Abstract: The research of development of learning media based on AutoplayMedia Studio 8.5 is aimed to study the valid and practical learning media on the subjectof chemical bond. This research method is research development (Research andDevelopment, R & D) with 4-D development model covering define phase, Design,Develop and Disseminate. Instrument of data collection used through validation sheetand respondent questionnaire. Data analysis technique is by calculating the percentagescore of validation and user response. The results showed that the media based onAutoplay Media Studio 8.5 developed developed valid criteria of visual communication,instructional design, content, and ease of use with 93.98% score. Learning media alsomeet the practical criteria, which teachers and learners can use it in chemistry learningwith a score of 96.67% and 92%.Key Words : Learning Media, Autoplay Media Studio 8.5, Chemical Bond

Abstract: This study discusses character’s thoughts on bring up metaphors on Haruki Murakami’s novel entitled Shikisai wo Motanai Tsukuru Tazaki. This study has two objectives. The first one is to identify the categorization of metaphors using Lakoff and Johnson (1980) theory, the second one is to analyse the meanings of metaphors using Knowles and Moon (2006) theory as guidelines. This study is a qualitative descriptive research using Haruki Murakami’s novel entitled Shikisai wo Motanai Tsukuru Tazaki as the primary data. This study finds all categories of metaphors which are 3 structural metaphors, 2 orientational metaphors, and 16 ontology metaphors. From 19 data there are 21 metaphors, and its meanings are related to depression, disappointment, despair, emptiness, sadness.Keywords : Metaphor, novel, haruki murakami, shikisai wo motanai tsukuru tazaki

The Purpose Of This Research Is To Describe The Personality of character on “Pesan Dari Sambu”’s novel by Tasmi P.S, as id, ego and super ego aspect. The Data of this research is words and sentences of “Pesan Dari Sambu”’s Novel By Tasmi,P.S. The Results of this research is character personality based on id, ego, super ego aspect. Id’s personality describes the attitude of primitive instinct and prioritizes comfort and avoids pain. Ego’s personality describes highlights the nature that people around them want to acknowledge. Abstract: This research is conducted by low learning result of students of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is "Whether the learning model of stepping stone can affect the learning outcomes of Civics students of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru." This study aims to determine the existing learning model in Batu Loncatan to the results of learning PKN students class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted in class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru in January 2018 until May 2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive research which become source in this research that is student / student of class VII SMPN 38 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was given 'Random Sampling' technique. Where the class is sampled is the students of class VII.2 (experimental class) which is given learning model of stepping stone, and class VII.3 (control class) are students using conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and test "t". Based on the result of research indicate that there are student learning result using learning model of stepping stone and conventional method at SMPN 38 Pekanbaru, t_ (count)> t_ (table) (7,38> 2,00). Where there is average knowledge Learning outcomes of Cn class of experiment from 64 to 80,33 and average of result of learning of Cn class of control from 39,83 to 54,16. Thus the hypothesis which reads the limitations of the learning model of stepping stone to the students' learning outcomes at SMPN 38 Pekanbaru, is acceptable.Keywords: Stepping Stone, Results

Abstract: This research was conducted because of the low students mathematicslearning outcomes. This can be seen from preliminary test results with an average of 64.73 while KKM 75. This research is a classroom action research, which consists of two cycles. The first cycle consists of two meetings and one daily test at the end of each cycle, and cycle II consists of two meetings and one daily test at each end of the cycle as too. The subjects of this research were students VA SD Negeri 94 Pekanbaru consisting of 24 male students and 13 female students. After the improvement of learning using PMRI approach of teacher activity in the first cycle increased from 55% with enough category, to 65% with good category. Then increase again in cycle II from 75% with good category, to 85% with very good category. While the activity of students in the first cycle increased from 55% with enough category, to 65% with good category. Then increase again in cycle II from 70% with good category, to 80% with good category. Student learning outcomes increased from 64.73 to 75.91 in daily test I and daily test II increased again to 81.99. With the application of PMRI approach there is an increase in student learning outcomes from the basic score to the daily test II of 26.66%. Thus it can be concluded the application of PMRI approach can improve the learning outcomes of students' mathematics class VA SD Negeri 94 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Indonesian realistic mathematics education approach, learning outcomes of mathematics

