 Rimbo Panjang Kecamatan Tambang. This research is Study Class type that did at students of 5th SD Negeri 022 Rimbo Panjang Kecamatan Tambang. Instrument in this research consist of Teaching administrations based on KTSP or known by Curriculum of 2016. Teaching administrations consist of  syllabus, RPP, students work sheets, observation sheets. in Cycle 1 for first meeting got “preety good” Category. The percentage of teacher activity reached 41%. In second meeting also got “preety good” Category. The percentage of teacher activity reached 54%. Meanwhile after cycle 2 be an increased in third meeting with “Good” Category with percentage 66%. In fourth meeting increasing occured with percentage 75% Good Category. Activity who did by students in learning process of natural science subject in cycle 1 for first meeting got the percentage 41% with “preety good” Category. In second meeting got the percentage 58% with “preety good” Category. Meanwhile in third meeting of cycle 2 activity of students increased and got percentage 70% with “good” category. Fourth meeting got percentage 79% with “good” category. Result of lesson Studets in natural science subject at 5th grade had basic score is 50% of amount students, whereas at daily test 1 students who reached KKM become 60% of amount students, and at daily test 2 amount of students who reached KKM increased become 80%. And also in data early average score 61,5 in cycle 1 increased become 67 and at cycle 2 got average score 72,25. Keyword: inquiry learning type, learning outcames IPA

Abstract

 Abstract: This classroom action research purpose to improve learning process and to increase mathematics achievement by applying cooperative learning model type Think Pair Square (TPS). Subjects of this research are 32 student of grade X AP1 at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru academic year 2015/2016, which consisted of 12 male students and 20 female students. This research has two cycles, which each cycle has four stages, they are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. End of each cycles closed by daily exam. Data collection was using observation sheet and daily exam test. The action implementation in successfull if there is improvement of learning process and percentage of students who reaches Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) increase at daily examination I and daily examination II. The results of the research activities of teachers and students showed improvement and mathematics achievement, with the result of reflection and the implementation plan of remedial study results increase, conclusions of this research is by applying that cooperative learning model type TPS can improve learning process and improve mathematics achievement grade X AP1 at SMK PGRI Pekanbaru. Key Words : Mathematics Achievement, Cooperative Learning Model Type of Think                    Pair Square

Abstract

 Absrak: This study aimed to describe the level of primary school teachers' understanding of the curriculum implementation se Pekanbaru, 2013. The subject of research is a primary school teacher with a total sample of 79 teachers. This research is descriptive quantitative research with survey method. Data showed that the level of understanding of elementary school teachers throughout Pekanbaru on the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 fall into the category simply by percentage of 57.97%. It can be seen from the number of acquisition pesentase any questions that represent indicators of understanding of curriculum implementation, 2013. The number of respondents who fall into the category very well is as much as 10 respondents with a percentage of 12.65%. Category well as much as 16 respondents with a percentage of 20.25%. Category quite as many as 22 respondents with a percentage of 27.85%. Less category as many as 31 respondents with a percentage of 39.24%. Indicators in this study there were four indkator, the first indicator that is about the objectives of the curriculum in 2013 with a percentage of 57.71% and category enough, the second indicator learning curriculum in 2013 and the percentage of 72.78% in both categories, the third indicator scientific approach with a percentage of 58.85 % and the category enough. The fourth indicator of authentic assessment with the percentage of 49.18% and category enough. This indicates that the level of understanding of elementary school teachers in curriculum implementation Pekanbaru se is simply the percentage of 57.97%. Conclusion of research is a primary school teacher Pekanbaru se should be given lessons and additional training on the implementation of the curriculum in 2013 to a systemic and sustainable.
