Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effect of managerial ownership and foreign ownership of the firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange that have data (managerial ownership, foreign ownership and firm value) consecutive years (2013 until 2015). The data obtained from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) researched each company. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. These results indicate that managerial ownership and foreign ownership simultaneously affect the firm value. While partially, managerial ownership and foreign ownership negatively affect firm value.Keywords: Managerial ownership, Foreign ownership, Firm Value

Abstract

Abstract : The implementation of education through the teaching and learning process is basically the core of the overall education, in which teachers as the main role holder. Teacher as a learner who is directly involved in the learning process, work to create learning conditions that can make students learn optimally to obtain satisfactory academic achievement. The purpose of this study was 1) to determine the activity of teachers using cooperative learning model two stay two stray 2) to determine the activity of students using cooperative learning model type of two stay two stray 3) to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type of two stay two stray to the results of study subjects in the history of X¹ class SMA Negeri 1 Pusako Pusako Subdistrict Siak. In this study, using a quantitative method in which it will provide full information so useful to science. The results of this study indicate that the application of cooperative learning model Two Stay Two Stray can improve the quality of the learning process both from the teachers and students. Cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray can improve learning outcomes in the subjects of history X¹ class SMA Negeri 1 Pusako. This is evidenced by the increase in pre PTK learning outcomes with an average value of 66.17 increased to 70.73 in the first cycle and 85.44 in the second cycle.Key Words: Class Action Research, Two Stay Two Stray, Student Results

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to develop a guided inquiry-based practicum guidebook for teachers in teaching biology at the first year of senior high school students. It was conducted in September 2018 to January 2019. It Used a Research and Development (R&D) approach with Analysis Design Development Implement and Evaluations) model. This research was carried out to stage three, namely the depelopment stage. The data were obtained by both external, The external validation by one teacher of SMAN Plus and one teacher of SMAN Olahraga Pekanbaru. And internal validator which continued by limited trials. The trial I was tried on 10 student of the fourth semester of FKIP Biology UNRI and the trial II was tried on 20 Biology subject teacherswho joined the MGMP. Beside that, the phase II was carried out at the center of the SMA/MA Biology MGMP in Pekanbaru City. The book is validated based on four indicators, namely: book format and graphics, illustrations and pictures, language, and content eligibility. The overall results of the validation obtained an average of 3,50 with very valid categories. The results of the limited trial phase I have an average of 3,44 with very good categories and the results of the limited trial phase II have an average of 3,36 with very good categories. The book produced in this study has a very valid and very good categories so that the practicum guidebook can be implemented on a field scale.Key Words: Practicum guidebook, Quided Inquiry, Biology learning

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of structure atoms and the periodic system of elements in class XI IPA Senior High School (SMAN) 4 Pekanbaru. The research is a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The sample was determined after doing normality and homogeneity test of 5 classes as population and then class XI IPA 5 as experiment class and XI IPA 3 as control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to Bingo Review strategy while the control class was not applied to Bingo Review strategy. Data analysis technique used is the t-test and N-gain normalized test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 5.22>1.67, means that the application of Bingo Review strategy can improve student learning achievement on the topic of structure atoms and the periodic system of elements in class XI IPA Senior High School (SMAN) 4 Pekanbaru. The category improvement of student achievement at experiment class was high category with N-gain normalized is 0,85. Meanwhile, the category improvement of student achievement in control class was medium category with N-gain normalized is 0,69.Keywords: Active Learning Bingo review Strategy, Learning Achievement, Struture of Atoms and the Periodic system of Elements

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the beginning of improved reading skills in children ages 5 -6 years through the medium of pictorial word card in kindergarten AL Mulk Ranah Singkuang District Kampar Regenvy of Kampar. This study is kind studies using action research or (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action planning, observation / evaluation and reflection. Subject empirically n are 5-6 years old children who totaled 15 children in kindergarten Al Mulk Ranah Singkuang. The research data obtained through observation and data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research shows that the media picture card can improve reading skills at the beginning of children aged 4-5 years. It can be seen from the increase in the average percentage of literacy beginning in the first cycle of 45.0% which is the criterion begins to develop (MB) and increased by 63.8% in the second cycle be 73.71% which is at developing criteria to expectations (BSH). So, the media picture word cards can improve reading skills beginning 5 -6 year olds in kindergarten Al Mulk Ranah Singkuang Kampar District Kampar regency.    Keywords : Literacy Starters, Media Card Picture Words

