Abstract

Abstract: Based on temporary observations related to verbal abuse with family dysfunctions in Kandis Sub-District, Siak Regency was found, such as: Some parents in Kandis demeaning children and saying harshly, some parents labeling their children, some parents often compare their children to others, some Mother in Kandis works as the head of the household,, some mothers act as responsible for economic needs, and some mothers in Kandis play social responsibility. And based on linearity test it can be seen that the significance value in linearity is 0.003. Because the significance is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of the parents verbal violence with family dysfunction have a close relationship. From the results of a simple correlation analysis (r) is 0.352 with a probability value of 0.000. Therefore the probability <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) then Ho is rejected this indicates that there is a strong relationship of verbal abuse of parents with family dysfunction. While the direction of the relationship is positive, meaning that the higher the verbal violence of parents, the higher the family dysfunction. The resulting coefficient of determination is equal to r2 = 0.352 with p = 0.003 (p <0.05) so it can be seen that the verbal violence of parents gives a 35.2% influence on family dysfunction.Keywords: Verbal violence, family dysfunction

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and the independence of childreen aged 4-5 years at the PAUD Bening Kids sub-district of Tenayan Raya pekanbaru city. The sampling taker tool uses a saturated sample technique, the subject set in this study were 34 people aged 4-5 years. Data collection of this study in the form of primary data, using the observation sheet. Data analysis techniques using t-test using the program SPSS 18.0. the research hypothesis is that there is a relationship between self-concept and the independence of childreen aged 4-5 years at the PAUD Bening Kids sub-district of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru City based on data analysis it is known t count = 9,434 > t table = 0,344 with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. because Sig < 0,05 it can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-concept and children’s independence. And there is a relationship between self-concept and the independence of children aged 4-5 years at the PAUD Bening Kids sub-district of Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru city for 73,6%.Key words: Self-Concept, Children’s Independence

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is that the many athletes are less able to run fast when chasing a ball that is baited by their teammates. This type of research is a type of experimental research to see the effects of this form of exercise.the purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of training Hollaw Sprint training on Speed on the Wonner 2012 U-12 Pekanbaru team. Population in this research is players SSB Wonner 2012 U-12 Pekanbaru which amounted to 15 people. The sampling technique is by using total sampling, in which the total population is sampled.The instrument in this research used a 30 meter run test. After that, the data were processed by statistics, to test the normality by lilifors test at a significant level of α (0.05).The hypothesis proposed is the effect of hollaw sprint training on the speed of Wonner 2012 U-12 Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the analysis, there is average pree test 5.54 and post test 5.12 there is an average increase of 0,42 with t test that t arithmetic = 21> from t table = 1.761. Means t arithmetic> t table.thus there is the effect of Hollaw Sprint training on the speed of the wonner 2012 U-12 Pekanbaru team.Key Words: Hollaw Sprint, Speed

Abstract

Abstract: The problem of this research is that during the kumite training there are still many karate who are not quick enough to do the mawashi geri kick. The goal is to find out how much the correlation between leg muscle power and the speed of kicking mawashi is for the male athlete tako Hangtuah (Kulim Dojo) Pekanbaru. This research technique uses total sampling with a sample size of 15 athletes of the male dojo Kulim Pekanbaru. This research uses correlation techniques. Then, the test data used the normality test, the moment correlation product test, a significant test α = 0.05. Normality test variable X, L0max (0.1651) <Ltabel (0.220), and variable normality test Y, L0max (0.1359) <Ltabel (0.220) in other words the confidence level of 95% normal data and research conclusions indicate: a significant correlation between the correlation of arm and shoulder muscle explosive power to the results of the shot, with a correlation r = 0.7127 where r count> rtabelor 0.7127> 0.514. And correlation are categorized as strong. Thus, Ha is accepted.Keywords: Correlation, Leg Muscle Power, Kick Speed.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of science of student grade V B SD Negeri 125 Pekanbaru. From 23 students, there are at least 8 students (34,78%) who achieved the Minimum Completess Criteria (scores 75), and 15 students (65,22%) are being below of the Minimum Completess Criteria with class average is 64,56. The low of student studies outcomes are caused by more active teachers rather than students in ongoing learning. So they don’t have the opportunity to develop their knowledge. The aim of this research is to improve the outcomes of science studies of student grade V B SD Negeri 125 Pekanbaru with the implementation of the cooperative learning model of the take and give type. This research uses Classroom Action Research which is done in 2 cycles methods with qualitative data analysis techniques. This research present studies result obtained from daily test scores before action with average 64,56 increase to 72,82 in first cycle, and increase again to 83,48 in second cycle. The activvity of teacher in the first cycle of the first meeting is 64% with enough criteria, the second meeting is 77% with good criteria. In second cycle of the first meeting is 86% with very good criteria, the second meeting is 90% with very good criteria. The activity of student in first cycle of the first meeting is 63% with enough criteria, the second meeting is 72% with enough criteria. For awhile in second cycle of the first meeting is 84% with good criteria, and the second meeting is 89% with very good criteria. Based of the outcomes of the studies it can be proven that the implementation of the cooperative learning model of the take and give type can improve the science studies outcomes of student grade V B SD Negeri 125 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Take and Give, Science Studies Learning

