<![CDATA[Abstract: As for the problems in extracurricular students at SMAN 13 Pekanbaru, the result of shot put is not optimal. This research aims to find out how much influence the push-up exercise has on the results shot put on the athletic extracurricular students of SMAN 13 Pekanbaru. This research is experimental research. The population in this research were extracurricular students, the sample in this research amounted to 10 people. The technique of collecting data is shot put tests conducted before and after doing push-up exercises. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that there are effect of push-up exercises on the results shot put on athletic extracurricular students at SMAN 13 Pekanbaru. The results of the t test resulted in tcount of 4.51 and t table of 1.833 with an error rate of 0.05 (5%). Means t count> t table. This gives a conclusion that there is a significant push-up effect on the results of shot put in athletic extracurricular students at SMAN 13 Pekanbaru and concluded that Ho was rejected.Key Words: Push-ups, shot put]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The research Problems can be formulated as the following "Whether there is influence of interval exercise running against running speed on SSB Tassel Pratama U-14 Soweto" in this study, researchers used a One-Group research design Pretest-Posttest Design, where in the design of this pretest before there is sufficient given the treatment and after treatment given postest, population research is the generalization of the object/subject who has the qualities and characteristics certain specified leh researchers to learn and then drawn the conclusion (Sugiyono, 2010:90). The population in this research is the SSB Tassel Pratama U-14 Soweto amounted to 13orang in this study, researchers collected data by means of test, measurement and observation. Pre test (preliminary test) test is beginning as a reference for research. These initial tests are usually done before a meeting at all. Post test (final test) Tests carried out after the end of treatment for 16 times it has done. After 16 times, then researchers will hold a similar final tests initial tests i.e. took the data as test data between the influence of initial and final test. Then after that conclusion can be withdrawn if there is an increase in the latihan done over or not. The data obtained were analyzed in a descriptive, then subsequent hypothesis testing conducted research that has been filed in compliance issues, namely: "there is the influence of the Interval Workout runnings (X) against the increase in running speed (Y). <![CDATA[Abstract : The word Siak Sri Inderapura, literally can mean the city center of a religiously devout king, in Sanskrit, sri means "glowing" & senses or senses can mean king. While the temple can mean by "city" or "kingdom". Siak in the assumption that the Malay community is very closely tied to the religion of Islam, the Siak people are people who are experts in Islam, if someone lives diligently in religion it can be said to be the Siak People. The name Siak, can refer to a clan in the region between Pakistan & India, Sihag or Asiagh which means sword. This kingdom was founded in Buantan by the Little King of Pagaruyung, with the title Sultan Abdul Jalil in 1723, after previously being involved in the struggle for the throne of Johor. <![CDATA[Abstract: At this time many students and students are dating so that it has an impact on the learning process of these students, besides that dating behavior exacerbates the mental health of students in school which can interfere with their minds and minds. This study aims to determine the mental health of dating students and to determine the mental health of students in terms of psychological aspects and social aspects. This research is also useful as a contribution to the thoughts of the duinia of education and can increase the treasury of science, especially in the science of guidance and counseling related to the mental health of students who are dating. Descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to understanding the mental health behavior of students dating. The population of this study were all class X students who were dating with a sample of all students who were dating at school. The data used is data about the mental health of students who are dating using an instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire. Based on the psychological aspects of mental health, the dating students are categorized as not healthy and based on the social aspects of mental health the dating students are categorized as healthy.Keywords: Mental Health, Dating]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise strength hand walking on the muscle strength of the Minas Bolavoli Team. The population and samples in this study were the 10 Minas Bolavoli Team. The instrument used to collect data namely the pree test and post test in this study used arm muscle strength tests with the Knee Push Up Test. The data analysis technique used is the t test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that the average value at the time of the post test is greater than the average value when doing the pree test which is equal to 20.80 > 15.70, this means that after being given strength hand walking exercises 16 times , the muscle strength of the Minas Bolavoli Team is better than before. Based on the results of the analysis of pree test and post test data there was an increase of an average of 32.48% with a t test that t = 11,135> from t table = 1,833. So with this it can be concluded that there is the effect of strength training hand walking on the muscular strength of the Minas Bolavoli Team.Keywords: Strength Hand Walking Exercises, Arm Muscle Strength]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : This study aims to determine the level of ability to read hiragana letters of class XI student of Pekanbaru TIGAMA vocational school before and after the cooperative learning method type