Abstract: Based on observations that have been done by researchers on children aged 5-6 years in TK Miftahul Ilmi Pekanbaru City still found some problems writing. Such us, there are still children who are difficult to write their own names, there are still children who are difficult to imitate the letters written by teachers, there are still children who are difficult to write a few words written by teachers, there are still children who are difficult to make lines or curves as letters. This research is purposed for to know the influence using crossword media to ability of writing children aged 5-6 years in TK Miftahul Ilmi Pekanbaru City. This research is experiment research using one group design with pretest and posttest. The sample that used is 15 people in this research. File accumulation’s technique that used is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test test by using program of SPSS 16.0. The research hypothesis is that there is a significant influence on children's writing ability after applying media crossword. To find the hypothesis accepted or rejected based on data SPSS 16.0 can be seen tcount ꞊27,191 is bigger than ttable ꞊ 2,131 (27,191> 2,131). Thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant difference between before and after doing experimentation by applying crossword media. The results of this study also see the effect of crossword media use on writing ability of children aged 5-6 years. This can be known from the influence of the use of media crossword based on calculation using Gain formula that is equal to 43.33% is in the medium category and 56.67% influenced by other factors.Key words: Writing abilty, crossword media

Abstract: Dar El-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School is one of boarding school in Pekanbaru, Background of Dar El-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School is the requirement of the use of Dar El-Hikmah Islmaic Boarding School Pekanbaru that is H. Abdullah for charity and is already a dream- from long time to establish Islamic educational institutions in the city of Pekanbaru. The initial effort of H. Abdullah to establish a boarding school in the city of Pekanbaru is to send the son of Riau to study to boarding schools in Java, then because H. Abdullah often met with various boarding schools visited, H. Abdullah get Help from the boarding school institution he met to establish a boarding school in Pekanbaru as an alternative education for the son of Riau for Islamic religious education. The purpose of this study is 1. To find out how the development of education in Dar El-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Pekanbaru (1991-2016), 2. To find out what achievements obtained Dar El-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Pekanbaru, 3. To know what education system applied in Dar El-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School, 4. What are the inhibiting factors and support of Dar El-Hikmah Pesantren Islamic Boarding School in developing. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The result of this study is a significant development occurred in Dar El-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School from its inception until today. With the achievements to be proud of and also a good education system in Dar El-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School also contributes in the field of education in the city of Pekanbaru in particular and Indonesia in general. Nothing is in progress because the ability of pesantren in accepting the progress of the times is also very good. Education Education Indonesia is still in step by step to implement a better system, this is because Indonesia itself is a developing country that still needs revolutionary things both in terms of education and this. Abstract: This study aims to the persuasive speech technique used by Ustadz Yusuf Mansyur in his lecture. This research is qualitative descriptive study. The object of this research is the persuasive speech of Ustadz Yusuf Mansyur. The date ware obtained by using see-record techniques and the two video documentation of Ustadz Yusuf Mansyur. Research results in the form of persuasive speech technique in classification lectures Ustadz Yusuf Mansyur. Based on the date analysis notes that the persuasive speech technique used by Ustadz Yusuf Mansyur was (1) direct persuasive, (2) indirect persuasive, (3) refenrence persuasive, (4) criterion persuasive, (5) cause effect persuasive, (6) figure speech persuasive, (7) analogy persuasive, and (8) threats persuasive. The eight persuasive techniques used by ustadz Yusuf Mansyur, persuasive speech technique using causal persuasive technique is most often used.Keys Words : Persuasive Speech, Persuasive Specch Tecnique, and Lecture.

Abstract: This study was aimed to determine students’ physics learning result by applying inquiry approach. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Pekanbaru from February to May 2018. Two groups of samples were choose from homogeneous classes. Quasi experiments in the form of intact group comparison was used in this study. The data was obatained from students’ physics learning result test which consisted of 20 items of multiple choice. Descriptive and inferential analysis were used for data analysis. Based on descriptive analysis, the average of students’ absorption ability in the experimental class was 84,21% and 78,05% for control class, this indicated that the effectiveness of student learning in experiment class was higher than in the control class. Based on inferential analysis through independent sample t test sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.032 < 0.05 was obatained. This mean that there was a significant difference in students’ physics learning result. It can be concluded that the application of inquiry approach could enchace students’ physics study result on thermodynamic material at XI MIA class MAN 2 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Students Physics Study Result, Inquiry Approach, Thermodynamic

Abstract: This study was aimed to determine the influence of cooperative model somatic auditory visual intellectual type toward the level of students’ formal thinking ability on physics learning at x class of SMA N 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir. The type of this study was quasi experiment with intact group comparison design. The population in this study consisted of 3 classes. 2 classes was chosen as the sample of study based on normality and homogeneity test. They were acted as experiment and control classes the data collection was done by giving formal thinking ability test. The data was analyze by descriptive and inferential analysis. The result showed that there was a significant difference toward students’ formal thinking ability between class experiment which was used cooperative model somatic auditory visual intellectual type and control class which used convention learning. Students’ formal thonking ability at the experimental class was higher than the control class. It can be concludet that the cooperative model somatic auditory visual intellectual type has a positive influence toward students’ formal thinking ability.Key Words: Cooperative Model Somatic Auditory Visual Intellectual, Formal Thinking Ability,Temperature And Heat