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to find out the effect of using Jigsaw method on the ability of the first year students of SMA PGRI Pekanbaru in comprehending narrative texts. This is a pre-experimental research conducted by using a pre-test – treatment – post-test design.. The population of this study was the first year students of SMA PGRI Pekanbaru which consisted of 3 classes with the total of 115 students. The sample of this study was X.2 of social science class with 40 students.The writer, during treat the students, found that students’ motivation to read the text increase. Besides, students got more confidences to split out their opinion while discussion and present the result in front of the class. After treatment was held, the writer distributed the tests. The instrument of the research was a reading test with multiple choice type. The result showed a strong correlation between Jigsaw method and students’ reading comprehension. The results of data analysis showed that the mean score of pre-test was 64.03, and the mean score of post-test was 82.00. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test because the t-test observed was higher than t-table. In other words, the alternative hypothesis of this research was accepted. It means that Jigsaw method can be used as an alternative strategy in the teaching of reading.Keywords: Jigsaw, Reading Comprehension, Narrative Text

Abstract: This program is formal to know bingo games to read the binginning of the child 4-5 year in Tk Islam Fatimah sub district Tampan of Pekanbaru City. The research used experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design. The sampel used in this study were 20 students. The data collection technique used is observation. Technique of data analysis using t-test by using program of Spss 25. Research hypothesis that there is the effect of the role playing method towards the level of Self Awareness of children aged 4-5 years in Tk Islam Fatimah sub district Tampan of Pekanbaru City. Based on data analysis known tcalculated= 14,480 > ttable = 2,145 with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000. Because Sig <0,05. then it can be concluded that there are numbers the ability to read the binginning of a child before and after bingo game. it can be interpreted that there is the influence of bingo games on the child ability to read the binginning 4-5 year in Tk Islam Fatimah sub district Tampan of Pekanbaru City. which is significant which is equal to 61,25%Key Words: the ability to read the binginning of a child, bingo games

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of using Bermain Jawaban learning method toward social students motivation in learning PPKn at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of of using Bermain Jawaban learning method toward students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru.This research was a quantitative descriptive study that was experimental.Population in this study were social students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The sample in this research was taken based on "Multi Stage Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken into the sample was the students of class X IPS 2 (experimental class) who were given the Bermain Jawaban learning method, and class X IPS 1 (control class).Taken randomly were students who were given the conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and "t" test. Based on the result of research indicated that there wasan effect of learning motivation between student who using Bermain Jawaban learning method and conventional method in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru (>).Where there was an average increase toward motivation in learning PPKn of experimental class  from 22,8 to 24,9 and the average of PPKn learning motivation of control class from 16,3 to 20,6. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of using Bermain Jawaban learning method toward learning motivation of PPKn student at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, can be accepted. Key Words : Effect, Bermain Jawaban, Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is (i) to find out the learning styles and disciplines of learning for MTsN 1 Pekanbaru students; (ii) to know the correlation between learning styles and learning disciplines by the score of sciences lesson of Students Grade VIII MTsN 1 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in June-November 2018. The sample used in this study was Grade VIII.9 students and Grade VIII.10 totaling 64 students by purposive sampling technique. The instruments used were learning style questionnaires and study discipline questionnaires. Furthermore, the data was analyzed descriptively and analyzed by product moment correlation analysis at the level of 5% with the student learning result. The results of this study showed that (i) the learning style of Grade VIII.9 students is dominated by the type of kinesthetic learning style and Grade VIII.10 dominated by the type of auditory learning style; (ii) learning discipline students of Grade VIII.9 are in the less category and Grade VIII.10 are in the good category; (iii) for the Grade VIII.9 there is a correlation between learning styles and learning disciplines with student sciences result with the score of correlation coefficient by 0.505 in the medium category on circulatory system material and in the excretion system material by 0.698 strong categories. Whereas in the Grade VIII.10 there is a correlation between learning styles and learning disciplines with student sciences result with the score of correlation coefficient by 0.677 in the strong category of circulation system material and in the excretion system material by 0.724 strong categories.Key Words: Correlation, Learning Style, Learning Discipline, Learning Result.

Abstract

Abstract : Vegetable waste is a habitat for microorganism that are very threatening to people's health if not managed properly. Management of vegetable waste can be done through a microbial fuel cell while producing useful alternative energy in the form of electricity. This study aims to determine the benefits of market vegetable waste as a biolistric through a microbial fuel cell. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of Completely Randomized Design (CRD) research. The results showed the highest electrical energy value was obtained in R3 + treatment that is 8.93 mV at an average pH of substrate 4.5, the initial temperature of the substrate 32oC and the final temperature of the substrate 30oC. Based on further Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level, the addition of 50 ml of Effective Microorganism 4 can increase the electrical energy produced in the reactor. It was concluded that vegetable waste can produce electrical energy by utilizing electrochemical cells based on microbial fuel cells.Key words : Vegetable waste, microbial fuel cell, and effective microorganism 4.