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes with the implementation of cooperative learning model make a match type in the fourth graders of SDN 001 Bantayan. Subject in this research is 30 students that consist of 12 males and 18 females. Method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) that consists of two cylces. This research conducts from March 25th to April 16th 2015. Data shows that learning process and social science learning outcomes increase. The average learning outcomes increases from 61,1 at based score into 71,6 in the first cycle, and 77 in the second cycles with 96.67% classical completeness. Students’ activities also increase from 54,1% with less category in the first meeting of first cycle into 95,8% with very good category in the second meeting of second cycle. It is similar to the teacher’s activities that increases from 58,3% with less category in the first meeting of first cycle. The increase of students’ learning outcomes is due to the increase of students’ and teacher’s activities. It can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model make a match type can improve social science learning outcomes of grade IV SDN 001 Bantayan.Keywords: Social Science Learning Outcome, Cooperative Learning Model Make A Match

Abstract

Abstract: The research puts its main concern on the difficulty that the athletes face in obtaining the target of the jump, which is 9,97 meter. The research is aimed to discover whether there is any relation between muscular leg power and 40 meter running speed with the result of triple jumping on male athletes PPLP Atletik Riau. The method of sample taking is implementing the total sampling of male athletes PPLP Atletik Riau, the sample in this research is as many as 6 male athletes. Correlation technique is used in the data analysis. Therefore, the data is examined by using normality test—the test in product-moment correlation research—test significant α = 0,05. Normality test variable X1, L0 max (0,1866) < Ltable (0,319), variable X2, L0 max (0,1230) < Ltable (0,319) and normality test variable Y, L0 max (0,2088) < Ltable (0,319). Consequently, in another word, the data normality level and the conclusion of the research show that; there is a significant relation between muscular leg power and 40 meter running speed with the result of triple jumping. The correlation is r= 0.878 where rcount > rtable or 0.942 > 0,319. The result also reveals that the relation can be categorized as a strong one. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students insocial studies subjects VII grade SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. Based on these problems,the formulation of the problem in this study is whether the application of IDEALlearning strategies can improve the learning outcomes of grade VII students of SMP TriBhakti Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of teachersand students in the implementation of the learning process by using IDEAL strategy andto determine the effect of this learning strategy on the learning outcomes of students ofclass VII SMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru on social studies subjects. This research wasconducted in two cycles, in the first cycle the learning outcomes of students reached aclassical completeness of 61.90% and increased in the second cycle to reach 90.47%.Based on the results of these studies it can be concluded that the application of IDEALlearning strategies can improve student learning outcomes in social studies class VIISMP Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru.Key Words: IDEAL Strategy, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to increase student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbon inclass XI MIPA Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Kampar. Aurora 3D Presentation was used when the teacher explained the topic being able to explain abstract concepts into concrete, one of them on the topic of hydrocarbon. The research was a kind of experiment research with pretest-posttest design. The samples of this research were the students of class X­I MIPA 3 as the experimental class and students of class XI MIPA 4 as the control class. Experimental class is a class that is applied to media Aurora 3D Presentation while the control class was not. Data analysis technique which is used is t-test. Based on data analysis of data obtained tcount> ttable is 2,30 >1,67, it means  that the application of Aurora 3D Presentation as media presentation can improve student learning achievement on the topic of hydrocarbon in class XI MIPA Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Kampar, increase learning of 7,03%.

Abstrack : This research at performs since its low usufruct IPS'S studying III. class student SDN 016 Pandan Air that haven't reached KKM (Minimum thoroughness criterion) one that is established which is 65with average brazes 61. This appears from peneletian's startup data of 20 students which reach points according to KKM as much 8 students (40%), meanwhile student that haven't reached KKM'S point as much 12 students (60%). Base about problem research do that action brazes with learnings model implement kooperatif STAD'S type(Student Teams Achiviement division) one that intent to increase IPS'S studying result III. class student SDN 016 School Year Water Screw Pines 2014 / 2015. This research is executed deep two cycles, whereabouts on each cycle it consisting of two-time appointment gazes to show face and once daily dry run. With be applied Model Kooperatif's Learning STAD'S Type(Student Teams Achiviement division ), therefore gets to increase IPS'S studying result III. class student SDN 016 Pandan AIr on Merchant activity material at environmentally home and schooled. It can atsee of studying result gotten by student on base score which is with thoroughness percentage 40%, with average 61, worked up on i. cycle with thoroughness percentage 60% by average 65. Worked up again on cycle II.which is with thoroughness percentage 95% by average 80,25. Learned yielding step-up student gets to be seen from step-up percentage of basic score goes to i. UH on first cycle which is 6,55% and of basic score goes to UH II. on second cycle which is 31,55%. Activity step-up learns first cycle with percentage average 84,7% worked up as 95,8% on second cycle. Student activity on first cycle with percentage average 66,66% worked up as 89,58% on second cycle. Of acquired data as above as gets to be known that pass through learning model Implement kooperatif STAD'S type(Student Teams Achiviement division ), can increase IPS'S studying result III. class student SDN 016 Pandan air.Key word: Kooperatif is STAD'S Type, IPS'S Learned result