teams games tournament. The sample of the research is the second grade (class XI) students of Pekanbaru TIGAMA Vocational school which consists of 16 students. Data collection was carried out by using test technique. The tes given consistts of 25 objective questions and 5 essay items. This study applied two tests, namely pretest and posstest. The average value of thw results of the pretest obtained by students was 30.25 and the posstest average increased 45,19 becoming 75,44. Thus, there was a significant efect on the ability level of the second grade students of pekanbaru TIGAMA Vocational School to write and read hiragana letters after applying the cooperative learning method type tams games tournamnet.Key Words: Cooperative Learning Type Teams Games Tournament]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract : Based on the observation that researchers did on team volleyball Sport SMAN Soweto student son, still a lot of players who have experienced failure at the time did smash volleyball. Failure often occurs when smash such as: ball nyangkut dinet, the ball can be returned or diblock by the opponent, the ball is not right on target or diblock by opponents is seen at the time of the team doing the exercises and games. It allegedly contributing factor is the physical condition of athletes. Ujuan in this research is to know the relationship power oto kelentukan limb and back muscles with the results smash in a volleyball Jock son Sport SMAN Pekanbaru. The population in this research is the entire volleyball athlete son SMAN the Soweto Sports Team volleyball Sport SMAN totalling 12. The sample in this study were 12 people using total sampling. Instrument in this study are the vertical jump test, brig up (kayang) and the resulting smash. The data obtained in the analysis by using correlation product moment. On the basis of the research results obtained from results obtained power limb muscles have no relationship with the precision of the Smash in a volleyball Jock son Sport SMAN Pekanbaru. From the results obtained kelentukan back muscles have no relationship with the precision of the Smash in a volleyball Jock son Sport SMAN Pekanbaru. <![CDATA[Abstract: This research aims to improve learning process and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with two cycle. The research was conducted in class VIII1 SMP Negeri 13 Pekanbaru in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The subject of this research consist of 40 students. The research instrument consists of learning materials used include Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Student Activity Sheets and instruments for collecting data are observation sheets and test of mathematics learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive narrative analysis and descriptive statistics analysis. From the analysis of observation sheets, it can be seen that there is improvement of learning process. The percentage and frequency of students who achieved minimum completeness criteria is increased from the basic score with percentage 45% (18 students) to cycle I with percentage 72,5% (29 students) and 87,5% (35 students) in cycle II. This research concludes that the implementation of PBL model improved the learning process and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes at class VIII1 SMP Negeri 13 Pekanbaru in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019.Key Words: Problem Based Learning model, Mathematics Learning Outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This descriptive study aims to discuss to what extent the teachers of MTs Darul Hikmah Boarding School Pekanbaru use ICT in their teaching and learning activities. The researcher used purposive technique sampling to determine the sample. The samples were 50 teachers. The data were gathered by distributing a set of questionnaire which design in the form of five points of the Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2010. After analyzed the data, it can be revealed that the use of ICT by the teachers of MTs Darul Hikmah Boarding School Pekanbaru in their teaching and learning activities in general was in mediocre level category, with mean of 2.99. Specifically, the use of ICT by the teachers for class preparation was in mediocre level category, with the mean score of 3.14. Furthermore, the use of ICT by the teachers during teaching and learning process was in low level category, with the mean score of 2.60. Then, the use of ICT by the teachers as assessment was in high level category, with the mean score of 3.42.Keywords: A Study, ICT, teaching and learning activities]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This research aims to find out the significant correlation between students’ grammatical knowledge and the ability in translating Indonesian-English narrative texts by the second year students of SMAN 1 Sentajo Raya. The correlational research was used to find out the relationship between two variables or it called bivariate correlation. To collect the data in this research two tests were used. A simple random sampling technique is used to determine the sample of the research. There were 40 students participating in this research. Narrative text was used to know the students' translation ability and past tenses test was used to know students’ grammatical knowledge. The result of the study shows that the correlation between two variables are significantly correlated. As a means there is a significant a significant correlation between students’ grammatical knowledge and the ability in translating Indonesian-English narrative texts by the second year students of SMAN 1 Sentajo Raya. In other words, there is an influence of students’ grammatical knowledge towards students’ ability in translating Indonesian-English narrative texts. The finding could important distributions to both teaching translation and grammar, especially the relationship between the two variables.Key Words: Correlation, Grammatical Knowledge, Translation]]>
